This is one to avoid This Chinese has been going down hill drastically 1 The orders have been wrong (we had some else order) then waiting for order to be swapped (cold) 2 Food not even worm/ cold on collection 3 when home and opened up the tub it looked totally wrong ,,,!! Phoned them up and they said they had run out of ingredients so just made it up with vegetables,!! Will definitely not be going back again

We have been using this take away for many years. On Saturday 13th May we ordered a takeaway. One of the dishes arrived stone cold. I called and asked for a refund. They asked if they could pick the cold dish up and return with a new one, I declined as I was half way through the other dishes ! She insisted a pick up as other customers call and complain to get the meal for free. I then received lots of calls which I did not answer. I only wanted a refund for the cold item and she was insistent. I am still waiting for a refund, 5 days later. I'm now getting lots of texts from them "you can do what ever you like" after I said I would go to the media so here I am. Really disappointing as its obviously changed hands. I will never return to this place again. Very sad as we have used this for years and have NEVER had the cause to complain.

We have been going here for years and always so happy with service and food. Tonight we spent nearly £120 on an order and when it was delivered we were missing 2 items worth nearly £15. I phoned them straight away and told them, went through the order, checking off items over the phone, even offered to send a photo over of our order laid out and was told I wasn't missing the items as chef had cooked them. After a few minutes back and forth I was made out to be a liar - told them I would never come back - they said that's fine. VERY DISAPPOINTED LOYAL LONG STANDING CUSTOMER

Not from the area so took a gamble. Ordered the set menu for 1. Only £10.50 at the time. The value and quality of the food was incredible. Quick service too. Would definitely recommend

Ordered food to collect at 6.50pm. They called at 6.30pm to say it was ready early and needed collecting if not it would be kept warm till collection time. Unacceptable. Waste of time ordering from here. This is the second time it's happened to us. I don't want to eat Pork which has been kept warm for 30 minutes.

Good sized portions, hot. A couple of issue one the staff are unable to tell the time on more than one occasion we have had our meal arrive over an hour early! I also find that the food is always far too salty I end up sinking pints of water and have to get up in the night to have a glass or two of water! So less sault and teach the staff to tell the time, or look at the time the delivery is requested or what is the point in choosing a time, that works for us?

My order had missing items, so I called up to tell them...but oh no...they play a repeated answer phone message prompting you to go online or wait to be served. Guess what? They don’t answer!!!! I left my phone on loud speaker (whilst eating the partially warm items that did arrive) but no answer and absolutely no way of contacting them about this. Very disappointed as it ruined our meal...needless to say but I will not be using mc no answer again!

We went around our friends house and they phoned through a Mcchina Wok Away Takeaway meal to be delivered. We were told about an hour and the food arrived within that time. I can honestly say that the food was piping hot and really deliciuos. All of us ate until we couldnt eat another thing. We had orderd up to much food as there was loads left over. I was very impressed with the food and would find it hard to genuinly complain about it. Our friends use this place alot and if the quality of food is like this I can understand why. Thank you.

We have been ordering from here for a while now after switching from a rude farnham Chinese. We love the food here & the delivery is almost spot on every time we order . The food can every so often be slightly hit & miss , but never had any problems . We use the app. Easy to order , food tasty , delivery good.

After a week away working, decided after a few years to try mcchina! What a mistake, first the website says £7 minimum delivery, then added an extra £1 to a £15 order for delivery. So NOT free! Then a 50p handling charge!!! Food arrived cold after a 1.4 km delivery took 20mins!!! Phoned manager and was told I was telling lies, even though I stated I have just held the food in my hand!!! Sent it back, no apology. So disappointed and a far cry from the man who started the legendary Wings restaurant in Farnborough!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Last few times we have used them the service has been terribly slow, no one answers the phone or responds to messages, food is not delivered on time and it is getting cold by the time we get it. Wouldn't recommend.

After chasing our order it arrived twenty minutes later but I have to say it was worth the wait. The food was fantastic and even though it was late the quality was excellent. Tasty starters, and delicious mains which certainly made up for the long wait for food. If your prepared to wait for an hour or more then you will not be disappointed with the delicious food.

So our usual Chinese was closed today, so we decided to try here. DON'T. the food was tepid at best, chips was undercooked. Rice was cold and had very little egg, may as well of been boiled rice. Sauce thin and watery, Odd taste in curry sauce. Disgusting. Will never use again. Don't waste your hard earned money! Disappointing as used to be decent.

Awesome service from Namita, otherwise not to be made welcome, had to pay for awful prawn crackers, over priced takeaway in general!

Have ordered food from here for many years. However recently the quality and standard of the food has declined. Trying to order online with them is a nightmare. Both the website and the app decline cards which means phoning through orders and paying over the phone. Far easier to order from other places online.

Usually prompt service of average food. However tonight I ordered over 90 mins ago and no food yet.... Called up and all they could do was say sorry. Useless.

We discovered McChina wok away a good few months ago , & we are so glad we did!

Pedimos una entrega última noche y nos quedamos muy impresionados con el servicio y la comida. Las raciones son perfectos y con abundantes contenidos en ellas, en vez de un plato de salsa.

Fast delivery. Very expensive. Food is ok. Nothing to ride home about. The chow mein is sometimes very dry and that's not what I am used to.

I always ordered Chicken chow mein in other take away restaurants and so far, i like the chicken chow mein in McChina, noodles are not dry, just the right taste and moist. Try the aromatic duck. This is a take away shop only, no dine-ins, they do deliver, sometimes the delivery takes time. Better experience if the order taker would smile a bit, once i have a special request and the staff conversed in their native language, i was just looking and wondering what's going on, turned out that they were discussing about the extra pay, when i learned about that, i said, 'money is not a problem', just grant my special request please'

Buenas gambas y buena pato. Sabrosas salsas con los platos de alubias negras. En general una buena opción para una comida para llevar chino.

Absolutamente repugnante, la peor comida china que he probado. Todos los platos supieron igual y tengo que decir que binned el aparcamiento. Siempre usamos río amarillo en la flota pero decidimos probar Mcchina para las albóndigas. Qué total decepción. Me llamó para quejarme y todos nos ofrecieron fue del 20 % en nuestra próxima orden - no gracias!

albóndigas mal cocida y tibia, satay de pollo sabía a que había sido curada en sal y la salsa salcita satay suave era la misma consistencia que el río de gloop en los Cazafantasmas 2. Pero lo que más me sorprendió fue el suplemento de bastante grande, gruesas pelo wiry, sin coste añadido ... lo agradable. He añadido una foto para beneficio de aquellos que contempla comer desde aquí.

Mc China offer good quality food and fast delivery. I was quoted 45 minutes for delivery and it actually arrived in 15 which was nice! The food was piping hot, the delivery driver was polite enough. The only downfall of McChina is that it is slightly more expensive than local rivals, though the standard of service and quality of the food makes up for this. All in all - I am a happy customer, and I am more than happy to go to them again or recommend McChina to others.

First time ordering from McChina Wok Away. Found the ordering very straight forward using website and delivery was speedy. However, the food was disappointing. The chicken tasted stringy and poor quality, sauces were bland and the meal was very forgettable. Would not order again, waste of £30. Also was surprised to not have complimentary prawn crackers as this is standard when ordering from other local Chinese takeaways.

Great food, authentic, great price. Very good service by staff. Delivery service too and orders over £16 free delivery.Have used over last 10 years and never fail to have a bad meal here. Very fast and efficient service!
