Papa John's in Surrey Heath

Ordered a takeaway. Papa John’s had run out of pepperoni (at 7pm on a Saturday night) so they cancelled our order. No voicemail, no apology, absolutely no common sense.

We used this restaurant for home delivery option. 1 hour from time of placing order to receiving items. Half & half pizza was luke warm, base on the vegetable garden half was very doughy. The cinnapie sticks dessert was also luke warm & dry plus it didn’t resemble website photo, however tasted ok. Overall the service & food was very disappointing. Would not order from this place again.

Ordered from here the other night and got a great deal 👌 3 xxl pizzas and they were so delicious and hot and prompt delivery 😋.

great pizza. fresh and tasty . loved it. always like the half and half. Chili just a bit 2 hot for me.

Ordered two large pizzas and two sides both pizzas arrived cold and absolutely flavourless. one side wasn’t cook properly and the other side was burnt. Called to complain and was told they could not do anything. Poor poor food and customer service and will never order from them ever ever again.

Ordered a xxl pizza mainly due to the 60% off offer on orders over £20. When it arrived it was clearly and obviously missing 60% of the toppings. There was hardly anything on it. I’m not talking about the more expensive toppings I’m referring to the tomato sauce and cheese. Telephoned the shop and was offered a free medium pizza. No thanks. One flavourless pizza was enough. Most of it went in the bin.

Ordered the vegan works, a meat pizza and a couple of sides. They were delicious really enjoyed the sides too! Quick delivery and they maintained social distancing would definitely recommend

i went to this place yesterday (19.9.19) and i ordered a large pizza, although it is a bit expensive the quality of the food is great, the staff are verylovely and my favourite stuff is the garlic bread

If you want to order your pizza from a company that will accept your order, take your money, then cancel your order whilst failing to communicate that with you (order confirmed by email you could always have emailed to say YOU had cancelled the order if as you claim you allegedly tried to ring) then when you call to find out when your pizza will come to be yelled at down the phone to the point that your 8yr old ends up in tears and your friends are stunned in utter shock because even they can hear the guy shouting down the phone from across the room and then hang up then go ahead and order from here (oh and I am none the wiser when I’ll get my money back) otherwise steer well clear. Have a read of the 1* do not recommend ratings on Facebook....! Shouting at your customers and hanging up seems rather a theme. You might get lucky and have no problems like I previously experienced but if you hit a snag be prepared for singlehandedly the WORST customer service you will ever receive.... and scrabbling around for something else last min for dinner when all you wanted was pizza.... never ever again. I am appalled.

Used this place a few times in an emergency, not the best of Pizza's and I found not the friendliest of service either.

Consistently good pizza and lots of great offers especially when collecting. Deliveries are always prompt and hot.

I ordered two pizzas, two sides and a bottle of Pepsi max. It turned up slightly later than I had ordered for but wasn't worried too much. The delivery guy seemed angry and practically threw the boxes at my daughter. Unfortunately, the wrong Pepsi was delivered and the food was cold. It was such a shame as last time I ordered I really enjoyed the food which turned up hot. I won't waste money again on a take away pizza.

We occasionally have a delivery from Papa John's in Lightwater comma the food is always great and hot when it gets here. Keep your eye out for the regular offers that they have. Recommend the stuffed crust pizza which is always sinfully bad but lovely to eat

I find the thin base pizzas here very good! Good menu choice, good quality meats and toppings with some bargains if you collect .... like the any size pizza for £9.99!! We get the XXXL with 50 / 50 topping. Delivered hot too.
