I am hugely dissapointed as we ordered from here, at least weekly during Lockdown for 2 households. We were in town and thought lets have lunch and where shall we go, straight away lets go here, bearing in mind the wide range of options in Bath. We sat down and looked at the menu and thought, oh the prices have gone up, but thought we loved the food, so lets stay. I am annoyed as we basically had a hot starter, some humus and two kebabs with chips, for 4, without alchohol and a bottle of fizzy water and two appeltise for £140, are you having a laugh. Will not come here again, thanks for making feel like a fool for supporting local business. Ther are plently more options in Bath without trying to exploit the tourists and locals alike.

Upbeat, stylish relaxed bar and restaurant. We dined upstairs in the lounge and had a lovely time. The wait staff was superb, friendly and knowledgeable. I did not catch her name but she really made our evening so enjoyable. The trout and the Ragu were well prepared. Highly recommend the Bar Cappa when in Bath.

We went to Pomegranate for dinner last night and had the hot and cold mezze platters between the two of us. We both loved the baba ganoush and melitzano on the cold platter in particular. The hot platter was also very good too. I'm usually not a fan of borek, but this one's very light pastry and tasty filling means I'd definitely enjoy it again. We were both big fans of their Turkish chorizo. The staff were really nice and welcoming: it felt genuinely friendly and warm from the start to the end of our evening. It was also great value for money. My only suggestion might be to not have olives on the hot and cold mezze as we had a lot of them, and to make the by-the-glass wine a bit bolder on the menu as I missed it initially. We've been to all the other similar cuisines in Bath, and Pomegranate is definitely the best we've had. We're looking forward to going back soon for their lunchtime special deal, and also to try some of the mains.

Unfortunately it is not authentic Greek food at all. £26 for a ‘gyros ‘ which is basically coop salad, air fried chips and bits of chicken with onion. Complete rip off. Service and atmosphere good so that is a positive. Go elsewhere in Bath

Absolutely brilliant restaurant, serving authentic food and wine at a very fair price, if you like food you'll love this, it was just like being back in San Sebastian

Unusual little place with room for improvement. Our cold starters were fridge cold and rather a mess on a plate with lots of different things plonked on. We asked for extra flat bread which was quickly taken away despite us being charged and wanting to keep for our main courses. One of our main courses had a blue elastic band in it that we fortunately spotted. We alerted our server (quietly) and he removed it but failed to apologise! I would have expected a gesture like our mint tea to be complimentary - but no nothing! Mains were also rushed out before we had finished starters. There are plenty of better places to eat in Bath. We won't be back.

12.10.2024 myself and my two daughters visited this beautiful, friendly pub. I texted Jamie if is possible to book table for evening due to I visited city to celebrate Birthday of my two daughters. Jamie went above and beyond, reserved table with Birthday decoration, entertainers singing happy birthday with all guest and brought beautiful birthday chocolate cake. Evening food was very tasty, well presented . Well recommended, ❤️ Thank you to Jamie and Chris great hosts.
