Food was good but just too salty

If we are having a curry takeaway, we always choose Akash tandoori. Their curry flavours are fantastic, the food is fresh, the service is great and quick and it is priced just right. Also we don't get the 'curry belly' issues after their curries, which we do get at some other establishments! We went to pick up the food the last time we had it, instead of getting delivery, and were early so had a nice chat with the friendly family who work there, including their 8 year old. Highly recommended.

Chips and other sides were great. For me the wrap didn't work with a flatbread. Too much bread. I love memosh and would definitely order again, just not a wrap.

Called in on Saturday for a coffee and cake. We asked for a vegan cake for myself due to been intolerant and allergic to some foods. They could only offer me a tea cake. When our drinks arrived and cake for the grandchildren, my daughter found out that the syrup was missing from her drink. She went back to ask for some to be added, which it was but the member of staff that served her never said one word at all, not even a sorry. Both outside and in looked scruffy and very worn out.

We had a pleasant experience although the restaurant was empty at 19:30 on a Saturday, but there was no reason why. The owner was very friendly and efficient, the food arrived swiftly and was very tasty. Cost wise it was cheap...a good meal for two for £32. It was also exceptionally clean. It lacked just two things....background music and other customers. He did put on some music several minutes after we sat down, but wasn't what you would associate with restaurants.

Went on a Friday as it opened, fish okay but chips very dry as if they were reheated from lunchtime First time since lockdown so very disappointed but will give them a second chance sometime

Arrived for my friends 50th following a lovely meal out. We ordered Prosecco to take into the karaoke booth which we had booked. Given plastic pint glasses to drink from. Karaoke booth was so cold it was like being in a fridge! All the props we Christmas themed and stunk to high heaven! Only one microphone working and other was intermittent being held together with duct tape! The app to order drinks wasn’t working! So had to keep going to the bar to buy drinks! When we asked for a refund it was point blank refused and was told there was no manager on site to speak with. Terrible service and expensive!

If you want cold food that takes forever to arrive and has items missing then this is the place to go for your curry delivery

Been using for years & normally all is well. However thought we'd try a lamb pasanda & to our amazement, bearing in mind it cost £8.50, there was 8 tiny pieces of lamb the size of a 10p. Very disappointing.

Amazing speedy service and the food never disappoints, would highly recommend anyone who hasn’t eaten here to get down there as soon as they can.

Placed an order for delivery, very helpful on phone. Cod and Chips with mushy peas, arrived piping hot, juicy fish and lovely batter. Excellent all round, will def order again soon.

Went for breakfast with my partner at about 11am, it was a sunny day so it was quite busy in and outside. We got a full English breakfast each and a latte and sat outside, the outside decking is a lovely vibe with the sea and the decor. Despite it being busy, we didn’t wait long for our breakfast! The food was delicious and our lattes were delightful. The staff here are very polite and bubbly- singing along to the music and smiling. Overall was a lovely breakfast experience and we will definitely be back! Thank you!
