It's a Thai restaurant that has delicious, Thai flavors in the bath. I recommend you come and eat, you won't be disappointed, especially the papaya salad with fermented fish and fresh shrimp. The chef knows that he is Thai so he prepares it with all the spiciness. It's very satisfying. And the employees are good service and everyone is smiling. The restaurant is clean. The atmosphere is nice to sit in.
This was a lovely place in terms of atmosphere and service—the staff was attentive, always checking in, and truly made us feel taken care of. And major credit to the interior designer—the space is stunning.
That said, the food was underwhelming, especially for the price point. If you’re going to serve small, delicate portions—one or two bites at most—then each bite should be bursting with flavor. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
I had the Wellington, which I found bland, and the other dishes were inconsistent. The salmon arrived lukewarm and was served with a green soup poured over it—not terrible, but definitely not great either. One dish came with bread and a broth served in a shot glass, which felt more gimmicky than enjoyable.
For a $220 meal for two, we expected much more. I’m not a picky eater and usually don’t write reviews, but I left wondering how this place holds such a solid rating. Great service and ambiance, but the food just didn’t live up to the rest.
La comida sabía increíble. Los rasguños de cerdo eran geniales y me gustó mucho el pastel que tenía. La comida fue servida rápidamente y el personal era muy amable.

I was genuinely looking forward to eating here — the food was decent, the ambiance pleasant, and the staff friendly enough. But then came the magical disappearing wallet act, cleverly disguised as a service charge.
At no point was I informed that a 12.5% "optional" service charge would be added to the bill — not on the menu, not verbally, and certainly not before they took payment. It was quietly included in the total, and the card machine handed over with a smile, as if nothing had happened. Like a pickpocket who whispers "I’m taking your money now," but does it while you’re distracted by a nicely plated tiramisu.
This isn’t hospitality — it’s dishonesty by omission, and it borders on fraudulent practice. If a charge is optional, it must be clearly disclosed before payment and not sneakily added in the hope that no one will notice. That’s not gratuity — that’s gratuity theatre, performed in the dark.
To be clear: service charges are fine if disclosed. But this restaurant opted for concealment over clarity, leaving me feeling duped rather than dined.
Until they fix this, I’d advise checking your bill very carefully — and maybe bringing a magnifying glass and a barrister just in case.

Great food! Love the spices and recommend the King Prawn Ceylon which is my favourite. Lovely friendly staff. Always made welcome and always get our table. Lovely atmosphere. Lighting not too bright and music subtle. Just a lovely indian and a great night out.

Lovely place just off Keynsham High Street.
Have been here several times and tried the pizzas and pasta on offer. Have always had a great meal!
Service is great! Not overbearing but attentive and nothing is too much trouble!
Will definitely be back soon!
Sadly the constant price increases (4 in past 12 months - 2 in past 2 months) now make it the most expensive pub in the area by far since new management took over. Used to have a great lunch menu and specials in the evening, which built the pub a fantastic reputation for food locally - hence the previous reviews. If it wasn't for the friendly staff, I'd have given a lower rating.
