Delicious food in a fantastic and authentic pub, one worth making a detour for!

Great food and lovely place, Definitely recommend however only down side was we were inside but people including service staff kept on leaving the door open.

Fabulous food, friendly service and a lovely local feel.. We had as pictured, the three meat roast for us all (3 of if) to share, with a fabulous accompaniment of veg, including green and red cabbage, cauliflower cheese, roast beetroot and suede in think as I didn't get chance to get any before by friends had it all!🙂 Everything was cooked to perfection , such a great meal with a chilled but lively atmosphere.. as well left people were steering the bar watching the Scotland / Ireland Rugby.. all very relaxed and friendly

Breakfast with bread and butter, oh you can change things if you wish, not sure how many. Coffee is good. Staff are attentive. Overall it’s a great place for eating.

Decent food service and early at 1pm...nice friendly service and proper pub food. Portion sizes were OK, but decent food and nice wood burner and room.... Fairly expensive

Got a delivery for a kebab and can’t express enough how good the food was! Such a quick delivery and the girl with the tattoos was so polite, even my dogs loved her! Just nice to know you can get good food and lovely staff 🥰

Good coffee, great cake, nice little walk to get there. Can't complain.

Went to the quiz tonight (Monday) with my wife and daughter, really enjoyed it, doesn't serve food but let's you order in ,lovely pub
