Had a voucher to use for a burger and a beer. Tried to book the table via the voucher app but they said they would take 48 hours to respond. Called into the restaurant anyway and it was confirmed we needed to book via the voucher company. We explained we were only there for a day so they decided to honor it. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you kyle and libby

Had a great meal and night here! Food was great, service was exceptional. Our host Lauren was the star of the evening, clearly very good at her job, but more than that, a very friendly host! Would recommend!

It's not the best place to have a meal, good only for tapas and drinks.

Booked a time, messaged to confirm, we all Arrived. No point - the Kitchen was closed. (informed wen we arrived!?) There was Private Function- so why did they accept our booking ?? We booked a few hours before, but no hint of anything wrong. Disappointing. Unprofessional. Waste of time and effort.

Went in as we wanted to try out a restaurant we didn't visit before. Everything we were asking for a specific drink or Vegan option, it was unavailable. Accessible toilets for my friend were not fit for use...terrible experience, I wanted to use my app for discount but was told it was for 4 tapas not 4 people as stated on the app. I had a couple of complimentary beers in the end and a child's menu knocked off the bill. It goes without saying that they added automatically the service charge, not great! I will not be returning, had better tapas in other restaurants :( big big disappointment for a so called Spanish restaurant

Appeared to be quite empty but took a while to be served . Children's meal arrived and looked like a half cooked burger , When reported it didn't seem to bother anyone .

Appalling service. Arrived to a near deserted restaurant. Waited for ages to be seated, then again for someone to take our order (or even a drinks order). Eventually I went up to the bar and asked if someone could come and take our order. Did they? Nope. We just carried on waiting and eventually baled out. Looks like we had a lucky escape given reviews we’ve just read.

Staff were lovely and the food was nice - No rose wine or draft beer !! - need to check the loos out a bit more often

Dreadful service was dire the staff all on there phones and ignoring customers had to wait 18mins from ordering a drink for it to arrive when there was only 15 customers in the whole place food was basic as it comes

Very disappointing. We won’t be returning. Booked a family meal for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Only once ordering were we told they didn’t have any olives, Chorizo or Croquettes, which is rather surprising for a Spanish tapas restaurant. The food did come out quickly, but the pan con tomate was very salty & no one finished the Albondigas. The Beetroot salad looked a mess & in Spain they serve it thinly sliced, but these were big chunks. One of the tables was wobbly & needed fixing, plus the music , rather than being low, background Latin type stuff was rather loud & off putting when you’re trying to have a conversation. The service charge is a rather high 12.5% & didn’t reflect the service we received. Would not recommend

The place is nice, clean. Food quantity is very small/ portion and not quite something I would try 2x, not very children friendly, though the staff tried to offer us a child menu ( could not find it) , the fries were so full of salt, had to clean every piece before giving it to little one. Not much else was there for a 18 months old to eat. The staff was nice and helpful. There is a nice and clean baby changing room.

Quiet on our visit. Shared 3 plates between 2 people- should probably have gone for the fourth as it was lunchtime.

Our visit was about 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Having been greeted and seated we waited patiently once we had decided what to order for a member of the team to come over. No one looked over to see if we needed anything. It was not that busy and there were plenty of staff. They chatted to one and other and cleared tables. After what felt like an uncomfortable time someone came to clear the table next to us so I took the opportunity to ask if we could please have our order taken. Order placed we sat in a freezing draught from the front door that was constantly being left half open. The waitress then returned and informed us one of the items we wanted was not available. Not a massive problem but it was a vegan option and they were limited as it was. The beers arrived but they were not the ones we asked for and when we asked for them to be changed the waiter said 'no problem' and disappeared. After another period of nothing happening we made the decision to leave. We let the guy behind the bar know we were going and we then went to another tapas bar. Food was really lovely and the service was excellent, I had tapas and all the dishes were lovely, I particularly enjoyed the croquettes, they were delightful.

Disappointing meal for a restaurant that looks great inside and has a good atmosphere. The food was far too garlicky, it repeated on us for days. They had run out of goats cheese mouse for the salads and aubergine. The Albondigas were very overcooked. Such a shame.

Absolutely awful! Slow service, poor menu choice, dirty tables and glass needed to be changed. Ordered the half chicken which was supposed to be marinated in a secret blend of garlic and herbs, the secret is out…there’s no garlic or herbs!!! Mine was supposed to come with salad…a bowl of lettuce!!! Seriously, there was nothing else in the bowl!!! The toilets were disgusting, dirty and broken, and they have the cheek to add a service charge to the bill which is already a rip off!

We ate here last night and were so disappointed we tried around 12 different dishes and all were over priced and below par in our opinion. Meat balls were so dry you couldn’t get a fork in them. £10 beetroot salad was just a few pieces of beetroot without any kind of dressing. Mac and cheese was bland, Caesar salad was abysmal. Brown Avacado, brown chicken. I could go on. Hugely disappointing.

Filthy stained fabric on the seats, key things like olives/meatballs & chorizo not available at 6pm, overpriced bland food, 12.5% service charge automatically included in the bill. The only good thing was the excellent service from the waitress who was on her own due to staff sickness.

Tasteless burger. Just an all round bad experience for all 5 of us. Some of us ordered tapas which didn’t arrive together, isn’t the point of tapas to enjoy the dishes all at once? The broccoli dish was so hard in parts it was inedible. The tofu burgers were mushy and had no flavour whatsoever, we asked for a vegan menu and the waitress said she didn’t have a printed version so we could look at the vegan menu off of her phone! The seats were filthy. Didn’t bother to waste my money and order a desert as the food we had was dire. That was without doubt the worst vegan burger I’ve ever had ( a bun full of mushy nothingness) The only thing I enjoyed was the wine. Also flush not working in the toilet. Sorry but I won’t be returning. Awful. And what’s really disappointing is you don’t respond to any of the bad reviews on here. I will spend my money elsewhere in future.

This place has had a lot of money spent on it to fit it out but there were major issues: - toilets were horrible, dirty, and largely broken - heating was broken so portable heaters all over the restaurant but it was still freezing - atmosphere poor as nearly empty - food pretty average - service OK but no more than that Reckon this place has 6 months left tops to sort it out as many better options

It’s alright. Not sure if this is an authentic Spanish cuisine. The dishes are not very warm and menu is not user friendly enough to interpret. It is an okay place to have dinner if you don’t have advance booking on a Saturday night.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but it’s impossible to find anything positive to say about our experience here. 7 of us sat down and every one of us was disappointed with the food and service. Dishes were bland, overcooked and cold, and it was expensive. Probably the worst tapas experience I’ve ever had. The restaurant was completely lacking in atmosphere and every single gents toilet was broken.

Don’t come here if you’re veggie, vegan or lactose-intolerant! I ordered a vegetarian burger and was shocked to receive plain white tofu slabbed with white sauce as patty! You’d think they’d use veggie burger or plant-based meat burger! How lazy! Some of the desserts contain gelatin - beware if you don’t see V or VG label on the menu. None of the desserts interests me so I wanted a latte instead, which I couldn’t because they don’t have any plant milk! Come on it’s almost 2024.

Slow service and didnt take the correct order, food was meh at best. The aircon was on when it was 5 degrees outside. The pan con tomato was incredibly bland, not sure they used salt. The one of three plates that actually arrived had whole cherry tomatoes onto of a slice of ciabata, and was underwhelming. The bread is also really bad, I think they got the bake your own ciabata for the sainsburys round the corner.... and made is badly. Just don't go.

Overall pretty terrible experience. We went as a group of 7 for a friends birthday but ended up waiting 50 minutes for just tapas which is ridiculous. When the food finally came, half of it was cold or uncooked. Everything was bland and had no flavour. The paella we ordered looked like slop - closer to mashed potato than rice and also tasted like nothing. We ended up cancelling our order half way through. We appreciate that it was busy but it was difficult to get a hold of any server at any given time. The manager was understanding and gave us a discount but we will not be going back for food. Ended up going to Wetherspoons after to get food instead as we were still hungry after the eating what we could of the ridiculously priced portions.

Not worth going… poor cleanliness and even poorer tasting food.

My daughter's tapas arrived first and she enjoyed it. Later my husband's chicken arrived without any chips or salad. It was cold. I waited and waited for my meal. As the rest of my family were finishing their food, I got up in search of a server. I asked if my food had been forgotten and asked about my husband's missing food. Waited again.....after 5 minutes or so, she returned to tell me it was just coming. Waited again, everyone else at the table finished ages ago. Another wait and a small, bland, cold hamburger arrives with chips. Again, I ask the server about the missing food. When she returns, she says the chicken doesn't come with anything else but because of the "problems we had had with our food" they would bring chips, for free. We checked the menu and it clearly states ALL food in the grill section comes with a salad or chips! Who would pay £16 for 2 pieces of chicken?! We won't return.

Looks very nice from the outside, staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is nice with relaxing background music. However, there are very few guests (maybe because it was Monday), the atmosphere would benefit from more guests. For the prices you expect however excellent food, but this is not the case: certainly the Sirloin steak (€30) is very mediocre/average in quality. They also count for 12,5% service fee in addition, and everything they voluntarily offer during your stay (e.g 2 small pieces of bread - €6) is also on the bill.

Not much atmosphere at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, but apart from that our visit was GREAT! Fabulous food, friendly service, and we thought, good value for money. I would recommend and hope to return some day.

We liked the look of the restaurant from outside and were able to get a table easily despite other places we tried being full. The menu looked interesting and our order was taken . We sat back with our drinks hoping to enjoy a lovely meal. Sadly this didn’t happen . We waited patiently for our food for the best part of 45 minutes. Other tables who arrived after us were being served so we asked our server when our food would arrive ? She came up with a number of reasons ….. kitchen was busy , kitchen sent out food as it was prepared and finally the Front of House informed us there had been a mix up with the orders! Eventually the meals arrived but we were totally underwhelmed by it after the long wait! 2 very average burgers with a mix up over which cheese topping was on which burger! A rice dish which promised chicken , chorizo and black pudding but was minus the black pudding. We spoke to the Front of House and she agreed that this was unsatisfactory and offered us a complementary round of drinks and 10% off the bill. This was not a cheap meal even with the discount . Sadly this experience has put us off returning.

I have never been in here of heard of it before but it looked nice from the outside. Inside, the decor and ambiance was great. Not too busy and the server who came to ask about drinks was polite and welcoming. There was an offer on of five tapas dishes for just under £40 so we opted for this and had a couple of lagers. Before long, we were brought the first dish which was a bruschetta. It was anaemic looking tomato on lightly toasted bread. No garnish, no basil. We ate it. I could only taste salty tomato. Whilst it wasnt bad, it was very, very basic and not a standard that I would expect of a restaurant. It was priced at around £4.90 if purchased seperately. I was now concerned that if this was their debut dish for the next four, we were set to be underwhelmed. I asked the waitress how long this particular offer had been running and she said a couple of weeks and I asked if people liked it and she said yes. When the next dish came out, it was four tiny meatballs (Al bondigas.) Presentation was better but they looked discoloured and unappealing sat in some light sauce and dwarfed sat alone on the table. For some reason all the dishes were destined to be served seperartely. At this point, I had to call it and sent these back and asked for the bill for what we had eaten. I gave my feedback to the waitress who spoke to the manager who remained out of earshot leaving the waitress to defend the poor food. When the bill came, it was left silently on the table. No apology, no "Im sorry it wasnt for you" or any kind of concession. No managerial engagement. Just a really, really disappointing customer experience. So, fellow travellers. If you are in Bath and you feel hungry and want to eat food that you could cook better at home, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend the Thaikun which is just around the corner and outshines Tapas Revolution in every way.

From the outside this restaurant has an appeal. It looks authentic and appears to have a nice enough menu. When we entered the atmosphere was so bland. Then after a while some music came on that was not at all appropriate for the type of restaurant. It was obvious that none of the waiting staff were aware of their menu or understood Spanish Cuisine! I thought about leaving when the girls couldn't work out what we were asking for from their own menu but decided to see what food came out. I have never eaten such bad tapas. I have shared an image of some bread with tomato and it tasted somehow worse than it looked. None of my table loved any of the dishes that were served. They forgot one of the dishes that we ordered and we got it taken off our final bill. It was awful and I would not recommend it. It was embarrassing that they thought they were serving Spanish cuisine.

The restaurant is supposed to be Spanish cuisine. But it's nothing special. When we got there, there are no olives, no draft beer and we ordered Paella which , is very Spanish dish, we've got kind of reheated cooked rice with 4 prawns and maybe, 8 mussels for a Paella for 2. Mussels and prawns uncooked just defrosted and thrown on top. The dessert looked like scrambled egg . The toilets were dirty, unsafe to use. Was horrible experience.

We chose to have a late lunch (3pm) and the place was pretty deserted, so not much atmosphere, but the food more than made up for that! We chose to have a set tapas meal to share, and each dish was delicious! As were the sharing puds too! Would definitely go back.

ordered a chicken and chorizo paella yesterday for lunch, the chicken it tasted like it was over a week old, and looked like it. The Chorizo was under cooked. Absolutely horrible! Had a upset stomach since..

Like Tapas Revolution and have visited Bath before, finding it good, but unfortunately it was definitely not up to great on this visit. Only 2 of the draught beers available, food slow and some cold when arrived and generally felt below standard. Service was good though.

Terribly slow service, I had to chase them to order and get the bill and the place was empty. And then there was a 12.5% service charge automatically added to the bill.

We went this evening 12/10 we went and had a look at the menu a few hours before the gentleman we spoke to, I assume the manager, was really good came out and told us about the set menu and filled us with joy about coming later for dinner. We came back for dinner later on, the place was pretty much empty, I believe us and 3 other tables. We knew exactly what we wanted and ordered drinks, water for the table and the “especial”? Set menu. We got the first of our food before the drinks (no water) there were no other drinks made between. The waitress came to tell us one of the things we ordered wasn’t available, the most expensive of the tapas and offered a replacement we don’t like calamari but were very polite and asked if another option was okay, she said she would go check and come back to us. Never came back to us. We asked for water again still never received any Food was generally good although one of two things were not that good, aioli was really nice highly recommend. Service was sub par at best, we had to try and flag someone down for the bill several times kept looking straight at us and then walking away our server was stood talking to the chef for 10 mins (minimum) while we were trying to get our bill. Never got any water after asking twice. Manager didn’t seem overly happy when I didn’t want to pay the full 12.5% service charge based on the poor service I still paid some though as we had some service. It wasn’t exactly cheap slow and poor service. We would most likely not go back.

Spending couple of nights in Bath celebrating 25th wedding anniversary. Decided on eve of anniversary just have light evening meal of tapas as special meal booked for anniversary night. That was a MISTAKE!! Worst experience we have ever had. 2 plates arrived- ok. 3rd plate arrived- cold and served on chipped plate. Restaurant had no fries! Paid for what we ate and left. Do not go here, better off at Macdonalds!!

Nipped in for lunch on a Saturday and was underwhelmed. The food was tasty and the service was ok. But the restaurant was dirty which definitely took the shine off the experience. The bench seat I was sat on was grubby. The plate my partner was given was dirty - when he asked for a clean one, they took it away and then came back with the exact same plate… had to ask again for a clean one. The water bottle was covered in limescale. The toilets were also grubby. Plus there were still lots of tables with dirty crockery on waiting to be cleared. Not a great impression and wouldn’t return in a hurry.

Surpassed my expectations, this was some of the best tapas I've had. Really nicely cooked food, the chorizo dish was particularly tasty with the addition of sliced potatoes in it and the garlic prawns were huge. Can't fault the service either. We've already booked to come back!

We went after the lunch rush (round 1500), the staff were very friendly and we got seated very fast. I had an egg allergy and they were very helpful in regards to what I could and couldn’t eat. The food was really nice and I would definitely go back again. Such a good time.

No San Miguel was probably not a great start for a Spanish restaurant 🙄. Drinks arrived quickly. Food order taken, my tomato salad came out first, I have just looked at the menu again as I thought my salad was a little sparse, it was missing some elements. We were brought an extra plate of chicken wings which we hadn't ordered, then potata bravas came out, I had ordered potata fritas! This was rectified but with a wait. The bill arrived, three dishes we had not ordered had been added, plus a service charge of £13!!! Our son works in a restaurant and we are more than happy to give tips, but seriously you need to provide a service worth tipping.

We were looking forward to dining here. We went early (6.00pm on a Tuesday) as we had theatre tickets so it was a bit empty so packed some atmosphere. The waiter was very helpful and suggested popular options to try. The food came quickly and while some of the dishes were a bit different than we expected or had tried before we enjoyed them. We had 7 small plates which was enough for the two of us.

Great tapas! Their food was delicious, served fast and it was filling for two. The only downside was that there weren't a lot of servers, so when we wanted the bill, it took a while to get someone to print it out. Highly recommend.

Typical chain restaurant really. Staff friendly and trying hard, but food was pretty standard and not cooked with any real skill. The bill for me and two kids came to more than £95 including a pre-calculated £12.5% tip which of course is always a pain to try and remove. A bit of a tired formula really. Lots of places do tapas well, we don't need more chains doing it averagely.

Me and my dad did not eat here because the prices put us off strat away. The look of the place was the most beautiful looking restaurant iv seen so far and the waitress was so polite and nice. The tree in there was my favourite. But the prices for what you get is sadly not worth it I have to be honest.😔😔😔😔😔😔

Well how do I begin ? We booked a table which somehow didn’t get through the booking system to the restaurant. Please note we had put on-line confirmation. The hostess really couldn’t have cared less . She was beyond rude and hopeless. We then looked at the menu and saw the prices of very average wine more than £30 a bottle . I then also remembered we had been there before for very average food so we left the restaurant. So they lost a party of 7 people . Don’t go - don’t waste your money and deal with appalling service .

Three of us called in for a coffee and a light bite to break our journey from Bristol to Poole. We were seated and sat for an age before our coffee order was taken. We waited an interminable amount of time before we were served them. A long time passed and then our food order was taken. It was an even longer passage of time before I told the waiter that I wasn't prepared to stay any longer and I would pay for the drinks and leave. The manager said that we must understand that they were busy and our food would be with us in a minute. It wasn't and they were not that busy. After a very long spell 1 meal and half each of the other two meals arrived. We noticed the tables either side of us were served the wrong meals. The manager should initially have apologised at the outset. Finally a member of staff adjusted the bill and removed the service charge,(which surely should be optional). They should have waived the bill. I do not blame the staff but the management are fully at fault. I have never had such a diabolical dining experience. I hope the other diners have complained.

These were the worst tapas I've ever been served

Very few tapas for the price paid, the bravas very spicy with an Indian flavor, 7 of the squid in total extremely thin and small, as for the bread 4 pieces with aioli and a little oil almost 7 pounds. I didn't intend for the food to taste like it does in Spain. I was surprised by the small quantity, high price and many spices that are not used in my country. I do not recommend it.

Yesterday was my first visit to Bath and I was amazed, the first thing was the smell of a Spanish paella cooking on the terrace of the restaurant, so we decided to go eat there. After a tour of Bath we went to eat there, the paella was delicious, the ham croquettes were very tasty and the sauce was very smooth and rich. We accompanied the meal with a fresh San Miguel beer and of course, with good Spanish music. We feel at home. Thank you very much for bringing a little piece of Spain to the UK. Thanks team!!

We were in Bath for the day and needed somewhere to go for lunch. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff who sat at a table that has space for our buggy. The food was served extremely quickly, was fresh and delicious and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere created by all staff members.

We took a party (son & 10 of his mates) for a meal. I can only say that the food and service were exemplary. Tapas followed by paella. Superb food and wonderful service. From our first call to arrange and right through the meal, we...

The 2 for £10 cocktails were sub par. The food came out cold and was clearly frozen food reheated. Overpriced for microwave food. I would not recommend… we’re still waiting for 2 beers we ordered.

We went to Tapas Revolution over the weekend for my birthday and had the worst experience. It started from the minute we walked in. I had the table booked for 2 months. We arrive on time and are told we need to wait so they can get the table ready. It was a 6:15pm booking and there were about 6 other people in the restaurant so there was no excuse for that. The service was terrible, the waiter had to be told by the manager to take our order and there was no interest in interacting with us outside of that, not even an ask of how we were which I think is basic hospitality. One of my friends had a beer spilt over her and the staff member didn’t even apologize, just looked really embarrassed and walked off to get a replacement beer. The food was good but servings were small so wasn’t really that good value for money. The toilets were absolutely revolting. The floors were covered with paper and the toilets were dirty. They either didn’t have toilet paper or hand wash and one of them the flush button was broken. It was like using a grotty festival toilet, i actually felt dirty from being in there. When it came to paying the bill I explained we wouldn’t be paying the service charge. They hadn’t given us any discount for spilling beer all over my friend so I had to request that. They also charged us for a plate that we never received. When I went up to talk to a staff member about the bill he picked up a tray of glasses and started walking away half way through. I must have looked shocked as he said “sorry I am listening” and walked back. Absolutely abysmal customer service. The team were all young and clearly inexperienced. Perhaps they were understaffed but their attitude was the worst part. I will not be going back, AVOID!!
