Food is always late on delivery. Every single time it takes double the stated time.

Does it really have to take 32 minutes just for a drinks? Otherwise the waffles were nice. I had seen some better service from different brands of creams. Also I said no chocolate and they did not listen to me when I said it so they put chocolate on my waffle even though I’m allergic

I went to creams with me and another friend after watching a film and we were served by Joe and Connor. Exceptional service and made sure we got out order on time.

Excellent service from Lily and Georgia. But what stood out the most is the work ethics of their staff Adi. Very friendly, welcoming and attentive to customer needs. One of the reasons why I would come back again. Well done Camberley Creams team

Went in there as a family and ordered 4 gelato bowls (3 x 3 scoops and 1 x 2 scoops). The ice cream was delicious, and the staff were friendly and made sure to ask for any allergies (none in our case) before we ordered. The major downside to the experience was the 31-minute wait between payment being accepted and the desserts being served. There were about 6 staff members out front and didn't seem overly busy, but it seems that your order is strictly done in a queue. There were a few tables ahead of us that had ordered hot desserts, and it seemed that the staff would wait around for the other desserts to be done and sent out before moving on to the next ticket. Had a great view of the serving area, and the guy that delivered the food had them in his hand and brought over to us within seconds of them being made. The area was clean, so there were no complaints there, and there was some music playing in the background. Would I go again? I'm not sure. Again, the ice cream WAS delicious and would highly recommend it, but it was getting to the point where it was taking so long, I nearly asked for a refund.

Wow shocking service , tonight, ordered waffle strawberry and banana waffle, 5 in total... wasn't asked if we had allergies, the chap serving name said conner but definitely wasn't, came in at half 6 , 45 minutes waiting ... wasn't even busy , the manager couldn't careless about customers views , asked to speak to him he just hid in the back wasn't to be seen , the toilets are a disgrace . No soap, taps falling off the fittings . The staff mainly the men need training again especially food hygiene, no gloves being worn , licking fingers while preparing food , wanted a refund , but like I said manager was hiding so won't be returning lost a customer, as always loved a creams , so be warned don't go to the camberley branch , seems we're in the wrong ... shame you have to give a star , don't deserve 1..

This is the second time I have been here, both for special occasions. Convinced my husband to come too, for my grandsons birthday, as I really enjoyed the experience last time. There were 6 of us in our party 2 children, 4 adults. The experience began with disappointment that you no longer do pancakes, my son, grandson and my husband, both came specifically for the pancakes for a birthday, and while I appreciate menus change, there was no real substitute. My grandson settled for ice cream, husband had the strawberry and banana waffles and my son went without. When the waffles arrived it was clear they were a generous portion, however they were really disappointing, cold, stodgy and very chewy, the fruit was also far past it's best with the strawberries being tasteless and dried out, they looked wilted and approximately 4 pieces of banana thrown in. I was regretting convincing my husband to come. I had selected the Pavlova but it was sold out, so I settled for the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake Sundae. This is one of the most expensive deserts on your menu and at £11+ I had this the last time I visited you, but it was less than £10 last time, to say it was disappointing is an understatement. It was a glass of Ice cream with one square of Lemon meringue cheese cake. An incredibly expensive desert for the content and quality. For all of the reasons outlined, we have been left very disappointed by this expensive experience and and I just don't think we would risk the money again on it. Sorry.

Absolutely terrible service. While waiting in a long queue to order a member of staff opened the second till to serve a friend that had come in. He had been talking to him for a while letting the other staff member manage the long queue alone. We waited over half an hour for two items and when we first went up to ask where it was we were told it would be 5 minutes, then we went up again after more time had passed and were told it was being sorted. We were given one item, then continued to wait for the second item and when we got it it was wrong. We then went up again and after some more time finally got our order. There were lots of staff working in there but they all looked directionless and under managed.

the food then it arrived was hot and the driver said it had been freshly made as he was told we had been waiting a long time, we ordered before 1900 and it arrived 2157 so more than 3 hours after we had ordered and more than 2 hours over the original time it was meant to arrive, it is not the restaurants or the delivery driver fault he was very apologetic and polite

Team member Connor was an amazing server very funny and welcoming, Connie made us an amazing Berry pavlova puff it looked amazing and tasted even better, Joe took till for us and recommended the pavlova puff.

Came in on a Friday busy evening. Was served by the supervisor Wag, got given a 30 minute wait time. it came in 20 mins... and Joe came and gave us a nice cheerful check mid way through our food to make sure everything was alright with their order.

Took about an hour and a half to get here. If the restaurant was that busy they shouldn’t be taking orders they can’t for fill. They wouldn’t keep you waiting in the restaurant that long and it’s only a 10 minute drive. The restaurant is 2 miles away. It would have been quicker to eat there and back. Disappointing!

Food was cold, felt like I was chewing cardboard!

Was informed of a 25 minute wait when ordering which I thought was bad enough just to scoop some ice cream but turned into about 40 minutes. And they forgot the tap water my partner ordered.

Spent £40 on our order, the slushie didn’t arrive, the waffle was ice cold and bland! The only thing decent was the smarties and ice cream!

This Sunday I visited with my family. Like always, the deserts were fantastic and the stuff polite. But what impressed me the most this time around was their honesty and kindness that they showed me when I forgot my wallet in there. I’ve got it back intact 4 days later. Thank you guys, I’m grateful for your support.

we are coming regularly to eat waffle but last two times less fruit less sauce and no extra ice cream. shop is getting worse. we won’t come again back.

Visited on Sunday and had a lovely time. New menu including savoury treats looked great. Tried the Nachos, they were very nice and the cheese sauce was 👌👌. Also tried the new s’mores crepe and can definitely say it was 10/10. Lovely service with a smile from Eesa who made sure it was an enjoyable experience.

Terrible management, rude staff, awful customer service. Arrived at 18:48 on 9/11/2024 to collect an order, exactly the time the food was expected to be ready. Despite several very polite requests the staff did not make the order. At 19:25, after 37 minutes of waiting patiently and with no sign that anyone was interested in fulfilling the order I was told that I was sitting in an inconvenient place in the restaurant and was told (not asked) to stand by the wide open entrance door with the outside temperature at 8 degrees. When I answered ‘I’ve been waiting for over half an hour for an order’ the manager said ‘I’ll cancel the order because you are speaking rudely to me’. I’ve never known any establishment treat their customers with such contempt. In that 37 minutes I observed staff touching customer’s ice cream without gloves, licking their fingers and then preparing other orders without gloves. Avoid this place like the plague!

STAY AWAY! The worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant ever. £60 down the drain, quality of food was terrible, ran out of batter, some food came after everyone else on the table had finished. No one would take responsibility. Ginger teen behind the counter should not be working in customer faced service, applauding attitude. Manager no better, didn’t seem to care. Sorry was for show. I advise anyone to support businesses which actually care about customers and traditional English values

We came in earlier today and noticed a lot of seats were taped over, which honestly doesn't look good. Toilets are always filthy. We waited for quite a while (HALF AN HOUR WAIT) for 2 tap waters. I would have forgiven it if it was busy but there only 3 other tables aside from us. When I went to check at the bar for our drinks, the person at the till was extremely rude, and another employee, who had ended up up finally serving our drinks, was disrespectful as well. Not only that but I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food to arrive, AFTER my partner had gotten his. It also came to me cold. I have worked in the food industry for years, so I do have an idea on what good service looks like, however I was really disappointed, as I used to come here and never had service so appalling. I checked online and can see this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Please deal with this.

Don’t mind it being late but both items arrived cold. The waffle tasted like it was made 3 hours ago. Waffle was dry and even the sauce was dry. You have lots to learn from Creams in Slough.

Absolutely appalling place! Expensive, terrible, low quality stuff and no caring or attention to detail whatsoever! At first we got another table's order - this was whisked away. Two of our party ordered a ferrero rocher based dessert - they came without ferrero rocher! We asked about this and were asked, "so you want ferrero rocher..?" a while later a small bowl turned up with two ferrero rocher in it and was plonked unceremoniously in the middle of the table. Another of our party wanted cheesecake. It turned up completely nude - no accompaniments, cream, sprinkles, decoration of any kind, just a small slice of what looked like a 99p supermarket cheesecake, on a plate, for £7. The cheesecake was frozen in the middle so we sent it back. A while later another bit of cheesecake turned up - still frozen in the middle. The whole place is miserable, old, tired, dirty, kids running around unchecked. Absolutely horrible place! No wonder you have to pay before they bring your order.

Not impressed! Vanilla cheesecake was frozen in the middle, a second one after a complaint was even colder. The cheesecake and lemon meringue came without any cream, ice cream or any decoration. It could have been made to look a lot more appetising especially for the price. We ordered 2 sundaes with Ferraro Roche’s and they were missing, after asking we were given four chocolates in a bowl! The knickerbocker glory was the only item that was very nice. A disappointing visit.

Took 3 hrs to arrive, too late to eat, food was wasted.

Been to this creams multiple times in person, always order the same thing. Ordered it online and it was AWFUL. I ordered two strawberry chocolate crepes. So dry with hardly any chocolate inside. Awful quality food. Waste of money. In store you also usually get soft vanilla ice cream with the crepe and none arrived.

Perfect place if you crave for dessert! Delicious waffles, we were served quickly enough, and price is more than reasonable - tbh I wasn’t expecting that waffle will be that big for that price!

Terrible, terrible service. Had to wait ages for our order nearly 1 hour and we hadn't asked for anything fancy, just coffee, milkshake, 2 crepes and 3 × 2 scoop icecreams. Got coffee first, then after 30 mins one crepe which was cold. Table next to us had received nothing despite waiting longer and chasing order. Then another 20 mins later one more crepe. Chased for rest of order and said maximum 10 mins and said it was because they were very busy!! No they weren't they didn't look rushed or stressed. Just totally inefficient and disorganised. We saw other tables give up and leave. You need a proper Manager on duty to organise properly. Found the whole shop dark, gloomy and depressing. Why is the decor of an ice-cream shop like a nightclub. Also the toilets were disgusting.

I would give 0 stars if possible The food isn't bad but the service is so appaling i would never go there again. When we arrived the restaurant had maybe 2 or 3 other groups in it and yet somehow it took over 40 minutes for only some of our oder to arrive. This was only mine and my partners food, with no sign of our child's. When the waither went away we assumed it was to get the child's and all the drinks but this was not the case and when there was no sign of anyone coming back we had to go up and ask what was happening with the rest of the order. They apologised and told us it was just being made but it had clearly just been completely forgotten as we then had to wait almost another fifteen minutes for our child's and our drinks although they still managed to forget the drink for the child. During this our child who only a little over 2 was getting more and more restless and upset especially when his food had not arrived and showed no signs of coming. Never in my life have I had service so poor and with a complete lack of care or accountability taken about the situation. If they can't even manage to make and serve food and drinks in a reasonable time frame when there's only a couple of people in the place beforehand I hold no hope of ever getting anything if its even mildy busy. Avoid at all costs.

When we arrived one of the girls at the counter said ‘i’m not serving them’. I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream, it didn’t come for half an hour, I went up and asked where it was as the rest of my party had almost finished and they said ‘they forgot’ and when they brought it over they had brought over the wrong thing. The waffles were dry. We had ordered an Oreo waffle that came with only one Oreo on it, and a tiny bit of sauce.

Came here on Sunday 21st of July with my partner. The staff member sat us at a table for 2 but the place was near enough empty. I asked if we could have a booth and he said no they’re for bigger parties and I said what have you got a lot of reservations then and he said no I just gotta keep them open. Pretty ridiculous I could understand if the place was packed but it wasn’t. Won’t coming here again. FYI the interior is rubbish looks like a night club when it’s serving deserts. Head office should really look at that.

Unfortunately the delivery driver left the food at my back gate which is on the road. You cannot hear anyone knocking if they tried!! It could have been stolen. There are clear instructions for delivery on the app!!

Completely ruined our food with how late the food was! I contacted the restaurant after 40mins of ordering to chase the order. They told me the driver had collected it 30mins prior. Still, another 25mins for the food to arrive. The poor driver explained he had been given multiple orders to deliver. Over an hour is not acceptable, especially for a dessert order. I am not happy with this service as the food has been thrown away and unedible.

Was rally disappointed, check.menu for diabetics and they have nachos on the menu, get there to find that they actually don't do anything savoury at all.. to be told they don't have the space... so had a cup of tra while watching the rest Eat their ice creams..very disappointed. Customer service is some of the worst we have ever seen! The staff is rude and clearly don’t care we were asked to wait to be seated, there were tables free and each time we asked if we could sit down they kept asking us to wait! We waited for the foods for 20mins once seated, waffles were cold and soggy… When we mentioned it to the staff they said there was nothing they could do!!?!?? The place has gone downhill and we wont be coming back again!

We had our first visit to Creams in camberley 2 weeks ago, and were served by AJ. He made our experience there unforgettable with his friendliness, enthusiasm, personality and overall professionalism. We had such a laugh with him, and he has my dad in stitches. me and my friend ordered our food and would be told it would take 10-15 minutes which we were completely fine with. My friends ice cream then came after 5 minutes and was given a dirty spoon. After being told they were having troubles with the machine, the man said he would come back and let us know how long we would be waiting because we were on our lunch break and needed to get back. He then never came back and we waited 30 minutes for it, by then my friends ice cream was melted. We then politely asked for a refund because we were now late and also the food was so delayed and we were not informed properly, the man replied saying they could only refund it if they took the waffle back. He said when we next come back ‘it would be on them’ and we said could we just have the waffle off the bill today because we weren’t going to be coming back. His reponse was ‘i can’t because it will affect our sales’. We will not be returning.

I’m dairy free and ordered my own combination ice cream. I accidentally ordered the caramel instead of toffee sauce. Alex kindly came over and checked the order as he remembered me my allergy. Thank you for that!

Waffles came as pancakes pancakes came as waffles. Was estimated to be at ours for 7:20 and ended up arriving at 7;45

Takes 10 minutes for a hot drink, the staff are always playing and talking with each other , they barly move out of the spot when they play with each other real shame on a place like this!! Then when it's been more that 10 minutes if I ask where is my drink I get moun at by the staff....

Shocked with how the crepe was drenched with too much lemon juice

First time at Creams Cafe Camberley, and had a brilliant tasty time. Started with their classic “Hot Waffles - Millionaires”, which includes Lotus Biscoff crumb and was amazing. Then tired their Fresh Crepes “Old School Classics - Creams-a-tells”, really lovely. My personal choice was their Warm, Gooey Cookie Dough menu, ordered the “O-RE-O Cookie Dough”, which tasted great. I had their green tea, highly recommend to balance the sweet goods. Also, the staff from the beginning till the end of my meal were very helpful in picking the menu. They really look after for newcomer like myself and offer their expert advice on choosing the food. Also they work really well, professional and efficiently. The manager is great always very welcoming and gave me their “Winter Warmers - Sticky Toffee Hot Skillet” as a complimentary meal to try out, which I took in their takeaway box. Overall, the vibe and atmosphere is really warm and feels like you’re at home. So come on down with your friends & family or couples to enjoy their tasty desserts food at Creams Cafe Camberley.

My order was tossed at the door, when I checked the order status it showed to be delivered, I opened my door to a complete mess! Both drinks spilled on the floor. Every dessert upside down. What a disgusting way to treat a customer, and their home!

Ordered the Oreo cookie dough which very tasty thanks to the recommendation of Joe and his colleague who were helpful in this pleasant dining experience

Not only was the food stone cold, but the ice cream with it had melted. I actually had to go a find the driver that drove straight past here and decided to deliver the food 1.5 miles from here. Resulting in bothering a lady in another area and having to arrange with her to leave my place and come and collect it. Simple basic map reading skills needed and still can’t be achieved.

Waffles we had was really nice the milkshake was lotus and tasted like a vanilla milkshake so was a little disappointing could deffo do with some work as I have so much better for a lot less money. Abdul who served us was a very polite young man and his service was very good.
