I have been coming here for years great food, lovely staff. I had my husband's wake here in 2020. Hannah & the team were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Farewell Brewyers. I will miss you

The staff were friendly, but clearly stressed and didn’t check on how our food was - I think because they knew what the answer would be! Steak was nice but sides managed to be both burnt and cold. We were rushed to order as kitchen was closing but food wasn’t fast and we then felt rushed to eat and leave. Not really the staffs fault- I shouldn’t have been allowed to book online. I had first booked and turned up at a different brewers after locally and told they were so busy we’d be waiting an hour for food and sent here. That location had offers not available at the one we went to so we ended up spending more than we’d budgeted on a not very enjoyable experience. Won’t be rushing back to his chain I’m afraid. I wouldn’t be posting on here if I’d been able to find any customer service details on their own website.

Good, well priced food which arrived perfectly cooked and warm. Staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Stewart as my server. Would return again and recommend due to customer facing and high quality.

Great staff. Food was good. Service at the bar was prompt. Bit of a wait for food but it was nice when it arrived. Good atmosphere.

Tyler was very polite when serving me and always had a smile on his face. He was very helpful by telling me what beer was on draft😃

Was stopping in the premier inn and ordered food to take away, Monday nights food wasn’t the best and the coleslaw was rubbish! But Thursday I was met by Stewart behind the bar, very welcoming and chatty great bloke along with the other lady who was sound aswell! The food surprised me this time round, cooked perfectly and actually presented really well even if I’m a takeaway box! Coleslaw was completely different and very nice!! Will return again if stopping in the area!

Dinner with colleagues covered by work, the staff were very helpful, friendly and made the evening great. They explained what was included, have opinions on their recommendations and why, were always happy to help and ended up having a nice chat after a long days work. Everyone catered to without issue, food was nice, drinks went down well and everyone was happy.

Enjoyed my meal out after a busy day at work. Thank you Stuart for a great service and a happy smile, chatty and polite. Definitely will be coming back 😊

We had an evening family meal here and breakfast next day as we were staying at the Premier Inn next door. We checked into the hotel and walked into the restaurant at 7.50. We were a large group and were told it’s a 45 minute wait which we accepted, large group and it was late (we’d driven 3 hours to get there-family wedding next day). Our food arrived at 9.05 pm and it was terrible. Really poor quality, (looked and tasted like it was the last dry left overs from the kitchen). Very over priced. A side of jacket potato was £2.69. We asked for it with beans and cheese. It arrived dry and over cooked with hardly any cheese, obviously all cooked together in the oven. They charged us £9.50 for that! We were all vegetarian and the salads, coleslaw, etc tasted and looked terrible. Only 3 members of staff in a large restaurant. Not very busy, about a third full. Really regretted not ordering takeaway pizza to our rooms. Breakfast was better at the same place and what you’d expect as per breakfast provided by ‘Premier Inn’.

Our favourite Sunday lunch spot, very generous and potatoes are spot on and staff are lovely. Definitely be back again and again

I don't even know where to start. Today I experienced quite possibly the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Firstly, when arriving the service from the lady was absolutely terrible, I had booked a table, the table was not ready and they did not have any idea what to do and she questioned me regarding why we needed a large table. Then we had a high chair which was completely filthy and the straps were sticky and stained beyond belief. Finally, we were there for an all you can eat breakfast where next to nothing was available, there were no pastries, there were no beans and no juice. It took forever for food to come out and when it did it was extremely limited meaning most of us did not eat. This restaurant is an absolute sham and I will never be revisiting.

The manager hid in the office while 2 lovely members of staff struggled after the tills went down, several customers asked to speak to the manager however they were too busy and would not come out of the office, instead staff had to keep running to the office to check on processes with no tills working!! It took 30 minutes just to order food, if I hadn’t prepaid as part of my stay with premier inn I would of walked out!! Absolutely shocking behaviour from the manager!! There was 2 families in swearing at their misbehaving children loudly making it unbearable for other guests but that wasn’t the restaurants fault, however it was something the manager should of handled!!

Shocking service, went this evening for a meal with a friend.. started with prawn cocktail and some garlic mushrooms.. the mushrooms were completely over cooked if you like rock hard bullets than these are the things to order. The main courses arrived and the starter plates were still on our small table so they had to be moved before putting the plates on table! My friend had a burger which was rock hard and I had a mixed grill my steak was over cooked, gammon was extremely salty and the chicken was so over cooked that it was dry and hard to cut with a steak knife the only meat that was ok was the sausages. At no point in the whole evening were we asked how our food was! After 40 minutes of waiting with our dinner plates sat in front of us did a lady clear them away despite walking past us several times in a completely empty section of the restaurant , they were not busy so I have no idea why they think it’s acceptable to let customers sit waiting for service.. we received no apology for the wait and no questions about our food despite my plate being virtually full she also never asked if we would like a dessert. We left appalled at their lack of customer service/care. We definitely would not recommend this place as they really couldn’t give two hoots about the food they are serving to customers.

The young lady Corinne, behind the bar explained that she had stepped up to stand in as a manager due the unfortunate sickness of a colleague. She was unfaltering in coping with the situation and a pleasure to be served by.

Not at all happy with customer services. When enquiring about the time the carvery stops being served ,the answer I was given was "how long is a piece of string", then she called out to another member of staff, called Hannah, she replied with " when the food runs out". Nothing but rude. The staff need refresher courses in basic manners. Disgusting. Will not be going there again. And on top of that the roast potatoes where over cooked to the point that they were mushy inside and very black on the outside. Not impressed at all.

Once again we were greeted with big hello’s and smiles as we entered Brewers Fayre at Willems Park Aldershot. Today we had the pleasure of being served by Shanice ( Blue Hair Smurf ) and Corrine ( Corona ) along with Ryan ( Goblin Boy ) their nicknames not mine lol. We didn’t have to wait long for our food which as ever was hot and tasty then our FREE puddings via our membership points earned from the visits to Willems Park.

Breakfast wasn’t great had to wait ages for eggs, sausages and hash browns were burnt and it was just warm.Main meals were nice but service very hit and miss staff were more interested in talking to a friend who kept swearing which wasn’t great when we had children with us. One occasion they forgot our desserts then the next day they brought the desserts before we had main course

Another fabulous meal at Brewers Fayre - Aldershot!! A HUGE thank you to HANNAH, RYAN & STEVEN. I brought my parents & uncle this time, the welcome was friendly, the service amazing, the food presentation was excellent, the food hot and great value for money.

I went to brews fayre this morning the service was great and food was excellent my daughter loved the food and we loved the service that corrine gave us and hannah for helping My daughter when she needed well definitely be coming back again soon thanks again to the wonderful girls

We booked a table for 18 people for a family reunion which ended up being for 19 people. From arriving at 5-45 to leaving at 10.30 we were looked after by Hannah and her team wonderfully. They put us in an area away from the main diners and we were made to fell like royalty. They were very busy and we were warned that our meals may take a while to be served. Yes it did take a while but when they arrived they were delicious. We felt under no pressure to leave our table and are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you once again all at Willems Park Brewers Fayre especially the lovely Hannah

Again another great meal and serviced by great friendly staff and a no wonder we keep going back. There’s nothing that the staff can do better they always serve with a smile and always take time out to chat.

Excellent team amazing. Received by Hannah who took us to our reserved table. Corrine took our order and could not have been more attentive. Jodie checked our meal was going well and chatted to my friend about her birthday plans. Aoife also kept an eye on us. What a team. Thank you girls. When breakfast came the bacon was so thin and hard on every plate plus mushrooms as if it was old or been cooked a while,the waitress was excellent nothing to much trouble

Ate dinner and breakfast here whilst staying at Premier Inn next door. Enjoyed both meals. Would definitely eat here again.Definitely prefer table service at breakfast to the old Premier Inn pre-Covid breakfast buffet system. Perhaps Premier Inn would consider keeping table service for breakfast in the future?

A big thank you to Scott, Rosie and Jodie for livening up our evening with an impromptu IT masterclass in mastering our new smart phones, whilst complying with the very effective pub Covid protocols! The 'Aldershot Tapas' (selection of starters) was also delicious and service very attentive. Thanks guys!

Not used to working away from home I was very nervous about dining out alone, the staff were amazing and so welcoming and put me at ease straight away!! Rosie ang Jodie were lovely and nothing was too much trouble, the most outstanding member of staff for me was shanice (I hope I got her name right) she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and was so friendly. I will definitely make sure any future business trips I make in this area I will return to only hereAlso the food was absolutely wonderful, everything was hot and tasted perfect

Me and some friends came to stay at the premier in, we had stayed for breakfast over 2 days and one of the ladies in particular was very kind and very helpful. I want to find a way to thank her again but I’m not sure how to spell her name maybe Aiofie it was an Irish name.She was very accommodating to us being hassle and you are lucky to have her working for you. Will come here again if ever in the area

I absolutely love coming to this restaurant. The food is lovely and the staff are amazing. They are always very friendly and happy to help you. I also work for a supportive living company and take the service users who are autistic there. The staff are always very welcoming and never treat them any differently. They have gone the extra mile whenever we have required a little favour. I 100% recommended this place! ❤️

Visited here a few days ago for a nice quiet meal with my wife. From the moment we entered we felt safe and secure as we found all the staff to be following Covid rules to the “T”. Had to sit and witness an idiot customer trying to enter with 10 people and break the rules but watched as the manager apologised and remained calm and professional. It’s hard to believe the amount of total brain dead idiots there are out there.......Thank you to all staff at willems park who made my visit not only safe and happy but made me feel very welcome.

First meal out as a family since the beginning of lockdown I was very nervous about eating out due to the current times but the staff were lovely and with the new measures put into place i felt comfortable, the meal was perfect and overall we had a great evening.

Good value for money and very accommodating staff, they were all really friendly. Nice to see they were maintaining good social distancing where possible and everything was nice and clean. Would highly recommend for a good value family friendly meal 😊

This is my go to place whenever I'm in Aldershot, they never let me down, the staff are friendly and always helpful.On my last visit I witnessed what can only be an attack of the "Karens" a large family of around a dozen people were trying to insist that they were able to all eat together and that they could push the tables together making one big table. "We are in a pandemic people". The manager quickly and politely (A lot more politely than I would have done) informed them that it was not allowed and despite their protestations he stood his ground and they relented I felt that he and his staff all operated with extreme efficiency during my visit and that they are all dealing with a difficult situation and doing very well.To the staff and management of this establishment I applaud you well done.As per usual the food was great and the service excellent.

When we turn up the manger was rude and tried having augment with customers could have been more polite, food was oka, staff were rushing about waited half an hour just for a drink, doing have alot of stuff me ask for, Put I must say thankyou to shanice has she was amazing and had the time to listin to us and talk to us how a member of staff is ament to be, shanice made us feel more welcome than anyone in they.

With all the covid stuff at the moment its nice to see a restaurant that is taking the cleaning situation seriousily. Staff put on gloves and aprons between tables to clean and thoroughly sanitise ready for the next guests. I also now like that the carvery is plated from the kitchen I think it makes it alot fresher and tastier because its not sat for so long.Thanks again, my visits are always enjoyable and I will be returning again! We were staying in the excellent hotel attached so visited for Evening Meal & Breakfast, Tables were spread out and one way system in place and food ok but at Breakfast we were shown to a dirty table obviously had not been cleaned and then a glass of fruit juice given to us had red lipstick all round it.Not happy at all, they did apologise but in these worrying times these things are not excepted and should never happy. They need to look at there cleaning routine it certainly needs to be better.

I have eaten here 4 times in the past 2 months and the service has been 100%, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is excellent, the portions are a very good size & great value for money. I’ve never felt rushed or left feeling anything other than full and satisfied.

I have stayed in the adjoining hotel for a week and have eaten every morning and evening. The staff should be commended for their management of the current situation. One steak was over cooked, fixed straight away with no fuss. The food is good pub food and represents value for money. Hannah and Chris are exceptional with customers and staff, making sure that all the covid requirements are managed discretely and professionally. If you are nervous about going back out, this is how it should be done to put you at ease. Thanks for a good week of hearty food.

The service in this place is absolutely fantastic, the staff are welcoming, friendly and can't do enough to help, even when busy. There was a family group of 9 of us who stayed in the neighbouring Premier Inn (also fabulous) last weekend and we had an evening meal and breakfast here. The food was lovely, the organisiation and procedures in place re Covid were great and reassuring but most of all the staff were some of the friendliest and most attentive I have ever come across. Would highly reccomend and will definitely return.

We had an awesome breakfast and even better service! With the fact of covid19 the Service has been 100% spot on. Corrine was working with the who I guess was the manger and they both done an awesome job! The restaurant has amazing safety guides in place and they are working hard to keep everyone safe. It's been a while since we have been to a restaurant that have looked after customers has well as they did today! We will definitely be back.

Had a Sunday roast and was absolutely delicious service was excellent and signed posted very well staff were excellent could wish for a better lunch well done to Jamie and staff on your excellent service

A nice long bar, but you have to queue, in queues to get served, zero atmosphere, but the food, awful, tasteless, and generally a complete waste of time, by all parties concerned, I will never return here again

After an awful meal, with warm salads and cold fries we were also over charged. We waited to long for our meal then even longer for replacement meals and when we ordered icecream after a 40 min wait and 2 tiered children later we cancelled deserts and were rudely spoken to for this choice by the manager. Then when we questioned the price he was even worse, he refunded a burger and after a closer look we saw we had even more extras on our bill so went in to question this, the manager swore at me and was very unpleasant saying I was being cheap.....we were over charged my £33 so I think they were being unreasonable not us......the waitress realised her mistake and took over from the angry manager and was amazing and lovely as she had been all night.......but I'll never go back

Obviously in the new climate I was sceptical going out for lunch, so chose the Thursday as with the new EOHO schemes everywhere is so busy Monday to Wednesday. So I arrive, clearly displayed new covid signs which is reassuring. I enter and a lovely lady called Hannah greets me, explains the track and trace, takes my details, explains everything and I take a seat. When I’m ready she takes my order, very friendly, another lady called Corona (apologies I cannot remember how to spell the name) was lovely when I asked where to pop to the toilet. The whole restaurant was spotless clean and tidy, and everything was very well sign posted. When my food came out, it was lovely and hot and served very quickly so compliments to the kitchen too. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming which put my mind at ease. Well done Aldershot Brewers Fayre, I will definitely be back soon!

2nd visit in a week! We were so impressed with the way the staff are dealing with challenges of social distancing and great service that we had to comeback again!You are met at the door, invited to antibac your hands, given a single use menu each and requested that when you leave you put the menu in the recycling bin by the exit door. Very clear arrows to show the way around the restaurant and the staff were so careful to remain safely distant whilst serving and clearing the food dishes. Very good cleaning practices as soon as a table was vacated. Many tables closed to help with distancing. The food was as always fresh, beautifully cooked, presented and absolutely delicious. The menu is a little reduced from the pre-COVID one but there is still a good range of great value dishes for all tastes.The ‘eat out to help out’ scheme is helping to draw more customers in so you will need to book in advance to ensure your meal.We will be back again very soon.

We have been here before but this time was surely the greatest. Although we are in a global pandemic and the restaurant only reopened yesterday the service was brilliant, the food spectacular and the staff as kind as can be. We felt safe and comfortable and was pleased by our entrance from kelly and our waiter Chris was fabulous and a laugh, 10/10

We was on holiday and was looking forward to a family meal, however the food was absolutely shocking, I could have spent 10 mins making something better and saved £30 back at our lodge, also the service was terrible, we had to ask to be served after waiting ages!;

Food was ok and staff little underwhelming . A very strange thing to do bringing out your starter with your main course ?Just kinda felt liked they wanted rid of me..lol

Came here for dinner with my family there was 10 of us altogether, we got served by shanice and i must say we recieved quick and excellent customer service with a smile, she brought our food over, cleared our table. She has always given us fantastic customer service everytime we have arrived and we look forward to coming back and having her deal with us. Thanks

Just want to say what a great service we had this morning at this restaurant. All the staff were super friendly & helpful. My daughter is GF and the chef very kindly made up a fresh cooked breakfast for her. Really impressed!

One in our party ordered a chicken Forestiere. The chicken was hard and the sauce was disgusting, and the hard and only just warm. We also ordered a Cluck N Ale burger. This time the chicken was very hard and just off from being burnt.We spoke with a senior staff member (May be a manager) and advised her about the Forestiere. She took the meal away, she asked if we wished to order another meal but the bad taste stopped any thought of this, and in any case we would not have had time to wait as the rest of us were nearly finished. It was then we were told by another in our party that only by cutting the top and bottom of the chicken allowed her to eat something. I had a steak which was good but the chips were only warm, no doubt just kept warmish before serving.There was no offer not to charge for the meal taken back which could be seen a hardly touched.We hope that this was a one off bad day as we often stop off to eat there.

Took a friend in there to treat him to breakfast. Seems there’s two options: full english or continental. I’m on a diet so I asked for a couple of eggs on toast. That’s priced as a full english at £9.50 - I don’t think so! Looked at the breakfast bar as I passed - quite glad I didn’t have their eggs because they looked like they got up before I did.Inflexible, unhelpful and not especially pleasant. Coffee out of a machine - some machine coffee is OK but this was just not nice. Tesco would have been better! Will not go there again and can’t think of any reason why I’d recommend it.

Always somewhere to sit, plenty of choice on the menu, short waiting times, play park for little one.. it’s only a 5 min walk from home and it’s our ‘we can’t be bothered to cook’ place.. they regularly do vouchers but even with them 2 adults and child can eat for less than £20..

I went to this pub for a birthday dinner with my family. We were greeted by Kelly, she was smiley and had our table reserved as I had booked in advance. The food we had was amazing. The best steak I’ve had in a long time!!! We did occur a slight issue but that was dealt with so professionally and respectfully by Kelly. She is a credit to your team. She helped prevent what could have been an awful evening to a lovely night. She wished me happy birthday, was so chatty and friendly- the way she handled the pub was brilliant as she had two staff members call in sick so it caused a few issues. However she stayed calm, was so polite and friendly to all customers, handled situations well when I saw people having ago!!! If it weren’t for her it would have been a disaster. After being seated, 3 (out of 4) of us ordered Baked Salmon....sorry not available! We then ordered Fisherman's Pie....sorry not available! The 3rd choice for all of us was available but not what we really wanted. I requested a small bottle of Prosecco. This was delivered to the table but when opened - it was completely flat. I received a replacement bottle and this was also flat! Maybe a duff crate from the wholesalers. I finally settled for a glass of wine. The staff were not exactly rude but not exactly overly happy either. We all chose different desserts. I requested my lemon torte to come with ice cream and it was served with only squirty cream, which I do not like. Ice cream was eventually bought to the table for myself and hubby. We all then enjoyed our desserts. However, as an overall dining experience ' it was dismal and dis-appointing.

After 12 hours at work first day back after the new year. It was refreshing to have a cold beer and a bar snack in the bar area, the General Manager Jamie who made me very welcome at a home. A most enjoyable evening many thanks.

The festive menu limited if vegetarian especially if you have an allergy. Had to have second choice 3 cheese quiche with salad & chips. Quiche was cold, salad almost invisible, chips can't describe how awful they looked & tasted. Shame as service was great. Also a shame as a great visit previously however in the past had found it hit & miss & thought it had changed.

Wonderful place yet again. Recommended there for the works Xmas dinner and the food was great. All the plates were timed well and came out together and nothing was a problem for the staff. The soup was amazing and the price for the soft drinks included a refil!

My wife and I had a fantastic lunch here on Monday, we decided to pop in as we were out. We had two meals for £8.99 the food was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming as normal.

Last night I met a group of friends here, we had some of the buy one get one free vounchers to use up, the staff were very helpful and very welcoming and met all our needs the food was delicious and piping hot. We had a fantastic night.

We ordered a few starters from the menu, which we have had before. We were sat at the table, saw our food come our of the kitchen and then go back in. 10 minutes later our food arrived at the table it was stone cold. We sent ir back and when it did arrive again at the table 15 minutes later it was all covered in grease although it was hot this time.

great atmosphere, with friendly helpful staff that couldn't do enough for. us looked after my children's tastes. I will be definitely be stopping by, the children loved it.

Back in Aldershot on Business, found out that evening our meeting venue was double booked (I'll be writing an appropriate revue for them).

Ate here tonight with my family, nine of us in total. Took ages to get our food served although there was hardly any people in the restaurant. When it did arrive, some of the food was only lukewarm. I ordered a ‘black & blue burger’ and there was just a small scraping of what might have passed as soft cheese in the bun, couldn’t taste it at all, burger bun was stale and chips lukewarm. Ordered puddings, 2 of us ordered apple crumble and the custard was only lukewarm, at which point enough was enough and I took both back to the bar and told bar staff who said they would “look into it”. We then had the 2 plates returned with piping hot custard, still bubbling, far too hot to eat which had obviously been put back into the microwave. Just before we ordered puddings, a young waiter came to clear one of our tables (we were split over 2 tables) and knocked over my dad’s glass of water, into his lap. He did apologise, then disappeared for ages, returning once we had already wiped the table dry ourselves. Terrible! No offer to bring a replacement glass of water. Our tables were not cleared of any dinner plates at all, we had to pile them onto a table next to us, and when puddings were delivered the staff still
