The best restaurants in Test Valley South East

Took money and didn't deliver. App said it would be delivered the day after, so I called in to clarify. Guy on the phone reassured me that it would be "30-45 minutes". 1hr 1/2 later, nothing. Phone calls are ignored. Had to seek refund via app vendor. Was then too late to order other food, so absolutely screwed me.

Everything in this establishment was filthy, floors, tables, chairs, toilets, I could go on. Very disappointed, this place really lets the brand down. Not busy but no attempt made to clean anything, even the hand sanitizer was rot with drips all over the floor & hair stuck to it. Yuk, one to avoid. Coffee in our own cups of course. Coffee only low average.

Yet again a KFC that dies not serve coffee with its meals. Went to Burger King opposite instead. KFC, do you not know people like coffee??

Went here at 9.30 to be " greeted" and I use the word very lightly by a peed off girl who abruptly informed me they weren't open yet, even tho she was prepping. I politely asked when she would be open and was aggressively told " I dunno". Being in customer service myself this was an unpleasant and disgusting interaction.

There is a disgusting man that sits in the window of the cafe all day. He leers at girls and women of all ages, all day every day. He continues to smirk and stare inappropriately at me every time I walk past. It is disgusting. When will the world change. I should not have to change my walk to work just so I don’t feel harassed by a dirty old man.

Visited here three times ended up buying food in the garage ,nothing on shelves not a sausage roll ,,not exactly busy cannot say dirty ,cannot moan about staff ,but with a few lousy doughnuts and it being two pm not looking to get snack here
