We've been getting food from this place for like 30 years. Always consistently good. Be aware, they don't take cards in the shop, only cash. However you can sit there and order and pay online.

Nice people but doesn't make up for the food. Siu Mai dumplings inedible they were disgusting, as if they are out the freezer into a microwave. Mixed starter was all dry and overcooked, Rib had hardly and meat on. Best thing out of the whole thing was the seaweed which says it all really. Shame as this is walking distance to me but won't be returning.

We placed an order online, it was ready at the specified time. On arriving home we got a phone call saying they had omitted a sauce from the order and they delivered it within minutes. The food was excellent and very generous proportions. A very good decision to try Wing Lee and will be doing so again.

I've been using Wing Lee for about 15 years the food the service and the delivery guys have always been top class, yes over the years the menu has changed aswell as the chefs but still the best chinese takeaway.

First time using this Chinese take away and I got to say it was exceptionally good. Definitely will be ordering from here in the near future

I hate to leave a bad review because wing lee has always been my go to on the odd occasion we order takeout. But this week I spent £65 on a takeout for 3 people and ever single dish was rubbery, tough and lacked flavour. It certainly wasn't fresh and had definitely been reheated from the day or 2 before. The rice was stodge that stuck together. I was so Disappointed. The majority of the food went in the bin. I should have called to complain, I wish I had now.

Bought a takeaway the fried rice was like stodge and tbf probably one of the worst Chinese I have ever had the food wasn't fresh looked like it had been microwaved when I phoned to complain he just said well eat what you cam of the roce and we will give you two when you come back not good.

DONT GET FOOD FROM HERE Me and my partner got food drink wing Lee last night everything looked like it was heated up in a microwave. It was stale and cold. Won’t ever get Chinese from them again.

Very tiny portions. Not generous with meat at all.

Used to be good but past few orders have been terrible, each time hoped it was a one off. Latest order was late, we called up and was told that they hadn't received it through the app then we were told with a few minutes it was on its way. It arrived with us cold. The quality of food has decreased as well. We won't be going back any more unfortunately and recommend that others look at an alternative.

It’s my first time to visit Farnborough to get the food from this place. As a Chinese, my husband and I are so amazed to find this gem in this town. We ordered The sweet and sour king prawn and the beef with green pepper in black bean sauce. They are so tasty! And the portion is very generous, and the price is so affordable and reasonable! The owner and the receptionist are extremely welcoming and friendly. He even gave each of us a bowl of veggie and dry shrimp soup for free, which he made for himself and his family as we are waiting for the food. Highly recommend it! I will definitely order the food again if we visit this town in the future.

This is the absolute worst takeaway you would ever order from, the food is always late, tonight it took them 2 hours and 35 minutes to make a delivery. Not only that, trying to call the restaurant is pointless as they would never answer, all the reviews on google are absolutely accurate! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Total dissatisfaction. Chicken balls, pink. Chips soggy however ordered salt and chilli but very little of either. Salt and chilli chicken wings tasted like kebab van wings, plain plus red. Egg fried rice hard and burnt. Salt and chilli shredded chicken like plain batter with little chicken and seasoning. At £69 very disappointed, doubt will return.

Used to be great but has gone down hill... Ordered food for tonight at 6:45pm, originally estimated as 35 minute delivery time. Now 2 hours and 45 minutes later and still no food...

Do not eat from this place. I choose to give it a go after ignoring all the negative reviews, I thought I’d give them a chance. The food was so cold, the chicken was pink, chips very soggy, and the customer service was awful! my family and I spent £40 on food that we couldn’t eat, we rang them to let them know the food was very cold and that we couldn’t eat it, they told me to re heat it, I told them I had chicken and that I wasn’t going to re heat it, I mean I shouldn’t have to re heat food. I asked if we could give the driver our food back and we have a refund, they told us they had no drivers, even though we had just had our food delivered 10 minutes prior. They told me unless I drive to them that they won’t do anything. So my husband drove to them, gave them the food and they still wasn’t going to give us our money back, in the end after my husband being in there over 15 minutes they gave him our money back. Just please don’t ignore the negative reviews like I did, don’t waste your time and money.

Update: we definitely came at a busy period this time, as I've ordered online and it was forecasted to be ready in 30 mins, but it actually took 55 minutes before we got our food. Best chicken chow main I've had in ages

Used to frequent this takeaway on a regular basis. But over the last year they have really gone down hill. They fail to notify you if its very busy and like tonight took 1.5 hrs to arrive without any warning it would be that long. Chips arrived stone cold and like last time, looked like some of them had been cooked twice. The chow mein was mushy and overcooked. 3 of us were eating tonight and our friend who also frequents there said it had also gone down hill. We attempted on 2 phones to contact them to chase our order status but nobody was answering the phone. We won't be ordering again from here. Shame used to be so good!

Have one of there are delivery drivers claiming that I didn't pay for a takeaway even though I never ordered one he's been coming back time and time again threatening and extremely abusive please avoid this takeaway as I got delivery drivers that have no respect and causes criminal damage to your property so please do not go to them

Delivery order, JustEat confirmed delivery time between 19:50 and 20:10, actually delivered at 21:15. Tried calling several times to find out what time if any it was going to arrive. No answer, so made omelettes for kids. When driver finally arrived, sent him away with the food.

Ordered for delivery for 7.30 At 6.30 been trying to phone and have spent the last 30 mins on hold listening in to everything that is going on, still Listening …. He told me to hold on, so I have recorded every thing he has said. Customer service ridiculous …. Still waiting and can still hear everything that is going on …. Half hour later, do they not know what a hold button is ….

Absolutely appalling I want my money back! After waiting for over 2 hours for 2 sweet and sour dishes, one rice and one noodles that arrived freezing cold and nasty. I'm now having toast! Do not go here!

First time ordered , and I got to say fantastic, easy to order online, easy to pay with your card, no cash need except for the drivers tip. Food was HOT and loads of it I ordered beef chow and its crambed with slices of beef the chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce 😋 yummy I also ordered spare ribs in honey sauce wow . Not sure why the 3.8 rating. We ordered via the app. Food came hot and in 30 mins and was delicious. Only thing missing unlike every other Chinese was complementary prawn crackers. Will definitely be ordering again from there!

Great food and portions very popular especially on a Saturday phone order can be difficult to get through.Never had a bad meal.

Excellent service and excellent food. The best Chinese in the area for sure. We ordered some food and they accidentally sent us the wrong dish. Without us saying anything to them they came back and gave us the correct oneon top of the other incorrect one. Would highly recommend and won't be going anywhere else for a Chinese!

Food was very tasty, generous portion sizes, and it arrived very quickly.

Food was 2 hours late missing the drinks, apauling service no attempt was made to replace the missing drinks nor a refund. I was told to ring just eat. Mr Lee seems to be a bit of a conman judging by previous reviews

Ordered in house and service was incredibly quick especially considering it was NYE. Warm staff and good food, try the salt and chilli squid - a fave!

Being a Sunday, Fish and Chips shops in the area were closed, so we went to Wing Lee who is open on all days including Bank Holidays, except all Tuesdays. Short wait for phone-in orders to be dealt with as they deliver too! Good quantity on standard meal for two, and very nice selection.

Appalling - nobody speaks English, food did not arrive, phone is either not answered or placed on hold forever - no apology, no dinner, complete and utter waste of time.

Ordered online at 7 for a 8pm slot, hadn't arrived by 8.50, they don't pick up the phone so had to collect! Won't be using them again.

Ordered on just eat, didn't arrive. Numerous calls made over 40 mins to chase up, different answer every time. After 45 mins past when our food was due, called again, load of broken English, shouting and talk about "making it now". Hopeless, useless. Ruined our night.

What an absolute shambles. I'm only giving 2 stars for the food itself AFTER I ordered it and the online order said 30 mins for deliver. One hour after the delivery time we got in the car to go and collect it ourselves. Turned up to collect it to find 2 others doing exactly the same, they bloke behind the counter was not acknowledging anyone in the waiting area and just taking every order coming through. I changed to wing Lee after mcchina wok away changed hands and standards went down so now it looks like I will have to find another Chinese.

Phone not answered, then on hold, placed order, delayed, food OK, but just that. Did used to be a good little place and have left 5 stars previously but in the last year its declined unfortunately.

Ordered here for the first time last week. The food was delicious. I would have given a 5 star review. However whilst eating a spring roll i bit down onto something hard that hurt my mouth. It was a long needle like bone. It could have pierced my tongue, and caused some serious damageif it had been swallowed. I have emailed Wing Lee a photo. They haven't even bothered to acknowledge me.

My son ordered food last night for us, arrived within 15 minutes Very impressed. However the dishes had a very almost musty smell.Didnt say anything to my son,he eat his,mine was thrown away .Then around 10.30 pm my son was extremely sick.This went on till 5.00 am.Looking at the other reviews I am really concerned in regards to the hygiene,and will be discussing with the relevant authorities. He had had nothing else since mid-day, has to be the meal . Will stick to my usual restaurant in Mytchett.

One of the best Chinese I've ever had! We have wanted to try it for ages and it was finally on just eat! Honestly it you want a delicious Chinese, with fast delivery this is your place to go!

Used to be our favourite Chinese takeaway. Unfortunately, from last year around December 2019 the way the dishes were prepared changed..., the smell of overdose fishy sauce and something else that smelled disgusting, they were inedible. We gave them another try in January 2020, (thought it might just been a seasonal thing around December time, staff covering... But no, it was even worse... We then found out the management & kitchen staff have changed. Haven’t returned ever since, such a shame...

Disgraceful place. Ordered food through just eat at 6 and had to cancel the order after 3 hours waiting for the food. We tried to call the restaurant 20 times in between, sometimes it would ring, sometimes someone would hang up the phone after a few rings. Awful customer experience, I’ve genuinely never had an experience as bad as this one on a takeaway. I will definitely never order again from this place.

I dont even want to give 1 star absolute failure. Ordered through Just Eat order eventually turned up a 22.10 so annoyed. Sent straight back.Not delivery drivers fault but updates from just eat appalling and no contact via the restaurant.

Asked to pay for mouldy food. Absolutely amazed. Received a takeaway tonight for a family meal ... And our duck starter had fungated onions... The onions were in our main too... We asked them to collect the food and got full refund after much debate. To my astoundment as some of the family had started eating... Wing Lee called later saying we needed to pay for the mouldy food that had been consumed! Simply beggars belief That's how they treat a long standing regular customer... Never Again.

Very poor food for the last 3 weeks. Since new management food has been dry, cold and un edible some things we have ordered. The reputation of wing lee is going really down hill.

Last night was my first time ordering as I read reviews I placed my order at 6pm I did not receive my order until 9 pm I was told I would receive my order at 7.30 then at 7.45 I was told 20 minutes as they were running late at 8.30 I was offered my money back I was disgusted as my children had been waiting for there food and were now very hungry and tiered and as you can imagine I was more than unhappy and told another 15 minutes and my order would be with me at 9 pm it finally arrived and all I can say is we were very disappointed the food was disgusting over all the worst experience I have ever had with a take away in my life 😔 .

I think, other than our own kitchen, we have more meals from here than anywhere else.

I travel all over the world including China and Hong Kong. I've tasted better in expensive restaurants, but this little takeaway in Frimley Green serves the best value westernised Chinese food I think I've ever had. Midweek quality seems to be a bit better than the weekend. Salt and pepper prawns are superb.

The food is amazingly good, but do not go for delivery. It has taken 135min to get here. This is the second time now, don't tell me it will be an hour if you know you only have one driver and it is a very busy night.

Have had the crispy beef, kung po prawns, mixed curry, special fried rice. Food was very good and is consistent. delivery estimate was accurate.
