The best restaurants in Surrey Heath South East

Had not realised it was called Pistachios, there we go. Dropped in part way round a longish winter walk but it was closing - closing time didn’t match the published times we found on a website so we were thankful we still got served - in take away cup and sat outside. It was just before 3:30 so still light for another hour so don’t leave your sustenance too late on. Nothing wrong with the take away offering in sustainability sourced recyclable cups. Very nice got chocolate that would put many others to shame. Shame the cafe is closed when I mostly visit - evenings on the 3G pitches. Friendly staff. Would have got 5* had we not been looking forward to a warm sit down and had to make do with a chilly picnic table.

Been going here for years recently the quality has dropped in the last few weeks. We arent always given everything we paid for and now the quality is dropping again this time we got 1 sausage in the roll that is burnt and not even filling the roll. Really disappointed as we reguarly use this bakers and are seeing a marked drop in quality

Last two times I’ve ordered from here have been poor. All hash browns missing from order and this time the chocolate milkshake was only half full. The restaurant will try to refuse any responsibility of the order shows as delivered but good luck getting the courier to wait while you check the order.

Food 2 out of 10 waited one hour for mains , wrong drinks order lots of people complaining. Used to be a good pub and restaurant okay for drinks at the bar but would not be returning for food.

Ordered poached eggs on toast. This comprised of 2 slices of toast and 3eggs 1egg was poached the other 2 was hard ! How can they get this so wrong ? If they can’t poach eggs than don’t put in on the menu !

We popped here for lunch on Saturday. As usual the café was heaving and we had to queue to enter. Anyway, once seated we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 milkshakes. The milkshakes are not the thick variety, more like Nesquik with some squirty cream on top - not really worth a fiver a pop. Pizzas were nice and smoky but the toppings were so bland! I had the BBQ Chicken and as the waiter served it he said to me "Oh, you ordered the best one!". Well it certainly looked good but it was a real disappointment. The BBQ sauce tasted watered down, the chicken and peppers were just tasteless and sloppy respectively. My fiancée had the Ham and Pineapple (normally her favourite) but she was equally disappointed. The pizzas are about £14 each but to be honest, I could buy a supermarket Cheese and Tomato and then pimp it with my own toppings and it would be better. The food is overpriced for the quality you get, yet they keep flocking!

Sadly despite advertising Gluten free this is only available on a Tuesday. Coeliacs can’t eat the other 6 days unfortunately.

Reasonable price Excellent pizza and great kids menu deal We did not book, however the manager Uanne has managed to find us a table of 9 people The waitress Netta was very friendly and has delivered an exceptional service following the steps of service I’ve worked 23 years in hospitality and I was very happy with this venue

Debbie was an excellent server and was extremely kind to us, 100% recommend!

The manager was unprofessional on arrival talks rude Won't be coming back Wr drove 45 mins with 2 kids only to be turned away on a quiet evening as we were 10 mins late and also I was greeted with yes my friend!!??he was racist rude and very very unprofessional

Stale chips...... Oil needed changing they was vile Not sure how you can serve chips like that won't be back! Won't be ordering again
