The accommodation is very nice and the employee Morgan was very nice. He is a very respectful man and has a very wonderful charisma.The hotel is very beautiful, its location is great, and the service is very special from the employee Kieron, who has all the professionalism in dealing with people.

Great hotel. Personalised customer service. Use this hotel on a regular basis for my trips to Bath. I've been going there for over 3 years now. You get free cheese and wine on certain days! 🙌🏻 They have a members discount that is accessible straight away, unlike other reward programs where you have to build up. Had a minor silly issue a few weeks ago with housekeeping, but Richard and his team have worked hard to sort it out and ensure I was satisfied with the outcome.

Great location with the modern design! Really recommend for solo traveller. The staffs are really helpful and super friendly. Also, in the room, there is air conditioner. 🥹🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

After a bad experience at another hotel just down the road, Z Hotel staff was very accommodating and had a nice touch with the free wine and cheese.

Location was great, very central and close proximity to all amenities. Service was ok, but during our 5 nights stay they only cleaned the room once properly. Even having to request new bedding ourselves for them to hand to us to change ourselves, which is fine but they didn’t take the old sheets with them. Beds need new pillows, flat and uncomfortable. When doing the room they didn’t replace coffee cups or spoons or the complimentary drinks such as coffee milk etc. Toilet flush button was broken, reported to the staff but never got looked at. Overall- not the best, but if you’re only looking for location is manageable.

amazing hotel. booked with booking.com but if you book through their website you get complimentary wine and cheese. staff was extremely helpful and pleasant with checking in and offered to keep my luggage even after checking out so that i could continue to explore the city. there is tesco and sainsbury nearby if you want a cheap option for breakfast. when i walked by the hotel breakfast in the morning it looked very promising with waffles, pastries, the usual continental breakfast. you could also get a panini and have the staff heat it up for you. TLDR: amazing helpful staff. comfortable clean room with AC. in city centre so close to attractions.

The hotel is centrally located in Bath. The rooms are small and simple, but cozy. Blackout curtains are good. The lamp above the mirror in the bathroom is a little too dim.

My 4th stay here. I love the hotel very clean and tidy, the staff are always welcoming even holding g onto cases after check out until we collected them a few hours later. Rooms are decent and clean and shower room and bathroom were spotless.

The TV has sky which is a positive but no netflix. Can't get any reception here so can only use the hotels WiFi which is very slow. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I think I have ever stayed in, the pillows are flat, it's 3:33 am here and I'm writing a review as I can't sleep. Id avoid this hotel.

Room was small but very clean and tidy, but in all honesty it's not a room you want to spend time as bath is a fantastic place to visit 😀 we had a great time and are now members of the hotel chain would definitely stay again staff we're great 👍

I just spent 4 nights here. Location is perfect! Everyone smiles when you walk by the desk. It is clean and comfortable. Yes, rooms are small but not terribly. I suggest they add luggage racks so the desk space doesn't have to be used for the suitcase. I will say that I sure slept in longer without having a window!! I would stay at this hotel again any day.

Rooms were very small and window less. No phone signal inside.

Strategic hotel location, very near to all major tourist attractions. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite, they also allowed us to store our luggage for the day. However, the room itself are not clean enough, there are bloodstain on our blanket when we first entered our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Z Hotel and recommend everyone wanted to visit Bath to stay here!

I stayed at the Z Hotel in Bath over the 13-14th July. Positives: The hotel is very centrally located, and staff are lovely and willing to help. The room has all the amenities that you would need, suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay maximum. I would not recommend it for longer as the rooms are very small. The rooms are very quiet and have black out blinds. Negatives: The rooms were cleaned to a very poor standard. The first room I was given, was very dirty with stains in the bathroom, marks on the desk, and stains on the bed. Initially, I thought that the surfaces could be stained, but when I tried to wipe it off it came off easily. It became clear that no surfaces had been wiped or disinfected, which was extremely concerning. Given the poor standard of cleanliness in the room, the Manager moved me to another room. We went there together, and the room was still not cleaned to a good standard, where we found hair on the bed. Therefore, he moved me to another room. This room was the best out of all three rooms. However, the bed sheets still had marks/specs on them and the floor had not been hoovered or cleaned (specs and hair on the floor as pictured). At this point, I had wasted so much time going through all of the rooms, and just wanted to be able to get ready before our dinner reservation. After showing images to the Manager, he had the room cleaned while I went out to dinner. When I came back, the room was cleaned to a better standard. However, after all of my experiences I just felt really uncomfortable staying there, not knowing what the hygiene levels are and also very surprised that a hotel can leave their rooms to this standard of cleanliness. A small note is that the beds are not very comfortable either, but okay for a one night stay. The Manager was very helpful in moving my rooms and trying to get it cleaned. I understand that it is a budget hotel, but I paid £140+ for the room, which is not a budget price. For this amount, I would expect the room to be cleaned to a high standard, especially since these prices are comparable to other hotels in Bath where I have had a much better experience. Overall, I would not recommend Z Hotel and would not stay there again. For the cheap price they offer during the week, it is probably worth it, but for the prices charged over the weekend, there are much better hotels in Bath. I would recommend looking towards Eight, Henrietta House, Student Castle Bath for alternative options that are cleaned to a very high standard in my experience.

Budget hotel with small but small rooms in the city center ideal for your walks. Free wine is given daily at certain times and twice a week and a cheese platter

Great place. Rooms are a little small but they have everything you need. Just right for two people and they include a great bed, soft pillows, hot chocolate sachets and some oat milk for those who may be vegan.

Only Down Side is that one cannot open the windows. I gotva terrible cold from the air conditioner

This is a nice comfortable hotel. It is within walking distance of the baths, abbey, and all of downtown. The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. The bathroom is small and the walls and shower are frosted glass. I would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Z hotel Bath. Absolutely fantastic, great value for money, staff so helpful and spotlessly clean. Will stay here every time we visit Bath. Cannot recommend it enough.

it couldn't have been better. Everything was perfect, friendly staff, rooms with everything you need, the hotel is on the most beautiful square in the city, not far from a huge parking and a bunch of restaurants.

I booked a room here and within 24 hours had to cancel due to personal reasons and they still took the cost of the room out my bank and would not refund me my money even tho it was many days before the date that was booked

Great place. Small room but well designed and everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Room was at the back, so no view but lovely and quiet. Centre of Bath so a perfect location and at a great price mid-week. Clean, great shower, large TV and tea/coffee/water in our room. Staff were great! We also dropped lucky with a cheese and wine event which was fab! Would definitely recommend.

This is a really smart budget hotel. The price is cheap in comparison to other hotels in the area, but this is due to the cleverness of the small rooms which are really efficient with the space and is plenty big enough for what it needs. The location is perfect for city break visits as it’s in the main square, the rooms are clean and executive feeling, the staff are lovely and it even has sky tv in the rooms including movies and sky sports

Rooms are v compact with no room for luggage but comfy and good en-suite Don’t the breakfast looks worth the cost. We didn’t have it.

Very good option to stay in Bath. Unbeatable location, in the heart of the center, meters from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. 200 meters from the Roman baths, and 400 meters from Churchill Bridge. The hotel is modern, with good facilities, and has breakfast and meal service (for an additional fee). It does not have a parking lot, but they refer to one that is 500 meters away (you can leave your car at the door to load and unload your suitcases). The rooms are very small, but they have everything you need. They are clean and modern, include a water heater, instant coffee and complimentary water. Highly recommended.

Compact, cosy, convenient, comfortable and cost effective. Unbeatable location in the heart of the city and astonishingly low price point compared to other hotels in Bath. Rooms may be fairly small but had a very good nights uninterrupted sleep and an invigorating hot shower in the morning. Well equipped with air con, large flat screen smart tv, and snug bed/mattress. Notwithstanding its affordability, convenience and sleek design, the star of this hotel were its staff. All the staff at reception were without fail polite, helpful and welcoming but the star of the show was Scott. What a legend?!!! Infectious positivity and warmth,, always on hand to help and go the extra mile for us, and displaying a genuine interest in our experience of the hotel and city. He is an asset to the Z hotel brand and epitomised hospitality at it ‘s best.

We are enjoying our stay here. It is so convenient and pleasant. We enjoyed the complimentary evening cheese and wine. Thank you for the welcoming hospitality.

I have stayed at the hotel for several years (watching theatre, comedy and music) and I have to say the place gets better and better. Small but clean rooms, very little noise, free cheese and wine when booking direct are all great. But the main difference is the staff-recognised and genuinely made to feel welcome they are all an absolute credit to the hospitality industry. Was given a free water bottle as a members gift too-thanks to the team for looking after us so well, once again.

We stayed for one night last Sunday and I would highly recommend this place. Lovely staff, great bedroom (very clean, modern, fully equipped), loved the breakfast and on top of that, we got a complimentary cheese and wine tasting for free because we booked through the hotel directly! Would come back without a doubt. Shoutout again to the lovely staff that were always very helpful at the reception.

Being right in the City Centre...walking outside to many area attractions and lovely restaurants/pubs makes the Z Hotel a excellent choice. Liked · The location is great! Right in the middle of everything and easy to get around. I also liked that it had tech integrated into the rooms, so I could just plug in my multiple USBs to charge when I got there. The staff were also friendly. I think it could be a great little stay if they took into account some of the issues below, that are easy to fix. Disliked · OMG the BED. They tote their "custom-made mattresses" but honey, that doesn't mean a thing! It felt like I was sleeping on a lumpier version of the platform bed itself... maybe the hard floor would have been more comfortable? This bed went beyond being firm straight into torture device territory. I wasn't able to sleep at all and had no way of modifying it. To top it off, I was in the room for disabled persons. As a person with a mild disability, we experience a lot of body aches and pains (generalizing a bit here) and having a comfortable mattress and sleep is key. They really need to evaluate the comfort levels of their rooms. In addition, the bathroom sink was not set up for easy use (the faucet stuck out too far) and I noticed dirt and streaks in the bathroom. Those floors need to be scrubbed with a brush to get truly cleaned, not just wiped with a flatmop, which is what I saw them using. I would also have appreciated more areas to hang things like towels in the bathroom.

Location is great, price is good but the bed could be bit bigger. I’m 6ft tall and my head and feet were almost touching the ends of the bed. Personally it did the job but I would spend a bit more for comfort
