A lovely lunchtime meal with family, services were quick and efficient and the selection of salads were plentiful and and constantly swapped along with fresh rolls. Servers were friendly and attentive. Only slight observation will be that it looks like it is due some Tender love and care inside and out. But it was enjoyable none the less!

I took my three grandchildren aged 6 to 17 for dinner yesterday. I booked the table online which was an easy process. Our server was Charlie and have to say she was phenomenal. We had the best service we've ever had. She has a lovely personality, had empathy for the needs of different ages, and food allergies/requirements. Charlie is a credit to the company. We all had a lovely time. Thank you Charlie. XX

I would like to thank the King's Head at Frimley Green for a fabulous lunch yesterday. Absolutely fantastic meal! The food was amazing and so obviously freshly cooked. The staff were helpful, friendly and approachable - our waitress, Debbie, was especially great and it made the meal our feel like we were special guests or valued friends - even though it was our first trip there. Highly recommend this pub for anyone wanting a friendly atmosphere and sublime food.

I do not normally leave a review, but we had such an awful experience. My husband decided to surprise me and the kids on Mother’s Day by having the lunch at Harvester in Frimley. We decided to sit outside as the weather was nice and placed our order at 14:07. It was quite busy so we waited until 14:45 for the drinks, but nothing. So I decided to go and ask at the bar( waiting another 10 minutes in the queue) and they said that they haven’t seen the ticket. So took the drinks myself outside. Waiting another half an hour for food to arrive at table , which was about an hour and half in total, the kids lost their patience and so did us. It turned out to be such an awful experience 😔

Food was amazing but they just don't have enough staff to cope. We ended up leaving dessert and getting a pudding on the way home. We just couldn't wait any longer. Kids were tired and being there for 2hrs and a half hours for one course was just far to long.

Booked a week prior for Mother’s Day. Arrived to hear our table we had booked had been given away, had to wait for another table 20-30 mins later and then informed foodservice was another 90 minutes. Not acceptable when you have small children. Appeared to have been over booked and limited staff. Staff we spoke to just looked tired although were friendly. We ended up leaving as it was just poor. Really disappointed

I ordered this at 3pm to be delivered at 4pm. it turned up at 6.15. ridiculous. Tried calling the restaurant twice. left 2 messages, no call back. Will never use this restaurant again. Don't take the order if you can't commit to delivering even close to the delivery time you stated.

What a horrible place...booked a mother's day meal was told on arrival that our table had been given to someone else...after saying that is not good enough after 20mins of waiting we got another table...then be told we would have to wait 90min for food and we had a 3yr old excited for mother's day...we decided to leave...sort it out if u know it's going to be busy get more staff so mum's on mother's day are not let down

We ordered at 2:30pm on 30/03/2025. We finally got our delivery at 6:30pm. Though NOT EVERYTHING that we ordered arrived. The HALF ROTISSERIE CHICKEN DIDN'T ARRIVE. Neither did that Free SALADS,. So we called the restaurant several Times, no answer. So we are now waiting for a refund.

What an absolute joke. Had to wait 40 mins for our table that was booked. It then took another 20 mins before our order was taken. Food arrived on cold plates so by the time I had eaten my burger the chips had gone cold.out of the six of us there was enough food left on plates to feed another 3 people all due to cold plates.the whole place was Not particularly clean. Mens toilets disgraceful. This establishment was hugely understaffed. All in all probably one of the worst dining experiences i have had.I would never reccomend this place to anyone. And will never return. As an ex publican all I can say is the industry is going down hill if this is anything to go by.

Good food especially after new menu options, with unlimited self service salad bar and free refills on fizzy drinks. Really nice in the summer with wide open field outside set with picnic-style tables. Friendly waiting staff. Good value, especially on burgers and chicken. Cons: staffing levels not great, and can wait quite a long time (up to 60mins!) for seating and service at busy weekend lunchtime. Also decor and interior of the restaurant is pretty old and tired and toilets can be a challenge! Update: although parking is free with plenty of spaces, you must register your vehicle on the electronic board at the reception.

I had never been to harvesters before and I was really excited.. staff were alright and nice to help out with accommodation to my friend who has anxiety and moved us to another table however I have been sick and in and out of the bathroom in the morning with food poisoning symptoms. The only thing I had that day was harvester. I work at another pub/restaurant as management so I know that it was not hygienic with the bowls they gave us for the salad bar as it was not even washed properly, it still had food in which I asked for it to be replaced. I don’t know what made me so sick but the food and temps need to be checked and rotated if it’s been out for too long. There were onions and corn mixed in with pineapple at the salad bar which should’ve been replaced. I hate to complain. I went on Tuesday evening and been sick for 2 days now.

Declined the use of blue light card, when it says it’s available on the website. Meal for 4 with one drink each (non alcoholic) and desert was over £100. This is London prices. Seems way too expensive, unfortunately I won’t be back because of this. The waitress Rachael was very good, kind and was very caring with my partners allergy needs. The place felt a bit cramped, tables very close to one another and was incredibly busy but you can overlook this. Great food but won’t worth the price.

This visit was an okay visit. Not the best one we've had. The gentleman who took us to our tables was polite and friendly he also brought us our drinks, again, very respectful. The first table we were put onto was very sticky and ideally we would have liked a booth. So we asked the gentleman who was serving us if we could move, he was new so he asked the manager (michelle) who at the beggining of our interactions wasn't overly friendly, this being that when we asked if we could move to another table, pointing to one that was free, her response was one that gave the impression she didn't want us to have it, however she stated that it was reserved for a booking of 6. Okay fair enough, so we asked If another one was free, upon her walking away, she went passed another staff member and obviously said something, as that staff members face was one of yikes. So improvement there needs to be that management need to not make comments about their guests! However the manager came back, with a bit better body language and positiveness than before and allowed us to sit at the "reserved table for 6" as she's moved them to our current table which has 4 chairs 🤷♀️. The waiter that served us was alright, very robotish, totally understand he was prob nervous being new. Our food came out super quick, a bit too quick, kinda felt rushed to leave. We had only been sat for 5 minutes with our salad bowls. The food wasn't the usual standard we've had previously. The kids fish fingers tasted very lemony 🤷♀️, they were inedible. The ribs were very small and looked anemic too. All chips from all meals weren't overly nice, but edible. I had some onion rings that were very inedible, I asked for them to be removed from the bill as didn't eat them infact couldn't eat them. One bite into them and they dripped oil all over my leg. They were all like this, which I showed the waiter. Greatfully they were removed from the bill. I was still eating my food, when the waiter came over and started clearing the kids plates. Which made me feel very awkward and made me rush the last bit of my food. That wasn't nice. That made us feel rushed to leave. I want to mention that when the "table of 6" arrived during our food, they were sat at our previous table which i was told the manager just swapped us, when in fact that table only had 3 guests?. So the manager lied to us because she didn't want to lose a table of 6 to a table of 4 (us). Which i do understand however if the guests aren't happy it's common knowledge and courtesy to help find them a replaceable clean table. All the tables were sticky, so whether that's the cleaning stuff of lack of I don't know but 2 other tables made comments also. Overall the experience was okay. Not amazing, we've had much better.

I visited the Kings Head yesterday evening for a drink with my son and was greeted by a friendly and polite lady at the bar who couldn’t have been more helpful. I believe she was the manager on shift. Later after we had left, I realised I had left my phone there. My son called the number, and a gentleman answered it and advised that he had put it on charge and had been waiting for the call. When I arrived five minutes later, even though the pub was closed, he came out and handed me my phone. I would like to thank the staff for their kindness last night, particularly the gentleman (a chef called ‘Sim’) who kept my phone safe.

It’s not the first time they’ve got my food wrong I’ve even had undercooked food mentioned it to them and a manager has then had an attitude about it with me this time I decided to leave it as was going through the drive through and I mentioned having a breakfast wrap with ketchup so many times made sure to keep saying the ketchup one as brown sauce makes me throw up I’ve got home not paid attention opened it and seen brown sauce as I say they’ve messed up orders a lot it’s not such a big deal but would be nice to get what you paid for especially since prices are going up on everything I would’ve understood if I didn’t keep saying bout the ketchup but I did so…
