Put in our order at 19.47 the food only arrived at 21.15 not acceptable why have restaurants on the app that are knowingly too far away from people it makes no sense.

Took nearly 2 hours to get food. Not the first time it’s taken this long

The price and portion size was brilliant but the food was just meh little flavour and just not enjoyable shame really as had heard great things maybe just a off night

I said only Onions and lots of them and I got no onions and all the other vegetables. I also remembered my please and thank you as always.

Food used to be really good but I don’t know what happened but it’s all gone down hill food sat in grease and over seasoned soggy chips I could go on won’t be ordering again or recommending

went on Wednesday lunchtime to order food the guy was rude and unhelpful if your not going to serve food why be open !!!!

Every dish was absolutely delicious and really good quality, food turned up earlier than the time set, Wokaway is our favourite place for chinese takeaway, wouldn’t order anywhere else.

The only place we’ll order Chinese takeaway from, our food always arrives early and every dish is delicious and really good quality.

food was not good. and I thought I was ordering from Farnborough but came from somewhere else. £48 for rubbish food.

The delivery time on just eat was 35-50 mins. As soon as order was placed it changed to 1:15 -1:30. Overall it was 2 hours. When a restaurant is that busy it needs to pause orders rather than make people wait 2 hours! Real shame as the quality of the food was excellent. Always had good food from there.

The food was fine, The delivery driver was more interested in retaining his receipt that he managed to drop my bag of food onto my door mat. This split open 2 of the items in my order. I'm just glad that the 2 pots of sauce were taped closed. If you want a picture I have one to prove this.

Our usual Chinese was shut for refurbishment but this meal was at least as good. I expect delivery was a little late due due to the ongoing road works in the area. Will deffo use again.

if I book a time slot I expect the time I booked also mo tracking available. I'm now seriously considering never using just eat again.

Food wasn't hot, and the soup had about 2 mushrooms firmly sliced and sliced Carrott in replace of chicken .. u tried to call them back, but they had closed. I obviously had the dregs.

Food was delivered at 21:10. Had to call to get an update. Delivery window advised was 20:10-20:30.

Ordered at 17:30, got our full order at 21:23. Delivery time was 18:21, got to 18:41 so we asked where it was. Hadn’t finished cooking so a longer wait. Arrived at 19:30, one main was stale and our pork balls was pineapple Fritters, called and they apologised and said will send replacement asap (20:07) arrived at 21:23 for 2 items..

My order was nearly 2 hours late and I had to call the restaurant twice. When it arrived my mixed starter was missing. The service was terrible and given that this restaurant is very pricey is just not acceptable.

Food was lovely as always but took over 2 hours to arrive after ordering. ETA was 1-1.5 hours after ordering which would have been fine. Order was marked as delivered at this point when it had not been. When I questioned the whereabouts of the food via Just Eat, a revised ETA was given (almost 2 hours after ordering). The food arrived later than the revised ETA.

The food was very oily/greasy Not very much protein in the chicken curry, compared to the price for it and the sweet and sour chicken balls had a strange after taste to them.

I had Singapore Noodles and 2meat spring rolls and was disappointed with the quality of the noodles and the lack of meat and Chilies in the Singapore noodles I’m sorry to say I won’t be going back again

In our starter there should have been crispy seaweed and the portions were very small quite a disappointment also half an late and nearly cold

Ribs were nice and big, bit more ligament than usual on them Rice was fluffy, tofu dish was also tasty Spring rolls but chewy and not much filling

Absolutely disgusting that we we're automatically charged a 50p service charge (yes.... I know its only 50p but it's the principal of the thing!) 1 hour and 15 minutes later, and the food STILL hasn't shown up!!!!!! What is going on with this amazingly awful service???????

I have visited the restaurant on a few occasions. Love the food. I work from home, so for me delivery needs to be as close as possible. Would definitely visit again.

The food was not ready on the time the app said and, I had to ring them to ask where my order was. Also, an unusual complaint, the portion size is too big. I think the should try doing two half portions in one pot eg Chop Suey and Chow Mein. A regular rice even between 2 is too big. Both my wife and I ended up throwing half away despite trying to order very stringently. Unless you have enormous appetites, one reg main and one reg rice easily feeds two people.

Over an hour late - why say it can be delivered at 6.30 if you can’t do it! It arrived at 7.45 after 2 phone calls.

This is one to avoid This Chinese has been going down hill drastically 1 The orders have been wrong (we had some else order) then waiting for order to be swapped (cold) 2 Food not even worm/ cold on collection 3 when home and opened up the tub it looked totally wrong ,,,!! Phoned them up and they said they had run out of ingredients so just made it up with vegetables,!! Will definitely not be going back again

Ordered food at 9:30 due to late shift, arrival was between 10:20-10:40. At 10:40 on the dot the food was marked as delivered. Food had not arrived Immediately rang restaurant and phone lines were off. No food has arrived at 11:29 pm. Assuming driver has run off with our chow mein hostage. New customer and a lost customer

Absolutely terrible service, ordered food at around 9.45pm. Waited over an hour before it supposedly 'was with the delivery driver' Half an hour later, no food. Just Eat marked it as delivered. Tried to phone the restaurant, they had turned their phones off and 'shut'. So we never received our food, and cannot get hold of the restaurant. Now having to wait for Just Eat to refund us. At this point it was too late to order anything else from anywhere else, so after a 12 hour shift at work and being hungry, you can imagine my anger. Don't order from this place if you actually want food.

Our meal was delivered cold & 5x minutes after the 20 minute window! It was the worst Chinese we have ever eaten - my foo yung turned out to be the same as my husband's & I ordered a house special foo yung not a roast pork, the chips had been re-heated & the duck spring rolls outside were cold & whatever mix was inside looked like a hairball my cat would expel - they were inedible - £25 in the bin! Will not be using McChina Wok Away again & will pass on our experience to all our friends, neighbours & family to avoid at all costs!!! Two very unhappy customers!

The food was awful the curry was way too hot you were unable to eat as your mouth was on fire after every mouthful the rice was disgusting and the spare ribs were dry and hard I payed over £30 for this food and we couldn’t eat it I would like my money reimbursed in full and i will never be using this company again

We have been using this take away for many years. On Saturday 13th May we ordered a takeaway. One of the dishes arrived stone cold. I called and asked for a refund. They asked if they could pick the cold dish up and return with a new one, I declined as I was half way through the other dishes ! She insisted a pick up as other customers call and complain to get the meal for free. I then received lots of calls which I did not answer. I only wanted a refund for the cold item and she was insistent. I am still waiting for a refund, 5 days later. I'm now getting lots of texts from them "you can do what ever you like" after I said I would go to the media so here I am. Really disappointing as its obviously changed hands. I will never return to this place again. Very sad as we have used this for years and have NEVER had the cause to complain.

Food was delivered early, however I had missing items, items delivered cold and some items delivered piping hot. You could tell what was cooked to order and just left over food. Food quality was very poor, didn't taste very nice at all. Put most in the bin that wasn't edible. Only ordered from here as Kings was closed and it was the worst decision to make. £40 lighter for a meal that would have cost double the price as Kings and no where near as good. Really disappointed.

Not from the area so took a gamble. Ordered the set menu for 1. Only £10.50 at the time. The value and quality of the food was incredible. Quick service too. Would definitely recommend

Used to be a great take out now it is just horrible. Pink chicken, no beef in shredded beef. Food tasted like burnt oil. Spent £70 on the order for a family birthday and everyone was disappointed.

Good food helpful staff. But, having changed the menu, the food is now disgusting and I certainly won't be using them agin! My food is cold, the prawn crackers chewy. No, matter how helpful the staff are they can't do much such disgusting food We have used McChina Aldershot for well over 10 year an d loved the food, also it's now extreamly expensive. So my advice do not bother! 1/10 because the staff try to help but the food is now so bad, they can't do ought.

Rather poor quality food and disappointing. Noodles were thin. Mixture of meats in special was underwhelming. Beef was fatty. Sauces were gloopy and greasy. Little in the way of vegetables in the special. I would not recommend this restaurant.

At 1st look I thought this place was more keenly priced versus other local Chinese takeaways, but thought it worth a bash. Order was on time, food was hot & really fresh. Worth the £50 odd price this time. 100% give them a try.

Really gone down hill recently , shame used to be lovley but prawns are never cleaned out anymore and food has no real flavour started adding chillies to dishes that have never had chillies in them before ?

I'm never disappointed by this place. Certainly, not the dishes we order on a regular. I like to support local businesses. Well priced and good portion sizes. They do their own local delivery too. A real gem.

Ordered food to collect at 6.50pm. They called at 6.30pm to say it was ready early and needed collecting if not it would be kept warm till collection time. Unacceptable. Waste of time ordering from here. This is the second time it's happened to us. I don't want to eat Pork which has been kept warm for 30 minutes.

Good sized portions, hot. A couple of issue one the staff are unable to tell the time on more than one occasion we have had our meal arrive over an hour early! I also find that the food is always far too salty I end up sinking pints of water and have to get up in the night to have a glass or two of water! So less sault and teach the staff to tell the time, or look at the time the delivery is requested or what is the point in choosing a time, that works for us?

My order had missing items, so I called up to tell them...but oh no...they play a repeated answer phone message prompting you to go online or wait to be served. Guess what? They don’t answer!!!! I left my phone on loud speaker (whilst eating the partially warm items that did arrive) but no answer and absolutely no way of contacting them about this. Very disappointed as it ruined our meal...needless to say but I will not be using mc no answer again!
