Been going here for years recently the quality has dropped in the last few weeks. We arent always given everything we paid for and now the quality is dropping again this time we got 1 sausage in the roll that is burnt and not even filling the roll. Really disappointed as we reguarly use this bakers and are seeing a marked drop in quality

If ever you are travelling along the A322 through Bisley, Surrey you must stop at Heaters Bakery, where the most beautiful collection of rolls, pies, pasties and pastries will confront you plus tea and coffee. I was served by a delightful lady called Steph who has a wonderful customer friendly approach and it was a pleasure to be a patron of this establishment. Everytime I travel this road I will be stopping to buy a roll and a tea from Steph. I cannot give this shop enough praise. Well done Heaters and Steph

Eating took a while. Employees are nice and the landing is well maintained. The pizza itself was tasty, but it was too sweet for my taste and could use a little more salt. The dough was fluffy and crispy on the edge.

The meal was hot and on time and portions were good....BUT the chow mein was absolutely tasteless! Such a disappointment and the beef and mushroom just wasn't great. Such a shame as service was so good.

We went to an Elvis tribute nightwhich had a great atmosphere and a warm welcome from the lovely land lady and staff. Loiking forward to bingo on Wednesday and coming back fo more fun..

always usually good but an hour and 20 minutes late. not an experience I will now repeat as won't be refunded. got a few cans of drink as compensation. I appreciate sometimes things go wrong but this is not acceptable.
