Taco Bell in Surrey Heath

Whenever I walk inside the employees look at me like I offended them, but my addiction to Volcano sauce outweighs the amount I feel disrespected so its alright.

I was so disappointed the food was cold and So many delayers I'll be waiting for almost an hour What a disappointed I could end up get stomach ache for that burrito was okay but the rest wasn't ok. 😡

I love mexican food and I always enjoy Taco Bell. The one in Camberley is never too busy. The atmosphere can occasionally be spoilt by chavier types. It's cheap though, so you're going to get that.

Some instructions were not followed food was delivered on time but cold

Something was missing from my order I would like a refund

delivery took over an hour and when the food was delivered the sticker used to seal the package was unsealed. This is disappointing

Not sure if it is the restaurant or driver, food was very cold, soggy and stale :(

Food order incomplete and damaged food

Food was ok but not convinced that there wasn’t meat in the veggie one… they missed out some chips which was rectified but the worst part was how grubby the place was. My children wanted to sit upstairs but promptly changed their mind after seeing how dirty it was. The place wasn’t busy so someone could have easily sorted this out. The toilets were gross as well. Not the best experience.

Good was late, cold and not great

Bland tepid 'volcano' burrito, taco with a teaspoon of meat and cold fries. Still at least the drink was okay. This food was awful and the place needs a good tidy up.

Your Host Andreea was very rude…I don’t if she’s not trained or she refuse to take in the training. But people with her kind of attitude will make your business lose money.

requested delivery slot but turned up an hour late! the taco's were pathetic with a bit of chicken and lettuce and all the food was stone cold... disgusting food and delivery!

burrito and taco were nearly cold but the nachos were warm! not impressed with the food or delivery.

Tacos were cold and look like they had been dropped. They looked like they had been thrown at a wall.

First time having Taco Bell and I’m sold!!!!

it was all so cold we had to microwave it which spoilt it and we are less than 5 minutes away so I assume it was sat waiting OR wasn't insulated on journey :( All tasted good though but normally arrives hot

Went for lunch and to do some work on my laptop. The food was served quickly and fresh and was yummy. Very reasonable prices as always at TB. Atmosphere was as is normal for a wipe-clean, fast food restaurant. The place was nice and clean. Didn't have much interaction with staff as used the machine to order. However, the member of staff (I assume a supervisor) who spent a considerable amount of time lecturing another member of staff in an unpleasant tone was annoying and unprofessional.

Really really poor food left in hotel reception and no phone call to let me know it's here so over an hour late getting the food and now stone cold. I would like a full refund and get a manager to call me this is not acceptable

Absolutely Baltic! So cold in there, very uncomfortable seating and way too much salad to meat ratio in the food. My food was cold and not much flavour. Disappointed with the experience tbh.

Thanks to Mr Rachan , he served really well , so polite tell spoken and explained all the veg option really well. We all need this kind of service it’s not only about food it’s about how it’s served. Thanks

I had doubts after reading the bad reviews, BUT food was amazing! It was hot and even earlier than the suggested time of arrival. Friendly delivery man who followed delivery instructions. Will order again 👍🏻

Good hot food although very salty

As always our food was early, still hot and absolutely delicious! This was my 3rd time ordering from here and never been disappointed in any way.

The food was pre-ordered to arrive at 8pm. It is Ramadan and I was fasting hence having pre-ordered the food in the hope that it would arrive on time for me to break my fast. Unfortunately the food turned up nearly 20mins late. On top of that there were no napkins in the bag when it arrived which was disappointing. I am unlikely to be ordering from here again.

Ordered Mountain Dew but received Pepsi Max instead.

Driver was rude then phoned me 15 minutes later after watching him do loop the loop on the map . Sat Nav needs upgrading.

25 min plus wait for 2 burritos and chips. Dirty tables and seats. Chips all over the place in a bag even though we order to eat in... Missing sauce that was ordered with chips. Freezing cold in store. Burritos were limp, light on ingredients compared to previous experience. Just best avoided!

food was cold not as advertised and took almost an hour from first given time of delievery when place order. Will not be using again.

I loved the tacos the chicken was cooked perfectly as well as the salad and cheese and sour cream and the seasoned fries were lovely

The quesadilla cravings boxes was supposed to come with churros and caramel sauce but these were missing from both boxes. Also we ordered a 7up with the tenders meal and this was also missing. :(

Cold food and half of it was missing !! Never again

we usually love taco bell but today it took well over an hour ro get here and was cold. we expect to wait on a saturday but its tuesday night!

The food was cold and the delivery was over an hour late.

Order got pushed back by half hour, then they happily delivered it to somebody else. Never actually got the food. My first review on just eat, and my last one too.

I am a big taco bell fan but was sceptical about ordering for delivery because of fear of it being cold and I can happily say my food arrived on time and still nice and hot, in fact this has to be one of the best taco bells I have had. top job 👍🏼👍🏼

Incorrect item delivered and some of the items were cold

No one is here and no one delivered anything

The food arrived over 2 hours late and was cold along with an order of fries that said no sour cream it was covered. Rang, the restaurant was told the driver hadn't picked the order up, he clearly had and delivered over 2 hrs late!!! Unacceptable considering the delivery charge!

I order a take out and my Pepsi was missing I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered I will talk to them in the morning.

Family friendly place to eat, food was amazing even the kids loved it, big space to sit, friendly atmosphere and staff, all great experiences

I mean. It’s Taco Bell. What are you expecting? Authentic Mexican cuisine? It does tex mex themed fast food. And it’s ok. Fills a craving if that’s your thing. Not exactly somewhere you go for the atmosphere but it is what it is

Food order did not arrive, restaurant about as much use as a chocolate teapot, did not help or advise on what to do just hung up the phone after repeatedly not listening and speaking over me. Understandably a Just Eat issue, but the restaurant staff member that answered was rude and needs lessons in customer service and I would not return after this experience or advise anyone to.

Driver didn’t wait left food on the floor and was very rude. The crunch wrap came with tomatoes even though we asked for no tomatoes because I am allergic! We tried calling the store multiple times but no one could be bothered to pick up. Very disappointing! A refund would be great!!

I loved the crunchy taco shells with the chicken and the chips were seasoned beautifully disappointed with the churros it was my very first time ever haveing them on they were crunchy and chewy I have heard churros are supposed to be soft

Quesadilla had no chicken just cheese and my order of a side of fries didn't come

We ordered our food at 1410 and our food arrived at 1540. It was supposed to be delivered between 1435-1450. This was atrocious. The driver was not apologetic and our food was stone cold.

The food arrived late. I opened it and it was all freezing cold. I specifically rang the Taco Bell store to have tomatoes and lettuce from my food item as there is no option online. I rang twice to check and as I checked the food. They were not removed. I also have picture proof. Not happy. Want a full refund

Only complaint was that the Volcano sauce was not as hot as I and my son would have liked

Wasn’t damaged at all, wasn’t cold and i loved the food
