Sweet Heaven in Brighton! Sprinkle Gelato offers a fantastic array of gelato flavours that are rich, creamy, and utterly delicious. The waffle was perfectly crisp and topped with just the right amount of syrup. A must-visit for any dessert lover!

I got more flavour licking my window, never again, gone down hill big time. I won't be coming back, that's for sure, avoid.

We arrived there and was waiting at the till for at least 10 minutes and nobody served us nor did they even acknowledge us. While we were waiting to be served at the till, what we saw was unbelievable. Firstly, the working area/sides were filthy, and clearly had not been cleaned or sanitised. Secondly, we watched the waitress, pick up banana, then dropped it on the floor, then continued to serve it onto a waffle, which is absolutely vile. Then, one of the sauces had run out so needed refilling, the waitress could not open it so proceeded to use a visibly dirty and unclean cloth to open it, whilst covering the nozzle, which is evidently cross contamination. After seeing all of this and being so appalled by the lack of cleanliness and poor service, me and my friends decided to leave and find dessert elsewhere. We will not be returning, and the staff need to be trained properly on food hygiene and how to keep their workplace clean.

What I’m about to write is such a shame, given that we love the food at sprinkles. We came in today as a special treat, and witness as an elderly man came in and asked the server for their help. He explained that his mobility scooter was nearly out of charge and he wouldn’t have enough to get him the last 2 miles home. He pleaded for them just to let him in to charge his scooter, and even offered to pay for the electricity. The server contacted her manager, who said ‘no’. Where has the human compassion gone?! Absolutely shocking.

Bad customer service. In store and even more dire via email, telephone and Facebook pages. I will write review on all pages available until they resolve my issue. Management may need to go on a top up course.

Mi pareja y yo decidimos darnos el capricho de ir aquí por primera vez el otro día. No hace falta decir que, por mi título, no fue un gran placer. Mi pareja tomó un batido y yo un helado. Mi comida estaba bien, sin embargo, había un pelo en el batido de mi compañero y cuando se lo llevaron al empleado, hicieron un gran problema al rechazar un reembolso, así que nos dimos por vencidos y nos fuimos. Decidí darles el beneficio de la duda y volver a intentar ir por un helado normal unos días después. Y cuando entré no había personal en absoluto. Tuve que esperar hasta que apareciera alguien, teniendo en cuenta que era la mitad del día de un viernes. cuando alguien finalmente apareció y ordené, tomé mi cono de helado y me fui. Inmediatamente me di cuenta de que el cono estaba muy, muy rancio. Era comestible pero decepcionante en general.

Social distancing not good menus not cleaned after use, all sat too close. Won’t be going back until they adhere to the rules and regulations, very disappointing.

Pedimos 3 bolas en una tina esperando 3 bolas redondas pequeñas, en su lugar obtuvimos una montaña de helado. Aunque fue muy agradable, hay un límite en la cantidad que realmente puedes comer. Lamentablemente, nosotros (2 de nosotros) no pudimos terminarlo entre nosotros. Para 5 . 50, tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio. El Sundae también era excelente pero bastante caro (para el postre), pero de vez en cuando valía la pena. A mi hija le encantó. Lamentablemente tampoco pudo terminarlo.

Absolutely disgusting treatment during a time where there is no money about due to Covid 19 charging your normal price yet making your portion sizes half the size it usually is and being melted and it only consisting of only ice cream and nothing else yet charged us top price I will definitely not be ordering from here again and then told there was nothing that could be done

Great sprinkles store. the order all arrived at the same time which was nice. Will definitely visit again in the future. Facilities were a bit grubby would be my only criticism. Staff were very pleasant and great with the children when ordering.

The place is big, bright and cosy! And there are many option for different levels of sweetness.I often come here to take notes and write essays for university; I usually order one of the triangular short cakes with a tea from the selection.However, today I had an awesome chocolate with marshmallows, that cheered me up in a time of need.Thank you, Somi (Hope I wrote that right)!

Came here with my friends had plenty of choice in the menu the staff were friendly generous portion sizes only thing I found was abit too sweet i would definitely go back

Went with the family and had a mixture of deserts, my wife had the peanut butter M&M waffle which was really nice, I had the Jar which was full of chocolate, vanilla ice cream, M&M's, Bueno and Ferrero Rocher peices served on a slate plate with chocolate drizzled over it (really nice and highly recommend). The kids had ice creams in a cone with one having the apple crumble (I think) which was really nice. Not even I could manage all of it which takes some doing. Staff were quick to serve, wasnt very busy at the time but it was a Sunday evening.

Visit this sprinkles quite a lot and food is always very nice however customer service is not very good. I ordered a cookie dough which I was enjoying until I noticed a hair poking out of it,it was clearly not my own hair since mine is black and the hair was blonde. I took it up to the counter to one of the staff and said about the hair and he said speak to the manager and walked off after a couple minutes he came back and took the hair out of the food and said it wasn’t human hair, he seemed very confused and said what do you want me todo very abruptly he then continued to look at the hair and put it back on the food.He eventually got the manager who was also quite abrupt about the situation she said since the hair was never in the food she couldn’t do anything about it but the hair was pulled out the food by the other staff member.They never gave me any compensation and was not polite about the matter what so ever and did not even apologise about it at all.The staff made me feel very embarrassed about complaining and overall the staff where not apologetic at all.

The place to go for a sweet tooth craving! The cookie dough is my personal favorite but they also have an impressive selection of treats and ice creams to choose from!

Love love love this place. Great value for money too. The portions are very generous! You come out feeling very satisfied.

Went with my wife and my daughter for a couples of ice creams to take away and the guy at the counter started the conversation like this"HELLO MATE".... First of all I'm a customer not your mate, anyway I ordered 4 ice creams to take away and I asked about a box for a take away and my " mate" looks like didn't know what I'm talking about.... A quick advice for you... next time try to be more professional and if you don't know something ask you colleagues.... MATE

Took my 2 grandchildren for a treat as they are not normally allowed things like this, service ok didn’t think there was a lot of choice ice cream wise though. It would be good if there was a children’s menu or for smaller appetites as portions are large for little ones.

If you want ice cream great, if you want something like cake off the menu don’t bother as they run out of most things, somebody needs to order stock in to keep customers happy, why have a menu with no food !!!! Very poor service

The whole experience was terrible. we ordered a chocolate m&m; waffle and we were given a peanut m&m; waffle.someone in my family has a severe nut allergy and if they had eaten it they would be hospitalised or worse. the staff were oblivious with what they had served and this poses a severe threat to anyone with an allergy. they also got the entire order wrong, forgetting half our order and giving us drinks we hadn’t ordered. the milkshake that was ordered was also served with the peanut version which is also a problem. overall would not recommend. untrustworthy staff who are non the wiser of the risks of allergies. quality of food is below average

We planned on going here in the evening but didn’t have time, so went here the next morning before we left for home to have an ice cream for breakfast . Lovely spacious parlour with nice decor and ice cream to die for. The variety was enormous and the gelato definitely lived up to the hype.

I tasted the Fruits of the wood, and mango gelato. Truly repulsive. A sickly sweet synthetic taste. Avoid like the plague. You're better of going for a magnum!

Staff gentile e disponibile, prezzi ottimi considerando le quantità e bellissimo locale. Un po' troppo alta l'aria condizionata, per il resto consigliatissimo!!!!! Consoderazione finale: ho chiesto un pancake ed è arrivato prima un waffle poi una crepe......servizio forse da rivedere?

Difficult to choose what to eat from the menu, you simply can't order everything. Have had waffles and a sundae here. Simply amazing and delicious. This is the place to go if your looking for some dessert or have a sweet tooth. Definitely going to return when in Bournemouth next, this place is hard to resist!

Come here every year and every year we are impressed! Have recommended to friends who are equally impressed. Looking at about £7 ish a waffle or sundae but they are absolutely massive and easily be shared... although I never do!

Would not recommend anyone going here. No atmosphere. Bland. Awful. So expensive. £17 for 2 adults and 3 children. Can get an equally good ice cream at beach for £2 each. Never again!

I have been coming here with a friend for a year every fortnight , to my horror they have stopped serving fresh cream and replaced it with cheap squirty cream , we will no longer be going and so disappointed

Some things are just so indicative of everything that's awful in the world today that they don't even deserve to be described. I would suggest that the memory of this place be swept under the carpet, but i wouldn't want to tarnish the grime under there with an association to this place.

I am an avid sprinkles visitor, and this trip blew my mind. Honestly the rudest staff I have ever encountered. That young Spanish women needs to be sacked ASAP. Huffed and puffed at my every request, not to mention her complacency. Very sad, will never visit again.

Came here today. Had a waffle with what was meant to be maple syrup. I got the waffle and after my first price I thought it tasted funny. I asked my cousin to taste it and she said it wasn’t maple syrup. Had an orange taste. I asked the girl to perhaps replace it and she said she needs a manager for that. The manager came over and said “ it’s what it is. We are a franchise and head office send us that one “. Shrugged his shoulders and walked off. No offer to change or refund.

first impressions exceptionally clean love the decor and smart friendly staff. However 5 staff were working and only one girl behind the till doing 90% of the work had to que and que and que if i wasn't with a friend i would have just left. My waffle with choc and peanut sauce with banana and ice cream was great although the waffle mix was quite light. the selection of ice-cream we chose was good . But the cappuccinos we had and had remade were not hot at all even second time round. Not sure i would return here.

The food was as usual great, we come every year. We ordered a big sundae with no banana, it came with banana which they then picked out. Unfortunately my eldest son is autistic and as such is very sensory driven, because of the remains king smell of banana I asked for them to make a new one from scratch which they did without question which I was really impressed with. What I was not impressed with was what happened to my youngest son who is 3. He was looking through the counter at all the ice cream when his hand went through the gap underneath. I’m not sure exactly what is under there but it’s VERY hot. Maybe a light or something? My son cried and cried, we asked for ice which we got after a few minutes. He has been left with blisters along 3 of his little fingers. The member of staff we spoke to apologised and said it had never happened before, however this happened very easily so I am surprised. I suggested she complete a risk assessment and she looked at me as though I were mad. There was no question of compensation despite my hysterical child and obvious injury. I suspect nothing will change so watch your little ones!

What a fabulous gelato parlour. We walked 20 mins to here following huge disappointment at lollipop. Sprinkles has a great choice of gelato and sweet/dessert combinations at reasonable prices. Good service in a friendly environment. Would highly recommend.

Went today with my family .. wasn’t very busy when we went in.. 3 members of staff on ..

It was a heatwave the afternoon I was here so it was packed busy and the staff were doing the best they could. I found the one supervisor on duty actually doing most of the work and having to baby step the other employees as to how to do their job because they were inefficient. I could see the frustration on this poor guy's face, having to teach all these staff how to do their job under pressure while being the only guy who knows what he's doing. So service was terribly slow but it's actually management's fault for being useless at training up their staff properly and relying on one guy to do the work of 5!

Insieme a mio marito e la nostra piccola cagnolina siamo entrati in questa gelateria per prendere un gelato. Sono rimasta in piedi all'ingresso cercando di guardare i gusti da scegliere e il commesso mi ha detto che dovevo uscire perche'la cagnolina non era ben accetta. Abbiamo preso due coni (io cercando di leggere i gusti fuori dalla porta). Il gelato e'di qualità scadente, mio marito ha preso il gusto limone che era evidentemente mal conservato o mal lavorato e si e' letteralmente sbriciolato per terra. Visto che non ci era permesso di sedere dentro, ci siamo dovuti "accomodare" fuori al sole col gelato che si scioglieva disastrosamente e nello sporco più' totale. ...mai più! Non accettano i cani e poi i tavolini sono peggio di un porcile!

The counter staff there are very unhelpful and they don't always understand what the customers ask for. I was not all that impressed with their service especially with my children and the tables seemed to be quite dirty with the sticky surfaces. The food there are not of a very good quality and it is very overpriced!!

Lovely place to go for a ice cream treat with the family. Loads of ice cream choices, and choices of pancakes, waffles.

Kids ate all their dinner so promised them a treat. Simple to order. Food came to the table within 10 minutes. So many calories. But what the hell. You only live once. Hot cookie dough with ice cream. They both struggled to eat it. We had to finish it off.

Great portion sizes and flavour however they don’t do gluten free waffles or crepes which forced my girlfriend to have ice cream, luckily she’s quite happy with that but was excited for some waffles or crepe.

I am semi retired so plenty of time to chill especially at places like Sprinkles.on average I spend 3-5 hours here starting with a coffee then moves onto either waffles or pancakes. Nice to see some kids running around or couples sharing an ice cream.

Visited yesterday( 21/03/18 )... seems very quiet. Ladies working there thy dont act like hospitality people not even smile. When I said its my first time here , so could You tell me, do I have to pay now or later- that lady staff with red lips she looked at me like she wants to made me feel dumb and rudely answered: Here! Took 15 minutes to order as they let teens stand at the counter messing about and deciding forever. Then it’s a long, long, long wait for pretty basic ingedients to be put in a bowl. Staff were quite friendly though. Never, ever again...

Never been before never to return either. Decor awful. Service extremely slow despite it being with a smile. Crepe was awful so sweet we barely touched it. Felt sick all afternoon. Probably left with diabetes.

Came here a few weeks ago and have been here several times before. Always been happy with the quality of food but the waiting time for the food - even just a milkshake, can be a bit too long.

Waffles, crepes, sundaes and hot cookie dough with lots of ice cream and sauce. Good range in the menu with hot and cold drinks. The down side are the staff who all look under 18 and are literally covered in ice cream and sauce and the toilet was dirty.

If you're of older age, Dont come here. By the time you've got your order you'll probably be dead! Very slow service and not worth the wait for the hassle of parking nearby.

Me and my friends visited this place about 9am and we were the only customers and ordered coffees and waffles.No whipped cream as they runned out...We were informed that it will take 10min....coffee was served us after 15min and waffles after 40 minutes.It wasn't tasty at all...

There is a fantastic range of desserts on offers here. We tried several different types (including the waffles, crepes, dessert jars and sundaes) and really enjoyed all of them. There is a large selection of mouth-watering flavours for each dessert or ice cream and service was quick and friendly.

Been here a couple of times before and was great. although im not a fan of the decor (bit tacky and trashy) . This Time a round it was i guess 'off season' as its october. the order came fast and the staff pleasant.

We had decided to visit and arrived at noon on Sunday. There were a few customers in sat eating. We tried to find a table but noticed 4 in a row with dirty uncleared food/plates and glasses on. We then checked the whole resterant to find that 80 percent of "empty" tables were uncleared. 4 members of staff were behind the counter not busy and no que of customers. Staff were just chatting and ignoring the place. We voted with our feet and left and went to Winton.

Vi consiglio pienamente di prendere il waffle con Nutella, panna e gelato alla vaniglia come questo in foto, la porzione è molto abbondante ed è perfetto per dividerlo in due (Non c'è nel menù ma basta richiederlo alla cassa), il costo è di 6£!

Went to Sprinkles for dessert in a Saturday night & it was extremely quiet! I ordered a Nutella, banana & Oreo waffle with ice cream. It was amazing! Really delicious! It would be great if the menu had pictures rather than drawings. Even though it was quiet, a number of the tables had rubbish on them - it's surprising the staff didn't clean this up. Can't wait for my next visit!

Es un bar para merendar exquisito, en españa no hay ninguno igual. Todo está riquisimo y son hipergrandes. Recomendable si quieres degustar crepes o grofes únicos y dar envidias a tus amigos jajaj.

Popped in late evening for a little treat. Our server was polite and efficient. We opted for tubs with two scoops. Huge portions. Not the best tasting but palatable. Reasonable prices.

Am fond of Gelato in Manchester thought we try this out the place was ok got hot chocolate drink and it was boiling hot I mean really boiling that I burnt my mouth I waited to cool down for 10 min still it was boiling I finally left it and the girls got pancake which had no cream only ice cream they said they ran out of cream a place popular like this how come they had no fresh cream left and after all this my little one got tummy ache after eating pancakes!! my daughter was going on about this place for days and after this experience she doesn't want to go there again

Waited too long for order, asked staff for extra knife and fork which was met with a blank expression. Then she went away and never came back. Wife had to go herself and ask another member of staff. Can't fault food and there are lots of different tasty combinations. Great place with lots of potential.

We live in London and visit friends in Bournemouth. When ever we go this place is a must to visit. We generally go for the waffles and they are huge (not great if your counting the calories dread to think how much they contain). Great for a treat and can't wait till our next visit.

Have been here a few times. Ranges from amazing friendly and helpful staff to those who are just rude.

Even so we visited 10 minutes prior to them closing for the night we did not think it was acceptable to refuse to sell anything but ice cream and ignore us for ages ? We know you need to get on with your close but customers should always come first and the fact that we were greeted with mean looks was unacceptable.

Have given this place a 3 out of 5 for the food. This was pretty average but a nice choice and concept. What let's this place down is the staff. We went there one morning, went to the counter to order and both staff just ignored me and carried on with other jobs. Two other people standing there decided to go elsewhere. In the end had to ask if anyone was interested in taking order and they both just looked at each other.

Lovely place for a sweet lunch or an afternoon pleasure. There was a huge variety of ice creams' flavours and lots of different pancakes and créps! I'm really impressed with this place!

I am sure for the majority this is a great place to eat but this post is just to raise awareness for allergy sufferers. If you or any member of your family / party have an allergy please be ultra cautious as the health procedures to prevent contamination are not always adhered to. In spite of stating my daughter suffered from a nut allergy, nuts somehow contaminated her ice cream.

Went at 7.30am on Sunday and had the place to ourselves! Yummy strawberry crepe and coffee. Would definitely go again, especially when not filled with hordes of people as it usually is.

I could not believe the flavours and varieties on offer..you have to see them. Obviously a good business idea from somebody as they are not cheap but still popular!

Went at around 11pm and it was still very busy, was a tuesday night aswell. Had cookie dough and a brownie sunday and oh lord was it ever so nice! Definitely would visit again if in bournemouth.
