Met family for coffee in Linwood shop quite near closing put car reg into iPad as usual didn’t notice any signs re parking we waited in car for about hour got £100 parking fine family who were parked next to me for same time did not get parking ticket after being good costa customer I won’t be back

Propped up by some fantastic workers unfortunately the manager or owner clearly just doesn’t care about his customers. He is focused on his own ego, too fragile to listen and too stubborn to do anything different. I am sorry to say his attitude is the only reason customers don’t come back. Great food, great service and he sits there and ruins it all. What a shame I can’t support him, he sits in his ivory time complaceant meanwhile his employees sit around embarrassed by his behaviour. He is truly the downfall of business and the more he can disappear into the background, the better off the business is.

Served the worst ali nimki ever. Nimki was not fresh and must be made at least a week.

We visited today and it was lovely the greeting from both the ladies waitressing was friendly and comfortable. The food was great my husband having the calamari to start was perfect then followed by rump steak, my husband said it was one of the best steaks for flavour he had in a long time and that included one we paid for at a well known local steak house which was nowhere near as good in either quality or flavour. I had the haddock it was done in the most crispiest batter imaginable so light and the fish perfectly done. We will definitely return but has to be said could not speak highly enough of the two ladies serving the meals thank you .

Great food served very quick by friendly staff. Clean tables, not a busy location, cannot ask for more.

Ordered at 19:13 Pizza cooked by 19:35 moving onto "Checking and cutting" Deliveroo order cancelled by papa John's at 20:17 Pizza was undergoing checking and cutting until 20:28 Pizza sat out of the oven for an hour before being delivered, and it unfortunately arrived cold Other than that the food was good, when I called at about 20:30 to ask what was going on, person on phone was polite. Just upset that pizza was left out for so long.

Ordered on the website took over an hour to arrive. We chose cash on delivery and driver turned up with no change so had to pay more than we wanted to.

Enjoyed the hot food on a Saturday evening, on the way felt like eating spicy hot chicken pizza, went into the shop placed a order and asked the guy serving if can get it delivered to house instead in a hour, he did just that the pizza was tasty and well cooked and with added olives tasty family enjoyed and the milkshakes, was delicious thanks guys👍 Will recommend eating from here nice flavoured tasty hot food, did as i asked😁👍

Ordered from here Saturday night. Food arrived hot and tasty. The property isn’t the easiest to find but the driver had no problem. Food came with some extras as well, which is always lovely. Definitely one of the best Indians I have had !

Andrew (Store Manager) absolutely amazing! I have drank the same coffee for years (flat white extra shot) and have never had it explained to me that the first double shot in the flat white will be different to the extra. He took the time to clearly explain the difference in each of the shots and how they affect the drink. He was really friendly and informative, never had service like this from a barista. Thanks Andrew!
