Kung Po chicken was superb along with prawn rolls, rice and seaweed.. Will definitely be ordering again 😃😃

Last ordered here once when I first moved to the area around 8 years ago and food was amazing then, ordered again for the first time since then and the food was still amazing. I've tried many Chinese places since being here and having come from London tbh none stood up the expectations except this place. Will defo be ordering from here from now on now we live back in the delivery zone. Thankyou so much guys, I don't usually call a restaurant to compliment but glad I did with you guys x

Hadn’t had Chinese for some years. But had with some family tonight. And I just have no words to say how fantastic it was. HOT. TASTY. NICE PORTION SIZES. FAIR PRICES. Will no doubt be reusing in near future. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Satay chicken was quite dry. Portion sizes were smaller than expected.

The food was excellent it's close to me but don't use it often as not quite on my way home I know it does deliver but sometimes just fancy one on way home the staff very helpful and friendly so will be using it more often

Although the order arrived on time, it still took almost 2 hours. Some of the chicken balls were amazing some where really greasy. Satay sauce was incredible! 11/10 on that!

TERRIBLE FOOD! DON’T BOTHER! Takeaway ordered evening of 17th Feb 2023. Mixed starter - the satay chicken wasn’t satay chicken. It was dry, over cooked chicken on a stick with no sauce. The ribs were also dry with no sauce and in the same foil tray. The prawn toast was tasteless. The spring rolls were ok. The seaweed was edible. Crispy pork with peking sauce. The pork was like eating rubber it was that tough. Totally inedible and certainly wasn’t crispy either! Meat tasted a bit “funny” too! Might have been off! Beef with chestnut and bean shoot. Had to play hunt the beef - way too many water chestnut. Sauce and beef were totally tasteless. Same as with the pork - meat tasted “funny” might have been off! Chicken chow mein also tasteless but was edible. Sweet and sour chicken balls - over cooked and chewy. Batter was way too crispy. Sweet & sour sauce was very runny. 1/4 crispy aromatic duck & pancakes very dry, a tiny pot of hoi sin sauce which was also very runny and only lasted for 2 pancakes. We won’t be ordering from here again. If I had been eating in I would have sent it all back to the kitchen and not paid for any of it because it was that bad!

Food was chewy and cold in places, and the shredded beef tasted more like dog food, which we left. Normally a nice meal, just not this time.

Food tasted old, crispy beef tasted more like pork scratchings haha. was missing some of my order, won’t be returning that’s for sure.

Food was a bit flavourless and the wings were soggy, Asked for sauce to be change on one of my meals and it wasn’t. Overall was okay but won’t be my go to place.

Food nice but too oily, could not eat too much of it

Delicious Chinese food! We ordered special fried rice, sesame prawn on toast, sweet and sour prawn balls and crispy shredded beef with chilli sauce for takeaway. Everything was really tasty! Staff were really friendly. I would definitely come back here again!

Delivery was good. Sadly food didn't live up to expectations. Food was well overcooked, mega salty and possibly the worst Squid we've ever had we couldn't eat it as it was like rubber. Enough said. We struggle to find a decent Chinese - won't be ordering again, gone off Chinese may we'll have Supermarket ones!

They forgot a main meal in my order ran them, he said he has to check and would ring me back. He did and said it would be an hour until they could deliver. When we started eating the rest of the order rice was undercooked and hard. Prawn crackers were stale and when the other part of the order arrived it was very greasy. It’s such a shame as we have ordered before and it’s been really nice.

After placing order, 1.5 hours to deliver was stated, and it did take that long to arrive. 3 out of 4 dishes were not to my liking, so I won't use again. I see that they have many good reviews so decide for yourself.

Deserves all 5*! Oriental House's food is delicious and will have you coming back for more. That is why we wouldn't go anywhere else for our Chinese. I recommend the Kung Pao Chicken it is really good, even having it extra spicy it's delicious. Thank you!

This is our first time ordering from here as we are usually quite fussy with Chinese places but what a good choice!! Portions are good, food was excellent and it arrived early :) think we’ve found our new usual! 10/10:)

Awful experience here. Walked in and instantly smelt like something that shouldn’t be in there, ran away as fast as I could.

It’s Friday and so it’s busy and the driver did say sorry for being late…. But still my kids were ravenous and so the lateness was just more annoying. Good food though

Had takeaway on 24/7/21 food not good chicken curry 4 pieces in total ,partner was ill on it duck was mainly all fat ,chicken in sweet n sour sauce was so hard it was inedible ,phoned and spoke to the manager who offered me another meal why would I want that after such a bad experience manager not customer friendly talking over me never again

Dinner was ruined due to forgetting the curry when I phoned no offer of replacing the order as whole order would be cold when driver got the curry replacement to me this is not the first time this has happened but the restaurant does not seem to understand when they forget part of the order they ruin the whole meal Will not be ordering again

Just popped by for a couple of things (hot/sour soup, sweet/sour chicken, spare ribs) to try out, very glad I did! The food was good, quickly and freshly done - would recommend and will definitely be going again.

Had to wait 45 minutes to have food delivered. Called the takeaway to be told they only had one delivery and it’s on its way. 45 minutes later still no food. Seriously don’t bother ordering, cold food once again.

The food was absolutely awesome as usual...so thank you guys :-) The delivery caught us out as it was early and there was no indication on the web page or email that it was on its way.. It didn't spoil the enjoyment though, its still a very nice meal and much appreciated..

Food is normally really nice, but tonight food was cold and chewy, very disappointed.

Most of the food was very tasteless which was disappointing, the chow main especially. The crispy seaweed was the only thing that tasted perfect

Really nice food. Also has a really handy app which allows you to quickly & easily reorder your favourites.

Food was lovely, no sauce for the lemon chicken though which just made the dish...chicken! Shame as everything else was lovely.
