I called in today to buy a couple of takeaway coffees for my friend and myself. The service was both friendly and efficient. When I returned home I could not find my debit card. I phoned the shop to see if, by chance, I had left it there. To my relief the customer services guy had found it and put it to one side for me. I am extremely grateful!

I wasn't sure were Starbucks was in the Triangle, when I asked my friend for coffee a week ago, as I never go into Bournemouth now unless I have a meeting in the Library or around that area. it was raining hard and it took me a little while to find it as I am Blind and some kind person helped me out. I walked in and checked it was Starbucks and the staff said it was the right place. I ordered a coffee and the gentleman said he would bring it over for me, so I looked for my friend by walking around the coffee shop which was big and very accessible for disabled people to get around with a wheelchair or a walking aids. I found my friend at the back of the shop and it was quiet when I arrived and then it got busy, however, they were very quick in serving people and the gentleman came over with my coffee. I think the counter which is lower should be a bit longer across and the toilets were okay with plenty of toilet paper in the ladies, There is also a accessible/disabled toilet which might have baby change in there too? Apart from not having any fizz drinks the place is nice for a quick cup of coffee and I will be visiting again when in Bournemouth Town Centre.

En cuanto al café, hay mejores lugares para ir. Pero en cuanto a consistencia y calidad, siempre sabes qué esperar en Starbucks. El tiempo de alimentación de nuestro hijo era debido, y este Starbucks tenía suficiente espacio para darle su biberón. Nice breakfast, disappointed, no toilet roll in toilet, spoke with barista at counter, said she would sort out, once served people waiting, waited, had to request again with another barista who sorted, not sure why the toilets aren’t checked hourly

The coffee was fine but every coffee place should have usable bathroom facilities. The only one operating during the forty minutes I was there was the disabled facility.

We visited during lunchtime and were surprised how quiet it was- plenty of seating available. Staff were polite but didn’t really do /say anything which made us feel like individuals - just going through a script. Coffee okay

La única crítica es que hay demasiadas personas sentadas en computadoras portátiles sin bebidas que ocupan espacio para sentarse, aparte de que estaba limpio y ordenado.

Fui ayer a la hora del almuerzo, no muchos allí. Las mesas estaban sucias, no se despejaron, el personal no tenía idea de lo que estaban haciendo, rogar afuera nos desanimó, pero peor fue cuando realmente entró en la cafetería y comenzó a pedirles dinero a los clientes, el personal lo ignoró. No volveré allí de nuevo.

I had latte, not the biggest fan of Starbucks, but gave it a try. It is always cold in there, even in a nice day they boost the air-conditioning to very cold. And the interior is cold by itself. No warm colours in there.

何度か行っていますが、ヨーロピアンの店員の態度がものすごく悪いです。見てる限り全員に悪い様子なので人を選んで態度を変えてる感じではないですが、とにかく失礼な態度と、ドリンクのミスが多いです。店内は、ごくフツーですが、一切注文せずに店内に居座る学生などにも見て見ぬふりで、それを客から指摘されていましたが、特に何もする様子もありませんでした。この周辺にはもっと手頃で美味しいカフェがあるので、正直、わざわざここへ行かなくてもいいかなという感じです。

Great place to sit down with a coffee and your laptop to do some work. The area is large and bright, so it doesn't get stuffy or feel too claustrophobic. They're just around the corner from us so I like to come here often!

This provides everything you expect of Starbucks. During term time it can be incredibly full with students dragging out a coffee to stay there as long as possible. The decor seems a little dated and space a bit empty so the atmosphere is slightly worse than other places in the chain.

We have stopped here for coffee a few times while out shopping, but yesterday’s visit was very disappointing. (Friday 16th February at about 3pm) Quite a queue built up while just one barista made up all the orders. I had ordered two flat whites and another drink. I was surprised to be handed one of the FW drinks in a cup and the other in a small glass with no heat protection. I asked why the glass and the barista just shrugged and said “no more cups”. Neither drink looked like a flat white and they were completely different from each other - the one in the cup had enough froth for a cappuccino whilst the other was barely white with no froth at all, only the crema from the brew. No artistry on either and if they were out of cups, maybe a takeaway cup would have been a better substitute. I have had flat whites here before and they have been perfect, so maybe this barista needs some more training! Additionally, although the shop wasn’t particularly busy, there were several coffee stains on the floor that were being ignored by the staff. There are plenty of other coffee shops in Bournemouth - I shall be taking my custom elsewhere in future.

Large modern Starbucks, service was fast and plenty of seating available. Had a breakfast sandwich and a coffee, both were served quickly,.

This store has a great space and big windows to the street (triangle). The coffee of course is very good as well.

In a nutshell: everything sticky, 30% of empty tables had dirty cups etc. on them, staff visibly annoyed that you had the nerve to walk in and offer to buy something, coffee no where near normal Starbucks standard, apparently all staff are "in training". I'm off to get a shot of penicillin from the doc, because I have probably contracted something horrible from this visit.

I very foolishly opened a Starbucks account by buying a card and downloading their app. The idea is to collect stars which reward you with free coffees. The problem is Starbucks cheat you, they kept deducting stars off your balance so you never get enough to get a free coffee.

Staff speak a lot of English. When I asked for a ice coffee was told they didn't do them but it was on the menu. They didn't give me or my partner we asked for. It was so bad the taste of the coffee burned our tongues. When there saw someone that did speak English. He was rude and told us what did we want him to do about it. Will never go there ever again. WASTE OF MONEY

I tend to use Starbucks when desperate for a coffee in Asian countries and wanted the wifi and dropped in here. Hard to find a seat or table that was not filthy. Coffee tasted worse than any other I have had. Maybe the coffee machine was as mucky as the tables.

Tis apt that this listing is spelt wrong, this is FAST FOOD Coffee at it's most sugary and indulgent. The white chocolate mocha coffee does it's best to mask the burnt taste that this place produces but that's only one thing. The staff treat you like a production line, unsmiling, it's like they don't want to be there either. The food is overpriced microwavable fodder. If you love coffee like I do steer clear of here, the badly trained Baristas use boiling water and pour it directly onto the coffee burning it from the start then add lots of cream and sugar to reduce the burnt taste hoping thier patrons won't notice. I noticed and was disappointed. I will give it it's due tho.. It does open very early compared to most coffee options in Bournemouth (actual spelling) and so is great if you need a quick guilty sugar Rush on your way to an early appointment, otherwise steer clear.

Never have I ever been served by such rude staff I'm in there most mornings and still two girls slam my change on the counter. Absolutely no manners please and thank you would not go a miss, and it's not helpful that I have to stretch over for my coffee!! You girls should take pointers from your colleague the dark haired guy at least he smiles and says thank you if not I'd be happy to train you in customer service

It's a Starbucks. It does coffee. It's pretty expensive for what you are getting. But, this one is huge, and if you can get a seat outside or in the window, is a great place for people watching or viewing the world go by. This is the Triangle after all, and with it being Bournemouth, the transient population makes for a diverse and interesting crowd. Treat yourself to an Eggnog latte at Christmas...but support the independents too...pop across the road to Espresso Kitchen where they really know their stuff....and won't charge the earth for it either.

Tables left uncleared, many tables occupied by people on laptops, no milk left on self serve area, and PLASTIC cutlery. I was told I would be called when my sandwich had been heated, instead it was just left on the counter.

Starbucks Bournemuth is situated in the "Coffee District" in Bournemouth and sadly does not come off well against it's local rivals!!! Starbucks suffers from being what it is-a chain! I could have been anywhere! The quality of service was anonymous, the coffee was terrible and the ambience was extremely poor!!! Wish I had visited Espresso Kitchen-the best coffee in Bournemouth or it's close rival Mad Cucumber Vegan Lounge who serve not only organic but vegan coffee!!! Amazing!!! Starbucks you are rubbish!!! Try harder!!!

Very tasty coffee in nice, clean environment. Table near window - really cosy place for drinks with friends. And the best is the staff - polite but friendly. Will be come back.

Have been in here quite a few times, its a good size and wifi is good but this time (it has been getting worse) was just the worst. It was during the week at lunch time, not that many people in, no queue which was great. My husband went to get the drinks but I struggled in the large place to find anywhere which was clean and tidy. I did not want to even stay. By the time I'd caught up with him, coffee was being done so in the end stayed. Had to clear the banquet to sit on it, everywhere we looked had dirty crockery and floors were filthy with crumbs and debris on them so ended up moving from there through to the back and still had to clear the table and seat in order to sit down. Come on, it was empty inside ,NO WONDER. 2 days later we went to the one in Richmond Hill, better but still similar. The toilets were a mess. No one seems to care. Whats happening?I don't want to go out to spend my money in a filthy environment thanks very much.

Great Coffee as usual but the venue itself was more school dining hall than cosy and relaxing ambience. Service was slow and tables were not clean or tidy. Almost shabby.

Popped into Starbucks had a gingerbread latte was very seasonal really good wife had hot chocolate also very good served fairly quickly.

It's a shame to hear about other people's experiences of this branch of Starbucks, but I have to say, I've always had a good experience whenever I've visited with my husband.

Poor service and with an attitude, with five people work, it seemed like a social club for the staff members. My self and another lady felt they really didn't know what they were doing and only when we wanted to speak to the manage, things started to run properly. It says on the wall been roasting coffee since 1971, you could have fooled me.

A typical Starbucks with typical Starbucks ingredients but do me a favour and support local economy by just going across the street!! Seating is ok and its comfortable but again, my above recommendation AND they are waaayy better than Starbucks.

Went in and there wasn't many people in, no queue and about 7 baristas messing around behind the counter. I placed my order to a very rude girl and had my change thrown into my hand. A guy was handed the cups by the girl and his response 'why do I have to do it?' and proceeded to hand them behind him to another girl who looked like she actually wanted to do her job properly who then made them and said thank you and smiled. When I'm paying decent money for expensive coffee I expect a decent service and not downright rudeness. I will not be returning to this particular Starbucks branch.

Hemos visitado este sitio en numerosas ocasiones, pues somos amantes del café de Starbucks y de su estilo, pero cada vez ha sido peor. Desde luego no habíamos visto nada parecido en otros establecimientos de la cadena, y conocemos muchos. Está bastante sucio, los pedidos se realizan con lentitud, cierran la mitad del espacio disponible una hora antes del cierre del local, para limpiar dicen. En esa última hora ya no utilizan la vajilla de loza sino todo desechable, aunque vayas a estar allí. En una de las ocasiones, que llegamos más tarde, estaban llevando la vajilla y el resto de utensilios de elaborar las bebidas en una caja de lavavajillas arrastrando por el suelo y a patadas, increible.

Thought we'd stop for a drink with my wife and two children whilst on holiday, wish we hadn't. We got our kids a red berry frappicino but unfortunately all you could taste was plain yogurt. My wife took the drinks back and politely asked for extra fruit, the staff member snatched the drinks from my wife and didn't say a word. When we returned to our seats the member of staff in question was talking about us with the other members of staff.

As a Starbucks coffee lover and someone who travels a lot o have experienced many Starbucks coffee shops and the way in which your coffee is made all over the world. This is a large, modern style coffee shop with lots of different spaces to sit and enjoy your coffee. As someone who only drinks a particular type of coffee which I would say is a rare order it was also made with perfection.

Just a standard Starbucks - not very exciting. More interesting coffee shops nearby - worth trying others.

im afraid to say that both the starbucks franchise in the triangle and richmond road are both discustin,the toilets are not cleaned regularly although the tables are cleared far more often in the richmmond starbucks than it is atall in the triangle,electric cables from using vacuums are left unattended floors left wet with no warning signs to be careful,and staff are very rude and ignorant everything seems too much trouble for them at both shops where as westbourne starbucks very homely and lovely helpful staff.

Having found myself lost in Bournemouth early on a Saturday morning desperate for a coffee, this Starbucks appeared like a mirage of caffeine goodness on the horizon.

Popped in to wait for Zizzi's to release a table opposite. Granted, it was at about 7.30pm and they close at 8.00 but the place was utterly filthy. The window table had the remainders of coffee, shakes, wrappers and sticky mess all over the floor and seats. Looking around, half of the place had been closed off for cleaning but I saw at least two staff just walk past the mess. We were there for about 15 minutes and were politely asked to leave as they wanted to close - at 7.45pm. This is NOT the standard of the usual Starbucks. Very disappointing to see a franchise letting the side down.

Yawn, same old same old. overpriced, awful quality, bland, un-imaginative, and yet they feel the need to open up more.

Absolutely appalling service in a relatively empty establishment. There were five staff behind the counter- but as far as I could see one poor girl was on tills and one poor girl was making cold drinks. There was a boy on hot drinks but he didn't seem too busy as it was a boiling hot day. None of the staff were supporting the girl making cold drinks- instead they let a huge pile of plastic cups gather on the side next to her whole angry customers looked on waiting. The others proceeded to muck about around her. One peroxide blonde woman was on the pretence of "tidying" around the girl, making her job even harder as she kept getting in her way. The blonde woman kept looking at us customers waiting, sneering and giggling with the other staff. Undoubtedly she needs some kind of customer service training as I found her behaviour unacceptable. I thought Starbucks was the sort of establishment that would vet their staff carefully and ensure the highest quality- clearly not!

Brilliantly calm and spacious! Plenty of seating inside and out, and more than 1 toilet which is a vast improvement on other Starbucks I've visited.

First visit today... and almost certainly the last. You can't trip over in Bournemouth without stumbling through the doors of a coffee shop, so there is plenty of choice. Definitely catering for the youth market (I felt ancient). Noisy, bland décor (pics of coffee themes, on brown walls), lacking any ambience. Staff look bored, service slow. Server did not know what I was asking when I said "Do you have any gluten free food?". Obviously not then.

The lady managing the store the morning I went was rude. The other servers seemed nice and a little embarrassed by the manager. Coffee average price average. Place was clean. Music terrible but I guess thats why they invented mp3s.

The previous reviews certainly don't reflect what I experience. I visit 2 or 3 times a week, and while standards do vary a bit depending on who is working, 99% of the time I have been very happy with my experience. I'm currently sat in the store and although there was only 1 guy on duty initially- he was friendly, efficient and engaged with customers including myself. I've never been served by rude staff or seen the place dirty.

The whole café looks filthy & grubby.. staff standing around when tables should be cleaned. Hygiene I would have thought was the No 1 priority ~ but someone should go in and groom the staff. One girl arrived last week for the start of her shift, and her apron was 'DISGUSTING'.!!! I don't think it had been washed in the last 2 yrs.!!! Her shoes were also disgraceful with food and coffee stains on. In fact most of the staff look as though they need a good wash, also with dirty aprons, bovva boots, Huge pink diamonte earrings. But when the general manager there is also scruffy ~ there is no chance for the staff.!!! I will never return there, far too many nicer coffee shops in Bournemouth.

I use this only for the occasional business coffee for a meeting as it's big with plenty of tables & quiet areas. Other then that why bother, there's a much better independant coffee shop across from it with better coffee, cakes & service.

With free wi-fi this place can get very busy with students but is lively and always great for meeting friends. I drink here a lot and I never have any problems. Great staff and excellent coffee. They even know my name and what I order.

We both enjoyed a coffee and a muffin each in this Starbucks. A huge cafe which seems to be popular with students. Having visited other Starbucks I have to say this one is definitely the best on service. Staff friendly and polite. Although very busy we didn't have to queue for long. Our Egg Nog Lattes and lemon and poppy seed muffins were scrumptious. We'll be back on our next return trip to Bournemouth.
