As with all National Trust cafes very over priced for what you get, we had to wait ages to be served, the sandwiches were freshly made but that held things up even more, my slice of orange and poppyseed cake was tiny for £4, sandwiches no garnish just bread and the filling for £7, if we go again it will be a long time and probably take a picnic I could understand if a footman delivered it to us but that wasn’t the case.

Very rude. Told couldn't sell anything as the WiFi is down due to the rain... Weren't even allowed to pay cash.. And told to go elsewhere. 1st and last visit..

I have been sat outside for 25 minutes waiting to get breakfast this shop is supposed to be 24 hours but whenni knocked they just looked snd blanked me customer service is shocking

Got the new double big mac mcdonalds must be going broke to be lien about a double big mac it looked like 4 slices of lunch meat I never been disappointed with mcdonalds until now they getting to to be just like toco bell that was the last straw with me im so done with mclittles

visied the garden resturant at what is now Dobbies garden centre and took breakfast etc with my wife , daughter and her mindees...we all very much enjoyed the whole experience from staff to food and coffee...grea place to visit as well wih lots to see and look at...the little ones loved he Christmas decorations and lovely gifs on display.

Appalling delivery record. The food is reasonable but the chances of you receiving it are poor. Don’t bother

Went to Dobbies for the first time today. Arrived at 11 15 for breakfast which is served until 11 30 (or so they say)… service was SO slow and they stopped serving breakfast before 11 30 after we had been in the queue. Not only this but they didn’t say they were stopping breakfast, just took the sign away and when questioned, all they said was “we’re too busy” Terrible service

Got fined for spending 2 hours here, should extend parking limit if they want customers to buy more than one drink, drinks average, would not recommend

Good stop before M3. The coffee was excellent, the lavatories were clean and best of all were the staff - jolly, helpful, charming and deeply efficient. A seriously good stopover.

Ordered the Garlic Comfit burger and it was disgusting. Not only was it missing ingredients stated on their menu, but the "Garlic Confit" is simply a super strong garlic mayo that completely overpowers the burger preventing you from tasting the burger itself. This gross sauce that doesn't even resemble garlic!?! Whole thing was a gross tasting mush. Sweet chili wings were good, but the fries are simply frozen crap that taste the same as every cheap fast food establishment. Crazy amount of money for the crap I received.

The concophany of beeps and whistles coming from the kitchen area is deafening. I don't understand how the staff can just ignore the constant demand from all the machines. It would drive me insane being there longer than the six or seven minutes it took to produce two cups of tea and a mini flurry.
