Food good but some times limited Staff good BUT CAFE IS ALWAYS COLD AND USERS HAVE TO WEAR A COAT .

Food taste delicious and fresh.price is very reasonable.really recommend this place .

🤮 omg prawn *hit sticks are not removed - discovered after crunching into the starter - not nice! Had the set meal for two @ £38 each - so so disappointing - tasteless (bar the curry) - chicken is clearly shipped in judging by the taste and texture - pork and duck and prawn dishes have no taste bar the chopped chilli garnish (which was needed) - good points - staff and surroundings are both lovely - if you want to venture out but not bothered about high prices for poor food this is your place

As we ordered vegetarian burger there was two options and staff didn’t bothered to ask which burger we want just because they were sold out of the bean patty they served us beyond meat patty and when we asked them that we didn’t ordered they started arguing

The folks were lovely. Cozy homey local pub feel! Food is delicious and seasonal. I had the beef bourguignon, and the kids had burgers. All yummy. My seasonal hard cider was great, too!

Just got back from here after having our evening meal,it was fantastic with good portions and not to badly priced,it was that nice we booked a table for tomorrow,the staff were very pleasant and helpful,thanks for a nice experience

Warm and welcoming pub. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Tea, coffee, biscuits, water, thick towels, good shower. New breakfast room, with a wide choice of cold products and hot drinks, for a serve-yourself breakfast is a very welcome addition. Excellent host.
