A fantastic night! Lauryn looked after us superbly! Was so lovely, welcoming, friendly and attentive. Lauryn was a joy and lovely to talk to!

Lots of vegan options. Delicious starters (especially the garlic tortilla!!!) and a really cool vegan dessert (choc ice fried in a tortilla !). Nice chill vibe. Our main was very plain though, totally unseasoned. The service was mostly great.

Popped in on the spare of the moment with my wife and 4 year old. She promptly told the staff it was her birthday (which it was) and she was treated like a queen! All the staff were amazing, she got a personalised 4th bday brownie platter(gluten free for the wide and 4 year old!) staff chatted to her about her presents etc and she left with a sombrero! Amazing service from the server (Nicola) and the manager and chef! Thanks so much

My son and I had a very disappointing lunch experience after our shopping trip today in Camberley. Staff were welcoming and eager to take our drinks order which came promptly. But when our food still hadn't arrived after 30mins I asked how much longer we'd have to wait having noticed that other customers, who'd arrived after us, already had theirs. When it finally arrived no apology or explanation was given. My sons was ok apart from the corn being mixed in a bowl with cheese and sour cream and not on the cob as per the menu but mine was luke warm. When asked if everything was ok i was already very irritated by the situation so didn't reply and did not enjoy my meal. Another disappointment was that our Taste card was rejected because I'd ordered from the lunch menu?? We weren't using it in conjunction with any offer and couldn't understand the reason why no discount was given. Also, the length of time spent in the restaurant caused extra expense in the car park which was very annoying too. It's safe to say we won't be coming back 👎🏼

The order received was completely incorrect. I was told to keep the order or bin it, and request a refund. Still waiting for the refund after more than fifteen days. Also, the incorrect order said it was vegetarian but it had pork in it, and tasted stale. Will never be ordering Chiquito again.

We were turned away from an almost empty restaurant when we presented valid discount vouchers by a staff member, he claimed that they were too busy to seat us without a reservation despite their only being about four tables occupied.

Had a great night tonight. Emma our waitress was amazing and provided great service ! :)

4 of us at ate in there yesterday, the waitress was very good, helpful and knowledgable about the items on the menu. The food was very well prepared and came out piping hot.

Menu has changed again and the tacos have completely disappeared? Only soft ones available in the starter section. Was really disappointed as that's the main reason I chose to eat there. Service wasn't amazing, but food was fairly quick. I'll have to find somewhere else to get tacos now

Lovely food, took a while to get served and a while for it to arrive (at least it felt like it). Saying that it is still worth a visit.

Got onion rings instead of churros. Got skin on fries instead of sweet potatoe fries. Ribs had no bbq sauce on

Currently sat in the restaurant. Not even that busy, busy with takeaways to which they are prioritising. Ordered food 80 minutes ago and still not arrived. Avoid unless you want to be sat at a table for ages.

The food was great, very spicy. The pineapple salsa was delicious.

Awful lunch experience from the manager. Waited for a table in an empty restaurant as no staff, was seated, no wait staff around, no orders taken for 10-minutes for me to go and look for the manager who was on the phone in the kitchen. Was then told I can wait a few minutes until he was ready to which I replied ‘we’ve been waiting a few minutes already’ to then get his response of ‘you’ve been waiting 5-minutes’ in a rude tone and was then dismissed. Very disappointed in the rudeness and lack of accountability in the service. Won’t be going back and hope manager manners are in the next team development course.

Food was very good. Service was a bit slow but they were busy so can be forgiven. What can't be forgiven was no soap in the toilets, the dispensers were bone dry so they'd been like that for while. 1 star. If they don't care about cleanliness in the toilets, where else are they lax about hygiene?

Polite and friendly service with great tasting dishes, plus they take tastecard now.

Booked 24hrs before, when we arrived the were only 2 other tables eating so expected fast service. We waited about 10minutes for drinks orders which is fine but about another 15 minutes for ordering food. The nachos could’ve been a bit more portion wise for the price. Otherwise an amazing round of food hot fresh and very tasty.

Big shout out to Grace for her exceptional customer service and all the staff at the Camberley branch. We had a lovely evening last night celebrating a friend's 60th birthday. Thank you, we will definitely be returning 😀

First time dinner, reasonable busy for mid week, service was a little slow but not a negative. Our server was very friendly and took our order and his service throughout the evening was exemplary. Our order, sea bass and chicken and chorizo skewers was excellent followed up by two equally excellent sweets. A thoroughly enjoyable evening. Recommended

We visited as we’d previously had such a good experience at the Ipswich branch. However this was a big disappointment. Ordered our starters and mains when we arrived. Starters weren’t very hot. We then waited almost 40 minutes for our mains! Our drinks took 15 minutes to arrive too. There was one waiter serving our side of the restaurant and as we were down one end in the corner I think we were completely forgotten about. We had young kids with us and by the time they actually got their dinner they were past the point of hunger and too tired to eat it all. Food was just very average and we realised after that the kids didn’t get their veg sticks or apple slices - why advertise they come with every meal if you don’t provide them? We were not offered an adult dessert menu. By then we just wanted to get home as we’d been there 2 hours and we were tired. Had the waiter asked how everything was I would’ve told him there and then but he didn’t ask and clearly wasn’t interested, so we quickly paid and left. Also there was no soap or toilet roll in the men’s toilet. Clearly the restaurant couldn’t cope with the number of guests and we all suffered as a result. Very disappointing experience and we won’t be going back.

Myself and my wife have been here on a number of occasions and today was very disappointing. We were seated by the gentleman with no service for drinks, and waited 20 minutes until I had to get up and ask for service. At this point we walked out. The service was awful and won't be returning.

Had the quesadillas, very tasty but seved COLD, when the server asked how was the meal and I told him that it was cold it was obviously not the reply he was expecting, and seemed not sure how to process that information. OK meal but not hot

I like this place. The food is good, the ambience is very nice and it's not super expensive. I was however disappointed with the waiter. He bought our drinks over and asked if we were ready to order? He could see and hear we were not sure what we were looking at on the menue but offered no assistance. He only became animated later on in precedings when it was paying and possibly tip time. Bad move, I'm a firm believer in rewarding those that earn it and he certainly didn't!

Three of us had booked in for dinner tonight. Couldn’t fault the food, service or atmosphere.

I have love and hate relation with this place. Sometimes the food is amazing and there are times when it is not so. Similar with the service. But, if are in town and desire Mexican than this is the only restaurant I'd suggest to visit.

Me and my friend went for dinner together. Everything was good at first till we realised that our food was taking longer than expected considering it was quiet quite when we arrived. We notice it had got busy but our food still wasn’t here. We check the times and realised that we ordered over 40 minutes. I had the half rack of ribs which were served with chips the ribs were lush but the chip were like that had been sat in the oil for quite some time. After we had finished eating we were sat for 20 minutes waiting for an employee to come and say something to us about the bill. I had enough so I went up to bar when and too my surprise the employee serving followed and said “do you want the bill?” Not like we have been sat there waiting for more food. I recommend not to go.

We are a regular to Chiquito. Food and service is juat wonderful.

Had a great experience we were welcomed with amazing hats. The staff were very friendly, one of them even offered to take a group photo of our team. Their meals were amazing. I tried their Nacho and Cheese was pretty good and BBQ Chicken wings for a starter. Team members went on to try different menus and everyone had a great time.

First visit to Chiquito today, mainly because I always thought it was would just be blah chain food. However, we decided to try their lunch menu, which is really good value at £12.70 for 2 courses or £14.70 for 3. We had 5 different mains between us plus loaded nachos and desserts, and they were all very good. Portions were generous, and everything had been cooked fresh. Service was quite slow, but this might have been because there aren't many staff on at lunchtime. Even so, we would happily return.

Whenever we go up to Harley Street for son’s medical appointments we visit thus Chiquito in Camberley on way home. Food is always good, hot and plentiful and the atmosphere is relaxed friendliness What makes it our special dinner choice us the lovely server Nicky! My son has severe disabilities and autism and sometimes needs time to choose or seem a little strange. Nicky is the nicest, most welcoming, patient person ever! She shows him such understanding and respect. She’s a massive asset to you guys!!!!

We went there for my son’s birthday. Staff were polite and friendly and built up a lovely rapport with the children. Food was great too! I’d never been before but would certainly visit again.

Me and my husband came in tonight for a once in a blue moon date night, kid free.......the food was so bland and expensive. Chimichanga had mostly just plain rice, hardly any chilli in it but what was there wasn't spicy at all....again bland and dry, onion rings side was swimming in grease, so much so they weren't crispy. Fries were good and jalapeño poppers and haloumi starters were good but mega expensive for what they are/amount you get. Our server was lovely. I got a 2 for 1 on my drink and thank god I did as our bill came to almost 65 quid......without dessert. I used to love it here but its nowhere near as good as it used to be before lockdown!!!!! I was really disappointed.....Mexican food should be far from bland!!!

Nasty nasty nasty....overcooked Halloumi like eating rubber. Only peppers and onions, its a vegetarian dish more veg variety, mushrooms, tomatoes. Soggy wet veg loads of juice made tortillas soggy. Nice chips. Such a waste of £25. Won't be buying again.

Good- Food! 100% shout out to the cooks! +5 stars! The first waitress was welcoming who sat us at our table. Bad- Celebrating my daughters 17th birthday and the service and atmosphere was a complete let down! The main waitress who took our order was lacking any great customer service and seemed like she did not want to serve us and made us feel un-welcomed. Overall I wasn't happy with the service and not even a complimentary happy birthday from the restaurant. First time visit to this particular location and won't return and I wouldn't recommend it. No experience for the £91 paid for the meal! Left feeling ripped off and very underwhelmed! It's a shame. -1 star.

Visited for lunch. Staff very friendly and given iPad for allergy info. Chose items and ordered then told that the Halloumi was cooked in the same oil as prawns, so was no longer safe to eat. Thankfully they did tell em, so I was extremely grateful for that. This allergen info also applies to the jalapeño’s and a lot of the other starters. This was not on the allergy info. That was presented on the iPad. Apparently the prawns are a special item. I enquired about the chips and were they safe, oh yes - they are cooked in the vegan fryer! So it seems that a dietary choice is given more provenance in preparation than anaphylactic allergens! The food itself was good though.

We always have an excellent meal here. There is a separate gluten-free menu, with several choices. The staff are always friendly, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere is always a happy and relaxed one.

Excellent service, best waiter, delicious!

The portions were very small and the quality was average. The food was very bland. We left hungry and very disappointed. The location is in Camberley town centre. There is loads of parking and lots of other things to do here other than eat here. Afterwards I was handed an iPad and asked to rate the food? Really, I just wanted the bill and to leave.

Fathers day lunch, really enjoyed the meal here, not been here for over a year and the staff have changed but still very helpful and polite, well recommend

Felt like I was waiting for ages for my order, but once arrived the driver apologised due to it being busy. The food was still hot so I cannot complain and of course it was super delicious as well.

Was served by grace the majority of the time there. She went over and above. Bubbly personality, very friendly and a credit to your team. The food was so good and we received an unexpected birthday brownie for my husband as its his birthday today. Really good overall!

Was greeted by happy and smiling staff. We was greeted by nickie who arrived very quickly! We didn't have to wait to be seated. Our lunch was so delicious! With really great timings on arrival. Good food Friendly staff Nice atmosphere Good colouring for kiddies. Menu is a little limited for kids. No chicken nuggets or classic kids stuff but it's a good varied mexican style. Children's portions were good, they loved the ice cream!! Not a negative but something to consider if visiting.

Don’t make the mistake of being the first customer there in a weeknight, or dare to question to scraps they bring you - the Manager will just attempt to demean you for speaking up about the cat food being served up.

Great rustic set up, amazing food, and service was brilliant from the staff! Ryan our waiter found out it was my birthday and put a happy birthday message and candle on my desert which made the whole experience even better! He was really chatty and great fun! Will definitely be coming again.
