Food was disgusting. Part of the order was missing. Hardly any meat in the dishes was packed out with carrots and mushrooms. Curry sauce looked like it had come out the other end of a baby. Both of us up in the night with bad belly. I wouldn’t bother ordering.

Ordered through just eat, they failed to supply my address and when I phoned after it being 40 minutes late the guy from mchina wok away then tried saying they’d called as they couldn’t find me… no missed calls at all and then said he’d recook the order but charge for delivery??? Then I get a call from the takeaway again and proceeded to have another lengthy discussion about how it’s not their fault, then I came back on this website and it’s now telling me I haven’t ordered anything and I can’t contact customer service????????

I ordered on the website, ordered four dishes, asked for no carrots in any dish. I got carrots in every dish, but one. I phoned the takeaway, and told the chap my problem, he told me to pick the carrots out, then he put the phone down on me, very rude. I will never order from them again, and would not advise people with allergies, to order from them.

Ordered a large and regular chow mein online for delivering and received two regular. I was on the phone to them straight away for them to tell me that this is normal because ones a vegetable and the other is chicken, which i didn't understand then hang up the phone with a sudden "bye". This is my second time using this place.

The service has fallen off a cliff since Christmas. We waited for 80 minutes for our food to arrive before receiving the incorrect meal. Then a further 25 mins for a replacement. If you call to complain you are constantly put on hold, ignored for ages or just told "theyre really busy" We wont be going back here again as this is out 2nd consecutive piir experience. I understand miatakes happen but take ownership and correct your mistakes

Walked in the shop the man was quite rude to me and my friend, didn't really feel welcome but we both ordered. Food was ready in 10 minutes but it was the most bland Chinese iv ever had

Our takeaway last night 3/11/23 was awful, the char sui pork was the worst ever. My wife was up all night with diarear. There are 2 new girls on the counter who are very pleasant and take your order, the older chinese chap is rather snappy. The food here is "hit n miss" would be nice to see some response from the owners. The Camberley takeaway was the better one before it closed.

Very very late over 40 mins,and when I called owner very rude to me,when asked for a refund,I was told they don't give any. Just kept saying there very busy,we will get it when they are able. Food was cold and bland,won't order from them again,poor poor service...

There was no flipping cheeseburger they told me there was one and there wasn’t. The guy is also very rude and now I’m very sad and my 2 year old wheel-chaired son is tearing out cause he can’t have his flipping cheese burgers now he’s having a tantrum. Granny also fell down the stairs after eating the food after a long considering if we should eat the food as no cheese burger. She’s not in hospital and is very sad. Hugely disappointed. On the other hand the girl was super kind and understanding. The guy on the other hand oh well massively rude granny was fuming after hearing his attitude she wants a word buddy, watch out 🤔🤫

This was an awful experience: the noodles had no flavour and the only good thing about my meal were the spring rolls which they probably got from Tescos. Also the guy tried to scam me by saying the ketchup was £1.20 in cash but the card “only accepted £1.80. On top of this, the guy at the counter refused to give me a plastic fork and told me to go away. Would never recommend.

First time ordering and I’m really impressed, food arrived within the hour. We had duck pancakes, ribs which were top quality and satay chicken. All really good cuts of meat and I’m fussy, all really nice flavours . Will be ordering again

Disappointing meal last night. The chicken seemed processed and rubbery, the fu yung was tasteles and watery, the egg fried rice was more like plain boiled rice, all in all tasteless and unappetising. The soft drink that we ordered was not delivered. Years ago I used this takeaway alot but noticed a change in the food so went else where. I decided to use it last night and wish I hadnt.

This Chinese takeaway must have been open now for well over two decades. They pioneered some incredibly tasty dishes such their “Hot and Saucy Chicken”. I also love their egg fried rice, not fried in soy sauce, so important. They produced a whole range of excellent dishes. Then something went wrong. Some time back they began serving dishes with meat which tasted out of date. They were disgusting and I transferred my loyalties to Yum Yum in Frimley. Then a few months ago I thought I would give McChina one more try. The food was fantastic, they had returned to their old high standards. Guys, what went wrong? If you keep your standards high I will always be a loyal customer.

Won’t use these rude awful Chinese takeout again. They never deliver on time and when you phone to find out where your food is you get verbally abused on the phone. 2nd time this has happened won’t be returning for what is a mediocre Chinese food.

2 Hour delivery time on a Saturday night. Wouldn’t cancel and refund order.

Called at 5.20pm and even though they weren't open until 5.30pm a very helpful gentleman picked up the phone, it was easy to order and very efficient service. We collected the food and thoroughly enjoyed it, tasted fresh and was yummy particularly the BBQ ribs, I would not hesitate to recommend them! 😋

Never had a bad meal from here! Reliably good. Can recommend the brocolli with garlic - sooooo good! And tonight's duck was great.

The worst customer service, the person who takes the orders has yelled at me just for asking why the price was so expensive! It’s not the first time that he does that. I will never buy again from this shop!

Elderly man in reception picking his nose while customer's are waiting for their food inside. Absolutely no consideration for any other human. Doesnt speak English and is very angry at the world for not understanding them. I reported them to the council, I hope they close them down.

Second time this has happened, so won't be ordering again. Ordered at 1905hrs, and delivery was confirmed for 2010. All fine. But, 2030, nothing received, even though the order was shown as "completed" and I had been sent an email asking for a review of the service!. Phone rings "It will be another 20 minutes". At least they called, I suppose. Eventually got food just before 2100hrs, luke warm. Very disappointing.

Tried using again after having a few issues with deliveries etc and things seem to have improved the food is still very tasty and enjoyable but delivery can still be improved upon at least an updated call if your going to be slightly later on the delivery time other then that this place is great hope to improve this rating further when this improves

We didn’t even have a Chinese from this place in the end! Our order was put in for 7pm and by 720pm we hadn’t received so i looked online to track it and it said it was completed, so I rang just to ask how long and the guy on the end of the phone was so rude to me it was disgusting! He just told me not to worry, and then followed that by goodbye and tried to put the phone down on me! I told him to cancel the order and contact the delivery driver and I would order elsewhere, I have no issue with something being late but there’s no need for the rudeness. The delivery driver turned up with our order and he was so lovely and apologetic but the restaurant hadn’t informed him that we cancelled the order. By the sounds of it this man I spoke to on the phone has a habit of being incredibly rude! Learn some customer service!!!!

We have waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery and it was stone cold. This is just not acceptable but my daughter who made the order will not complain instead happy to reheat in the microwave. I don’t think I will be ordering again. So sorry because it has only been the last few orders that have been left wanting. Such a shame.

So disappointed trying online ordering and home delivery for the first time with McChina, after chasing up with three calls over two hours and persistent staff promises the order is coming delivery never turned up, we will not be using McChina again and advise others not to bother, if you actually want your food.

Waited 1.5 Hrs for a delivery and this isn’t the first time. Staff are rude and unhelpful and food is normally good but this time was shocking. 👎🏻

Food was really good and ready on time when collected. Spec fried duck and chicken balls with curry sauce tasty and a good portion. I will be back as Arnie would say.

The food here is lovely, I strongly recommend the peppercorn chicken and the chow mein.

We have used this take-away many, many times and have to say that we cannot believe the negative reviews. We have always found the staff helpful, courteous and polite and the food excellent. We telephoned an order last night, New Year's Eve, and, as always, it was taken with no problem and a delivery estimate given. As always, the food arrived within the estimate and was delivered, as always, by a very polite courier. The food, in packed full containers, was, as always, piping hot and very delicious. We have never found cause for complaint and we look forward to many, many more dealings with this superb establishment.

Best Chinese takeaway for miles! Always delivered promptly and nice and hot. The portion sizes are generous, plenty of meat in each dish, not just filled up with lots of vegetables like some places do. The egg fried rice was nice and fluffy, not thick and stodgy like some. The chow mein so fresh tasting, the chicken balls are quite big because there's a large piece of chicken breast in each one, no chewy gristly bits, and the chicken is so tender. The batter is quite thick but I personally like that. Beef soooo tender, not chewy at all. Prawn toast thick and juicy and crispy at the same time. Chilli beef nice and crispy and spicy. Literally cannot find a single fault! Highly recommended!

Working in Farnborough i decided to get a Chinese take away so went to Mc China Wok Away, oh wow big mistake trying to converse with the man behind the counter to give my order was like having a conversation with an idiot, he was ignorant and rude with no apparent interest in his company, job or customers, the food was served in a reasonable amount of time but it was absolute c/r/a/p i have eaten hundreds of these meals over the years but this one was honestly the very worst that i have tasted so bad in fact that i threw half of it in a bin and i will not be going back.

Ordered on the 27th. Spring rolls and food horrible. Cooked in old oil. Sent email to let them know and got no acknowledgement. Bad customer service

Placed a phone order which was handled by a very angry and unpleasant man. Repeated and confirmed the order. Food arrived and 2 dishes from our order were missing. Called back and the horrid man refused to help me he was argumentative, aggressive and rude. As a result 2 people in our group went without food that we had ordered. Had to place another order somewhere else. The partial order that did arrive was poor quality and not appetising. First time I’ve used this place - i only did because it was open Monday. I’ve since heard bad reports from friends about this place. I will never use this place again. The worst Chinese in Farnborough. AVOID this place.

Gotta love their variety of dishes and some dishes are exclusive to them it seems.

We get a take away from here quite often the food is really good, probably the best chicken satay dish locally but my god the man and women who answer the phone and hand you your food have got to be the 2 most rudest people I have met! It’s a good job the food is that good or I would never go back.

The online ordering process was not very user friendly, neither were the staff when I went to pick up my order. Then there was the order itself, portion wise was good, but lacking flavour. The egg rice was desperately lacking egg, and the spicy chicken I ordered was more like sweet and sour chicken, which was overcooked. Not worth the money I paid. This restaurant needs work in both quality of food and customer service.

Use this place a fair bit and food has gradually deteriorated over time. They sent me a discount code for an order on-line, but their system wouldn't accept the code. I phoned up to ask what was going on and the rather dim chap on the phone said it was for registered customers only. I pointed out I am and he didn't seem to grasp this. If they can't even get their systems working properly what is the point. maybe some kind of bait scam hoping you will order anyway. Last straw for me, won't be using them again.

Last night I thought I would try the online ordering as the food is normally OK but the new owner is rude and I didn't want to go in the shop. However the food did arrive on the I think it may have been cooked when I placed my order in advance 2 hours before. The chicken satay was tough and dry, the Thai curry "thing" was some sort of blend of meat and the sauce was like water(it all went in the bin). The Lamb and onion dish had plenty of onion but I think the lamb got away. The rice was..well rice and if you had messed that up I would have been bring that back around today. So in short will I be back. No. Never. Since this place has changed hands its gone down hill.

Fantastic Chinese takeaway. Great selection of food. Offer great deals. Fast and friendly service. Food can be placed over the phone or online which is just as quick. Recommend this takeaway service.

I used to order from here quite regularly. However, never again! My husband is gluten intolerant and the staff here won’t even engage in a conversation about what they could do gluten free. Not even boiled rice! It’s so frustrating when other Chinese places are able to offer such a wide variety (Wings cottage, Farnborough)

Food is great, but there's zero food labelling for allergens. Better off going to Yumi Yumi in North camp if you're a coeliac.

Since change of ownership the food standerds have gone rock bottom. The now pre-cook food and microwave it before sending out to customers. Along with other bad practices. I will never buy food from here again.

Poor. Quality of food is poor. Although delivered hot, we ordered starters for 2 which came plain with no sauces (bbq ribs sauce/sweet chilli). Chow mein had minimal meat (if you could call it that) and wasn’t very authentic. Won’t return.

What a yummy takeaway and delivered well under time. We've tried a few lately and not been happy but this was lovely. Fab crispy beef, chow mein and satay. Thank you for a lovely dinner. Will be back!

Ordered from here twice now on recommendation from neighbours and being one of the few Chinese takeaways in GU area that get a respectable hygiene rating. Ordered online which was quick and straightforward, food arrived at the given time slot and was hot. Really nice food and variety, rice tasted fresh and not a lumpy mass in the container that has clearly been reheated like so many other places serve. Sweet and sour pork, chicken chow mein and beef with onion & spring onion are favourites. Will continue to order from here

Ordered take away tonight. Forgot the chips when the order arrived so I called up and at first was told the chips would be sent soon. I explained that the rest of the food would then get cold. They then said they’d send the whole order again. It arrived about 30 mins later. The chips looked like the original ones that were supposed to be in the bag cooked again, see photo. Revolting! How can you ruin a portion of chips. Just didn’t feel like they really cared. Shame as I liked this take away

Having ordered many times and been very happy with the food tonight's offering was very disappointing. The food arrived cold. The duck was dry and tasteless, the pancakes cold and hard. The sweet and sour tofu was rubbery, in s tasteless thin sauce. All in all very poor and I think it's time to find another takeaway.

Every now and again it is good to call for a takeaway delivery. We have been ordering from McChina for a number of years, but not to long ago they introduced a app for their takeaways. We have now tried it twice and have not been disappoint. The App is easy to use and the nice thing about it is that it remembers your previous order. So, reordering is easy. The speed of deliver is good and it arrived before its predicted time on the app. The quality of the food is excellent. Never had anything but the best from them, well done, keep it up and we will be back very soon.

This has to be the best Chinese food in the area. Slightly more expensive than the competition but worth the extra for its quality.
