Lovely visit with a friend to sit out and have coffee during Bunkfest. Unbelievable rudeness from another customer towards the staff who were gracious and tolerant where to eject him would have been entirely appropriate and reasonable. Instead they returned his money as an act of goodwill. Everyone who witnessed this was appalled by how awful he was. Such a lovely cafe!

This is a really elegant space, thoughtfully decorated with real linen table cloths. The menu is imaginative, nicely balanced, well presented and delicious. Efficient but unobtrusive service and good value. I had reallly lovely lunch with two friends and we will certainly return.

Just popped in today , ordered a beer and was offered in a frozen glass . That was perfect for a warm day . Great service as usual guys thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here while walking the ridgeway. It’s a great hotel with a nice bar and good food! Also we highly recommend Wallingford.

Excellent little pizza place, great value, fresh pizzas. Recommend as a takeaway or sit outside when weather is warmer.

Our first time at the ShellFish Cow and certainly not our last. Had a great evening and the food was so tasty. Recommend the mussels Provençal and the steak and garlic prawns.

Nice place for an evening meal, expect to pay £100 for two courses with a glass of wine for two people. Food is of a good standard but I've had better for the money. Also part of my lamb rump was raw so I had to send it back, hence the 3 stars. I didn't like being seated in the front entrance (no sense of arrival and didn't want to be sat where people enter the restaurant) so I asked to be moved to within the restaurant which was better. I'm not sure I would visit again, but we did have a nice evening. service was good.

This is a great village centre pub with lovely staff. It's not trying to be a "gastropub". The food is pub classic, and priced sensibly, and we love it! If you want breakfast, substantial, you won't eat for the rest of the day then look no further!
