I threw my partner a Surprise 30th here and everything was fantastic! The pub were so helpful in the build up, so accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. I was able to use and decorate one side of the pub and the pub put on a buffet. The food was excellent, with big portions, lots of variety and so accommodating of dietary requirements! Everyone who came had the best time and said they would be coming in again, my partner absolutely loved it! Big shout out to all the staff who were so friendly and helpful throughout the night too. Looking forward to our next trip - just a bit of a toned down visit this time! Thank you to all!

Fantastic Sunday roast, Don't ever get pubs like this anywhere!

Unable to comment on the food, as didn't eat more than chip sides. (But the chips are lovely.) The Snow Goose is always tended by welcoming staff, with landlady Kate always on hand to help with any queries. The atmosphere is cosy and rural, the furnishings both beautiful and cutesie in one. Dogs and children always welcome. I love that it's my local. Not as cheap as a Wetherspoons but a good selection and nice locals.

Fab, friendly staff and lovely food! Kids loved the outdoor play area and animals. ETA Great place for a few drinks with friends.

Wow this place just keeps getting better and better, we all know you can’t beat a home cooked roast but this pub is smashing it 🤩 the veg selection was unbelievable you name it and it was on it, meat was lush, massive Yorky pudding, pigs in blankets, sausage meat stuffing 😋 I shouldn’t have but could not resist having pud and opted for bread and butter pudding which was cooked to perfection and was light and creamy. Even the dog was happy with her own menu 🐶 amazing pub the service was amazing just wish we lived closer ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Amazing food. Service a tad slow.. it was busy with functions and a screened match as well as locals on a Sunday. More staff needed but can’t fault the food.

I always avoid ordering a Sunday Roast when out for dinner as I find it hard to beat a homemade one BUT this was the best roast I have had at a pub. We were a big group of 5 adults and 13 children and all the food was lovely. Chloe and Ellie were really attentive and made sure we were all ok and made us feel really welcome.

Visiting from the States and found this pub on our way back from a long day of sightseeing. What a great ending to a tiring day. The food was fantastic, the other patrons were friendly and welcoming, but more importantly, Phil took superb care of us and had a great sense of humor. We had a fun visit with him and he made a most memorable evening for us. Thanks again, Phil! Cheers!

Nice food, good service and family atmosphere

Great pub. Came here on a sunny afternoon so the children could play in the play castle. Lots of other children all having fun together. Food is good and well priced along with drinks. Plenty of staff on hand to serve and keep the place tidy. Never been to a pub with small farm animals before but they were nice. Would definitely return.

My family and I had the most mouth-watering Sunday Roast with crispy roast potatoes at the Snow Goose Pub in Farnborough. The meat was succulent, the carrots were the best I have ever had on a roast dinner and the cauliflower cheese was delicious. The parsnips were also crispy and the rest of the vegetables were fresh and full-flavoured. One of my sons enjoyed the burger and chips saying it was awesome, which is high praise from him and my other son had the cheesy pasta which he said was amazing and his empty plate proved it. Some of us had starters and puddings too which were also scrumptious and all of this outstanding food was ours for an amazing price. We are all looking forward to going back and as a family of 5 the prices at the Snow Goose make it possible for us all to enjoy a meal together without breaking the bank. Thank you to all the staff and the lovely owner for all their attention to detail and the beautiful food they served us.

This is an amazing family pub. The people here are so lovely. They think of everything for a wonderful experience. The food is upmarket and a bit pricey but absolutely delicious. There are pigs, goats, geese and a play park in the beer garden outside so plenty to entertain the kids. I'd recommend a visit

Great food, great service, the dogs even got a party pack!

We were invited to a wedding party at this pub. As the weather was great, we were all sitting outside in the spacious garden. There was a small playground for kids and guinea-pigs and pigs to pet, very much to the delight of the kids at the party. The food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. The bar had a good assortment of beers, spirits, and cocktails. The service was good and friendly. At 10pm, we were ushered inside with alcoholic drinks so as not to disturb the neighbours around. But the party went on inside and we had an absolutely brilliant time. Thank you all at 'Snowgoose' for making us feel welcome and Woking so hard to make it a very special day for the newly wed and all their guests.

Fantastic pub. The Sunday roast was delicious. It's reasonably priced. Lovely play area for the kids to run around in. Also appreciated the little touches like having lots of free suncream available and having spare nappies and wipes if we needed them for our baby.

Just had Sunday roast. Really good. Service was very, very slow. Dog friendly. They even have doggy ice cream. Fish and chips with mushy peas was superb. The salads are great. Even the side salads are superb. Meticulously diced cucumber and beetroot. The chef really cares about their food and presentation. Management has changed a few times over the years but now with the most amicable and attentive owners. Food is good and big portions. Quiz night, on a Wednesday is always busy, booking advisable. Service can be slow.

Tasty food and brilliant park for kids

Been a while since I've been to the snow goose but it's greatly improved! We had a roast dinner which was very nice and our daughter loved the play area and little animal enclosure! The only tiny issue keeping it from the 5 stars is the children's burger was a little dry, the bun was also very big for the burner, maybe they were out of stock but a smaller bun would have been better. Would return

Came for a birthday meal last night . There was 12 of us . The pub was very busy , lots going on. But we were looked after really well.in the restaurant. The waiter was really good, patient with the kids and helpful. And bought the birthday cake out for the birthday girl . Food was delicious. Good value , with huge portions. Kids loved the play area and the adults loved the adult only area too ! Clean , welcoming and friendly pub. Definitely come back again.

Its a great pub, probably one of the best in the area. Only small niggle is portions, although good quality are a little bit on the small size for the price you pay. I did mention this to the staff and they did agree and bring me a large portion. So perhaps it was a one off. My friends who i were with did get a better size portions so i imagine it was. Kids food looked really high quality. And did not look highly processed

Big thanks to Facebook ‘We love Bracknell’ for this recommendation! I can honestly say this is the best roast out I have had in the local area. The roast was superb, for us and the dog, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I was stuffed but my eyes had seen the homemade cheesecake being served, it felt rude not too and I’m so glad I went through the pain it was delightful 😋 What an amazing place, we will defo be back - YUM YUM!!!!

Great place for children if not raining. Food is a hit and miss. We were pleasantly surprised last week but the previous times it was not good. Hopefully it's a permanent change!

What a delightful lunch, thank you to all the staff involved who coped so well with fourteen ladies. We where all very impressed by the seating arrangements. If any one would like an exceptionally good lunch in a super setting then the Snow Goose is a must.

Booked a table for a Sunday lunchtime roast. Turned up on time was told that sorry the only tables they had left were outside, which means they gave the table away? Also told no roasts left as they had ran out. Walked out and went to a much nicer place instead.

Truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, family friendly pub where they go the extra, extra mile. Recently saved my Nan’s burns night by making special meals for my party. We have mains and starters for under £30. Incredible staff, thank you Phil, kitchen staff and Kate the owner. Love coming here, can’t wait for our next visit

25th Jan this truly wonderful pub saved my Nan's Burns night. I am not one to be a hater because it gets us no where but I did have a booking made 29th Dec at the Kingfisher... it ended in a mess with no Burns food available, due to a breakdown in communication, I'm told this at around 3pm. 3 hours before my booking. I really wanted my 85 year old Scottish Nan to have her Burns night I had promised. The wonderful Phil answered at the Snow Goose, I explained my situation through gritted teeth on a packed train asking it they had anything on, sadly there was no Burns night on at the Snow Goose, but they had some specials that sounded great so we booked a table. Within the hour Phil tried calling me several times, he kept calling and we spoke around 4:30pm, he had spoken with Kate the owner and the incredible kitchen staff and they created a special Burns night dish for us, they had sent someone out to buy additional ingredients including haggis (that was in high demand so in limited for last minute purchases). I was so touched, it really turned my family evening around and cemented my absolute love for this wonderful establishment. Phil even stay 30 after his shift had ended to ensure our evening was off to a great start and that we were enjoying our food. I have only ever had great service, wonderful food and memorable experiences at the Snow Goose. I have been visiting this pub on and off for around 5 years now. When Covid was closing pubs they created safe outdoor spaces, purchased lovely warm blankets and large expensive hoodie type things that were all cleaned between uses. The Kings Coronation they held a free tea party for the elderly. Toilets have free nappies, other products for personal use. In the summer, free squash is available for children, plus the children's play area is amazing. This pub couldn't do anymore if it tried.

What other pub do you know that has nappies, tampons, deodorant, dry shampoo etc stocked in the relevant places in case their customers are in need of them?!? Bless their kind hearts. What a delightful local pub. The staff were attentive and friendly, great atmosphere. We all had the Christmas set menu, I had the vegetarian Wellington with fresh vegetables and roast potatoes and panettone bread and butter pudding, all perfectly cooked and tasty. Home from home cooking. Compliments to the chef and staff. Thank you again for making our staff lunch enjoyable and memorable. I’m not local to the area but will definitely be returning in the new year.

Great night at the Snow Goose, met up with friends for a catch up and dinner. Vikki and Phil were our table hosts, for the evening, both team members were attentive and happy to ensure we had everything we needed for a great night. We asked to order off menu, and they were happy to help with this request. The food was lovely, we ordered picky bits , starters mainly. Our food choices didn’t disappoint, they were tasty and the portions were a good size! We tried the pubs Prosecco, really nice ! Thanks to Kate and the team for all the great work you do for the local community, another great night at the Snow Goose.

We drove past this pub and decided to go in for lunch ! We ordered a chicken and bacon ciabatta. It was absolutely delicious! There was so much filling and was a reasonable price! We decided to book and come back the next day with family who we had already planned a dinner with and changed to this pub. We ordered burgers (one also being a chicken and one a vegan option) The beef burger I had was perfectly cooked and there was so much taste ! Everyone else’s meals were also very much enjoyed ‘ My son had a childrens burger” kids meal” and it was a huge meal. The value for money was brilliant for 5 of us. We will be back the food as it was so worth coming back for and also the staff both times have been welcoming and friendly ! Great experience!

First visit here for a long time but can't wait to return. Went with family for Sunday lunch and couldn't fault anything. Even the grandkids ate up well. There is a great choice on the Sunday lunch menu and the portions were huge and excellent value for money. The Yorkshire pudding was amazing Good atmosphere and very busy I think all tables were taken.A big thank you to Kate and her amazing staff especially our waitress Sam who looked after us so well.
