Amazing pizza and cocktails but the staff top it all! Happened to mention my aunty was having a birthday and lovely Libby had a beautiful birthday dessert sent to our table. Just wonderful!

We had a fabulous evening in the Private dining room here , 11 of us celebrating a graduation. Thankyou especially to Jordan for looking after us so well. Delicious food, speedy and friendly service. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Food fine, staff all v helpful in bar & restaurant (Emma) . Wine v expensive though....£17+ for 250ml... Music a bit "clubby" with very repetitive base for a Sunday even meal. Great potential ....the chaps in the bar and managing the restaurant clearly have the right attitude, making sure the place runs well and customers are happy.

The owner was so nice. If I would live in Bath, I would go here regularly. The food was good and the bar looks really great. The music was not loud at all - perfect for good conversations.The menu was really easy to understand - even as Vegetarian and/or allergic person.

Quite early evening, seated quickly, warm welcome friendly staff Otto looked after us and was brilliant, while also guiding a new member of staff . Was not able to order foccacia as not available so had the sharing pizza sharing which was lovely. Wife had ceaser salad, adding chicken (could have done with a bit more dressing and truffle parmesan fries. I chose herb grilled chicken with aoli and swap fries for zucchini fries .fantastic chicken dish especially with the zucchini fries .food was presented at a nice pace.we ordered drinks ,peroni and Aspall's cider ,unfortunately Aspall's not available, settled for a bottled larger. Throughly enjoyed our experience and Otto surprised me with a birthday treat ,very sneaky as we decided to skip dessert so he asked me what would have been my choice, plate came out with sticky toffee pudding and a candle and happy birthday in chocolate...nice touch . Had a fantastic time, thanks to all the team especially Otto

I had a working lunch here on a sunny Thursday in April and, although I have been to many other Coppa Clubs, this was my first experience in the Bath restaurant. The decor is great, our welcome was warm and our waitress, Abi, was the perfect mixture of friendly and efficient. My friend and colleague had the salmon carpaccio as a main which looked delicious and which I will definitely try next time! I had the fishcake which was tasty, but perhaps a touch too salty. It was busy and buzzy, but certainly not overcrowded or too noisy, and I will certainly return :)

Phoenix was excellent and a credit to the company. Customer service was great, even with tricky customers next to us, she handled the situation with a level of professionalism. We came in for a dessert and she made us so welcome, explained the menu and was attentive throughout.

Came for Mother’s Day and we were really disappointed by the service. It took a while for us to order drinks, not once were we asked if everything was ok or if we’re happy with our food and when I asked for mint sauce, it was like I had asked for something inappropriate - the server also said that she would get it after taking the order of a table of 6–8 people? Our bill came out wrong, twice. After asking for the service charge to be taken off and the beef supplement of -£4 because we didn’t have the set menu, a manager came over to query the supplement. I had to show her the menu to demonstrate why we didn’t need to pay the £4 supplement. Not once did she ask for feedback as to why we had asked to take the service off. The saving grace was that the food was decent - apart from the very fatty beef. Overall super disappointed. I’ve had a good experience from this pace before but have definitely been put off coming again.

My friend and I came for a celebratory meal today. I ordered roast lamb today and it was really gristly and not enjoyable. The vegetables and Yorkshire puddings were disappointing too. They refunded my meal but I wouldn't choose to eat there again, though it is fine for just a coffee.

Honestly, what a breath of fresh air this Coppa was tonight. We are from out of town, staying here with our dog. We called ahead and spoke to manager Jordan who was really helpful telling us we were welcome with our dog and that we could either try a walk in or pre-book a table. It was Jordan who welcomed us in the restaurant and kindly showed us a choice of tables. Bar staff were so accommodating, making me a cocktail which wasn’t on the menu, food was all cooked and presented to a high standard, in addition to waiting staff also being very welcoming and hospitable too. You can really feel a nice vibe in this restaurant Shame we don’t live close by, as I would visit often. Well done Jordan to you and your team. Loved it 😊

Popped in for quick drinks hoping with calming romantic vibes too and I got my perfect night in as I expected. We had margarita, old fashioned for the first round and we did smell before tasting - as a bartender, this is real good ingredient would definitely come back again in less busy night.

We were a bigger group and Jordan was extremely helpful, friendly and looked after us very well. Delicious food.

We visited this establishment as we often go to the Cardiff branch, which is excellent. We were a party of 4 adults and were shown to a bar table. We were sat opposite the door and there was a gentle breeze which was fine. But after approx half hour, the breeze became quite chilly. The meet and greet guy went on a break, and the female waitresses shut the door. Lovely to enjoy our food. The guy came back and opened the door. Back to being cold. I asked a female member of staff coukd she shut the door. She was great and said yes of course it is a bit breezy like being on the top decker of a bus! We all laughed and thanked her. Lovely again. The guy opened the door soon after. I asked the guy please could we have the door closed. He refused point blank saying it was open door day and it had to stay open. I politely explained our main food was due and we were cold. Other people by the door had put their coats back on. He refused again and told us to find another table!! The place was full! So we decided to shuffle our table away from the wind tunnel of the door so we were a bit more comfortable to enjoy our food. I have never been treated this way in a restaurant before after being polite etc. I find it incredible that this meet and greet guy can be so rude to customers and refusing a reasonable request in order to enjoy our experience better. The food was great and service from the other staff was great. Unfortunately the meet and greet guy spoilt our experience fully and because of that we will not be recommending this establishment to anyone. Very disappointing and not customer focused at all

Great relaxing place , lovely relaxed atmosphere, food is good for lunch and dinner chicken always cooked well and not dry, good service, clean bathrooms and tables. Good choice for a relaxed sit down.

Came here on the 19th February for my dad’s birthday breakfast. Jordan did great for his first week! The food was delicious! My dad was very pleased with his pancakes, as was my mum with her smashed avocado with salmon. My breakfast was yummy, crusty bread, crispy bacon, and eggs cooked perfectly for me. I ordered an iced mocha which was delicious, my only let down was my glass wasn’t full - ice me up! That’s minor: The experience and food was very good. 100% recommend.

A great addition to Bath!….hubby and I managed to get in on a very busy Saturday lunchtime after being greeted by cheerful staff and told we were welcome to sit at the bar until a table became available which did very quickly. We had only a light lunch but all was very tasty, fresh and nicely presented (calamari, buttermilk chicken and house salad with fab dressing on)…a glass of very nice Montepulciano to wash it down was good too! The place was buzzing and we noticed how the staff were interacting constantly with people and there was a really good feel about this place….the decor is gorgeous and we’re looking forward to coming back one evening….thankyou for a lovely lunch ☺️
