Boss Burger in Test Valley

This is a disgusting establishment. Staff are not wearing aprons, they're rinsing their hands instead of washing them, wring colour coded chopping boards are used risking cross contamination and food poisoning, raw chicken is being touched then touching door handles and work surfaces. If you value your health, stay far away from this business!!

Ordered food at 1800 and two hours later 20:00 it arrived ! Stone cold and didn’t even look appealing. So warmed up in the Microwave and yup that was the end of that. Won’t use again and would advise people to stay away ! Bad food & No service.

Great burger but my missus is the boss!

Husband was happy with his beef burger. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my chicken burger as a very small piece of chicken, not enough to fill the bun, way too much lettuce (1/2 an iceberg imo).

Ordered through uber eats- driver called and said can’t find your house cancel order after it was way past the time they said for delivery even though they went past our house. On top of that we are now sick 🤢 and bad stomachs. I won’t be ordering here again. I only had a burger and chips.

Order elsewhere. Cold food Hardly any chicken, and the chicken is poor quality.

Good experience overall. Burger was hot and cheesy, bbq tenders were tasty, fries not so hot but enough warm with nice sauce, buffalo wings didn't look great but tasted ok. A bit more than 20min to complete order. Restaurant hard to find, staff and kitchen look a bit messy but still deliver good food

Food delivered on 30 minutes. Exactly as ordered, piping hot. Highly recommend, will definitely be ordering again

Massive shame. Had a great experience the first time. Second time chips were soggy. Third time food took 1 and a half hrs from time of order, food cold once arrived.. Edit... Gave this place another chance... Entire meal cold, burger patty ping and stone cold.. won't be ordering again ..

Food is absolutely incredible, while it can be a tad pricey it is worth it for such good quality.

Ordered tonight first time weve ever ordered and let me say the last absolute vile in fact since it got took over from the indian the food it vile the Mexican indian and boss burger are all vile needs shutting down to much going on in one shop wasnt value for money either the kebab van on kaw is 1000 times better

Burger under cooked and got food poisoning would never recommend

Ordered at 16.30 via just eat , said it had been delivered at 17.10 but no food so called the place and was told they had put it down as delivered but it’s not ready yet ( doing it to look good on just eat ) food arrived at 1815 cold , and inedible , waste of money and time , if they wasn’t running 5 businesses from one Indian takeaway maybe they would get it right , won’t benordering again and my advise is that you don’t either

Order arrived an hour late and food was all cold. Not even slightly warm.

ordered through deliveroo arrived pipping hot, got truffle burger & confit garlic fries and it was absolutely delicious, highly recommend..

Waited and hour still no food ordered from uber eat bad service

Ordered through deliveroo. 45 minutes late, food still hadn’t been delivered. Called the restaurant twice which is just a mobile number no answer and had an automatic reply saying they were on their way. Never arrived. Cancelled order after delivery was an hour late through deliveroo and got a refund. Avoid this restaurant

This place was absolutely disgusting! Employees eating in the kitchen, no gloves, answering phones. Old food covered every flat surface. Piles of old receipts by the door. Looks like this place hasn’t been cleaned in months (or ever?)! If it’s this disgusting in person, I shudder to think about what they’re doing with the take away food.

Awful experience! Will never use again! First ever order used via deliveroo. Delivery time showed around 30mins. Waiting an hour and nothing had come. Phoned and was told it would be 10 minutes.. Cool, I understand kitchen's get backed up. A further 40 minutes and nothing has arrived. This time when phoning I asked to cancel and get a refund as it hadn't left the kitchen even though I was told 10 minutes. I then received a phone call begging me to accept the food. I said no I want it cancelled and refunded, this was agreed. Delivery driver shows up and forces the food into my hands which was all cold!! Still no refund so I'm assuming that's why you were begging me to take the food!! A really horrible way to treat a brand new customer!! Will never use again and will be advising all friends and family to never use!!!!

Ordered food, items were missing, delivery was extremely late, called to confirm delivery as instructed, poor communication. Restaurant is less than a mile away and took 45 min to deliver, missed items on order, food was so cold, fries were inedible. Overall a terrible experience, definitely do not recommend.

Burger was overcooked and very chewy, the flavours weren’t doing it for me. My cheesecake never came… Definitely not worth the money, ridiculous prices!!

First timers. Order took over an hour to arrive, half the order was missing, when the rest turned up which was half an hour later, we had finished the burgers….what’s the point!! Won’t be ordering again!

First time ordering from here, food came on time but both burgers were still pink, we were unable to eat them. We phoned they sent out the burgers again which was no problem but the burgers were so much smaller and it was just mushed down with no thought, It just seems unfair that even know they did send them again they just were not the same and if you are still paying for the burgers you expect them to be the same as how it should have come in the first place.

Food took over 2.5 hours to arrive, when it did it was cold, also my drink was missing. Restaurant said they’d send out replacement hot food, but they only sent half of the order & it was still cold!

Unfortunately issue with ordering online but non fault with them , worth the extra bit of wait.....😋😋
