Me and my Girlfriend shared a chateaubriand for the first time and it was extremely good quality and our waitress Roxy was lovely, checking up with us to see if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything extra. She was very pleasant to speak with too. Had an amazing experience. Just wish the Buttermilk ranch with croutons (maybe the garlic ones 😋) would come back as they were a favourite of ours. Thank you

We had a really lovely meal last night where we were served by the lovely Roxy! If we could give her 10 stars we would!!! Roxy was friendly, up for conversation and super kind. This is the second time we have had her as our waitress and we are going to make sure we request her every time. As for the food, my partner & I shared a steak for 2 and it was delicious. So was the mini banoffe pie I had afterwards. The only downfall is that they still haven’t brought back the buttermilk ranch & croutons :( that was our favourite wedge dressing. Thank you miller & Carter, and thank you Roxy for helping to make our evening so special.

She was so knowledgable on all the steaks and gave some really good insights into which to decide - by far the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! The food has been fantastic - we’ve been to many Miller and Carters and it’s by far the best! Thank you for a lovely evening!

Had a wonderful time celebrating a family birthday. Our server Riannon was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and helpful and the food was amazing.

Living on the south coast we eat often at Miller and carter Bursledon, so visiting my aunt who lives in Windelsham I recommended we eat at the Bagshot restaurant. Unfortunately our visit was disappointing my Scallops came with under cooked bacon not crispy I mentioned this to our waitress who offered to get some but i was half way through eating the scallops so this would have meant waiting for the crispy bacon and the scallops would have got cold. The main course wasn’t much better my aunt had the lamb which was chewy my uncle had a steak which was like leather and my brother had chunky chips that were bits not chips! The waitress was apologetic but sadly the dinner was ruined we left shortly after the main…..This restaurants food is certainly not the Miller and Carter standard we are used to, very disappointing!

Good food but very poor service. Tables not cleared, server was busy chit chatting in one table, except for bill no one came to check on or even see us.

First time being to miller and carter and lets just say i will be coming back the atmosphere was perfect and the food was unbelievable me and my partner both don't really know much about steaks so when it came to ordering we asked the server if he had any recommendations which he then started to talk through the menu and helped us pick out the steaks we wanted and how they should be cooked I went for the 12 ribeye and it was perfect full of flavor and my wife went for the 8oz filet which just melted in her mouth overall a amazing experience and will defiantly be coming back. I believe our servers name was jack or jake

Lovely meal at M&C Bagshot. Ovi was a fantastic server and was very good with the children.

Really nice food that everyone enjoyed but the children's Mac n cheese was very small. We all had meals and drinks and it cost around £25 per adult and £15 per child.

Ruth at the bagshot branch is the best waitress we have ever had. Her effort to engage with the children was second to none. Checking in to ensure all was well at the table. A fantastic member of the team whose customer service was second to none, an asset to miller and Carter. Will deffo return with her continuing her service here.

The food was great and Ruth was amazing! The food came on time the drinks were good. The portions are huge so definitely recommend this place, the only thing is it was boiling in the restaurant.

Fantastic steak, so delicious. Table service - by a young lady named Shannon - also superb. She’s such an asset to the business; loves her job and so good with her customers - full of enthusiasm, good humour and warmth. Bravo to M&C Bagshot!

Such friendly and attentive staff. The food was brilliant too. Loved the bowl of salad on the side, wasn’t just a bog standard salad leaves. The only thing I did notice was quite a few guests weren’t adhering to the dress code that is quite clearly stated on the door to the restaurant but also on the website. This didn’t take from our overall experience.

4 stars may be harsh, but 5 stars must mean perfect. And it wasn't. HOWEVER, the food is delightful. One of the best steaks I've eaten in years. The staff were very helpful as my other half is quite picky with steak. 100% recommend to anyone.

Was looking for somewhere to eat and this came recommended for a good steak night out. We also got a set menu which we thought was a good value for money. The food was good but I wouldn’t say great. There was something missing to take it over the edge. I.e. the quality of the tomatoes could have been better (buratta however was delicious). The steak and its sauce was very good but the fries were average. Things like that. Lastly the dessert, the brownie with vanilla ice cream was not nice. We didn’t enjoy it. Too soft and soggy. Like sth reheated in a microwave with the ice cream bought at the store. No thanks. The service was great however. The lady who was assisting us was super professional and courteous. All in all, it felt like an easy place to have dinner at and that’s what we wanted.

Roxie was amazing. Very helpful with my allergies. Thoroughly enjoyed her service, and the steak was delicious.

Haven’t been to miller and carter in awhile. Lovely food, perfectly cooked and our waitress Dana was fantastic.

Ordered fish & chips but wouldn’t recommend as the fish had no flavour whatsoever.

Went here recently with football Dads and I have to say, they have got it spot on now. Very good atmosphere and the food was top drawer. If you like steaks, then I wholly recommend you give this restaurant a go.
