The coffee machine is very slow if there are many at breakfast. The dash across the courtyard in the rain for the evening meal was a bit much.

The Angel is smack bang in the middle of Chippenham town centre. A plush looking hotel with a fitness club. The public bar & restaurant serve meals, snacks and drinks. Very nice coffee available and a good range of beers. Always immaculately clean, warm & comfortable. Just a shame they had run out of cakes to go with our coffees on Saturday afternoon.

My meal was served hot, full of flavour and was seasoned to perfection. With a fabulous range of wines to suit every pallet, and local beers, every taste is catered for.
