Domino's Pizza in Rushmoor

I was refused to have a customized order in person based on "we can't remove ingredients because what if something happens to you...", when I tried to remove the beef from loaded fries. This person that said he is the "manager", used reversed health and safety rule that "what if something happens...." to me when removing ingredient (such as beef because I never eat beef but all other ingredients were ok), when actually by adding ingredient to a food is actually the problem in a scenario like this of health and safety. Therefore I was declined my order when many other Dominos shops served me this along with this store's other employees in the past... Worse experience I had with Dominos for many years and Google reviews of 5 stars after my review are proof of biased and influencing from this person to other kind of people to review positively...this is false advertise on Google sadly... and my review is negated.. But this makes my experience even worse... I wish i'd give 0 stars for this...

Whenever I collect, staff is always friendly and the establishment is clean. Give these good people a raise. 👌

this company is terrible. i ordered some food for my brother and i did not get my order! so i called up and they said my money will be back in my bank when it clears! it cleared today and i have not got my money back! i am never ordering from here again as they are terrible and cannot give people their orders or money back!!!

the food was almost cold, dips where cold and the tracker was at "quality check" for over 10 mins (so probs why the food got cold) their where also a few gaps with no topping

Terrible customer service, phoned an order through and the lady confirmed order and said it would take 1 Hour. Phoned up after 1.15 mins later to find out where my order was, to be told there was no order placed😡😡🤯 very disappointing and will not be using again.

Losing faith with Dominos. I am not sure what has changed but I find the pizzas average, and yet the prices keep going up. I won't be using Dominos for some time, I didn't really enjoy it. Staff were very pleasant though.

COMPLAINT - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES!! We have placed an order on the phone for family bundle (19.99) however could not get chicken wings within the deal. As such we have changed the order to buy one get one free for two large pizzas. We have definitely mentioned the LARGE size of pizzas for collection. When I arrived I had to pay for pizzas and received two medium size pizzas. The lady who served me - Elena was arguing and raising her voice at me and later also at her colleagues. Later a manager called Katy came to talk to me and obviously she was upset after the discussion with Elena as such she refused to correct the order to two large pizzas unless I pay again for another order. Katy was also nervous and started to argue with me even if there was no need to do that. After asking Katy for her and Elena's name, Katy suddenly apologised and changed her voice. Very disappointing service and I have never come across such poor customer service with Pizza Hut or elsewhere. Please train your staff and at least if they do not know what the customer service is about, please teach them English language! PS: the call was made at 5:14 p.m. and I believe you may have recorded the call. Please kindly check it and let me know what steps you are going to take about your poor customer services. Regards, L

Telephoned an order through on Friday lunchtime at 11.30am for 7 pizzas and sides for collection at 12.30. Arrived at 12.30 to be told it would be ready at 1pm. Phoned back at 12.50 to check and told it would be 10 minutes. Arrive at 1pm for 2nd attempt at collection only to wait another 20 minutes inside for order to to be ready. Given a bottle of coke for inconvenience,£92 later order was luke warm and even then incomplete. Fast food in 2 hours - I think not. Papa Johns a few doors down looked quiet - will go there next time!!

Visited the takeaway on several occasions and was always met with a friendly smile and good service.

Really quick service and the food was tasty and hot. I am not a big fan of Pizza normally but the toppings are very moreish and the goujons were really juicy and tender.

Used very often for delivery and collection. Was my local at the time and the offers kept on coming so we kept on using them. They were always helpful and never made mistakes. Delivery was always on time and even got a extras now and them. Overall very happy.

I have always collected my Pizzas as it is convenient.Nothing is too much trouble,You can ask for special toppings and change them around.The standard is very good and consistant.It is not cheap but tasty and convenient.Try to get it on a tuesday when you can buy one and get one free.That then works out good value..

Had a pizza delivered about a month ago, it was burnt. Collected a pizza last week (should have looked in the box before driving away), it was under-cooked. It was supposed to be thin and crispy but was so soggy, it stuck to the box and just wouldn't come out! I phoned up and complained and was told that they couldn't cook another as it would come out exactly the same - it was how the oven was set!!!!! This was after repeating EIGHT times, that it was under-cooked (the girl's English wasn't very good and kept getting everything wrong - including my address - aggghhh!) So, ordered a classic base, which, when it was delivered, at least it was cooked, but I really wouldn't visit this establishment again. The delivery driver was nice!!

I ordered online Domino's pizza over a weekend and it arrived on time. Online screen display who is cooking my pizza and what he/she is doing. Once this is finished, Pizza was on my door. Love it. Will order next soon......

Was put off eating the pizza when a staff member wiped his nose with his hand then carried on sorting out my toppings.

I went on several occasions over a 3 week period. The staff were polite & very friendly. The food is what is expected from Domino's (out of this world).

Me gusta la pizza de Dominos. Todas las tiendas están bien en general, encontrar esta uno de ser mejor que la mayoría. No la pizza más barata, pero francamente sin duda uno de los mejores.

Yuk, yuk, yuk, sorry Domino! I phoned asked if you could do me a pizza without cows cheese told yes, turned up then told no can't do it, but if I wanted one with cheese I could have it cheaper ,,,,really why would I ask for no cows cheese just to get one with

Always come here when I want a pizza because they are best locally. Also, they are the only ones who can provide a pizza for a single person. Other shops, serve them for two people minimum.

Use Dominos regularly and the drivers are always friendly, food delivered hot, and pizzas consistent unlike some takeaways where it depends who made it that day. Total can be pricy but quality pretty fair. Only downside is there's been a few occasions where they don't have fairly common menu items in stock, but this is pretty rare and beyond the control of the frontline staff who are without exception polite and friendly.

One of the best pizza take outs in Farnborough. Really easy to use online ordering system and pleasant friendly staff both in store and on phone. Pizza always arrives hot and on time.

We have always found Domino's Pizza Farnborough to be very good. They deliver on time the food is hot & they do offer a wide choice of toppings. They are not cheap unless you order when they have special offers but its like every thing else you pays your money & you gets what you pay for.

there was 50% off on takeouts so thats a always a good deal. staff are friendly and when you're in farnborough where there isnt lots of places to eat, this could be a good dinner.
