The best restaurants in South West

Found this place by accident while on holiday. Lovely place, staff were brilliant. It's not very big, so cosy and friendly, with a cool 'spit and sawdust' vibe. Loved the album covers and movie posters on the walls. Had the Betty Blue with plain skin on fries ... absolutely the best burger I've had! It was cooked perfectly, juicy and great flavour, and the fries were excellent, done to a perfect crispyness! It wasn't a massive burger, and whilst eating it I could have wished it was bigger, but that was only cos I didn't want it to end ... it was enough! I'm very very sad that I don't live in Falmouth and I can't visit this restaurant every week...... !

After our first cold water swim in November it was nice to visit lookout cafe for a hot latte very friendly staff and very helpful quick service 😀

Really busy, but well worth the wait. Went there at around 1pm on a Saturday and waited about 15 - 20 minutes. Once we were seated the food was very quick.

Really lovely food, service, and coffee! We had two Olive Breakfasts and they were epic. Saw the veggie ones too which looked delish. Happy to have found this place will definitely be back again.

Lovely place for an informal lunch. Plenty of seating inside and in the courtyard.

Lovely place, great service. Good choice of dishes including vegetarian and vegan . The dessert choice was tricky, they all looked interesting, so will have to go back to try another 😊

Since our preference was egg free cake on this occasion we ordered chocolate fan & flake cake for the first time with cake box. The cake sponge was super soft and cream topping had a perfect sugar. On the whole we all enjoyed the cake and it was dam delicious!

Enjoyed a fantastic meal with our son for his birthday and his girlfriend’s family in the restaurant. Great service and substantial meals left everyone feeling very full. We’ve eaten here on several occasions before and it never disappoints. Would definitely recommend, thank you.

OH WHAT A TRAGEDY! THIS WAS A FAVOURITE GO TO RESTAURANT AND WE HAD SPECIAL OCCASIONS HERE TOO. SUPERB FOOD, ATMOSPHERE AND SO ON, AM VERY SAD IT IS NO LONGER. CAN SOMEONE TAKE IT OVER PLEASE AND BRING IT BACK?

The best seafood linguine I have had in a very long time. Great service and value too.
