Popped in on a Thursday lunchtime. Greeted on entry, seated immediately, very helpful Staff and the food was amazing. Don't live locally but will be making time to visit next time.

We only discovered this restaurant about 10 months ago and we have been back 7 times already (and again last night)! The food is delicious and of an exceptional quality. The portions are very generous (please keep it that way!). We have tried other Thai's in Bath but this is by far the best we have tried Finally the staff are fantastic, and another reason why we enjoy our visits there so much. They create a casual comfortable relaxed feeling. The perfect place.

Excellent Thai food in UK, we had a New Year Staff party @Charm Thai! The food is amazing, really authentic, fresh and the service was excellent as well. We had a great time after having a tough year of working, good choice and we would highly recommend!!!

Cheating! First of all, the food is awesome, authentic Thai food. The service is great. The atmosphere is great. But‼️We felt cheated when we paid. There is a 10% off when paying in cash and this is written on the menu. We paid our bill in cash and we thought they will automatically give us the offer after seeing the cash but they didn’t. We argued with the staff but they said that the machine has gone through, they cannot change the bill. Disgusting 🤢 Guys, if you wanna pay in cash and get the offer, pls pls pls tell them when you first step in the restaurant. Pls don’t forget it‼️‼️

Perfect place for a fast, quick bite. Food was tasty with a fair price. They have quite a good amount of spicy food selections, it’s great for those who fancy some spicy food.

Super cosy, super tasty. The meals were so tasty, I had a foodgasm🖤! The waiter got our orders right with the right amount of spiciness (I like my food ghost reaper hot🔥). The ambience was cosy and chill, the drinks were really nice and I absolutely enjoyed my meal here.

Nice restaurant with good autentic food

I am Thai and this is the best authentic Thai restaurant in Bath. I have been travelling to the UK for couple weeks and visited Bath for a day trip. This Charm Thai Restaurant is above the standard of Thai food in the UK, very tasty food, authentic, fantastic atmosphere, clean facilities, very fast and friendly service. I feel so please for any Thai people who live in this city to have very good Thai catering near by. I would recommended this! BRAVO!!!

Ordered our food, then decided to use the restroom. The most disgusting facility I’ve seen in a restaurant. Returned to our table where there was a bowl of very strange tasting, stale prawn crackers. Cancelled our meal and said I couldn’t eat there after seeing the facilities.

Kuey Teow Tom Yum soup is very, very good. Also the fish cakes and gyoza were great.

It's a great and charming Thai restaurant. Service was nice but the food was really delicious and we enjoyed it a lot. Great looking menu that is full of photos which makes it so much easier to know what you are ordering. If you are up for some Thai, definitely recommending.

We had a very average meal here. The Gentleman hardly acknowledged us and said very little. My wife's singapore chicken pad was dry and bland with a load of cold bean sprouts on top! My duck had a lot of wobley fat on it, which was horrible. The calamari starter was nice. The prawn crackers were stale! We won’t be back sorry

Very tasty, spicy food. Classic British prices, fair portions and fast+friendly service. It's also nice to sit in, but the sanitary facilities could be a little better maintained. Still highly recommended

We, a Thai family of four, had our lovely lunch meals at Charm Thai for the first time and will definitely return when we visit Bath in the future. Staffs were friendly and there was nothing to fault them. The food portion and quality were top-notch. My parents were pleased with the Thai authentic flavours. Thumbs-up to the chefs and staff.

Food was fantastic! We asked for it to be super spicy and the chef did not disappoint! The tom yum soup and the aubergine dish were superb! The staff were also gracious and accommodating. Thank you, we will be back.

Ate here on my trip to Bath and ordered the roast duck rice and it was absolutely delicious! As an asian missing her rice meals it absolutely hit the spot. Reasonable price too for such a generous serving.

Second time I've come to this restaurant, and both times were great. Food-wise, everything is fresh and delicious, I really can't complain. The selection is wide and it feels authentic - and not too expensive! Atmosphere and decor is on point, very traditional but reminds me of Asian establishments in movies, which is cool. Lastly, the service was alright, nothing special, but it was decent enough. The food is what makes this place, definitely!

This was a great find in the heart of Bath. Staff were super helpful, service was great and there was a very relaxed vibe. Starters were a bit scant for the price but mains were great value. Everything was delicious.

Very nice meal! Ordered the red lime soda which was good but not worth the price for me. The salt and pepper squid is very good I was just disappointed the portion was small…Popular pad Thai was good, portion excellent. Service was polite but they seemed swamped even though the restaurant wasn’t 100% full. Overall a good spot for Thai dishes!

I always get takeaway from this place and it’s consistently good. Food is delicious and the place seems to be run really well by good people. I’d highly recommend it. They label all the gluten free items on takeaway menu and Ubereats really well so it means it’s one of the few places I can safely eat food from.

Really friendly, attentive service. Amazing menu food wise. Also; amazing paper menu! Really good explanations of every option and pictures of each which helped adults and children choose what to order. We stumbled upon the restaurant but we'll be back as soon as possible.

This place has the potential to be a lot better. The staff and service is on point, however we weren't too impressed with the food. I ordered the ribs as a starting dish, but the bones barely had much meat on it, with that said the sauce was quite tasty! The Tom Yum soup was nice, very spicy as you might expect. Generous portion size too but overall nothing really too 'stand out'.

Such a lovely find. No table available when we first arrived as we did not book (Saturday evening) but the Gentleman that greatest us took our number and said to return in 30 mins or if one comes available in the meantime he will phone. Food was excellent. Needed Gluten Free options and these were clearly marked. Food was very tasty and service was excellent. I would highly recommend. Can not wait to return!

We had a lovely time here yesterday. They were able to fit us in last minute reservation. We got a few starters which were just ok (veggie gyzosa were nice) but the mains were beautiful. Lovely restaurant, friendly staff, beautiful food. We had a great meal & will definitely be back

We were looking for a good Thai restaurant and came across this one - had a really nice meal with my boyfriend. The service and ambience were exceptional! We were the only customers at that time but we really enjoyed the calm and relaxing environment. Would definitely go back again!

We were walking around this city with a hangover and what we wanted was soup and a glass of cold beer. Everywhere there were either queues or reservations, and we accidentally wandered into this inconspicuous establishment. We were lucky because there were 6 of us and literally after 5 minutes we were seated, fast service, agreed on drinks and began to talk about what to eat. everyone ordered something different, but personally I took Tom Yum with shrimp for ~£13. When my order arrived, I was shocked to say the least, since it was difficult to call it a plate, a huge plate with aromatic soup stood in front of me, there everything was perfect! although it is written that the medium is spicy, for me it was spicy, but this did not stop me from eating it all, in general it’s in vain that such a place is not very noticeable, but I wholeheartedly recommend this place, I am greeted, as I understand it, by the owner of the establishment, very kind and warm person 🤗 we will definitely come back

I have lived in Thailand for 5 years and traveled all of Thailand extensively for work. I love Thai food and I have never had Thai food in the U.K. as authentic and delicious as at Charm Thai. If you like real Thai food this place is an absolute must visit.
