McDonald's in Bournemouth

totally abysmal. can I suggest that you employ people who can read road names.

My delivery took an hour and a half to come and was freezing cold when it got here . As well as that my sauces were forgotten which I paid for !

I would give zero if i could Ordered food at 19.04 and told 15-30 min then kept delaying. Told at 20.00 it will be 20.50. What a joke. 2 hrs for fast food

Fries felt like they were double cooked the burger was disappointing and everyone working there really didn’t want to be there and table service wasn’t available.

Normally, I'm busy McDonald's, but quite early in the morning. Staff was more interested in talking to each other, and service was poor. Food has halved in sizes and is almost shocking. The chicken burger is now size of the £1.40 one.

El personal detrás del mostrador estaba bien. Pero la higiene de arriba era inaceptable. Cada vez que vengo aquí, siempre huele a pis y locura. Pero en esta ocasión, mi esposa y yo entramos a tomar un café, y me recibieron con una aguja en el baño. Solía gustarme venir aquí, pero voy a comer allí de nuevo. Arréglalo. ¡Asqueroso!

The order took so long that when it arrived it was all freezing cold!

Due to no fault of McDonalds the delivery driver took over an hour to deliver our order when it's 10 minutes down the road from us. All the food was cold, very disappointed.

I messed up my own order and forgot to remove a bunch of stuff. The kind staff, even though the food was almost ready, prepared me a new batch of the food.

The coffee was not full which was disappointing and the egg in the muffin was a bit cold. Otherwise ok.

The milkshakes tasted awful and they were watery

Pedimos comida para llevar, pero cuando llegamos a casa descubrimos que la orden estaba completamente equivocada. Aunque el recibo adjunto a la bolsa era correcto, nada en el interior coincidía (aparte de fichas, pero luego prácticamente todos los pedidos vienen con fichas, así que... ).

Great food, unfortunately I did not get the additional hash brown ordered. I did get a potential refund on that. I also think it is expensive for what you get, I will only be ordering when treating myself every now and again.

As usual delivery driver can't follow a basic map and instructions. Burger also came missing half its ingredients.

Absolute joke 3 hours and stone cold food.

Food was stone cold, chips were stale from being under hot light, mayo burger was plastered in mayo, bbq wrap had little to no trace of bbq in and enough lettuce to feed 3 people which was scooped into the bin.

again you have missed all my extra dips that come with the meals I expect nothing more than accuracy and a free meal to comensate

Waited 2 hours for this and didn’t think it was going to show up, when I received it, it was stone cold and unable to eat and I had to chuck it in the bin. Honestly awful. Never experienced anything like this with just eat.

The driver didn't respond to my messages. it says delivered when it wasn't. I kept checking outside because he said he was outside and there was no-one. they must not have been at the right place.

This is the main McDonalds for Bournemouth Town centre. It's a very busy restaurant, so food takes a little longer than other places. Plenty of seating, but can get busy a peak times. Easy access for disabled people, but the store is located partway up a slight incline.

Just terrible!! Visited today, with family (6 children included, hence the choice of McDonalds). Anyway, it was packed! With next to no staff on the floor to help filter customers through. Could barely push through a pushchair, let alone if someone used a wheelchair. One of the self service machines were not working! Waited over 30 minutes for my food, amongst SEVERAL others who had been waiting ages! Obviously the children were unhappy, asked politely where food was and 1st time completely ignored. Then told okay it's coming which it did not and then when I was giving the food they'd forgotten drink. Also the food was not hot. It just had an off atmosphere with people becoming frustrated not just myself.

Delivery driver stopped at his place for about an hour and had the audacity to not come to the right place, I had to walk out of my house to collect the order. Disgrace of a driver, someone fire him

Affordable, perfect for a quick treat with the kids. Can be busy and understaffed, but generally quick and hot.

everything came fine, except for my drink,.I ordered a large coke, and the bike courier took no care in storing it, when I took it oflut of the leaking bag, there was half of the coke left, absolutely disappointing

Mi pareja y yo fuimos a cenar tarde después de una larga noche, y un guardia de seguridad nos abordó inmediatamente mientras ordenábamos. ¡Se paró a nuestro lado y luego procedió a leer los detalles de la tarjeta de mi compañero en voz alta para que todos lo escucharan! Nos hizo sentir increíblemente incómodos y honestamente, nos sentimos completamente violados. Mi compañero estaba tan preocupado por la seguridad de su tarjeta que incluso consideró cerrarla por el riesgo. Este tipo de comportamiento es inaceptable, y nunca volveré aquí. Was awful, all cold, the burgers were damaged, drink was everywhere

I ordered pancakes and mini hashbrowns. ordered at 0815 not delivered until after 9am. on checking delivery no hashbrown. rang McDonald's who told me they didn't have any. asked why payment was taken if they didn't have any. I was told refund will be issued by Just Eat still waiting.

Update 2024 You can’t get served here by staff they only take app payments no cash here and they refuse to have anyone on the serving tills so you could stand there for hours and no one ever comes as usual McDonald’s don’t care because they make billions I would avoid this store as it’s dirty and crowded all day and no mobile signal inside I’m hungry and just wanted food but they won’t serve you ever here About 15 tons of salt on the fries staff are depressed and men are being prejudiced against as men’s toilets upstairs

Food was wrong I ordered a egg and cheese muffin a hash brown and toffee latte to take away I got on bus home to find I couldn't eat what ordered as the gave me a sausage egg muffin I can't eat the sausage the meal was over 5 pounds and I didn't live close to go back and the toffe latte is always poor as its made and sat there for 5 minutes or more while waiting for food
