Starbucks Popham Services in Test Valley

Good stop before M3. The coffee was excellent, the lavatories were clean and best of all were the staff - jolly, helpful, charming and deeply efficient. A seriously good stopover.

As a Starbucks regular, not very impressed at all with this branch. Girl was helpful, but surly unhelpful man who seemed to not know anything about the products. The sweetcorn wrap was cold & soggy, would have been better heated on a hot plate, like a panini. I could finish neither that nor the mocha - which was extremely sweet, and tasted more like a hot chocolate, with not enough coffee in it. (Even after requested an extra shot). Outside area nice though. Much nicer food in the M&S attached to the petrol station. Also, may have been because it was busy earlier perhaps, but not a great choice of food. And I noticed nothing vegan apart from the one last wrap that I ordered. I’m kinda close to giving up with Starbucks, as I feel it’s been going downhill over the last couple of years.

AVOID! Clean, spacious, good staff. Coffee and cakes really poor. Stale stodgy very poor flavour. And also little choice

We received good service , no complaints - however it could have been much cleaner. It was quiet when we arrived , there were only 2 occupied tables, but at least 3 or 4 tables that hadn't been cleaned. The floor was dirty, as was the toilet floor! especially round the toilet itself 🥴 It would benefit from a good deep clean using hot water with some disinfectant. This shouldn't take too long..and can easily be done when the shop is quiet.. The car parking area can also do with having rubbish picked up - doesn't look good!

Pretty reasonable Starbucks, seemed short of staff on arriving with only one person taking orders and making coffee. Discovered that this was due to a delivery being made. Somehow, my fruit toast did not get to me, and I had to ask again, and it seemed that the oven had been set to heat but no toast added! Quickly shorted out
