Aj was really welcoming and friendly, amazing service and a very good salesman!!!

The atmosphere was poor from the start. Ordered at 20.54hrs for (x3 large oreo thick shakes + cream) takeout, with only one table sat at. 3 deliveroo drivers waiting. Was served immediately and told to take a seat. Staff working at the pace of a sloth (not that of a snail!). After 6 minutes approached the counter and was told immediately that i could not stand there, as this was a staff area. Queried how, when i was stood at the customer side of the counter right next to the ice cream section. And was told i needed to move immediately. Explained was waiting for my order. Staff walked away. Deliveroo driver came and stood next to me. Smiled and sarcastically told him apparently we can't stand here. He in turn retorts with obscenities. Staff intervene. He leaves. Still waiting, and told my order was being prepared. A new staff member prepares milk shakes rather than thick shakes. I advise that these aren't thick, and told to wait, as order not yet complete. Wait. He pours more liquid into the third cup and tries to add whipped cream. I advise i had ordered the thick shakes and these were excessively runny (consistency of a shop bought milkshake from the fridge section). Request a refund. Told no, this is my order. Call upon the shift leader/ manager and advise, he will give me a refund as i am now 26 minutes into waiting and being fobbed off with choco milk as a thick shake. Wait a further 5 minutes for the refund. This isn't the first shoddy experience here. Service is often slow, tables sticky, and often products sold out. Steer clear!

We were served by AJ and he was exceptional with his level of attentiveness, his politeness and friendly attitude. We were a large party of 9 and the desserts were very well made and delicious. A very good team were operating on this day despite it being a Good Friday and busy service. Thank you guys

Company states its open, address is a residential address not a shop, open on just eat but dont accept orders, wasted a huge amount of our time waiting for order to go through then saw other reviews saying the same thing. This is not how to run a Business,

This is a really nice place to have dessert, especially the other day when I was greeted by one of your staff Georgia, she had great customer service and even recommended me one of your milkshakes, which was quite filling but amazing. Again, great hospitality.

I had a terrible time at Creams. The staff were very impolite and disrespectful. They seemed more concerned with having fun than serving the customers. One of them, AJ or something like that, was very aggressive and looked like he wanted to fight with the customers. He was already in a conflict with some delivery drivers and was swearing at them. The place was dirty and unsanitary. It took ages for our order to be ready because the staff were busy arguing with the delivery drivers who were also waiting for a long time. I would not recommend this place at all. If you are looking for a way to spoil your day, go to Creams Camberley.

Ordered for delivery. items missing from the order. Called up to let them know and the guy didn’t even apologise, he just told me to come to the store and collect the missing items. Worst customer service.

Filthy,I can't believe a restaurant with so many staff could be so dirty.All of the cabinets and mirrors have drinks and food and fingerprints all over them.So grubby everywhere inside.Slow service

We want in as treat for the children as it half term and was told it was 35 minutes wait as the had to do online orders as well I said it was fine but 40 mins in I got my order but the kids still waiting to the point we were there now over an hour and. I had to ask my kids Oder the the only get 3 orders out of 5 as they put 2 orders on 1 plate so 2 my kids didn’t get food and when I questioned them they said I got my orders I end up having argument with the manger and 2 over staff they said was my fault as I order wrong I was like no I followed ur instructions on ordering!! But the fact in the whole 2 hrs we were there 3 out of 5 kids got there pudding!! 2 upset children a long wait for food that was not worth it I walked out and the fact the lady behind me was also in the same position as me was unreal the fact they had 5 staff and made delivery priority was a joke and the toilets was not clean and only had 1 toilet working !! How they are still open for business is unreal

Yesterday whilst I was out with my husband, we witnessed what we presume was the manager shouting who then physically harmed a woman who was with her 2 children over a missing cake (the customers did not throw the first hit from what we saw). I have never been to creams, but after seeing staff attacking customers I will not be trying this place out. I am shocked and disappointed that anyone would try and lay their hands on someone.. Over an item!! Looking now at the reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue of missing orders and abusive staff. This place needs to be shout down by the authorities. They deserve 0 stars to be honest.

Really nice ice creams, everything was wiped down well and presentable. Unfortunately the ladies toilet was out of action so some pressure on the disabled loo - never dirty though. Quite a lot of youth in today who were a little rambunctious but not terrible. Acceptable wait time between order and service. Overall a nice experience; I think the Google reviews 3.5 rating for the place is a little damning, it’s certainly at least a 4.

First time coming in over a year and it did not disappoint!! Staff were so lovely and accommodating and the place was so clean ! much better than when i last came in 2022, new faces, better food, better experience, would recommend

We enjoyed the food. Portions were huge and tasty. Service was reasonably quick. Unfortunately, a number of drinks (milkshakes and smoothies ) weren't available. Can't comment on toilets - we didn't use them this time.

An afternoon treat at Creams, Camberley. Ordered ice cream sundae’s which were lovely and we were lucky enough to try some new winter menu items. Oh my! sticky toffee pudding, salted caramel ice cream and custard, this was delicious and I can’t wait to go back for more! Staff were so friendly and efficient.

Great service from the staff and manager for my daughter’s birthday. They made it a special desert for her when I mentioned it was her birthday. The restaurant areas a bit tired, but the food makes up for it.

APPALING! UNBELIEVABLE! Ordered from deliveroo expecting 30-60min. After we ordered it showed straight away 55-85min. We did try to cancel right after we ordered but it showed it was too late as they already preparing lol. It arrived after 70min. Ordered 2 desserts and I got one of them diet and invisible! EMPTY BOX! Got a refund at the end from Deliveroo. But unfortunately I can't order from this place again. This is not the first disappointment but don't have many desserts choices in Camberley. Anyway I called the cafe straight away and I was told that the guy who prepared my desserts was in the toilet, maybe eating my dessert lol. I was offered 2 options, go to the cafe and get a "free" dessert or contact deliveroo for a refund. By the way we are also unsure that the only dessert delivered was actually the one ordered. Anyway.. WHAT A JOKE!

It’s filthy dirty in this place. The customer service is shocking, the food is stale and the wait times are insane. We waited 45 minutes for 2 items. When one of them showed up. It was a mess. How this place stays afloat I don’t understand. The staff kept coming out on the shop floor with chicken burgers while we waited a further 20 minutes for 2 drinks to arrive.

Outstanding service tonight. What an absolutely lovely bunch of people. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and so lovely to see staff happy at work. The food is to die for. The service we received was second to none. Would certainly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the manager and his awesome staff for making our date night even better. 😃

We ordered from deliveroo, unfortunately they did not deliver, we spoke to AJ on countless occasions tonight regarding where our order was, after being told it was delivered when it was not. AJ went above and beyond to answer the phone when the franchise was closed. A real gentlemen and asset to the team ! Thankyou AJ

Saturday 18/11 830pm. Busy restaurant 30 min wait time but worth it. I would say with less staff and a busy place customer service and food was on point. Nice to see customers being prioritised over deliveries for once. Well done to the supervisor and his team how ever I would suggest management add more staff for such busy evenings. Will definitely be back

Has been great every time I went there, occasionally go for a waffle or an ice cream. Also the bathrooms surprised me when i went in for the first time I went in and I had a laugh trying to make a mirror army.

The food is good, if you get it. This is the second time coming here where you only get half of what you order. We ordered a crepe and a milk shake and only the crepe came out and when we went up to ask they had forgotten. Update asked for the milkshake to-go waited another 10 minutes and they still hadn't made it so having it refunded

Had such a terrible experience! We both ordered waffles which were not nice at all . My sister got strawberries on hers and ever since they gave it to us , we just had theses terrible flies around us which were fruit flies as the strawberries had gone off . Such a bad experience and would not come back!

This is the best place to go if you like eating in a dirty place, with flies circling around you and your food. If you like dirty toilets, it is perfect for you. And unfriendly teenagers waiting with zero common sense.

Toilets are disgusting, flies all over the restaurant flying around while you’re trying to eat, brought my friends out 10 minutes before mine and when I finally got my crepe it was cold and half of it was hard/stale

Just took my 3 girls to Creams Camberley and enjoyed superb service from AJ and Midge (The Boss). Fun guys who clearly care about the customer experience. Highly recommend the coconut flavour (sorry AJ!).

Filthy! Seated at a table with melted ice cream all over the floor! Luxury hot chocolate was tepid...and less than basic! Spent time batting away the gazillion, no I'm not kidding, fruit flies that we were told, had escaped from the kitchen! Would have left if I'd been on my own. Disgusting! It does seem to be a safe space for youth to sit and charge their phones without having to purchase anything.

Really dirty inside. Found a fly in my icecream and pancakes not cooked properly. So dissapointing.

Personally, on my 1st visit to Creams, Camberley : "AJ" did a good job, good customer service, polite & shared a joke. However, 4 some reason service was a bit slow, esp., as the store was not very busy, that is a bit puzzling. None the less, the 2 scoops - strawberry gelato & mango sorbet were lovely, even better eaten outside in the sunshine.

Been here several times, and will most likely visit again as I have two young children and this is the only creams near me. However the customer service is not great. They are always very slow to serve you. They Don’t even acknowledge you when you come into store even though the place is almost empty. I suspect they prioritise online orders? this is very frustrating with two excited children wanting their ice cream so I have walked out on occasions after waiting. Also they wanted to charge £1 extra for sprinkles when my daughter asked for some on her cone which cost £3.95. I told her I’ll go across the road and buy her a jar of sprinkles for a pound. She was happy.

Absolutely disgusting ! The manager is has no customer service whatsoever! We had five of us thinking we were going for a nice afternoon dessert on a Sunday afternoon to firstly be be given our deserts at separately 10 mins after one had finished ! I then complained to the manager to then get offered another dessert which obviously wasn’t needed after having a desert!! I then told him to refund the first desert ! As this wasn’t what we were expecting to experience to eat all separately!! His attitude was very agitated and wasn’t wanted to help!! I then went to take my daughter to the toliet oh my god!!! There was wee all over the floor ! I straight away told the manager to which again I was spoken to in a aggressive agitated manner and told it would be dealt with, i then had to wait 10 minutes to which the toilet still wasn’t getting sorted ! Or anyone there to deal with it ! So yet again I had to go to the manager to then get told that I had a issue and what was my problem! And then explained my daughter needed the toilet and would he be happy for his child to use the toilet in this state ! He needed to have a out of order sign put straight out which didn’t happen ! And his attitude towards me was horrendous! And actually scared me ! He come up to my face and had a very aggressive manner !!! I’m shocked by this store and the how dirty the store was and how the whole experience was just so dreadful!

Love4Life visit Creams Camberley regularly and always have a fantastic experience. We visit as a group of as many as 12 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, and we are always made to feel very welcome and receive fantastic customer service. The staff are always patient, friendly and accommodating and we always really enjoy our sweet treats too. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back x

Great food, and me and my friend both felt that we had entered a warm, welcoming atmosphere because of the impeccable service we received from Addi , would definitely recommend, and will definitely return, next time with more people so they can receive the same great treatment that we received today.

Been into camberley creams twice now with my son. The amazing friendly customer service received by AJ Soon as you walk in he welcomes you with a smile and the service from him was outstanding. Makes your experience at creams lovely.. honestly give that boy 5 STARS 🌟

Slow service for an order of ice creams, but when the food arrived it was especially nice which helped to make up for the long delay waiting.

The worst manager I've ever seen. Doesn't know how to run a business and argues with customers. Food is absolute trash. For the cookie dough you could literally see they microwaved 3 cookies and smashed it in a bowl.

Waited 40 minutes for only part of our order to arrive today. Then when we went to ask for the rest of our order, we dmfound they had thrown the order away and we're not even working on it. No apologies and they obviously couldn't care less. We wouldn't mind if they were busy but there were no more than 10 people in the whole restaurant. On top of that all the tables were sticky were they had not been cleaned properly, and the seats and floor were the same. People who work here really don't care whether they get it right or not. Won't be coming back.

went into day very hot day 29 degrees UK style heat, was served by a very helpful young man great service I ordered a mint areo bubbles milkshake with oatmilk and was exactly what I needed definitely recommend this place very clean and tidy inside and the air con saved my life lol

Don’t order on just eat. Received my order after more then 1 hour. Sent the wrong order and one ice cream missing. Never again

They said cash only when I went up to order, didn’t pre warn me and let us decide what we wanted and queue for ages to be told cash only. Joke

Went there with my family and ordered our desserts. By the time me and my daughter actually finished ours, my wife’s dessert has not even come out yet. Repeatedly asked them where it is ( as we would want to eat as a family..surely that’s normal?!) and they didnt care at all, was not even busy. Got a refund on her dessert in the end, but it seems the place is full of kids that do not care about their job.

The manager and one boy in their thinks they’re so funny when really they’re acting like lil children, my waffle came with hardly anything on it I had a dribble of chocolate, I asked if I could have ice cream because they normally ask you “ice cream or cream” and he looked at me and said “it comes with ice cream so why you asking and laughed” very rude next time I come in I expect it to be perfect if not I will complain and get my money back :)

Does it really have to take 32 minutes just for a drinks? Otherwise the waffles were nice. I had seen some better service from different brands of creams.

1st time visit, went in saw lots of tables free, so as you would, we went to go and sit down. Got shouted from someone across the counter, wait at the door to be seated. Yet there is no sign or anything! Others went and sat at a table but didn’t get told otherwise! Put someone on the door or some signage would be a good idea. Not a great first impression! Staff could be more friendly Wait times were a joke and it wasn’t that busy when we ordered. Won’t be back anytime soon

This is the second time I have come here and both orders have been wrong. I asked for my waffle to be all white chocolate… and yet it came out all milk chocolate, asked them to take it back and then they just added the white chocolate on top. No apology nothing. I asked for my little sisters sundae to be Oreo… it came out with the smallest bit of crushed Oreo and Biscoff as well… didn’t ask for that. Didn’t even get an Oreo biscuit nothing..

This is the slowest and disgustingly dirty place in the world, clearly they need someone that knows how to run a desert shop, Charles clearly is in above his head, 30min waiting for 3 Sundays and a waffle, clean the floors and tables and wash the cutlery. It's not hard.

Wow, came in this evening, and could not stay, it was freezing, I asked them if it could be turned down, but the guy said “no as it’s warm for us behind the counter” so we had to leave.

Honestly, I believe the poor lad needs a pay rise, the bloke is a hospitality god, or perhaps goddess - has quite a feminine side by the way he brought out my white choc chip cookie dough. My family and I visited this restaurant this evening around 8.30pm. As soon as we got there we were ignored and after about five minutes the owner shouted at us from behind the counter "There is an hour wait," not specifying that it was an hour from ordering, so we went away for an hour. We returned about 9.30pm, to be told that they could only serve cold deserts which we didn't want. The owner acted like he didn't want any customers and I even saw him drop some ice-cream and then put it back on the cone. At this point, we walked out. Overall we were unimpressed, we found the owner to be rude, with Zero customer service skills and after reading a few comments from people who have had similar experiences, I think we wont be returning. NOT IMPRESSED!

Absolutely disgusting place. Rude staff. The hygiene is diabolical. Manager of the branch accuses customers of lying. Total shambles and I hope you get shut down you are all vile people with no hygiene and no customer service.

Unfriendly welcoming stuff !!! we had a lovely time in 7bone then we craved so some sweet so we walked in at 9:25pm and we were going to order some waffle when out of nowhere girl just smashed some plates to the counter and rubbed her face (being stressy ) then she asked how she can help we said we would like to have some takeaway then she says just to let you know warm food will take around 25 min and the tall guy saying only cold half an hour before closing time ? We decided to walk out . Stinky attitude . Staff need to have a bit more manner towards their customer ! Thanks for ruining a really good positive night for us .

Great experience today walked in at 4:30 really busy. Our group was seated really quickly such polite staff and management I enjoyed the atmosphere and the manager was really polite and made our experience amazing will recommend to eveyryone quick service and great waffles and cookie Doughs

Terrible decor in what's supposed to be a fun place it's depressing and glum the staff can't smile the floor is sticky and the service is beyond slow. Sprinkles gelato bar puts this place to shame with much better flavours and less of an ice texture to their gelato. Not impressed.

We end up in creams today without a booking but the manager were friendly and made us aware that we would need to wait. Which were understandable as we went during the busy lunch time period. However, the staff were really friendly, and the desserts were delicious and quickly ordered and served. Thank you!

The wait times in this place are a joke. Ordered two ice cream sundaes, which lets be honest isn't difficult to make and have been waiting over 40 minutes so far. They seem to spend far too much time prioritizing deliveroo orders rather than customers in the actual venue. Ice cream is not difficult, sort it out ! Genuinely would not recommend coming here

Waited 7 full years and two months for a single scoop of ice cream. When it arrived, it was the wrong flavour and I had actually become lactose intolerant. Also they threw a table at me.

Took my daughter here after school for a treat and the staff were so friendly and kind. AJ and another chap went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Wonderful waffle and ice cream . Way too much to finish it all so they offered us a box to take it home. Recommend!

I can't believe that I've not been here before! Nice place to have dessert and looks popular for relaxing with friends. Good selection of crepes, waffles and ice creams and sundaes including vegan options and create your own versions. Relatively reasonably priced. Would have been 5 stars if there had been a bit more interactivity with the staff. But like I said, really lovely, light waffle with delicious accompaniments.

Dirty. Everything from tables, seats to washrooms were dirty. The staff looked like they were painting an apartment. How hard is it to put on an apron. Made us wonder what the kitchen looked like. Won’t be returning.
