Gourmet 4 Camberley in Surrey Heath

The place itself is lovely but the owner is absolutely vile. She was so rude and condescending about my 3 year old daughter and when I talked to her she simply turned her back to me and walked off. Never came across customer service like that anywhere else in Camberley. Absolutely disgusting.

Went yesterday afternoon for my birthday 9 of us. What a Great afternoon, we danced all the time, music and interaction with everyone was brilliant. Not over crowded which we loved. Our group were all ages, and it worked perfect. Would recommend for all ages too. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible. Went last night for the unlimited wings with a couple of friends as been wanting to try. The waitress took 20 minutes before serving us. Then the food took another 20 30 minutes to arrive which came cold and enough for one person. When I asked for them for more food i was told we had to wait until we had finished our 4 wings each first. Then she would tell the chef to cook more with that we wasn't waiting another 20 minutes for more food. Bit gutted as we all been wanting to try for a while. Do not recommend and we will not be returning

Had a fantastic time for my sister's hen do last weekend! The atmosphere is brilliant, not overcrowded which we loved. Food was yummy but sometimes took a little too long to come out but that's expected when feeding multiple people in one go. Only complaint was the toilets, no locks on doors and could have done with being checked more regularly and given a sprucing. But otherwise definitely recommend and fantastic night out for anyone of all ages!n

Went for a bottomless brunch, what a great time great music

The most abysmal wings I’ve ever had. They’re the same bbq ones you buy precooked in packets in the supermarket. Some were stone cold, some hot, clearly straight out of the microwave. The bread and rice were both fine, chips dreadful, and somehow even the Pepsi tasted strange.

Just left the 'bottomless' brunch. Have to say, one of the worst I've been to. There was only 1 hour of drinks and it was very limited choice. The food was plain gross. It was expensive for what it was. Literally, go anywhere but here!

Has to be one of the worst brunch been too . I have been to a lot . Went as was Nougties 2000s music brunch . A couple of songs was played of this genre not what we went for . Even songs that were played off the genre rubbish ones. Food is very small portions no way is it bottomless . Had My 18th there on 17th Feb 24 was the best experience so welcoming, food delicious, music was awesome and Holly McMaster made my night the best ever Thank you so much for the best experience of me being 18. Definately will be going back time and time again.

Such a great place, fantastic venue, the food, music and staff were all amazing. Special shout out to Mercy who was superb! Can’t wait to return.

My booking was under my partners name William carey and we waited for half an hour for a drink. Our waiter charlie completely ignored us the whole night. He was to busy flirting with the woman on a table next to us and going outside

Wings Wednesday was amazing. All you can eat. The value for money is unreal. 2 for 1 on cocktails. Absolutely no where will you get that much enjoyable food plus 4 cocktails for just over £40 for 2 people.

Visited the O for a birthday dinner and dance on the 90s night. Mixed feelings about this place... Music was way too loud during dinner - it was impossible to talk. Food was good, at least what I had! When it was time to dance - there wasn't much space for dancing! We were close to the bar so ended up being pushed constantly.

Just attended a Motown event with my family (mum and sister) between 8pm and 1am and had a 3 course meal. Food is tasty, pizza is for 2 rather than an individual size and pud very tasty. The team (although did help and facilitate of a fashion) made you feel a little alien like to asking for a doggy bag/take away box for the half of the pizza I had left and of course they had nothing of the sort and came out to the table with tin foil. So I had to wrap this up myself with all the other tables staring. Around 8 to 12 motown songs played during food between 8pm and 9.30pm/10pm and then no more. So I personally wouldn't really call it a motown night if it's not really stuck to when 80's 90's and afro beats played (especially when mum had never heard of of the afro beats songs). The atmosphere was a bit lacking as the place was only half full, so not very busy. Overall not bad, food was tasty but would not say it was a themed motown night as such.

Been twice now, the food is terrible. Drinks are ok, definitely need better beer options though.

Wonderful experience at O Camberly. Fantastic service from Holly and Mercy. They were so friendly and made the night so much fun. Callum in the bar looked after me all night with drinks and the manager Bailey made sure that everything ran smoothly. I had so much fun and will certainly be back.

Great venue! Charly was superb and the food was amazing. Definitely drop by if you are passing through Camberley.

A group of us came for a comedy night. Holly was our waitress for the night and she was amazing. She visited our table every 10 mins to make sure we had drinks. She was so friendly and attentive

I thought the food was really good and delicious, the service and bar staff are great and super friendly. I booked on the Old R&B Rewind night and the DJ was just playing Dance and 00’s music, not at all what I went for. Extremely disappointed, I left early. That’s the problem with young DJs, they have no idea what the real Old Skoool R&B is! They were not born then!

Stopped in last night for Unlimited Wings. What great value for money. Great food, wonderful service from Holly and great cocktails from Callum. Will certainly be back.

Celebrated my birthday with friends and family. The team at O Camberley made it super special and the service from Charley and Holly was outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for us and insured our drinks were continuously topped up, which is what you want from a bottomless brunch. Would be amazing if they did a cocktail bottomless brunch option, as these have to be paid for separately, they taste amazing!

We went on one of their unlimited wing Wednesday’s. We managed one and a half platters and they are huge! Good selection of sauces, wing flavours and sides. They allow you to eat as much as you can and it is great value for just £10.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Went to restaurant on unlimited wings Wednesday. Delicious wings, also with unlimited sides. Only need to pre-book before going. Would go back again.

We visited over the weekend and having been to other venues of the O franchise we knew what to expect, however the atmosphere here was better than we thought. Our waitress Holly was so attentive and caring and really looked out for me who has a dietary requirement. A member of our group fell ill during our visit and while it meant some of us cut our time short Holly again stayed with us showed she actually cared and really put the entire group at ease! I went with some friends on the 30th June 2023 we anrrived ant 8:15 and the place is great, the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. The pre ordered starters didn’t come out until 9:30 and food was served at 10:30 and all the food was cold! The manager shouted and was very rude to me when I went to chat to him about the wait and the food. I have since tried to speak to the company via email (no response) and via Facebook message where I have been robbed off twice with different excuses saying they will get back to me but never do. So disappointing

Quite disappointed. If you've got a dietary requirement, expect to be forgotten about. You pay the same but you get like half or less!

Awful and rude customer service. Management doesn’t seem to have any care or compassion for their customers and seem to be completely incapable of dealing with complaints in a professional manner. Complaints are either argued back rudely by the management or is simply ignored and swept under the carpet. Disgustingly unprofessional.

Kaitlyn and Charlie were an absolute delight. They had great personality and exceptional customer service. Well deserved credit for the night! Will be coming again for a great night out!

i LOVE o-windsor ! Unfortunately o-camberley is not the same standard/atmosphere! we went for a 90s brunch and I’m not sure the dj got the memo as he played 2 songs from that era 🤔? HOWEVER caitlyn is the best server I’ve ever had 10 out of 10 service !! It wasn’t awful has lovely aesthetic and photo opportunities but definitely not it’s sisters standard X

Had a great time here recently for a friends birthday celebrations! Music was amazing and had everyone up and dancing, our waitress was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us The only improvement I would suggest would be to turn the music down just slightly (god I’m old haha) but it was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself talk! I visited O last weekend for the bottomless brunch for my birthday & had the BEST time! The atmosphere is really good even though it was the middle of the day - I wish we could've stayed into the evening. The drinks were served quickly so we had quite a few during the hour & the food was yummy.

Just to let you know me and my sister had an AMAZING time the night before last, the majority of that is because of the amazing customer service from Klaudia and Elaine, really made us feel welcome, couldn't complain! Cya soon!

We attended supper club on Friday eve, the food was less than satisfactory. We had pre pre-ordered our 3 courses (8 pax in total) - whereby 3 guests had to change their starters as there initial order was not available; guests also had to amend their dessert as this was not available either. Our food order was then delayed; we were served ice cold meatballs, 8oz Sirloin Steaks were overcooked, chicken burger and pork schnitzel completely over cooked, dry and hard - the chips were re-cooked and rock hard too! The Mango Scroppino was warm and no one at our table was able to consume these! In addition, the beers that the men had ordered were warm and we were told that there were no beers available - they were sold out?! Not quite the culinary experience we were expecting! Their Malbec wine was delicious, the saxophonist was incredible, clean toilets & venue - however the food was a real let down!

Hannah was absolutely amazing in making our night so much fun! As soon as our drinks were empty she was bringing us fresh ones. Was such a good night, atmosphere was great And can’t wait to go back!!!

Was lovely day venue closing blinds helped to keep the neon lighting effect during the day. Klaudia & koddee were lovely servers and everytime drinks were low they were asking if we needed more, the barman Calum was on his first day and was very pleasant and professional service. The manager was lovely to speak to and found him to be chatty. The squid was amazing could have just eaten lots of that over and over again. Looking to rebook soon 👍😁😍

A brilliant brunch! Had a fantastic time tonight, music flowing, drinks continuously and food well you can't get enough!! The staff are absolutely lovely and answer all questions asked, and what a brilliant price with such a selection of drinks and food definitely coming back. A massive thank you to Oliuia who was our waitress, we had her running back and forth to our table but she had a smile every tune and was happy to help with anything. Meet the manager who's lovely and the security who were also happy to answer and questions. Thanks for a brilliant night!

MONEY grab, on the menu it said that you can order pint of peroni, but when we arrived there was only small bottles of beer available 0.33l for almost 4£, there was any big bottles of beer available, im a tall big guy so for me to get in the "mood" to dance cost me around 40£ just on drinks, also food quality was quite bad too, meatballs tasted off, and steak arived cold and what it looks like it had some weird coating on it that was shiny, had almost no taste to it, only thing that was good was a dessert, atmosphere and music, allso staff was very friendly and polite, ive seen few business practices like this in camberley already, there was a club that recently closed down also selling only drinks in small bottles/cans just to make more profit from people that wants to have fun, now it went out of business, whoever the owners are, shame on you, im definitely not going back

Had a brilliant night. As to be expected on their 4th night of opening, there were a few teething problems with regards to serving the food, but the starter and main were nice and by the time the dessert came out everyone was too busy to eat it as everyone was up enjoying the music. The staff were very attentive, a big shout out to our lovely waitress Cody, she was really helpful, especially when it concerned a dietary issue with one of our party members on the table. The music was fantastic, the DJ had everyone on their feet. Looking forward to going back again soon!

Things you should know about the "Bottomless Brunch...." Positives - nicely decorated/atmosphere and the music was good. Negatives - took 20 minutes for our first drink to arrive at the table (Bottomless Brunch - 60 mins), you are not allowed to order another drink until you finish your glass, despite taking 15-20 minutes for the drink to arrive - so expect to be drinkless for periods of time unless you buy your own then you can have as many as you want on your table. The Bottomless part is not actually bottomless - during the 60 minutes we had 3 glasses of prosecco due to the slow service. Don't expect the Manager to be polite to you - he was incredible rude and had a bully mentality about him. The food was very below average. Overall, music and dancing was fun but I wouldn't go for the food or the 'bottomless' element!!

Attended for the spice girls brunch, was so much fun and a great afternoon. Drinks service was a little slow during the bottomless drinks 60 mins, food was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air con wasn't working so was incredibly hot so had to keep stepping outside for a few mins. Great venue and will be back again

Great girls' night out, DJ and atmosphere were amazing. Food was below average. Sold out of desired starter within 30 mins, vegetarian options basic. We arrived at 20:15 and did not receive our main until 22:15 and dessert 23:05. Please check your bill (not something I normally do), but I didn't feel confident all was correct, and we were overcharged for 3 drinks we did not order (=£30 extra) I spoke with the manager, who was not very apologetic, etc.

We visited on the opening night and although we expected teething problems we were disappointed that our meal didn’t arrive till 11pm and the food was very disappointing and the service was unbelievably slow. Then a guest had a seizure and whilst this was taking place the DJ continued to play the music (despite us requesting he turned it off) and the manager response was “it’s for attention, apparently she does it all the time” Our party was horrified and it ruined our evening! I wasn’t confident in the first aider on the premises and was relieved when the ambulance arrived. There was no duty of care at all… the managers lack of concern or compassion was shocking.

Best night ever!! Good music and great food!
