Just love The Beachlands. Homely with the special touches, super comfortable beds and great en suites. Stayed with teens this time and they loved it too. Just popped in for Tiramisu, for four people. The two front of house staff (young women - 17 Dec, 8-9 pm) were simply excellent. A credit to Bosco. The Tiramisu was great too. Thanks again

August 2024 - Service was extremely slow due to lack of staff. Two of my children were ill shortly after eating the tomato pasta (which was lukewarm). Attempted to contact the pub twice to alert them, both attempts ignored. Very unsatisfactory experience.

I’ve tried the pierogi, the breaded pork, among other things multiple times….the friendly owner always delivers. Cute, quaint, little restaurant I found out about because of the television program, Check, Please! Just like the panel of reviewers, I love this place. Check it out!

This is the second time I have been to Cork and Fork, Penzance. Once again, both the food and ambience was delightful. I had pate followed by mussels. My husband really enjoyed his meal too and we shared an affogato at the end. Staff were very kind and attentive as usual. We will definitely go again. The only change I would have asked for, would be if the 'smeech' from the hot grease burning somewhere in the kitchen could not be quite so strong in the dining area - my eyes were quite sore by the end of the evening. I feel bad even mentioning it because overall, both the food and service really are great. We had a lovely evening.

Lovely pub, great food and friendly staff.

Four of us visited on a quiet monday evening. Background music very unobtrusive. Cool, but not cold. Very friendly staff. Super menu and superb food, cooked 'open plan'. The fried jackfruit seeds are very tasty, not seen them before. Well worth a visit. We visited again on Thursday evening. This time it was fairly busy so more atmospheric. It was quieter after 8pm. The food was fantastic, especially the venison curry. The rest was all vegetarian or vegan and all very well presented and tasty. We think the best way to eat here is to order more dishes than you can eat, share them and take the rest home to savour later ( we took a reusable container with us, planning to !). The 'Cooler' drink was very tasty, I also thought the house red wine was very good. Very friendly staff. A thoroughly enjoyable experience that we shall return and repeat. Thanks, Sam.

Just there for evening meal cannot comment on rooms. But the food, service and wonderful cocktails made a most enjoyable evening!

Called to look interesting place full of collectibles

My card wasn’t working, they were friendly and happy to arrange payment by other means. Great hot coffee and cake. Will be back.

Had a works Christmas do pre-ordered , service was amazing followed by authentic tasting Italian dishes. Restaurant was packed a good sign it was popular, so book this place as to not miss out on a great experience. Thank you Pulcinella!

Would definitely recommend to anyone. We had a wonderful time here for an anniversary dinner. The food was really good and we enjoyed that we were given time with each dish to finish it before moving on. As they're sharing plates, it was nice to not have several dishes at once. They had run out of the wine we wanted but we're suggested another bottle which was good. Service was great once it was underway, there were 2 large tables finishing as we arrived which took some time to complete.
