7Bone Burger Co - Camberley in Surrey Heath

If you season ur food with just salt and pepper move on. This place is horrendous I ordered a double smash burger I forgot the name it was some stupid name I picked the burger up 700ml of liquid grease gushed out Ate half and had to stop. Cholesterol levels through the roof probs gained 2kg fat on my heart just from half that burger. And the kim jong wang wings more like kim jong wank wings. I don’t know who made them wings cos they tasted like a dusty corner shop crevice. I do not recommend go to favourites chicken way better food for your money

Fantastic experience and fantastic food ! It was my daughter and I first time visiting. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, from the moment we sat down to the moment we left everything was just amazing. My daughter had the kids meal with wotsit burger and fries with a milkshake. I had a cheese burger. Ingredients fresh, burger was 10/10 and fries were freshly cooked and all food piping hot. Will never be going to 5 guys again !

Had a lovely meal here, staff were friendly and helpful with menu choices, food came out in very good time and hot. Milkshakes were very scrum, I had the biscoff flavour but maybe should have had that as a pud as filled me up with it's thick richness. The place itself was a bit of let down.........looked like an unfinished building site and no music?............ maybe I missed something there? Still good place to eat if in Camberley

Burgers have no taste, dissapointing & pricey. I'd rather pay a bit extra to go elsewhere. Chips and burger warm never hot. I wouldn't recommend eating here ever again. Save your money and go Nandos!

This place has lost its appeal. Cold food. Extremely slow service. Gave them some polite feedback.....fell on deaf ears. We will not return. They seemed too busy doing the takeaways. And no cash and qr menus.....we're not in lockdown anymore. I don't understand establishments acting like financial authorities and not accepting legal tender. Most odd. Sweet waiters/waitresses but clearly not very well trained. Just our polite observations.

Had the absolute best time here on the weekend for our little boys birthday! I don’t usually write many reviews .. but I have to on this occasion! Usually we find it really stressful eating with two little ones and we always feel like we’re causing chaos or not overly welcome. This couldn’t have been further from the case here, the staff were just so kind and fun (guy in the cap - we love you!) and you really made our boys birthday special. We only came here by chance because we happened to be walking by as our son’s initial birthday plans fell through because of the rain .. but I’m SO glad we gave it a go! Thank you!

I recently dined at 7Bone in Camberley, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for an enjoyable meal. The star of the evening, however, was our server, Darren. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations that we absolutely loved. The food was delicious, with the burgers cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Darren's exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience, and we can't wait to return. What an experience, from the second we walked in, made to feel like we mattered, service was second to none, and the food well I’ve never had such a good burger, will definitely be back thank you Darren keep on being amazing

Unfortunately my visit today wasn’t wonderfully pleasant. Greeted in good time, and pointed towards a table (not taken to the table) told about the app and that’s where you order etc (which is fine as i’ve done countless times before). Drinks came promptly, but the food was sat at the pass for a little while, there was only one member of staff front of house, but then again only 3/4 tables so that’s probably fine. When food was brought over, looked great as it always does, but the fries were frankly cold, the chilli and cheese was piping hot on top, but the fries were definitely cooked before and not kept to a good temperature. Hallo fries were overcooked which was frustrating as this is normally my favourite thing. My burger was maybe a 4/10 at best. The server did no check back and when I wanted to speak to him about it, he was busy in the corner of the room on his phone so we left and there was no thank you or goodbye. You have to pay when you order, that means issues go unfixed, and they did go unfixed. It’s a shame as this is normally the perfect place that I tell all of my friends about, but i’ll have to make the trip to a different location instead as this was just wasn’t up to standard today.

Brilliant burgers and chix wings. Highly recommend buffalo soldier burger and caramel fish sauce wings ( sounds weird but it works lol). Also the Kim jong wang wings are pretty good too. Got a takeout with my mate. Second time to see if the first time wasn’t a fluke. But burger was bang on again, quality and quantity (size see the pic), even the presentation - burger, wings, chips comes in it’s own little box. Ticks all the boxes. Keep up the good cheffing guys.

Amazing, just amazing. Got seated straight away (it takes longer to find a seat in McDonald's than what I just experienced) staff were really friendly drinks came out quick and so did the food. The food itself was delicious. Could not recommend enough.

I have a dairy and gluten allergy,I ate here before and told them about my allergies and they made me a gluten free bun with vegan cheese in the burger,I felt really ill.i came in here again to speak with them when I was told the man who served me lied about the food and I found out there was milk in the gluten free bun.the server that served me the first time told me to come back and that there’s not milk in the bun and it’s just crossed contamination but another server told me that wasn’t true!I would not recomend to someone with allergies it’s a disgrace!!!

Came here in a big group of 11, half kids half adults, we had a server called Darren and he was one of the most friendly person I have ever met. He was extremely nice to the kids and was really patient with our big group. The burgers are astoundingly worth the price with massive meat and great sauce. But the fries were the highlight. Crispy and spicy on the outside, soft and hot in the inside. Definitely going here again.

the food and staff are great, we had a small problem with one of our meals and Darren instantly turned it around and made sure everything was perfect. He was very kind and friendly throughout our whole meal! All the staff are lovely as well as the food and a great atmosphere! would definitely go again.

So, the food was incredible. The dirty fries were soooo good. The service was alright. We did have to wait 25 minutes for our food after our drinks. The atmosphere was good, but it was very noisy and crowded. Overall a great place. Would recommend.

7 Bone is a unique burger joint with an incredible menu and very friendly service. They have a talented kitchen that produces delicious meals and thick creamy shakes. It was my first time visiting and I was really impressed. You could tell that the kitchen pay real attention to detail with the food and drinks which is indicative of chefs that have a passion for their craft. For example, in the chocolate fudge brownie milkshake, the brownie pieces were chopped small enough so as to not block the straw. And in the burger, the onion jam was just enough to complement the blue cheese sauce perfectly. On top of all this, the service was very swift, we had our food within 10 minutes. A further thing I appreciated about the service was the fact that despite being only two people we were offered the choice of a booth or a table when we arrived. We are looking forward to coming back and trying more of 7 Bone’s imaginative and creative menu, thank you for your brilliant service, long may it continue!

7bone Burger Co. in Camberley offers a delightful dining experience. The chocolate brownie milkshake is nothing short of amazing, and the burgers are top-notch. However, the dirty fries can be a tad soggy. Vegetarians and vegans will appreciate the excellent menu options, as the restaurant is willing to adapt most items. The overall setting is really cool, and is well executed.

I have to give a special mention to Darren. Despite not having visited the restaurant in over a year, he remembered us. His politeness, helpfulness, and excellent catering to our gluten-free requirements made our experience memorable. We look forward to returning, not only for the delicious food but also for the exceptional service.

I have had 7 bones on a few occasions now as a delivery which I really enjoyed especially when the had an offer on with £7 off which made it worth while. I thought I would try a dine in experience as I was at a loose end whilst waiting for my daughter who was shopping. The food is nice but just not worth the full price. £25 for a burger,chips and a drink is just too much. I can get a steak and all the trimmings with a drink for less at Miller & Carter. I fear it will become yet another empty store on the high street before long but I hope I am wrong.

Ordered a take away today. Wow! The burgers were top notch - right up there with the best you will find in the UK. Rolls also nice and fresh. The chips were amazing - not oily, crispy and with a soft texture. Again right up there with the best.

Horrible smell on arrival ..wasn't sure if it was cleaning fluids or something else but lingered a little too much Waitress was lovely and knew the complicated process to order online off by heart.. just not user friendly and no such thing as a meal deal even though it offers it.. £50 for 2 people is extortionate for a burger and fries and a drink also the Burgers are nowhere close to 5 Guys quality price or flavour and milkshakes are £1 more expensive as well here, then there's the fries that cause extreme dehydration..but don't buy a sprite as it's triple the price of the shop opposite I just hate getting fleeced on food when we are all struggling it needs to be 20% cheaper and simplify the menu ,lose the awkward ordering process.. never again!

Had been before was 5/5 came back again yesterday was thoroughly disappointed the food was soggy and tasteless and the milkshakes took 30 mins to come. We were told the machine was broken only after asking 4 times where they were. If the machine is broken why let us order? Such a shame to see its gone downhill

It was a nice vibe and themed more for the younger generations. Service was great as well. The food was good. However, some of the side options were mediocre tasting. For example, they had and recommended the "caramel wings," which was just okay at best and a little off putting.

me and partner were greeted by a lovely lad at the start. Later on we had the pleasure of being greeted by an incredibly kind and cheerful man called darren. Been here a few times and never really had any issues. However the review today is solely on todays trip. Came with my pregnant wife for her birthday meal, overall the service by Britney was nothing short of fantastic. The only issue today was the food. My wife ordered the 'Donald Trump' burger, which was sadly very pink in the meat and undercooked, which was shared with our waitress and my wife was quickly offered an apology for the issue as well as a refund / replacement meal. Whilst disappointed with the food, we left the venue satisfied with the service provided and would be willing to come back again in the future.

The staff member that placed us in our seats said that the restaurant is super busy and he can’t give me and partner a booth and he wants to keep it for parties of 4. And gave me and partner a seat in the corner. Mind you there was a party of two already seating in a booth and then few minutes later he placed another party of 2 in a booth. Darren ( I assume this was his name as this was what was on the ticket) was AMAZING! He was so friendly and helpful and all round great vibes. We arrived late to order takeout and when most staff would usually be zapped, he served us with good energy and outstanding service! In the worst at making decisions on what to pick and he guided me through to my choice with ease. We ordered a burger each, dirty fries and some wings and everything was absolutely delicious! Brilliant place to watch a musical

We ate here early evening last week on a visit to Camberley, having eaten here on a previous visit and enjoyed it. We were very disappointed to find the place grubby, especially the toilets (one of which wasn't working) and cold. Our burgers (which arrived quickly) again were a disappointment. The buns were wet, soggy and very unappetising. The burgers although well cooked were nothing special. The chips were average at best. We had been really looking forward to eating here but both wished we hadn't bothered, especially for the price. The service however was fast and attentive, no fault there. The kitchen was very busy with a constant stream of take aways, so perhaps their attention was elsewhere?

Great burgers with a big variety and the choice of how you want them cooked (pink, medium or well done). The lunch meal deal is excellent value at £7.95 for a top notch burger and seasoned fries, highly recommended. Our server was ultra helpful and very friendly, we’ll certainly be back again.

Took my daughter out for an early birthday tea tonight, great customer service from Darren and Shubam. Needed the menu explaining as we hadn’t eaten here for ages but it was no trouble and was so impressed with the junior menu. It is amazing value, a huge portion and great drinks and ice cream too. We have just been for dinner to celebrate my fiancés 30th birthday. 7bone is his favourite place to go and he has the same dishes every time! We were very well looked after by Darren! Went to 7bone burger today and was served by Darren , who throughout the whole entire service was so jovial and conversational which was so nice to experience as I’ve eaten at places before with such miserable workers ! I told him I had an allergy which he handled very professionally and gave excellent information on our meals. Need more people like Darren in the hospitality industry 100% thanks for making our time that bit better ! food was also amazing !

Our server, Daren was extremely attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to allergen information, in our case coeliac disease. Darren made excellent menu suggestions and made our experience very easy and enjoyable. Food-wise, it was excellent as always. Having dined here before, i had the Ronald’s Revenge burger with the patty cooked pink and the buffalo Tots (pictured) I had only tried the fries before as a side order. This time I opted for the tater tots instead, and I highly recommend them. Definitely a more enjoyable side than fries. Looking forward to eating here again.

We went for dinner for Good Friday. We were served by Darren. (Second time we’ve been looked after by him). He provided impeccable service. Both Professional and genuine. He gave us brilliant choices and options for both sides and mains. Highly recommend him to anyone and is a proper ambassador for 7Bone. Lovely restaurant to wine and dine in, would recommend have a go

Sadly our family found 7Bone to be greasy burgers and dry chips when we visited last, which is a real shame as we are locals and when we visited a couple of years ago we really enjoyed it. But our teenage boys did not enjoy it this time around.

I would 100 percent recommend this restaurant, the food was fantastic melt in your mouth burgers, I had one with meatballs on top and it was sublime the meat was cooked to perfection, I could not fault this burger. The shakes were really out of this world, best shake I have had since moving to the south. The place it’s self is very trendy and the booths are very comfortable to eat at. We were severed and looked after by Darren whose customer service skills were top notch, very friendly and welcoming with great knowledge of what works well on the menu. All round great experience and great food. If you’re in Camberley it is definitely worth a visit.

Been to a couple of the 7 Bone burger place before but this was one of the best burgers I’ve had. Decided to go for the special taking Le Tiss and was not disappointed. Wish this special was on the menu permanently. Darren our waiter helped me make my choice to order the special when I asked him about it. Went to 7Bone for the first time this evening, and was really pleasantly surprised! The food was great, good portions and reasonable price. We had a Ronald burger and Sando katsu sandwich. But the what made our evening special was Darren! Really warm and hospitable. We had dietary requirements, but nothing was too much trouble. Max also served us with a smile! Lovely experience, we’ll be going back again soon.

Our first time at a 7bone Burger and it was great. Burgers are really good, the buttermilk chicken burger with hash browns was huge and the chicken was perfectly crispy. The cheese sauce is the best I've ever had, ordered more to smother my chips and dip the burger in! Darren was really helpful and made sure we downloaded the app so we didn't miss out on getting a stamp. Darren is really friendly and happy and gives the place a great vibe! Will definitely be back!

Darren was very friendly said hello to us when we came in and helped us sign up for the rewards program, the burgers and chicken were excellent, the service there is also excellent. One tip i would say is you only need one side of chips for two people because they’re big portions

If only more places had a Darren, it would be a pleasure to dine out more! The food was all super yummy, so many thanks to all the kitchen staff as well, who normally only get a mention when people wish to have a moan! This was my 4th visit, and it certainly won't be my last, so well done and many thanks to all the staff at 7Bone Camberley.

Nice burgers, wanted to drop to 4 stars because you need a degree to understand the menu and ordering process, but the food and lovely service made up for it!!!
