Very average We went on a Wednesday for the wings night, the service was slow and quite rude. Also there was no Dj despite this being advertised on the website. - see photo for evidence. Food was very average and nothing special.

We went to this place the 3rd time around and I must say that last week Friday (6th/Sept/2024) was the best experience as the food tastes way better than before. We had a dinner booking around 20:00 and foods are overly delicious. The pork with barbecue sauce (if not mistaken) are to die for, it was our favourite from all the delicious foods we've ordered. It was full of flavour and can't wait to try that again next time we book as a group for another occassion. Also I would like to say that the pizza has changed in a much better way and most importantly, the way the pizza taste now is 10× better unlike the 1st time we've been there. I will be recommending this place 💯 to family and friends from now on as the service is also good and the foods are delicious. Compliments to the team and most importantly compliments to the Chefs. It's worth every penny and what a lovely place too. Thank you O Camberley for our awesome time.

Twas a vibe from start to finish. Booked in for 20 odd people for a hen do. The process of that was easy enough, as was preordering meals. Was able to arrive before opening to decorate the tables and our hostess (Holly) explained how everything was gonna go down, she was a star all night! The bar staff-A1! Such lovely personalities and energy, good time management and made beaut cocktails. Loved them both! The food- as a fussy eater I was sure I wouldn’t like something, but I thoroughly enjoyed all my meals. The general layout of the place is cute, I loved that once mains were done, the music starts and you legit dance anywhere (apart from on the tables, but that’s fine cause I defo would have broke my neck) the music was on point the entire night. The group I went with ranged from 30-70 and we all had an amazing time! Also liked that the manager was around and open to questions and gave candid answers. Would 10000% recommend and defo go again!

Went for a Han night. Staff were great. Holly (I think was her name)our waitress was amazing. Manager not so friendly. Music was good. Food was lovely, I had prawn starter and chicken burger. Others had steak and said it wasn’t worth the extra money. They could improve by redoing the banisters they were very sticky

We went to the Spice Girls Bottomless brunch on 17/8 and we had a blast. We've attended lots of bottomless brunches before and this place goes to one of the top ones for service. The atmosphere started before you even got in the door. The door staff, Katie and Ryan really welcomed you in and made you laugh. Lilly was our waitress and she was super attentive, the minute we had finished our drinks she was there with another (which is normally unheard of at a bottomless brunch). Ollie served the food and he was also good. The night carried on with A class tunes by the DJ - Adam. Overall we had an amazing day / night and will definitely be attending again. Well done Bailey for running a great venue.

Lovely time again at O’Camberley. Special shout out to Mercy (who both times we visited) has been an absolute superstar, kind and helpful. Big thanks to Praveen & Callum who kept our drinks following all evening. Wonderful team (great job Bailey!)

Went to brunch for 90s do. Waitress ok. Not overly friendly or chatty but kept drinks topped up when she noticed running out. Didn’t come and say to us the hour was due to end ( time goes quickly especially when you are catching up with friends ) and did we want any more drinks. Just abruptly ended. Most places I been to usually say you have 15 mins left of the bottomless drinks etc so you know whether you want anymore. Food was ok but not bottomless. When it came to them bringing burgers out we were given just one small burger each. Two of us were given chicken and one of the group was given beef put down and none of us offered anymore so we never got to try the beef burger and our friend never got a chicken burger . Other tables seemed to get a lot more. We thought they’d be back but never came with anymore The atmosphere was such fun but we couldn’t really hold a conversation at all as was so loud. Maybe just turn it down a notch for the first hour ? When I walked in there was an odd horrible smell in the venue but it disappeared. Maybe they need some plug in fresheners ? Toilets were a bit grim and ones I used had no locks. Embarrassing when people keep pushing them open cos you Cant permanently keep foot or hand on it. Really needs to get sorted. Would go back but hopefully have a better waitress next time and more food given to us like it was getting put down on other tables. Door staff friendly. Good you could also pop outside for fresh air as it was warm inside.

- Painfully loud music. - Stopped bottomless prematurely without warning. - Scolding hot water in bathroom. - Doors open the minute the brunch starts, but there’s a long queue to get inside -make it make sense. + food was ready when seated + good music

Only bearable if drunk (I was driving...) Food poor, music too loud, conversation impossible. Tables sticky from previous guests. Service was excellent and staff friendly, but I wouldn't ever go again.

Amazing experience with Amazing staff, took a friend for a birthday meal and callum the bartender and sammy the waitress were great fun and very attentive. Will definitely be back again

Mercy is the best , good girl kept us topped up but kept us dancing !! Best barmaid and the security is good ginge 😁ps he told me to say that 🤣🤣

Food and service were OK but the worst thing for me was the extremely strong smell of vomit that hit you the minute you walk in the door. I did mention to the server and she agreed there was a smell but nothing was done. Cleaning routines need be be revised. All wine glasses were dirty, not just cloudy from the dishwasher but actually dirty, still with bits of lemon stuck to them. Finally the ladies toilets need a clean and repair. All the door were sticky to touch and also two out of three cubicles had no lock. I go to O Windsor a lot but unfortunately O Camberley is nowhere near the same standard.

Went for their taco and tequila night... The tacos were basically old el paso style... Tinned chilli con carne, old lettuce, Doritos salsa and some sour cream and guac. I thought we'd moved on as a culture to soft shell with proper filling. There were no proper margaritas... Just buckets of beer. Was a shame. Could've been a lot better with not much effort. Staff were nice though. If there isn't many customers in does the music need to be so loud?

Had a fantastic time at O Camberley for the Beyonce Bingo Brunch for a belated birthday with the girls! Food and drinks flowing smoothly one after another, only negative for myself was during the meal the music was a tad loud to engage in a conversation at reasonable volume. Can't remember the name of the waitress, but she was incredibly friendly - bar was a little busy at times and at these points seem short behind there but nothing that the good vibe could kill. Would definitely come back for another brunch

We came for the mumma mia brunch on Saturday and it did not disappoint. Our waiter Marley was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for him. The food was served hot and the drinks flowed throughout the brunch. Fantastic service we will definitely return.

Had a great time at the bottomless brunch celebrating a birthday. Food was good, and some great music playing, everyone was up dancing. Shout out to Chantal and Callum for keeping the drinks flowing, great service.

I have ordered the meat balls as starter and the sirloin steak as a main. The tomato sauce was nice , but the meat balls were cold and tasteless. Sirloin steak was the worst I've ever had. I mean, I could happily have it if it was overcooked, but unfortunately, it was cold,unseasoned, and chewy... best of the plate was the salad leaves. Unfortunately, I was so hungry, so I didn't get bothered to complain as it took 1 hour to serve our mains After our starters. The music was too loud, so I had to shout over the table to have a conversation or get a waiters attention to order more drinks or get condiments. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience and won't be coming back.

The place itself is lovely but the owner is absolutely vile. She was so rude and condescending about my 3 year old daughter and when I talked to her she simply turned her back to me and walked off. Never came across customer service like that anywhere else in Camberley. Absolutely disgusting.

Went yesterday afternoon for my birthday 9 of us. What a Great afternoon, we danced all the time, music and interaction with everyone was brilliant. Not over crowded which we loved. Our group were all ages, and it worked perfect. Would recommend for all ages too. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible. Went last night for the unlimited wings with a couple of friends as been wanting to try. The waitress took 20 minutes before serving us. Then the food took another 20 30 minutes to arrive which came cold and enough for one person. When I asked for them for more food i was told we had to wait until we had finished our 4 wings each first. Then she would tell the chef to cook more with that we wasn't waiting another 20 minutes for more food. Bit gutted as we all been wanting to try for a while. Do not recommend and we will not be returning

Had a fantastic time for my sister's hen do last weekend! The atmosphere is brilliant, not overcrowded which we loved. Food was yummy but sometimes took a little too long to come out but that's expected when feeding multiple people in one go. Only complaint was the toilets, no locks on doors and could have done with being checked more regularly and given a sprucing. But otherwise definitely recommend and fantastic night out for anyone of all ages!n

Went for a bottomless brunch, what a great time great music

The most abysmal wings I’ve ever had. They’re the same bbq ones you buy precooked in packets in the supermarket. Some were stone cold, some hot, clearly straight out of the microwave. The bread and rice were both fine, chips dreadful, and somehow even the Pepsi tasted strange.

Just left the 'bottomless' brunch. Have to say, one of the worst I've been to. There was only 1 hour of drinks and it was very limited choice. The food was plain gross. It was expensive for what it was. Literally, go anywhere but here!

Has to be one of the worst brunch been too . I have been to a lot . Went as was Nougties 2000s music brunch . A couple of songs was played of this genre not what we went for . Even songs that were played off the genre rubbish ones. Food is very small portions no way is it bottomless . Had My 18th there on 17th Feb 24 was the best experience so welcoming, food delicious, music was awesome and Holly McMaster made my night the best ever Thank you so much for the best experience of me being 18. Definately will be going back time and time again.

My booking was under my partners name William carey and we waited for half an hour for a drink. Our waiter charlie completely ignored us the whole night. He was to busy flirting with the woman on a table next to us and going outside

Wings Wednesday was amazing. All you can eat. The value for money is unreal. 2 for 1 on cocktails. Absolutely no where will you get that much enjoyable food plus 4 cocktails for just over £40 for 2 people.

Visited the O for a birthday dinner and dance on the 90s night. Mixed feelings about this place... Music was way too loud during dinner - it was impossible to talk. Food was good, at least what I had! When it was time to dance - there wasn't much space for dancing! We were close to the bar so ended up being pushed constantly.

Just attended a Motown event with my family (mum and sister) between 8pm and 1am and had a 3 course meal. Food is tasty, pizza is for 2 rather than an individual size and pud very tasty. The team (although did help and facilitate of a fashion) made you feel a little alien like to asking for a doggy bag/take away box for the half of the pizza I had left and of course they had nothing of the sort and came out to the table with tin foil. So I had to wrap this up myself with all the other tables staring. Around 8 to 12 motown songs played during food between 8pm and 9.30pm/10pm and then no more. So I personally wouldn't really call it a motown night if it's not really stuck to when 80's 90's and afro beats played (especially when mum had never heard of of the afro beats songs). The atmosphere was a bit lacking as the place was only half full, so not very busy. Overall not bad, food was tasty but would not say it was a themed motown night as such.

Been twice now, the food is terrible. Drinks are ok, definitely need better beer options though.

Wonderful experience at O Camberly. Fantastic service from Holly and Mercy. They were so friendly and made the night so much fun. Callum in the bar looked after me all night with drinks and the manager Bailey made sure that everything ran smoothly. I had so much fun and will certainly be back.

A group of us came for a comedy night. Holly was our waitress for the night and she was amazing. She visited our table every 10 mins to make sure we had drinks. She was so friendly and attentive

I thought the food was really good and delicious, the service and bar staff are great and super friendly. I booked on the Old R&B Rewind night and the DJ was just playing Dance and 00’s music, not at all what I went for. Extremely disappointed, I left early. That’s the problem with young DJs, they have no idea what the real Old Skoool R&B is! They were not born then!

Stopped in last night for Unlimited Wings. What great value for money. Great food, wonderful service from Holly and great cocktails from Callum. Will certainly be back.

Celebrated my birthday with friends and family. The team at O Camberley made it super special and the service from Charley and Holly was outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for us and insured our drinks were continuously topped up, which is what you want from a bottomless brunch. Would be amazing if they did a cocktail bottomless brunch option, as these have to be paid for separately, they taste amazing!

Had a great bottomless brunch at O Camberley. Thanks to Hollie and Charley who looked after us and made sure my food allergy was catered for. Would def recommend and we will be back!

We went on one of their unlimited wing Wednesday’s. We managed one and a half platters and they are huge! Good selection of sauces, wing flavours and sides. They allow you to eat as much as you can and it is great value for just £10.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Went to restaurant on unlimited wings Wednesday. Delicious wings, also with unlimited sides. Only need to pre-book before going. Would go back again.

We visited over the weekend and having been to other venues of the O franchise we knew what to expect, however the atmosphere here was better than we thought. Our waitress Holly was so attentive and caring and really looked out for me who has a dietary requirement. A member of our group fell ill during our visit and while it meant some of us cut our time short Holly again stayed with us showed she actually cared and really put the entire group at ease! I went with some friends on the 30th June 2023 we anrrived ant 8:15 and the place is great, the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. The pre ordered starters didn’t come out until 9:30 and food was served at 10:30 and all the food was cold! The manager shouted and was very rude to me when I went to chat to him about the wait and the food. I have since tried to speak to the company via email (no response) and via Facebook message where I have been robbed off twice with different excuses saying they will get back to me but never do. So disappointing

Quite disappointed. If you've got a dietary requirement, expect to be forgotten about. You pay the same but you get like half or less!

Awful and rude customer service. Management doesn’t seem to have any care or compassion for their customers and seem to be completely incapable of dealing with complaints in a professional manner. Complaints are either argued back rudely by the management or is simply ignored and swept under the carpet. Disgustingly unprofessional.

Kaitlyn and Charlie were an absolute delight. They had great personality and exceptional customer service. Well deserved credit for the night! Will be coming again for a great night out!

i LOVE o-windsor ! Unfortunately o-camberley is not the same standard/atmosphere! we went for a 90s brunch and I’m not sure the dj got the memo as he played 2 songs from that era 🤔? HOWEVER caitlyn is the best server I’ve ever had 10 out of 10 service !! It wasn’t awful has lovely aesthetic and photo opportunities but definitely not it’s sisters standard X

I had so much fun at the bottomless brunch. The music as brilliant and the atmosphere was high energy. We were dancing on the chairs within the hour! The staff were friendly and all up for a good time too!

Had a great time here recently for a friends birthday celebrations! Music was amazing and had everyone up and dancing, our waitress was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us The only improvement I would suggest would be to turn the music down just slightly (god I’m old haha) but it was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself talk! I visited O last weekend for the bottomless brunch for my birthday & had the BEST time! The atmosphere is really good even though it was the middle of the day - I wish we could've stayed into the evening. The drinks were served quickly so we had quite a few during the hour & the food was yummy.

Just to let you know me and my sister had an AMAZING time the night before last, the majority of that is because of the amazing customer service from Klaudia and Elaine, really made us feel welcome, couldn't complain! Cya soon!

We attended supper club on Friday eve, the food was less than satisfactory. We had pre pre-ordered our 3 courses (8 pax in total) - whereby 3 guests had to change their starters as there initial order was not available; guests also had to amend their dessert as this was not available either. Our food order was then delayed; we were served ice cold meatballs, 8oz Sirloin Steaks were overcooked, chicken burger and pork schnitzel completely over cooked, dry and hard - the chips were re-cooked and rock hard too! The Mango Scroppino was warm and no one at our table was able to consume these! In addition, the beers that the men had ordered were warm and we were told that there were no beers available - they were sold out?! Not quite the culinary experience we were expecting! Their Malbec wine was delicious, the saxophonist was incredible, clean toilets & venue - however the food was a real let down!

Hannah was absolutely amazing in making our night so much fun! As soon as our drinks were empty she was bringing us fresh ones. Was such a good night, atmosphere was great And can’t wait to go back!!!

Was lovely day venue closing blinds helped to keep the neon lighting effect during the day. Klaudia & koddee were lovely servers and everytime drinks were low they were asking if we needed more, the barman Calum was on his first day and was very pleasant and professional service. The manager was lovely to speak to and found him to be chatty. The squid was amazing could have just eaten lots of that over and over again. Looking to rebook soon 👍😁😍

A brilliant brunch! Had a fantastic time tonight, music flowing, drinks continuously and food well you can't get enough!! The staff are absolutely lovely and answer all questions asked, and what a brilliant price with such a selection of drinks and food definitely coming back. A massive thank you to Oliuia who was our waitress, we had her running back and forth to our table but she had a smile every tune and was happy to help with anything. Meet the manager who's lovely and the security who were also happy to answer and questions. Thanks for a brilliant night!
