Taco Bell in Surrey Heath

Food was wrongly prepared and was supposed to be plain and came with all the cheese and salad!! Also freezing cold the kids are so upset

I placed my order at 1pm was told it would be here by 2pm it is now 15:41 pm

Food came cold sopping wet to the point where the package had merged with the food also the bag was all over the place stuff was out of packaging

My order took over an hour to get to me and when delivered was freezing cold with incorrect items in it, and I couldn’t even get a replacement.

We had pre ordered hours in advance and our delivery was late. It was also stone cold. I do not recommend ordering from here.

This is the first time I've ordered from Taco Bell online, and also the first time any restaurant I've ordered from after 11pm has delivered my order on time without any issues.

Went at the weekend and have only just got over food poisoning! Please avoid at all costs. Staff were unhelpful and laughed when I came in to speak to a manager about the event. Still didn’t get the chance to speak to a manager!!!

Absolutely awful service! 3hr 10 mins since ordering & still waiting for food ! Eta kept moving, have rang restaurant several times no answer & delivery apparently happened 1 hrs ago but now the supposed delivery time keeps moving back in 10 min intervals! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Part of the order was missing when I finally received it. The updates from the restaurant accepting and preparing the order were very delayed. Rider was at the restaurant for at least 25mins from what I saw. Not the first bad delivery experience with Taco Bell.

perfect delivery team. food wasn't warm and I blame tacobell for not putting it in better packaging. delivery again was great and couldn't not fault them. much earlier than original eta, no detours on route.. pretty much what home delivery is meant to be at a high standard. Just surprised taco bell can't invest more on packaging to keep food warm

Workers are extremely slow and lazy. Waited 15 minutes for chips and it wasn’t even busy, there were two people around!

2nd time ordering from Taco Bell & only half the order was delivered despite the receipt having the full order on it so clearly the staff do not check the orders. Will not be ordering again

Absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Josh at Taco Bell last night. After a Just Eat driver unfortunately scammed me and stole my order, I was upset and starbing but Josh turned the whole situation around. He was kind, patient, and so genuinely helpful. His customer service was fanstastic, he went above and beyond to make things right. His attitude, empathy, and professionalism were absolutely next level. I will be singing Taco Bells praises. But more importantly Josh, you're a total legend and an absolute credit to Taco Bell. Please Give this man a raise or a promotion, he deserves both! Thank you

Delivery time just kept getting longer

All my food arrived absolutely freezing. I got the lava burrito with crushed nachos and this was soggy. my taco was soggy. the can of drink was warm. the time told me 30 minutes, it then increased by another 30 minutes, I do not think an hour is reasonable waiting time for the amount of food I ordered, especially with the fact it turned up freezing. do not recommend at all, don't order you will be disappointed!!!!!

Consistent yummy chicken, highly recommend Ali is always putting customer service first, serving with a smile and making sure all our customer needs are met, he is an asset to the taco bell company, big ups

There is not much mince at all in the taco,s and far too much salad. So cut the salad to half and put more mince in. You will still profit as you buy in bulk

Missing crunchy beef taco from order.

The meal was cold and although I have paid full price for everything to be delivered two bee tacos were missing I find it hard to believe how these can be missed off on the receipt delivered with the food. It shows that there should’ve been two beef

Taco Bell Camberley: Food OK, Atmosphere Needs a Major Overhaul I recently visited the Taco Bell in Camberley, and while the food itself was decent enough, the overall experience was significantly let down by the restaurant's atmosphere. The tacos and burritos were what I've come to expect from Taco Bell – tasty and satisfying. However, that's where the positives end. The restaurant itself was dark, dingy, and, frankly, felt dirty. It wasn't a welcoming environment at all. Even worse, it was absolutely freezing cold. Despite wearing my coat, I was shivering throughout my meal and couldn't wait to leave. It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. My advice? If you're craving Taco Bell in Camberley, definitely grab some food to go. The food itself is fine, but the restaurant's atmosphere is so poor that it completely ruined the experience. Eating in your car would honestly be a better option than braving the cold and dingy interior. Hopefully, Taco Bell will address the issues with the restaurant's cleanliness and heating soon.

Took over 2 hours to turn up, cold when arrived. No answer when calling restaurant. We ended up getting dinner from the local shop so we could feed the kids.

this is one of the worse delivery’s i’ve got this food is freezing cold and i have to give this to my child to eat i have just been paid this week and this food is absolutely appallingly the delivery times was changed multiple times and top 1 hour 45 minutes to come this is ridiculous

Always go on my break so cheap and yummy scrumdiddlyumptios. Never fails. Fast service and everyone is so nice. Churros 10/10. would recommend so yum.

Ten minutes for a single burrito I had to wait. Everyone who ordered in person were waiting ages. The staff are always completely uninterested, nobody at the counter and they take ages to do anything. Delivery people walk right in and get their food immediately, apparently this restaurant focuses soley on them and show no regard for anyone else. The service is always slow with staff who look half asleep and don't seem to care about anything. The food is fine if you ever get it, though the nacho cheese sauce is tasteless.

This should be avoided, every single person in the restaurant was shocked at how dirty it was, it definitely hasn't been cleaned for along time, the floor was full of rubbish, the toilets had old used clothes just scattered on the floor, the toilets were rancid, every table had rubbish all over it, as you can see in the photos, people were pushing the rubbish out of the way to sit down. The food taste great as always

Ordered completely the wrong food

2 hours late! I called after an hour and was told the food was being given to the driver. I asked how they knew what order it was as I called from a different number and I just got "I'm giving the order to the driver" then hung up the phone! An hour later the food arrived. Terrible service!!

This is the worst food company in Camberley. The food was cold and most of the order missing. Now being told it will take 10 days for a refund. Avoid this place whether eating in or getting a delivery.

Our order was mixed up and my Burrito and my partners were in the wrong wrapping. I wasn’t able to eat mine because it was too spicy. My partner had eaten most of his when I questioned whether he had mine, he said the one he was eating was in the volcano wrapper. So they were swapped when being wrapped. I then had to go without food.

Please can we just have the correct order for once

food was stone cold when it arrived, driver didn't knock or ring doorbell and was stood on phone outside calling someone for a good few minutes before we realised he was outside.

Got a Taco Bell delivered, absolutely disgusting. The chips come freezing cold, and all then tacos where cold, soggy, broken and stuck to the wrapper. Really disappointed! Won’t be ordering from there again.
