Worst kebab shop I've ever used. Never again. Thought would give it one more go for tonights feast but apparenrly they can't even be bothered to tell you that the place is closed but still take your money. Disgusting

Time wasters. Waited over an hour and when I phoned them they cancelled my order.

I used to consider flames to be the best kebab takeaway in town. Over the last year you have gone completely down hill. Multiple wrong orders and cold food. Now that you have re branded as Istanbul grill , I thought let's give them another try. Nope, they take your order/money and then text after to say they wont deliver and it's cancelled. Will not even answer the phone to confirm a refund.

HORENDOUS! Ordered fried chicken which was so burnt it was inedible. When I rang up to complain the man the other end refused to refund until his driver had come to pick it up. Strange course of action in the current climate of minimal interaction. Other half order kebab meat and chips, cold and tough. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered on line took my payment by card and never turned up and wouldn't answer the phone to find out why I dident get my food,wont be using this lot again for take away,s.be advised use another take away this lot con you out of yr hard ernt cash ,its a shame I had to give them one star,if I could I wouldn't give them any, so be warned dont use this take away even if yr desperate

Everything that gives a kebab shop a bad name - including a current 1* rating by the local EHO, purely kept open by late night revellers - much better options nearby

all of order wrong and then they wont answer the phone to rectify the problem yet they have already been paid by card no pineapple in Hawaiian and no garlic bread pizza place is a joke

Unless you are able to collect your food and see what you are being served, I cannot recommend it. Have since checked their food rating, 1 star hygiene rating?! Ordered through just eat, had to call to chase the delivery as it was 25 minutes late, paid the extra £1.50 for the additional sauces requested but on opening not only found the chilli sauce was missing, the meal was cold, pitta bread just in the box with the chicken,. Not even cut open and jalapeño chicken and frys missing. After speaking to them, they were not helpful or apologetic, so will never order from them again.

If you want food poisoning best place for it. Also the person on the phone needs to learn how to take orders instead of calling everyone a liar

First time ordering from here tonight and never again. Ordered on line and paid with card to be contacted 30 minutes later to say we would have to pay a further £5 for them to deliver to us as we are over 3 miles, I’m not I’m 2.6! This is not mentioned anywhere on the website and is made up to try and con you out of more money after you have already paid. It was actually the owner that called me to insist I pay this £5 and I questioned why stating that I’ve already paid and I’m not over 3 miles like he was trying to say. Well I was not prepared for the abuse and shouting at I received! The man was horrible to me and shouting that loud my husband could even hear, at thus point my husband took the phone from me to try and calm the man down! Not much joy, and with 2 hungry children expecting food, and the fact we had already paid we were left with little choice but to pay! Absolutely shocking customer service. Don’t even get me started on the greasy food 🤮. Wish I’d read all these poor reviews as I would definitely not of ordered. I will certainly not be ordering in the future! My advice is stay well clear!

My daughters Just ordered £16 worth of food and they've charged her £26•10 she rang them up and said delivery and surcharge or she can have her money back which can take 7 days to go back in her bank i told her not to use flames as they are rude and dirty I got a pubic hair in one I ordered and rang them to complain and the stupid f wits offered me a free one like hell I'll go back and eat from there Muppets Oh and I couldn't put a review without lighting a star up so had to give one otherwise I wouldn't of clicked a star NEEDS CLOSING DOWN!!

Worst food and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Food turned up half was missing and the chicken was raw. Phoned up to see where my deserts and drinks were to then wait a further 2 hours to still get nothing. I first ordered at 10:40 and waited until 2am and still nothing! They then delivered them at 5pm the next day?! Promised me a refund if I went down there to be told I can’t have a refund because they delivered the food in the end (a day late). He then pretended to call just eat to sort the refund so I called his bluff and phoned myself. Thankfully I am getting a refund and advise anyone not to go there! Never review anything but this was unbelievably poor 🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Me and a mate went in for a kebab and was not off the toilet all last night same as my mate.

Good food, but they do try to scam you, giving less change and charging more than the price on the menue.shame on them.

Flames Takeaway online ordering system isn't working apparently, only found out after calling the takeaway an hour and 15 minutes after placing our order on their own Flames website to be told their internet isn't working. After re-ordering over the telephone, the order arrived lovely and hot but only after waiting in total 1 hour and 50 mins :( First time we have used them as well, will call next time if we order with them!

Gets a chicken shish kebab and I only get for bits of chicken never going there again stingy

The lamb Kebab was nice, Salad came separate which was nice so you didn't have the whole pita bread overloaded which e everything. Chips was good to.

Got order very wrong ( got a cheese and tomato pizza instead of garlic bread and didn't get toppings on pizza) and didn't get drinks I ordered.. food is bland and customer service is aweful! DO NOT EAT HERE, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this takeaway, had to collect as they wouldn't deliver, was told 10 mins but it took 40, missed part of my order and ignored a request for pizza without a topping. When I rung to solve this was told I would have to collect the missing part of the order, which would mean an extra journey for me and a cold meal on my return home.

Update: 2 hours later I have given up. I'm now eating a pot noodle. Update: arrived 2 and a half hours after ordering. Was cold but was on the house so the drinks were amazing. Ordered through their website, for 1 person an hour and 40 minutes ago and it still hasn't arrived. Think I've been either forgotten or ignored.

Was very nice tonight!. Lovely pizza, Kabab, 2 lots of chips that are good unlike some places an 2 drinks for £14.50! Couldn't get that any where else

If there was a possibility to give no star,we would.We just ordered a takeaway from flames tonight and it was the worst takeaway we've ever had and the longest time we ever had to wait for a takeaway.After an hour wait my partner phoned them they said they just finished it and it will be on the way just then,and then it arrived after another 40 minutes.The food was really bad,tasteless,dry.My partner ordered kebab and couldn t eat it...it was tasteless and like a rubber.The chicken nuggets were hard,dry and tasteless.My hamburger was so dry,the meat dry and it had a not very pleasent smell to it(which i've only noticed after few bites)the cucumbers from the sandwich were gone off,the chips tasteless and lots of black chips and all of them empty in the middle and dry,and hard as hell,and the cheese was rubery and tasteless.That chips really did taste like they were from days before.We both couldn't eat it.Suming it up shortly:After waiting forever the food was cold,dry,hard and tasteless,and our icecream that we've been charged for didn t arrive.

Not as advertised. Advertisement states buy one pizza get one free (12 inch pizza provided free when 16 inch pizza purchased), Advertisement not honoured, instead purchased Bengal Takeaway, which I rate 5/5

Ordered food which was 20minutes late, pizza wasn't the one I ordered and was dry and only just warm, kebab was acceptable but cold

Flames was easily the best takeaway in Andover 18 months ago, ever since, its been going down hill fast. The last straw was tonight, over an hour and 20 minutes for 2 kebabs, chips + drinks, all to arrive cold, having been charged for 4 portions of chips when only 1 was ordered?! The order was entirely incorrect. You've lost a loyal customer

After ordering in store. Given a random order told, that's what I've ordered, get out. Awesome customer service, plus order that I was given was cold, and obviously taken from the hotplate of another botched up order, well done.

just received my COLD food from a rude driver i will NOT be using flames again very poor

Hi your driver don't bring me my all order ... he must com to us second time and he make damage my neighbour... he not see how drive and he did problem with garden on my neighbour ... he is very angry

Nice, reasonably priced food. Very polite staff.

Delivery took over an hour, blamed us for giving "wrong adresss" didn't admit fault, used appalling language and threatened to call police in place of sending us replacement pizzas that weren't stone cold and evidently reheated beforehand as denoted by the amount of grease leaking through the box like a reputable takeaway would do.
