Wild Bean Cafe in Test Valley

Even a 1 star is generous but since I can’t give less it will have to do. So we ordered 20 hot wings nothing else and we had stated on the order which was online can the driver please call when he arrives so we know he’s outside and obviously did not read it they also don’t do over the phone bookings and when the wings arrived they where not hot wings at all completely terrible would never order from their again

I've been here a couple of times. Both times, items have been missing, and food is cold. Staff couldn't care less. Talking to each other is the priority rather than good service. You get the usual meaningless "sorry about that." Unfortunately, service stations are a captive audience, so you have little choice

Ordered food at 1800 and two hours later 20:00 it arrived ! Stone cold and didn’t even look appealing. So warmed up in the Microwave and yup that was the end of that. Won’t use again and would advise people to stay away ! Bad food & No service.
