YO! Keynsham Tesco Kiosk in Bath and North East Somerset

We were greated promptly and got a table quickly. We did the 2 for 1 drink special. The "woowoo". It tasted like drinking oil from a plug in air freshener. Also ordered the chicken quesadilla. It was a 3 star at best. Disappointing stop in a city full of good food.

Complaint about rude behavior and undrinkably hot drinks Dear Manager, I would like to share my recent experience at your store, which was unfortunately quite disappointing. We ordered a latte and a hot chocolate and specifically asked for both drinks to be made drinkable — not too hot — as we were taking them to go. However, the drinks were extremely hot and impossible to drink immediately. It seemed that the cashier may not have passed on our request. When I asked the barista about the temperature, he mocked me and told me to just take the lid off. He then took the lid off himself and looked at me as if I were stupid. I found this very rude and unprofessional, and it made me feel quite uncomfortable. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as customers should be treated with respect, and their requests — especially simple ones like drink temperature — should be handled properly. Stopped for lunch. Very pleasant garden, dog friendly and food was very good. A slight misunderstanding over a pastrami sandwich was promptly and pleasantly resolved! Thank you, we will come again.
