Very busy this sunny March Saturday. Haven’t been for years, special treat for hubby. Burger was actually tasty, much better than last time I had one. Chips could have been hotter. Good service and very quick considering the size of the drive-through queue. Blessed with a rare parking space. Crying toddler spoiled the atmosphere but that’s to be expected on a Saturday lunchtime to be honest. Friendly happy staff.

Disgraceful pizza service. I should have learnt in the first place. NO CHEESE AGAIN! It is a main ingredient on pizza. How tight can they be.

Over priced, over rated, poor service. Would not recommend. The lunches are even worse. Obviously not many regulars as no one seems to know the system for being seated, where to sit, how to order etc. Kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, now given up as no improvement.

We are very disappointed at the service we received.Firstly, we walked in and they sat us right by the open door.There were plenty of empty tables where we could have been seated.We then decided we would move as they were plenty more options to sit at as we were freezing.We then sat in a booth and 2 seconds later we got told by a worker that we could not sit there as it was a table for 4.This was said quite aggressively with a bad tone.We proceeded to move ourselves to a table of two somewhere else.Then 5 minutes went on a couple had been seated specifically where we couldn’t.Then another couple had also been seated at a booth.When we received our food it was dry and not well displayed.There was a lack of sauce and toppings.As well as, no ice cream even though we payed.They also forgot our waters.We felt uncomfortable at this creams and I would not suggest this as a place to come.

Why is the owner unable to smile and make you feel welcome. Basic customer service is a long way off in this place. It's also very over priced.

This is very good service and delicious meals I very so recommend it very good as a dinner and a lunch and is better with friends and family

Ordered a take away and service was efficient. Food however was a different story. The food was absolutely tasteless and of poor quality. We did eat the seaweed and the egg fried rice, but nothing else. The sesame prawn toast we are actually not sure what was in it as it didn't taste like prawn. We will not be returning.

Ordered a takeaway. Papa John’s had run out of pepperoni (at 7pm on a Saturday night) so they cancelled our order. No voicemail, no apology, absolutely no common sense.

Just dreadful greasy overpriced slop. Frimley is really not a place to go for wining and dining with all these tacky establishments.

Great food and staff is amazing

Cafe’s located inside the large Sainsbury’s superstore just outside Camberley and therefore handy for a quick drink/snack before or after shopping - it has entrances from both inside and outside the store. On the day we visited tables were piled high waiting to be cleared but once an employee got started on them they were all soon sorted. Service was a bit on the slow side even though it wasn’t particularly busy and furnishings could do with replacing. Noticed that you can also order home delivery via Deliveroo.

This used to be good, has gone downhill, recently ordered online, dishes missing, wrong dishes, food was very poor quality
