Fish batter was hard and over cooked,didnt enjoy it at all.Money is tight as it is without having to waste food.I dont complain as a rule.

Really poor service, we ordered a mixed kebab for 6pm, tuned up on time minus the pittas. Two calls and 30 mins later they delivered them. Unfortunately everything else was cold. No apology. We will use someone else in the future.

Really nice local fish bar, with really friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing. I had the grilled Octopus and it did not disappoint. The octopus was just how I like it and was served with salad and chips. This restaurant possibly has the best chips in the world. I am local to here so I am definitely coming back!

they gave me wrong food then sent out more and it was all wrong then made me pay when the food was wrong already?

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHOCKINGLY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (my friend worked there for over a year) we ordered a kids nuggets and chips a kids burger and chips, two tango drinks and was made to pay extra for sauce in our burger, when it was delivered the driver told us he didn't have our food as he thought it was funny, we opened the food and the chips after being given it... for both meals the chips were freezing cold the burger had no salad or sauce even though we payed extra for it, we received the wrong drinks we got given two bottles of water, and when we rang back and they said they would free of charge send our order out again as so much was wrong, the driver then asked us for £3 and felt bad he didn't even know why he was asking us for £3, we opened our order and they had only sent us the burger with salad in it no sauce and only the chips for the burger, no chips for the nuggets... we didn't get our drinks. completely disappointed and was spoken over on the phone wouldn't let me talk, tried telling me the kids burger dosent come with salad but i was sitting next to my friend who worked there and she knew it had salad in it. don't order from here!!!!!

I can't fault the lovely staff, always cheerful and friendly. I had an OAP Cod & Chips which I collected. Tonight was the second time I've been sorely disappointed with my food. The chips were fine but the cod had obviously sat in the heated cabinet for ages it was so dry and I could hardly scrape it from the batter. Most of it went in the bin. Sorry Beaumonts this is the second time I've had this problem. I know Friday is a very busy time but I would still like to enjoy a nice piece of moist cod with chips from you. Sorry to complain but felt you needed to know. If I come to order again I'll have to ask for a freshly cooked piece of fish.

We have just had our first delivery from you, lovely food, hot and on time. The fish was succulent and chips tasty.

Recommended to me by Sahin. Honestly the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Now will be replacing my favourite local fish and chips I’ve had for years. Nice and hot when collected.

Food is bang average but the real issue we have found is the wait time???? Used a few times and waited between 1hr 30 mins - 2 hrs ..... Every occasion and any night of the week! Weekend I can understand (Friday/sat) but a week night?? It’s not ok to have to chase delivery everytime u order but having to chase it twice is crazy and to be told ‘we’re busy’ is not an acceptable excuse for over 2hr wait for some Chicken, chips and a burger. I wouldn’t stand for that in a restaurant. Shame.

Really sorry guys, I've been a loyal customer for 5 years, I don't know what has changed/happened recently but the last 3 times I have orded the order has been wrong, missing items etc. Ordering a mixed kebab arriving without sauce or any salad, ordered kids meal missing drinks and salad, I really can't give you anymore chances to get it right, especially when the wait times are 1 hour 45 minutes, your clearly taking on too much, quality not quantity!!

Have ordered a delivery a few times from these guys recently. Delivery is always prompt & the fish & chips are delicious. The large cod is always succulent & in nice crispy batter. The chips are just right - not too greasy with plenty of lovely crispy bits in too. I like their curry sauce & their jumbo sausages as well - a new regular for me & good value for money!

Over 2.5 hours wait for a takeaway chips missing, phoned up rude and flippant please avoid this place as they don’t deserve good customers. Otherwise they never learn plenty of good other ones about

Placed a small order prepared to pay Minimum charge, phoned back an hour later to find order not recorded They used to be fantastic now they don’t seem to care whether you are a customer or not Oh well after four years time to change

So disappointed. Wife chose to have a fish and chip meal from a local shop as a birthday supper. It was cold, greasy and we couldn't eat it. Driver who delivered was rude. Wish we hadn't paid in advance as would have returned the lot as no edible

Just had our food delivered which was over 30 minutes late, even when we pre booked a delivery slot 2 hours earlier. Chips under cooked. Curry sauce was awful Oh dear what is going wrong this this shop, going downhill fast 🙁

Ordered a fish and chip meal today at 19.33. Told it would be about one hour. Phoned at 20.47 to ask how much longer I would have to wait and was told another 15 mins. Very rude man who kept telling me they were very busy what did I expect? I said the truth, don't tell me an hour when it's going to be longer. No apologies, implied I was wrong to query as they were busy! Phoned again at 21.05 to be told another 15 mins again no apologies!!!! Meal arrived at 9.25 and delivery man very surprised when I didn't pay the original price!!!I don't live here but used this shop while visiting my mother on many previous occasions. Never,never again.I appreciate on a Friday evening businesses like this will be busy but don't lie!!! Give a realistic delivery time and when late, apologise instead of getting on the defensive and being downright rude!!!

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE POISONOUS CROOKS. ORDER 3 hours late, frozen fish still with ice! Half of the order missing! Sworn at by the manager!

ordered a large chicken Shish Kebab for delivery could not be faulted - plenty of high quality tasty chicken with salad & a few chips on the side Highly recommended

On our way home, thought we would have a nice takeaway from Beaumont’s fish bar, which since they have opened has always been the best in the area, but we had Haddock in batter as normal, but when we got home the fish was very thin and dry, not nice to eat.

We often use this fish and chip shop. Every time it is hot, well cooked and nice people. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fed a shift of 8 last week, didn't have delivery but popped in and worked through our order. Fantastic food great portions a very full and satisfied team àt work that night 😊

Has improved so much. Fresh salad in kebab, meat really good, fish is fresh with lovely batter and delivered on time. Great service, have used a few times recently. Garlic mayo is really punchy too. Well done.

The fish and chips as with all the food available at Beaumont's restaurant is cooked while you wait, the quality is always first class. If your wanting just a snack or a filling meal this is the place to visit.

This is simply the best chip shop in the area, friendly staff, tasty hot food and absolutely massive portions. The cod is gorgeous but so are the kebabs! The kids meals are really good value for money too.

order from here regularly but tonight the food and service was terrible, 1.5 hour wait for delivery and then it was 30mins later so 2 hour wait in total. the food was cold and the order was wrong. if this had been my first time ordering with this restaurant then I would definitely not order again.

First off, the food here is really amazing!! It's just such a shame that the delivery is so slow. They really need to employ more drivers for busy periods. Food was 45 minutes late on top of the extra 30 minute added. Otherwise, I really love the grilled chicken here

food was great, even though the food was "on time" it's a shame you don't know how long the wait is until you confirm your order as an 80 minute wait is quite a long time.

very disappointed this was a regular place we use and they have always been good, we ordered fish chips and sausages I unwrapped them at first I thought they didn't give me my fish I thought it was a battered sausage I even said to my partner we're is my fish!!! as it was long and battered like a sausage with hardly any fish in it there was more meat on the sausage than there was for a fish and it didn't even taste nice were usually the fish have come in big portions and tasted great, the chips didn't even taste nice the only thing we enjoyed was the bottle of cola very disappointed have defiantly lost a customer and they was 25 mins late.

This fish shop is getting expensive to order from. The minimum for delivery is now £10 which is fair enough, but they now charge £1 to deliver plus the 50p for using a debit card. And it was 35 minutes late just to add insult to injury!

Delivery was 2hrs food was disgusting reheated in a microwave before delivery curry sauce was water worst experience with this restaurant.. Last time was great service food was really nice service has really slipped

Fantastic, I order from here all the time and they are never late; always on time or early. Excellent value and great quality for the money, the portion sizes are huge.

always used this take away but last night it was not good we didn't get what we ordered and we where missing one of the meals. They did deliver the missing food after I called them and waited 20 more minutes after waiting over 1hour for the order to arrive in the first place. Disappointed.

The advert said delivery £0.... Even tho our order was over £10 we were charged £1 !

Ahora escribí una reseña para las edades beaumont hace, pero aquí no estoy escribiendo otra. El servicio es más que impresionante. Se esforzarán por conseguir la comida tan pronto como sea posible. La calidad es excelente. Es un favorito de la familia. El personal por teléfono dicen que si se tarda más tiempo de lo habitual. Se puede esperar el viernes y sábado. La comida es de calidad. Mi recomendación personal es la carne o pescado y patatas fritas y patatas fritas. Esto en mi opinión es el mejor pescado para llevar/bar en Worthing y sus alrededores. Sigan con el buen trabajo chicos!

Placed an order on a Friday night with a 45 minute delivery, this when then extended this by a further 30 minutes so rang them and when told it would be 15 minutes decided to go and collect it. Waited over 45 minutes in the shop, sausages were over cooked, chips were floppy and Huss was just like mush. The only thing that was ok were the mushy peas. Beaumont should probably consider not taking delivery orders on a Friday night, they clearly can't cope with the demand even from walk-in and collection customers.

Unfortunately my meal was ruined by both the lamb doner AND the burger having pieces of tiny bone in it which I kept getting stuck in my teeth. Eventually I gave up and threw it away. This is very disappointing from a company who I hold in high regard. You need better meat guys ! Sorry .

Food was good. However, my curry sauce was missing. I tried to phone and it said I had dialled an incorrect number. I had to go through online support who requested me a refund, then a curry sauce turned up 20 minutes later. The food was brilliant but service wasn't great

Food is nice, but every time I order it is atleast 30 mins-to over an hour late. I've waited 2hrs+ for food to be delivered multiple times (different days/times etc.) No update from them as to when food might arrive & no apology. A real shame as the food is good, but the wait time is making me give up on them.
