Between the food, the cozy vibes, and the super friendly staff, I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit. This is an absolute gem of a Thai restaurant. Such a welcoming feel and really relaxed atmosphere. First time visiting Bath with my Thai wife, our meal here is the highlight. I eat a lot of Thai food, went to Charm Thai and as far as authentic fresh vibrant Thai flavours go, this place rates as one of my favourites. Friendly service, food arrived very quickly, it was one of those meals that made you smile so much while eating it. Delicious.

The best Thai restaurant not only in Bath, but I've ever been too in the UK. It has some of the most authentic Thai food that you will ever have and you can taste the food has soul and love put into it. I highly recommend it if you are in Bath!

The stir fried prawns with oyster sauce tasted expired and caused vomiting and diarrhea. There was also a bad smell which prompted us leaving the restaurant.

I had Khao Rad; Chef Signature/recommended. I picked Roast Duck for the choice. They were very generous with the meat too! I picked this because of the beautiful glossy sauce, that is glazed over the duck breast which made it even more appetising for me to try out! It was sweet and sour that pared well with the fatty richness of the the duck. Along with a dome of steam jasmine rice, chili soy sauce, half boiled egg, and slices of cucumbers to refresh your palate! For drink, I had Red iced lime soda, it's fizzy sublime lime flavor with a watermelon syrup that will satisfy your thirst!

Charm Thai is one of the long-established Thai restaurants with consistency, which is the positive side, and it is one of the most authentic Thai restaurants in Bath. I usually order from UberEat or Deliveroo, and I am very satisfied. They used to give a can of soft drink with every order. Unfortunately, they stopped this offer. I walked in last week, and they accommodated me very well even if they were fully booked. Prompt and friendly service and meals were delicious and very spicy to my liking. Must try if you are in this area just at the bottom of Milsom Street.

Our lunchtime meal was one of the worst Thai I've ever experienced. The pad Thai was a soggy sloppy noodle mess. Nill points for presentation and the flavour was bland and didn't really hint at what you would expect from one of Thailands well known dishes. The prawns were not very good quality and the chicken was dry and rubbery. Haven't tried any of their other dishes, but if this is representative, steer clear of this restaurant. Service was very good hence 2 stars

Khao soi is delicious, noodles have the perfect texture and the soup is flavorful. Chicken in the soup is not tender as expected. Pad kra pow is very good.

Food outstanding, atmosphere charming. Unfortunately service for us was extremely slow with staff rather inattentive. To be fair they were somewhat busy and we hadn't booked but we had a very long wait. Food quality did make up for it and we'd definitely go back and would try booking to see if it helps. Loads to choose from for gluten free.

This place is AMAZING! We had appetizers, soup, and then pad thai and pad sei eww for our entrees. Everything was 10/10. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I recommend stopping by if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed!

I’m a Thai local and this is the best Thai food in Bath. Amazing and kind staffs

Would go again. Squid deep fried nice but maybe a little bit over fried. Green chicken curry, nice. I asked, after initially ordering, what rice it came with, and was told plain jasmine rice. I asked for it to be changed to coconut rice. It was and was nice. But when the bill came I was somewhat surprised that I'd been charged £1.50 for the change. I do wish restaurant staff were trained to explain any additional charges. There was also a 10 percent service charge automatically applied to the bill. Not a fan of that practice but I decided to pay it. Portion size of the curry was a little on the small side. However, as I said to begin with, I would go back as overall the food was very good.

The most tasteless Thai I’ve ever eaten. Isn’t Pad Thai supposed to have tamarind in? Just tasted of salty ‘mush’. Awful.

From the food to the decor and the atmosphere, it's clear that they take pride in this restaurant. All the food we had was cooked really well and really flavourful, the staff are lovely. I had the most moist duck breast I think I've ever had. Highly recommended.

I literally can't even right now. I've never had Thai food this good before. Duck, that melts in your mouse. Food took less than 10 minutes to be at our table and was delivered by an incredibly friendly waitress.

Had an amazing dining experience at this Thai restaurant , Charm Thai . Tried spicy fried rice with duck, papaya salad, gravy stir-fried rice with pork belly, Tom Yum soup, and fresh shrimp salad. Among all the Thai restaurants I’ve visited in the UK, this place served the best Tom Yum soup I’ve ever had. I customized my papaya salad with extra shrimp paste, and it tasted much better than the city-style versions I’ve had before. The service was outstanding, especially from the staff called “Art”.

Authentic Thai dishes, coconut curry noodle (khao soi) is highly recommended and fried rice is good too.

We only discovered this restaurant about 10 months ago and we have been back 7 times already (and again last night)! The food is delicious and of an exceptional quality. The portions are very generous (please keep it that way!). We have tried other Thai's in Bath but this is by far the best we have tried Finally the staff are fantastic, and another reason why we enjoy our visits there so much. They create a casual comfortable relaxed feeling. The perfect place.

Cheating! First of all, the food is awesome, authentic Thai food. The service is great. The atmosphere is great. But‼️We felt cheated when we paid. There is a 10% off when paying in cash and this is written on the menu. We paid our bill in cash and we thought they will automatically give us the offer after seeing the cash but they didn’t. We argued with the staff but they said that the machine has gone through, they cannot change the bill. Disgusting 🤢 Guys, if you wanna pay in cash and get the offer, pls pls pls tell them when you first step in the restaurant. Pls don’t forget it‼️‼️

Perfect place for a fast, quick bite. Food was tasty with a fair price. They have quite a good amount of spicy food selections, it’s great for those who fancy some spicy food.

Super cosy, super tasty. The meals were so tasty, I had a foodgasm🖤! The waiter got our orders right with the right amount of spiciness (I like my food ghost reaper hot🔥). The ambience was cosy and chill, the drinks were really nice and I absolutely enjoyed my meal here.

Nice restaurant with good autentic food

I am Thai and this is the best authentic Thai restaurant in Bath. I have been travelling to the UK for couple weeks and visited Bath for a day trip. This Charm Thai Restaurant is above the standard of Thai food in the UK, very tasty food, authentic, fantastic atmosphere, clean facilities, very fast and friendly service. I feel so please for any Thai people who live in this city to have very good Thai catering near by. I would recommended this! BRAVO!!!

Ordered our food, then decided to use the restroom. The most disgusting facility I’ve seen in a restaurant. Returned to our table where there was a bowl of very strange tasting, stale prawn crackers. Cancelled our meal and said I couldn’t eat there after seeing the facilities.

Kuey Teow Tom Yum soup is very, very good. Also the fish cakes and gyoza were great.

It's a great and charming Thai restaurant. Service was nice but the food was really delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. Great looking menu that is full of photos which makes it so much easier to know what you are ordering. If you are up for some Thai, definitely recommending.
