Taco Bell in Surrey Heath

Absolutely Baltic! So cold in there, very uncomfortable seating and way too much salad to meat ratio in the food. My food was cold and not much flavour. Disappointed with the experience tbh.

Thanks to Mr Rachan , he served really well , so polite tell spoken and explained all the veg option really well. We all need this kind of service it’s not only about food it’s about how it’s served. Thanks

I order a take out and my Pepsi was missing I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered I will talk to them in the morning.

I mean. It’s Taco Bell. What are you expecting? Authentic Mexican cuisine? It does tex mex themed fast food. And it’s ok. Fills a craving if that’s your thing. Not exactly somewhere you go for the atmosphere but it is what it is

Food order did not arrive, restaurant about as much use as a chocolate teapot, did not help or advise on what to do just hung up the phone after repeatedly not listening and speaking over me. Understandably a Just Eat issue, but the restaurant staff member that answered was rude and needs lessons in customer service and I would not return after this experience or advise anyone to.

Great Taco Bell and after seeing how bad the one I went to in London it's far far better! Quick service, clean, lots of space and great food. Well done.

Food badly packaged so chios all over the place, all food was cold and I ordered one quesillada with no cheese as my Fiance is allergic and despite saying "no cheese" on the packet, it had cheese so he couldn't touch it, won't be using this place again!

Horrible place. Smelly, dirty with food and drinks on chairs and floor. Clueless stuff havent been even trained how to talk to each other and customers. They shout some numbers from the kitchen to customer like in some barn or pub and throw food on the counter as "they are very busy". I have ordered there take away once and have been told that they run out of receipt paper. When i came home I realized that half of my order is missing. I dont know if its was a terrible mistake or they took advantage of that receipt paper missing. Can not even ask for refund as there is no evidence of me being there. Never ever again i will visit taco bell as their complaint website isnt even working. If somebody from taco bell is reading this, please contact me. UPDATE : its been a year and still nobody from taco bell tried to reach me out. It is nice to know that You care about Your customers.

Food Poisoning. 3 out of the 8 of us who had food here ended up spending the next 24hrs throwing up. Another 3 of us had severe gastro pains after eating. The 3 that were sick were from 3 seperate households, this was clearly not a bug. Not to mention that I stood in a hallway with my baby waiting to use the accessible toilet/baby changing and 10minutes later a member of staff walked out of it.

This was our first time to a Taco Bell….it was really good! Great customer service. Nothing to complain about so a well deserved 5 stars.!

Favourite fast food in Camberley. The staff are welcoming. Food is delicious even if it's a fast food restaurant.

Good But complicated to order and take too long..

2 words, Food poisoning!! Spent the next 24hour very sick and may as well make a bed in the bathroom for that 24hours ... 1st ever time eating here ... And the last. Food wasn't even good which makes it much worse that I got I'll from rubbish food.

Ordered for the first time from here on Deliveroo and in stead of receiving 1.5L I received a 330ml can of Pepsi max. So I paid more for less. Disappointment won’t be back. Thank god I got my refund though.

Food is good for the money, but don't expect burritos stuffed to the max. Very "sensible" portioning. Didn't get napkins, a straw, or cup lid with order. Everyone sits upstairs or at the back. No floor staff so the place is messy most of the time. Foods good tho. Dip your chicken in the caramel sauce.

Absolutely terrible service from Camberley. All 4 touchscreen menus were broken. Ordered food at the counter. Waited 15 mins and when asked where was my order was told it was wiped from the system. Immediately asked for my money back. Went next door to Nandos where the service was far superior. Thank you Nandos for saving my sanity.

Food tasted foul, cold and took so long to come.. We didn't get what we ordered and the cooks messed up the order with everything we bought. Would be open to trying one of the restaurants again..just not this one..

Took my money on the just eat app and guess what ? No food delivered & no way to access a refund on the app, would not provide a contact number for Just-Eat however they are able to communicate with them . The manager is rude and argumentative. I'll be in to see you soon . When you sign up to a service Taco -Bell make sure you can deliver that service! Shame on you .

Food good, desert overdone. No hand sanitizer No kid sto drinks Dirty tables KIDS/TEENAGERS sitting upstairs on tables no food, sitting over the balcony. Not challenged once by staff to leave.

quiet and low food quality service is shocking

if I could give this place a 0 I would! food was stone cold. the staff couldn't care less about us. screaming and shouting. messing around. if they put half the effort into the food as they did dossing around it might be OK.

Honestly worst experience yesterday and had this twice now at the camberley store, when receiving order and getting all the way home from picking it up it was missing the main thing in each box meal, and the chips were cold and hard as and everything was just hard, when I first arrived to pick them up they had no customers they had left our order on the side so they should of been pretty confident it was correct. I think the quality of the food for the money is not acceptable and the service in camberley was on the verge of being shocking.

Food was cold and dried out. Missing 4 items in order, no apology and felt awkward. Needs a lot of work and staff training unfortunately. Would not eat there again, although thought it was good money wise if food was nice.

I feel the need to review given the great improvement I’ve seen at this restaurant. When I visited during its first few weeks of opening, the service was incredibly slow. It seems they’ve improved massively; the last few times I’ve been, the service has been quick and the food has been delicious.

Disgusting staff attitude - what a let down was actually laughed at for asking someone to clean a table - how revolting - ask for my money back - will NEVER sit foot at this restaurant again and than was laughed at by a child called Jojo for asking the table to be cleaned

I am a review while sitting in a Taco Bell Camberley (15.09.2022 13:40). My order consisted of a burrito, cheese quesadilla and cinnamon twists. I was deeply shocked that I found a small cockroach in my dessert. When I showed it to the manager Taco Bell, he said: "apologies" and swept the insect to the floor with his hand. Nobody knows whoose dish this cockroach will fall next time.

Have now ordered twice from them and both times they have left 1 item off each order think the staff need to be able to read what has been ordered and check its all there before sending said order out

The staff were fine and shop was clean. Food is bad though.

Just ordered a bundle for take away but still missing 2 portions of taco at all. It was not busy at all. Poor experience.

Food did not arrive, shocking service!

Broken screens, no ice or co2 in the drinks machine, no fries available and slow service. Took 10 minutes to be served an then over 20 mins to get our food once ordered. Also got the pleasure of watching the manager and the deliveroo drivers have a stand up argument over how slow they were. Good was tasty when it arrived though, but best avoided untill they get their act together.

Waited 15 minutes to order in an empty establishment. Staff looked over a number of time but didn't engage with us. We placed our order for 4 people. Food didn't take long to come out but it was all in one bag and nothing was marked up on what was what. When asked how to identify the food the response was to open them up and look. Staff were unhelpful and disinterested. Once we sorted the order and after we had two orders remade, the food was good. Shame the staff don't understand their importance in the whole experience for the customer. Unlikely to visit this Taco Bell again.

Less then half of order for 5 people arrived late-missing more then a whole box of food and a bottle of Pepsi, there is no phone number or contact for the restaurant and the delivery services have no quick contact either. Over £60 spent that is wanted back. Other reviews for the restaurant seem to say the exact same so it is not a one time thing.

Had ordered from them before and items were missing. Thought I’d give them another try tonight but items were missing again! Requested a refund through Just Eat.

Great value for money, modern and clean. Taco's were made up fresh so had to wait about 5 minutes, but very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful too. Unlimited drinks refill a bonus 👌

Placed order for delivery and 2 items were missing, and one incorrect. Food portions were small and looked like they had been run over. Its seems this isnt a one off, just look at the just eat reviews. Restaurant just apologised and told me they couldn't help as it was down to just eat.

Food is great but limited selections compared to what I'm used to, staff is friendly, but orders take a while. Being an American whose been at this location for six years, I yearned for taco bell and finally got one nearby. Really wish they had the offer of a 12 soft taco pack as well has hard, fried apple Empanadas, and the beef bean n' cheese burrito like back in the states. Miss the fountain drinks when they didn't have all the artificial sweeteners too. I'm just grateful to have my chalupes and crunchwraps. Choose this place over pizza here any day, and that's coming from a New Yorker.

Shocking. Cold food. No filling and cost a fortune for what you get ( basically a hollow wrap) Also paying for a pot of no cheese sauce!! never again. Shocking food to be honest. Wish I cooked beans on toast!!

Food was great & so was staff. Just not enough staff for the size of shop. Got the order in 5 min. While there i did notice some people were ordering foods and not collecting when ready so tge staff had to keep shouting the order number every min.

I ordered here a about 2 months ago and it took a while to come out but decided to come back more recently, And despite the Friday afternoon rush my order only took 5-10 minutes and all the food was hot a fresh and absolutely delicious!!! This place is a must! The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the service has improved so much. I would recommend this place even if you have past bad experiences from when it first opened.

First time in taco bell. Bad experience, ordering machines were not working. Shirt staff, leaks on the floor from drinks machine. Food was small portions dry and expensive. Paid about £30 for 2 people. Not worth.

How on earth do you forgot 60% worth of items on an order? Takes forever for them to make the order. (not deiveroos fault) Food is cold, incorrect items and missing items. Give this a miss, unless you love disappointment. (Get a microwave burrito, tastes better.)

We have eaten here several times and every time the staff have been lovely, welcoming and pretty quick with the food. A mistake was made with a take out for us just once which was sorted out within minutes. Cannot fault their customer service. I notice low reviews for delivery. This may possibly be down to the delivery company itself and not Taco Bell.

I’ve ordered from here quite a few times now and I’ve never had any issues. Placed my order through Deliveroo, takes about 30-40min but that’s expected from where I live. Food is always delicious and is my new obsession!

This has the potential to be a good restaurant if they employ more staff! Ate here awhile ago (about mid February) and we ordered quite a lot of stuff for two people so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but it came apparent there was only about 3 staff in the kitchen with one girl popping in and out to clean! So our order took about 30-40 min waiting in store and the male server was kind and gave us extra chips and cinnamon twists. However I personally really enjoyed my burrito and the chips, churros and cinnamon twists were all good. If there are more staff, it has the ability to run way smoother. The staff there are brilliant however at the moment, hence the 4*!

If I could give 0 stars I would, would you believe I had to wait 40 mins for 2 portions of churros? The guys said it’ll be 10 mins so I said that’s fine no worries. 15 mins passed and I asked how long it would be he said to give a few mins 25 mins later I asked again he said look we’re extremely busy to be making some churros right now. I asked for a refund he said no I can’t do that. So I had no option but the wait the whole 40 mins

Popped in for a 'quick bite' before getting the bus, figured I would order something small but filling, simple Rice, Beans and Cheese mini burrito, 25 minutes later it was done -______- not sure how their kitchen works but I was watching some members of staff stand around whilst groups of customers stand waiting for their orders. No idea why such a straightforward order (that was literally my whole order) took so long, but it was delicious and delightfully cheap, just wish it didn't mean I missed two buses 🤣

Ordered at 20:40pm today, an extremely long wait. Asked for a refund at 21:00 but server kept saying our food was ready. Finally Received food at 21:19 but was cold and tasteless. Items missing from order. female staff unsure how to deal with the orders. Only one male staff member was the only one who was helpful. No manager or supervisor so unable to do anything about bad service and late, cold food. Will definitely NOT be ordering from here again. Ever!

Terrible customer service and food that took over 1 hour, despite being relatively quiet at the time. Was promised I’d get my meal for free next time by the customer service team just to be dismissed by staff when trying to redeem it. I’m honestly surprised this branch is still open.

Delivery kept getting pushed back. Said rider was on way, suddenly said delivered (2 hours after ordering) nothing came.

Order was missing items and incorrect, they added tomatoes when we had asked them to be removed for allergy reasons. When I rung the restaurant to get my missing items and the order corrected they hung up on me which is amazing customer service. Then when they finally decided to answer the phone again, they accused me of making a mistake then deliveroo of making a mistake before finally admitting to me they made a mistake. When I asked for the correct order they wouldn't give me it, so now I'm left with some people having nothing to eat and one person who could eat but then need an EpiPen or doctors trip! Well done Taco Bell!

They have this awesome staff who helped me order the food first time and it was a great recommendation, the quesdilla box it was soooo good. even though it was little long wait time because it was a peak time. will come back again for sure

3 out of 4 self serve displays faulty. Waited 45 minutes for a taco, despite 6 staff in the kitchen and roughly the same number of customers. When it came the portion was tiny and cold to boot.

We thought we'd give Taco Bell a try as we've not tried them before, we were a but sceptical after seeing the negative reviews, but tried to order anyway. Ordered at 6:30pm-ish, first order was 'delivered' at 9pm, but never actually arrived. We received a call saying the drivers car broke down, no problem, these things happen. So we asked for redelivery, the new order arrived at 10pm, but was missing over half the order, and everything was stone cold. We couldn't contact the restaurant, so had to go through deliveroo support. Deliveroo gave a partial discount for the missing items, but couldn't do anything about the waiting time obviously, and the restaurant was closed for the night so no option for redelivery. Next time I'll trust my gut and go to one of the many great small local restaurants, I'm sure the food will taste better too, although I won't know for sure having not gotten any of my part of the order tonight!

Just Eat app showed driver was at restaurant. After 1.5 hrs we called them and they said the order had just been prepped and they were waiting on a driver turning up. So who is fibbing? Taco Bell or Just Eat?!? Needless to say when the food eventually arrived it all had to be microwaved (not ideal when you have lettuce and cool sour cream in your dish). As per previous reviews the food was cold when it arrived. Unless the reviews start improving we won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Would have got no stars but didn't get that option. What a complete rip off! Quesadillias were literally empty and mostly cheese! I got charged for 3 drinks and not 2. Then didn't get the drinks with my order. No sauce for the churros. Taco was rank. Took over 20 minutes in a dead restaurant. Will never waste my money there again.

Machines off, over an hour wait for 2 meals, absolute shambles

Placed order on machine, went to pay, card machine won't accept any cards. Same issue with other customers on all the machines. Pretend this place isn't open until it's fixed up.

Unable to give a rating, there is not one bad enough. We waited nearly two hours for it to be delivered, then when it was delivered things were missing and they got the meats inside the wraps we ordered wrong we got beef instead of chicken and three portions of fries were missing from the order.

Placed an order on Friday at 18:30. The order still had not left the restaurant at 22:00. I spoke to Deliveroo support who then told me the restaurant had just closed! Literally the worst service ever. I would avoid at all cost until they sort out their staff and management issues!

Very bad experience with this restaurant. Took long time for my order. When it comes with their service also very bad management. I called and asked about my order they were unable to check my order status. In last most important I asked at restaurant before making order online about chicken that we don't eat beef so please be careful while making our order. But Even after special instructions they sent beef In my meal order. Portion is too small. Very very bad experience with this. Totally waste of money and waste of time

This restaurant is in shambles, shouldn’t be opening anyway. Delivery wait is at least 2hrs, pick up from restaurant an hour, and the worst is there is no manager to look after their in experience staffs, no one to organise orders, imagine only 4 young and new staffs on a busy Saturday night.....what a joke!

Absolutely disgusting... ordered a delivery EARLY knowing it would be busy on a Saturday night, the wait was 85 minutes..... almost 2 hours after that 85 minutes and our food still hasn't even left Taco Bell. DO NOT BOTHER. In store service is no better. Waited 40 minutes for a taco and some chips the other week. Not worth it.

Food is great, shame its wasted. The in resteraunt feeling is ruined by staff dragging chairs across the tiles while cleaning. Dont order on a delivery service, once made the food sits in an unheated area in full draft of the permenantly open front door, guarantee its cold by the time it gets to you, regardless of how fast your driver is. .
