Domino's Pizza - Camberley in Surrey Heath

Ordered 2 pizzas from Domino Camberley, delivered raw so called them and they agreed to replace them. When the second pizzas arrived one of them was fine the other one raw dough again. When I called them to ask for the refund for the underbaked pizza I was told they can’t do that but would give me credit to use next time I order. Why would I ever want to order from them when they send out raw dough. While I understand they are busy on Friday nights I didn’t appreciate the manager’s tone and unwillingness to refund. Never ordering pizza from this location again

Food excellent and quickly served. Lack of serviettes. There is a basic dining area and the shop is central to Camberley

Ordered pizza last night they didn’t gave the drink ..delivery driver was rude ..pizza was absolute mess..waste of money

The service was very bad.. rude staff and dirty environment. We bought £50 value of pizza incl. drinks to have in..yet they refuse to give use a simple plastic cup . Very disappointing

Never seem to be able to find our address in the evening or during the day and then we have to spend ages on the phone trying to direct them yet they still don't get it. We live on a main road close to the town centre! Previously we didnt get the food until 10pm as the driver had delivered to the "wrong address" and I had work at 6am the next morning! Also they always forget atleast 1 thing every time. This time it was dips and they said they can go back to get them but what's the point. Food will be cold by then! And the dips are expensive!! Won't ever be ordering with them again

ordered and spent over 40 pounds got home to find incorrect itam and the pizza was over cooked and hard not worth what I paid as half of it went in the bin as not enable at all

Quick preparation to collection. Great taste, reasonable price, very consistent over the years have been buying from here.

I live 5 min away and the branch doesn't have the option of house delivery. I had to take my car and spend more that 20 minutes to find a parking spot and walk.

Very nice pizzas. Happy to find out the chicken tandoori is halal. Nicely prepared. Great staff. Excellent ambience

Knew I should have driven a bit further and got Papa John's. Not great price not great quality.

Was in the area one night with nothing cooked so placed an order on the app. I have to say I was really disappointed with this Pizza as it did not taste anything like my local branch. The base was like a biscuit and I have honestly had better £1 Pizzas from iceland. To their credit it did turn up on time but I would not order Pizza from here again. Surely there must be a decent Pizza place in Camberley??

Absolutely useless (Camberley Domino’s) 3 separate orders First , order 2.5 hours late ended up going to store after staff started mouthing off and swore at me Second , order pizza turned up with no cheese just sauce and toppings Third , didn’t bring garlic bread said they were going to bring it back and didn’t Very unprofessional

Payment system was down. Can only order with the app which my bank kept blocking. Spent waiting 30 minutes for the pizza and another 30 minutes untangling 5 false pay.ents from the bank fraud department. Will never use dominoes again

My pizza is so crunchy it feels like I'm eating Doritos . I know I asked for thin crust but i never had a thin pizza like this .

used these 3 times now and all 3 times they have been spot on keep the great work up guys, great pizza and sides fast delivery and great app letting you know the process 👍

Pizza arrived after an hour. Arrived stone cold. Phoned for a refund and was offered a replacement pizza providing nothing was eaten... it was 21:30. I was not happy waiting until 10:30 to eat a takeaway dinner on a Tuesday evening, that for us, is a rare occasion. Will not be ordering from here again - Go to Papa Johns.

Twice now I have waited well over an hour for my pizza. I live 5 minutes from town and can't collect as have young baby sleeping. Terrible service when I call no apology just a range of excuses given

Put order in, two people order after me, get their full order before my order is completed. 2 Lukewarm and one hot pizza. You'd think the order would be done together

Good is served ASAP but they make sure it's up to the expected standard as well

Disappointed with order This is the second time I've had an issue, the first time we let it slide but now it was too big to ignore, we ordered a large pizza and got given a medium one we measured it, this happened before as well, I took the 'large pizza home, to share with my family and they were all devestated when there was a medium pizza, this 'large' pizza was meant to be shared between 3 people but it was made for one person, really disappointed and will not be ordering again, biggest waste of money, I will now be ordering from pizza hut as they have better prices and quality

Pizzas arrived but no drink. Reason from driver was "I forgot it", with no apology or offer to go and get it. I have no expectations he will return and order is only partially complete. When I tried to phone the Camberley shop which received the order, the phone was picked up with no greeting and obviously just left on the counter. Very poor customer service, not impressed and will leave the same feedback on social media.

Very disappointing. They brought me the wrong pizza and when I tried to call back they hung up on after I couldn't understand me! Once I got hold of them after many attempts, they said they would send me the correct order which never came. Never again will I order from them! Very poor service

Never, EVER order delivery from this dominos, 3rd weekend in a row and theres a problem received the complete wrong pizza this weekend last weekend it was ice cold pizza. Absolutely useless.

Good store. Ordered a vegetarian (vegan)and the girl washed her hands because she was dealing with meat. Good customer service received.

Both me and my husband really like it as we found the personal size pizzas just the right size and the garlic bread was right the only thing that I found difficult was the hight of the counter i was having to stand on tip toe to read the menu and to pay

Clueless, told me my pizza would take 12 minutes, 45 minutes later they gave me the wrong pizza. Customers coming in after me were getting their larger orders first - very poor. Won't be visiting again.

Ordered from their app which I use on a regular basis. Tonight we got the absolute WORST SERVICE. The app said the pizza would be delivered at 7pm. Well we got someone else’s pizza instead. So I rung them and was told my pizza would be sent out. Half an hour later and still no pizza. At this point we had thrown away the previous order. Was told by the same girl on the phone that the order had been sent out, so I assumed that they had remade our order. 20 minutes later and STILL no pizza, all we were offered was free pizza, not my refund that I asked for. I will add that we live 5 minutes away from the town centre so was absolutely ridiculous by then. They finally sent out the pizza, but without the sides! Still waiting for those, 40 minutes later and nothing has turned up, may as well give up now. Used to be my favourite go-to for pizza and also a regular customer, and will be ordering elsewhere next time. For the price of the food I would’ve expected the service to be a lot better.

Ordered pizza at 7.30 and it still hasn’t turned up! 3 hours for a takeaway! Have phoned and been given repeated excuses including their driver had an accident on his way to the house! We are 10mins from the store, absolute joke! Have given up waiting and have gone to head office!

Disgustingly greasy and still doughy pizza yet bland and burnt tasting .. deffinatly the worst pizza I have ever ordered ...... and as for the delivery driver !!! She needs to learn some manners and attitude issues.

This is literally the worst Domions Franchise in the country. They have no system for customers so you end up reciting your full name, address, phone number, mothers maiden names each time you ring. The pizzas are poorly made, the main reason you order from a big chain is so you know what you are going to get. That isn't the case with this branch. Also The drivers have ZERO knowledge of the area. The 3 times I've ordered from here they have failed to find the huge block of apartments I live in and have taken the pizza back to the shop. No discount offered. Plenty of other take aways in the town so I'd make the easy descion to avoid this one!
