Taco Bell in Bournemouth - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

It has come to my attention that robbers no longer wear black and white striped shirts, instead they now dress in the Taco Bell uniform! They made me tap my card several times before realising their tills were down, I didn’t receive my food despite money being taken twice from my account. When I asked if I would be getting my money back, the manager’s response wasn’t too different from the phone call in the movie Taken essentially responding with ‘good luck’. Please for the sake of your sanity don’t buy food from here! Or you might have to deal with the hilarious individual that calls herself a manager.

the guy who served us late in the evening (jordy man) delieverd great customer service. he made our trip to bournemouth that bit brighter especially after a dissapoining meal in turtle bay prior to this!

Considering a fairly cheep price, the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful too, and the interior very clean.

Better service at this Taco Bells and food tastes better than what we were served at the Poole branch a few years ago. Not as good as it tastes back in the States but it filled us up at the time.

Went in with my girlfriend. I sat down at one of the tables whilst she went up to order, I didn’t get the guys name but he was in different uniform so I assume was the manger and was the only male worker there. Anyways, he was just really rude and impatient with my girlfriend even angrily raising his voice at her when she walked away without her change and sighed as he walked to the back of the kitchen. The food is alright but we probably wont be back there in person at least as the guys clearly got an attitude problem and actually left us in a bad mood afterwards.

Went in for takeaway and there were 2 of us ordering. My friend went first, I ordered the same thing as her. The dude that served me had some trouble on the till and got more and more frustrated as he wasn't able to put the stuff through, and then went to a separate page on the till and couldn't get off. He asked for help, but no one went to help him until he started shouting at the till. By the time they sorted in and put my food through, my friend had already been given her food and drink. When I got the food, the chips weren't the best and the churros were stale. Overall, would go back again and wouldn't get those items, but hopefully the team comes together when someone has a problem on the till as it's kind of uncomfortable seeing a dude get that angry at something so easily fixed.

I ordered the veggie cravings for two which was supposed to contain 2 quesadilla, 2 Burrito 2 portions of nachos and 2 portions of cinnamon twists. What we received was 1 quesadilla (beef!) no good to us as we are vegetarians, no Burritos, no nachos and only the cinnamon twists! I was however charged as if I had received my actual order! I contacted the restaurant who stated that they would not send out the rest of the order and I would need to contact deliveroo for any refund. Not helpful in any way. Fortunately Deliveroo were helpful and we received a refund. Although it meant that we didn't eat til very late as had to order elsewhere Will not be ordering from Taco Bell again

I placed an order on one of the popular food delivery apps today. As soon as I placed the order, I called due to a mistake in the order for meat instead of chicken. I take responsibility for the mistake in the order, however, the call was placed literally the second the order was going through. The person who answered told me “nothing is for free and to write a good review for them”. This seems much like extortion from a respectable fast food chain to change an item literally less than 10 seconds after the order has been placed. Very disappointed and shocked by the experience. Felt like I was begging for food not paying to have an actual meal. Also, I don’t need to elaborate on the food quality in the Bournemouth branch. I think things speak for itself.

Terrible customer service when I called the store to say my food hadn't arrived and was told that it is not in their policy to give a refund. I've been a very loyal customer, however I wont be going to them again to lose £20!

We had some taco dinner in Bournemouth Taco Bell But it was very very poor and the staff was like a bunch of amateurs The drink machine was dirty and full of fingerprints So we didn’t drink but that’s all right I’m gonna give a good review as a motivation for future I’ll come back for my churros Such a shame Shame Shame Shame on you

Went with my parents prior to lockdown. Awful food, awful sides and awful service. Would never ever go here again. Left a Facebook review but they are hiding these along with our photos of the obscene amount of food we received...I.e nothing!

Do not go here. Staff were rude and not accommodating in any way, shape or form. Food was cold, paid extra for nacho cheese and barely got enough to dip my little finger in...the manager was awful. Would never ever go here again or recommend!

Visiting Bournemouth for a few days and always have to visit taco Bell as not one near us. Love the food and the free refills. Staff were very helpful and cheerful.

had a delivery and was nervous after seeing reviews.The delivery arrived and order was correct, nothing missing and food reasonably hot apart from the chips, but then they never travel well from any takeaway. The only criticism I have is the size of the burritos they are tiny but are tasty so I suggest doubling up.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla, received the wrong order 3 times from a really ignorant waitress with no manners whatsoever. I would not recommend this branch of Taco Bell to anybody, really disappointed ☹️😠0/10

Fui aquí dos veces durante un viaje a Bournemouth, una para almorzar y otra para cenar. El almuerzo fue tranquilo y la comida salió rápidamente, caliente, etc. La cena fue completamente diferente: "Comer fuera para ayudar" significaba que el restaurante estaba muy lleno, sin que nadie prestara atención al distanciamiento social. Dos familias numerosas habían acampado en el pequeño comedor, a pesar de que aparentemente no comían nada en el momento en que estuvimos allí. Nos dijeron que teníamos que llevar comida para llevar, y luego de que ordenamos, una familia de cuatro personas detrás de nosotros básicamente intimidó al miembro del equipo que recibía órdenes para que los dejara abarrotarse alrededor de una mesa de dos personas, nuevamente sin distanciamiento social de los que estaban cerca de ellos, por lo que podría hacer uso del descuento del gobierno.La comida que recibimos tardó 20 minutos en salir. Los conductores de Deliveroo / Ubereats / JustEat se apiñaron sin tener en cuenta el distanciamiento, y sus pedidos de entrega aparentemente tenían prioridad sobre los pedidos a domicilio. La comida en sí era decente, todavía lo suficientemente caliente cuando llegamos a casa, incluso si aparentemente estaba preparada apresuradamente.En resumen, iría de nuevo a almorzar y durante otros momentos tranquilos, pero hasta que obtengan más apoyo para el distanciamiento social y Covid, evitaré por completo la hora de la cena. Fue una experiencia muy estresante para mí personalmente, así que tuve que salir de la tienda mientras mi esposo esperaba el resto de nuestro pedido.

Pedí una comida para llevar y recibí el pedido equivocado, aunque también no era nuestro pedido llegó frío como una piedra, supimos que no era nuestro pedido a la entrega, le dije al conductor de la entrega que no dijo nada que pudiera hacer y aceleró, traté de llamar al restaurante más de media hora, finalmente logré comunicarse, y la señora fue brusca y grosera, y dijo que llame a su proveedor de entrega, aunque fue el restaurante el que cometió el error, pagó por la comida, que no recibimos, comida fría, comida incorrecta, y un servicio grosero, absolutamente consternado, por lo que se desperdició dinero, mi compañero tuvo que ir allí 9 taxis en cada sentido, lo que hizo que fuera una comida tarde, una comida cara y sin compensación, estoy muy decepcionado de que veas en las imágenes lo que obtuve y lo que debería haber recibido, y el pedido que recibí era incorrecto, faltaban elementos en eso.

Taco Bell was exactly what I expected. The service was a bit slower than it is in America but the food tasted exactly as I expected it to.

Decidí venir aquí para comer antes de regresar a casa después de un hermoso fin de semana festivo en Bournemouth. He visitado Taco Bell varias veces en los Estados Unidos y siempre lo disfruté, ¡sin embargo, este Taco Bell los supera a todos! ! Deliciosa comida, lugar limpio y chico muy servicial que nos sirvió. Gracias definitivamente volveremos cuando regresemos :)

I don't even know how can they dare call their food Mexican. Buy some nachos from Tesco and they are tastier. Waste of time and money. Ojo Rojo is way better and worthy if you are craving Mexican food.

My boyfriend loves this place but it just wasn't for me. The food is all deep fat fried and the burrito is stuffed with neon cheese and tastes nothing like the proper dish. If you like fast food you'll love it but just don't coem expecting mexican food- it isn't!

Had this twice. We sat in the first time and it was amazing. One of the best tacos bells I’ve had. Then had a deliveroo the second time and it was a bit disappointing. A little cold and a bit soggy

Pedí una campana de taco a través de Deliveroo. Pidió a un amigo que me entregara una de las comidas. Nunca revisé antes, ya que nunca tuve problemas cuando ordené desde diferentes restaurantes, cuando llamé al restaurante, la mujer que estaba al otro lado del teléfono me llamó mentirosa y me dijo que era imposible que hubieran empaquetado la orden equivocada o que el conductor hubiera hecho un pedido. error y se negó a volver a enviar el pedido. cuando hablé con deliveroo, se pusieron en contacto con el restaurante y obtuvieron la misma respuesta, luego, cuando deliveroo intentaron volver a enviarme una orden para que yo pudiera obtener la campana de taco de comida que seguía cancelando la orden. más allá de una broma! La comida que pedí fue definitivamente mucho más pequeña de lo que recibí cuando tengo orden derek en la tienda también. pérdida de tiempo y dinero, tampoco tiene sentido enviar un correo electrónico ya que no responderán a eso.

I was so excited to try this as I've never seen one in the UK before. Great choice and not too expensive. Could have done with a bit more meat in the taco but it was delicious! Bit of a wait to get the food as it was all done to order by two staff members but it was fresh and hot. Hope to see more of these around.

Nice tasting fast food if you fancy a change from the standard burger and chips. Soft drink have free refills too. Good value for money and friendly staff.

I got so hyped up and excited that I can finally try Taco Bell, perhaps that was why I was so underwhelmed. I ordered a Grilled Stuft Burrito meal with Grilled chicken filling and honestly, I could have done better making it myself. There was no trace of a grilled chicken taste. Everything just tasted of beans (dissecting the burrito it did look like all there was was mushy beans inside). To make matters worse, we never even got the fries that was meant to go with our meals. It was strange though as the restaurant was quiet. There were about 4 other people in there all eating already so the order that was being processed was just ours, might I add that it was also a take away. We were handed the bag and I never bothered to check. I had so much faith that everything would be ok with the restaurant being quite surely our orders would be right but there you go. We paid for a “meal” but did not get the full set. It was also pricey for what we actually got. May I add that everything was not even lukewarm, it was almost cold-like the food was already prepared prior to ordering and was just shoved in a bag.

I had not seen a Taco Bell in the UK for nearly thirty years, delighted they are back with a modern approach to Mexican fast food. Spotlessly clean, a open kitchen, great value and tasty food. The grilled stuffed burritos were delicious.

Having researched that there are a few Taco Bells in the country, we have been eager to try them out. We went well prepared as it has been well documented that the menus can be abit confusing. Also wanting something different to the usual fast food choices of burgers and fried chicken. The restaurant was clean, staff welcoming and helpful. Ordered the sharing platter which consisted of 2 meat tacos,nachos platter,beef quesadilla,spiced fries and 2 refill drinks all for the bargain price of £10.99.It was a generous portion for the price and was tasty. Would visit again.Hope they open some branches nearer to London.
