Ordered here before, decided it was a lazy dinner kind of night so ordered again. Every time the food has been consistently delicious, quick service (regardless of if we went in or ordered for delivery), generous portions and great value for price. Will continue to eat from here!

very bad experience and horrible food it was not a busy time and took one hour to make a doner and it was cold and the crew where rude

pizza little bit greasy but overall food was decent quality. delivered hot as if it just came straight out the oven to my door!

Missing half the items. So frustrating when all the drinks were missing! Called up and he said he was bringing them and over 40 mins later still not arrived despite being 9 mins away. And they aren’t busy as they were closing. Frustrating to be told your drinks are coming and they don’t turn up!

Chips were cold , not happy , would like a refund

I ordered a chicken Donner with chillis and got a lam sooner with chilli sauce

x1 kebab missing also chicken wings missing. 1 of our kebabs hardly had any meat very little salad on kebabs & wrap really poor this time hopefully will improve for next time????

The food is okay but the staff are rude and try to make out that everything is your fault. For example I ordered delivery and I’ve been waiting over an hour I’ve called them and they said I clicked collection I looked on my messages and emails and I had clicked delivery the staff who awnserd the phone were rude and tried to blame it on us they have sent it out for delivery but they need to learn to treat there customers better

2nd time ordering ,after a long day working . Worst service ever ,1st order totatly wrong ,2nd order someone else order was delivered . . Lady on phone was polite , but man both times was very abrubt . Ruined any chance of eating both evening as it became to late .

Food quality was decent, some of the lettuce wasn’t great but it’s next a hot kebab and you do have the option to have the salad on the side for an extra cost, decent portion for combination kebab but the large chicken shish wasn’t very large at all, but overall okay.

The bloke went to the wrong address ended up in Crowthorne Insted of Sandhurst because he did not put the right postcode in... Then when he called he was rude and tried to make out I was wrong even tho I have lived here for over 20 years.....

Best burgers we've had in a long time, been several times on our bike journeys and back home, taste and quality is just perfect 👌

The only problem was, my Sons burger was not in the order. so I had to ring them and say. They apologised and sent the order out. My son was so hungry, ge was not Impressed. I had eaten mine by the time his came. No discount or freebie offered. so wasn't impressed. But the food was good. luckily.

Had a delivery on Sunday 17th April of a Shish kebab chicken doner and chips .The order was completely wrong Shish had chilli sauce on it and should have had ketchup and the doner had ketchup instead of chilli sauce.I called straight away and was told they were short of drivers and could we have ice cream later .We dont eat ice cream .We should have been offered a refund as the food was wasted .I was told next time they would sort us out. Yes but with what !!! Do not use this company as they are rubbish .Will never use them again !! Sadly this has been a gradual decline as we used to use them all the time !! Never again !!

sorry to say this as we get our food from here quite often & normally the food is fantastic .however the doner kebab meat was nice .but the pitta bread was burnt & there was no salad just lettuce .it gets worse the chicken shish was terrible. for a start the chicken was under cooked & was pink in the middle & chilli sauce was pored all over it instead of the garlic mayonnaise as requested. again there was no salad just lettuce .I really hope this was just a glitch

The delivery time changed after 30 mins and got extended. After an hour we called the restaurant and they said they were mega busy. We finally got the food 1.5 hrs after ordering. It’s a long time to wait for an order. The food was okay when it finally arrived.

Absolute rubbish. £23 for two cheeseburgers "meals". The bread rolls were inedible because they were so soggy with the grease out of the burger. A third of the chips were thrown away because they were bad. The ones that were edible were cold. Next time I'll go to McDonald's!

£23+ for 2 quarter pound burgers with soggy, inedible rolls because of the grease from the burger and 2 portions of chips which, by the time you'd picked out all the bad ones, left you with one portion! At least the cans of Coke were nice and cold. We won't bother again.

Yum yum yum ordered twice from here when up visiting our twins . Nice burger nice kebab nice pizzas! The onions were fried in the burger nice touch . Cant wait to visit again in a couple of months when we cone back again 👍🏻 🍕🍔👍🏻

Got 4 specialisalty burgers. Proper plateful really tasty. Highly recommend the super granny burger onion rings and garlic mushrooms. Really great value good quality. Friendly staff.

What is with the attitude extremely rude.. need some training seems like abandoned shop. If they're the owners then best of luck but if they're workers please train your staff. Never going to return. Not recommended at all.

This was the first time I have tried the chicken and mushroom pasta, and it is amazing. It was also the first time my husband tried the pizza and he absolutely loved it

Food arrived earlier than expected, driver was patient and waited for me as I got caught up in something by the time he arrived so really appreciated him hanging back for me :)

Just ordered from here and the food is rubbish, didn’t get what I ordered, cold, tasted rubbish and hated the fact the red cabbage was pickled which I can’t stand. Salad consisted of onions and jalapeños, obviously forgot to add the lettuce. Disgrace don’t waste your money, try Grill and Chill

Very simple order gone wrong. Kebab arrived without salad and missing pot of sauce, I only ordered 3 items ! Offered to send salad out to put on but would be atleast 30mins - No thanks. Also chips were already cold and soggy. They did say when I phoned, "next order we will give you a free sauce and drink "

If I could put 0 stars I would after the experience I just had. Rang up to order food to be spoken and shouted at so rude down the phone to the point were I refused to continue the order and hung up. Used to always order from you guys and now I will never order again. I understand we all get stressed and have bad days but absolutely no reason to treat a person this way.

We Ordered through Just Eat. I ordered a Pepperoni Passion Pizza with Thin Crust and a BBQ Base and I Received a Tomato Base and it was also in between a thin & thick crust. The Burgers Were Perfect xxx

Got their meat lovers pizza. Its very affordable and tastes great just had a particular spice i didn't fancy. Overall, they make good dining meals. Their doners are a good choice too.

Dropped in for a burger and it was excellent. Easily one of the best burgers I have ever eaten.

Popped in to get a pizza, my friends got chicken shish and lamb kebab wrap. They were also happy with their food. Generous pizza toppings and I also had a strawberry thickshake at a great price. I would go back again.

We've been a customers to Grandma buggins the past 20 years but I'm the last year or so we've been experiencing problems with wrong food turning up or stuff missing now the food has been turning up stone cold and a cold donor kebab is isn't edible very disappointing not sure if its new management but I think I'll be going else where from now on ! I'd say the last 8 -10 deliveries have had issues

I was absolutely fuming it took hour n half delivery due to they got my house number wrong food was freezing one order was wrong the portion size was ridiculous my daughter got 8 chips with her kids meal all chips were soggy my chicken burger was so burnt it was unedable and the salad wasn't fresh overall it was awful will not be buying from these ever again !!!!!

Cheesy chips with no cheese mixed kebab with no chicken very disappointing won’t be ordering again

I regularly get food from here while driving over to my Grandma's house, burgers and pizza's are the best in the area and they are really good value. The 🍕 is over half the price of their next door neighbor! And they offer fast delivery!

Long wait, didn’t ask for chilli sauce: watched them put it on. They denied and then proceeded to take meat off to get rid of the sauce. Food is vile. Avoid.

Since new owners have taken over they have completely re-done the look of this kebab shop. It looks much cleaner and professional. Food is great! Great burgers and kebabs.

Would highly recommend this place the food always arrives on time or early then have never forgotten any part of the order the drivers are friendly and the food always arrives hot. 👍

Popped in there tonight. I asked for salad separately otherwise it gets cold before i get home. Cost me a extra 50p. Kebab was cold by the time i got home . Gone down hill.

Ordered chicken fried burger meal deal, couldn’t believe they put piece of meat which wasn’t fried at all and it was tasteless , never had such a disgusting feeling couldn’t eat that much except fries. So much disappointed , never gonna go back , it was just waste of money.

Chicken kebab was not to bad . salad looked fresh friendly staff and well priced

Worse meal I've had from them. Ordered a meat and chips box with all salad. Took an hour and a half to get to me, it was stone cold, no salad apart from 5 slices of cucumber. When I phoned they were full of excuses saying they were busy (not my problem). Won't be ordering from them again in a hurry.

Always good service, and their garlic stuffed pizza is gorgeous. Also, best potato wedges. Totally tummy. Only wish they delivered wine and beer as well, then it'd be perfect date nite delivery to your door. Keep it up 😋😊
