Quaint Italian cafe, great italian Patisserie, good selection to choose from. The Tiramisu is to die for. They have a Meatball Pot for £4.00, however it was not a pot but a decent size pasta bowl. Very tasty too. We also had a Caramel iced latte, absolutely delicious. We visited this place twice and will be going back again 😊 and very friendly staff x

An absolutely amazing experience, I thought I knew what a good Italian meal was until I ate here. Every course was outstanding and the young waitress was attentive and very professional. Unbelievably we were the only customers on a Saturday evening, if you're in Poole Quay make this your go to restaurant.

We went in on a whim on a sunny Saturday evening and we’re so glad we did. Had the tasting menu (£24.95) which included seven tapas starters all bought individually, a main course of hand made pasta and a beautifully moist and creamy tiramisu. This is a real gem. The food is authentic Naples cuisine and it is served with charm and nicely spaced out. We also had a complementary glass of Prosecco as we were one of the first guests of the evening. I hope this place gets better known with more people testing it out, as the staff are trying really hard, the food is delicious and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly.

Enjoyed the new 3 course tasting menu last night . Lots of tasty canapé type nibbles to start .. delicious pasta main course and a homemade Tiramisu dessert . Fabulous value for £24.95 .. A complimentary glass of fizz on arrival .. Friendly service in a small cosy space .. Seats outside but it was a bit too cold for us ! A new venue for us but we will be back !

We found this little treasure on a walk around the old town and it was just perfect. It’s a cosy little place, run by super friendly and welcoming people. There’s quite a different range of food to the usual cafes and we were helped in our choices by the very lovely young lady serving that day. We opted for the Cheese and Ndjua toastie and a chocolate pastry to share and they were both delicious. This was our first trip to Poole but we hope to return again and will definitely make another visit to Tiramisu if we do.

We sat outside on a warm summer's evening and enjoyed a delicious pizza. I had the lamb, pickle and yoghurt pizza, an unusual but delicious creation, my daughter had a margerita pizza. Both were perfect. The service was excellent and the waitress was friendly and welcoming.

Thank you so much for a wonderful lunch with my friends celebrating my birthday. Service was fantastic, atmosphere lovely, food fantastic. Great to have so much choice for the vegetarian/vegans too. I can't believe I haven't visited you before! We will be back.

The food was really good, very tasty, however the service was really poor. We felt tricked into buying bottled water when tap was available. Got given the wrong dish twice which felt like a hassle to fix and made the table feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately I feel like if we had a different waiter my review would have been different. Also the seasonal vegetables were just some cooked pepper and mushroom.

Came in for lunch on Saturday 9th November. Really friendly greeting and overall the service was superb by the two ladies. We had a Lasagna and Arabiatta Penne. Both were massive portions and were amazing home cooked dishes. So good. Not been here before, will be back for sure. The whole experience was faultless.

I can only give many compliments to Cosimo and his staff. The cuisine is great and the service excellent. Entering Lupa is like coming home.
