Always enjoy occasional takeaway from Superwok. Crispy chilli beef or beef curry 🍛 spring rolls - grilled dumplings - egg fried rice all freshly cooked and great flavours. Little long to deliver on a weekend but it does tell you this on the booking. 👌

We ordered a Chicken Chow Mein, but was sent a plain noodle and chicken dish. I was on a date, so complained the very next day, only to be rudely told I should have rung last night! The cost was only £6 ish but it was the attitude of the staff member. Don't use Super Wok!

We regularly used this takeaway, but the noodles are now well overcooked and lack flavour. Not sure we will use again.

Avoid at all costs, ordered online today they took the money. Then never bothered delivering phoned after an hour and a half only to be shouted at by the "person" on the other end of the phone. Don't use they will just take your money and then have go at you for their incompetence. Vivid with these.

New Year's Eve - understandably busy but if you can't cope get out of the business. Had to wait over 2 and a half hours for food. Phoned after 1 and a half hours only to be told order not even cooked....... shocked, bewildered & hungry. Asked if we wanted to cancel? What where we meant to do order from somewhere else and wait another 2 hours! No thank you, food delivered well some of it anyway. Absolutely shocking service. Steer clear, I would most definitely NOT recommend!

Although the portions were large, the chicken fried rice (for example) was lumpy, boiled rice with a few strips of anaemic chicken mixed in for £6.20. The chicken sweet and sour balls were enormous but the batter was soggy. The delivery was very slow and arrived late - we had to chase it (we used Just Eat). Overall, it was very expensive for what we had.

A work colleague ordered food from here tonight and it was appalling. £4.80, yes, £4.80 for what is meant to be Salt and Pepper Chips. It basically was uncooked onion, a bit of veg, and some unflavoured chips sprinkled on top for good measure. Shocking. And to add insult to injury, the Sweet and Sour Chicken that a few of us had, was basically pineapple, carrots, sauce and a few sparse bits of chicken which was £6.90!! This all alone took nearly 2 hours to be delivered!!! Safe to say we will never be ordering from here again!! It can only be perceived as Fraud by False Representation.

i been ordering years,and only had a few off meals when they have changed chef or normal 1 is on hol,i can always tell,overall its a brilliant takeway,,it deserves more than 3 stars

AVOID. I made an order last night, as my wife prefers Chinese and I prefer Indian. I ordered both takeaways at the same time, to ensure that they arrived about the same time. My curry arrived after 40 minutes, but after an hour the Chinese still hadn’t. I rang up and questioned where my order was, they explained to me that it was for a collection, I told them that a 100% clicked delivery as they even asked for my address, she told me I was lying and I’d need to come and pick the meal up or wait another half hour and somebody would deliver it. When I arrived at the super wok I showed the woman my order confirmation, she told me that the reason it wasn’t delivered was because the minimum for delivery was £15... My order was £14.90, I said if that were the case why was the order allowed to be ordered. She really couldn’t have been any less helpful, and could do with some customer service training. I got home and the Chinese was stone cold and as too was my curry that had been waiting on the side 20 minutes. I will never be ordering from here again.

Shocking customer service! Good taking almost 2 hours to arrive even after saying for them to refund and not deliver. When trying to get my money back I am them verbally abused and told they will blacklist me from every Chinese in the area!

Eat From Super Wok most weeks and really enjoy the food. Always hot and tasty. Would recommend the crispy shredded chilli beef and just about everything else. Would recommend to anyone!

Never using again ordered on line. After an hour and a half gave in calling and husband went down. Two hours after ordering they were just cooking it. Worst service ever. Yes they toke 20% off the bill as an apology but the fact it was meant to have been delivered and unable to get through on phone.

I have had many takeaways like most people and I am begging people never order from here. After waiting over 2 hours our food still never arrived. The phone is kept off the hook so no one can contact or query. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed, customer service is non existent. I have seen previous reviews and see this happens everyday. This place will go out of business and when they do they can learn how to run a franchise to a standard expected by the public. I hope you read this and order from another place as you won’t be eating anytime soon if you order from here.

Always use this takeaway never had a bad meal here local to me and always polite and speedy .parking easy in northcamp delivery available.

As always the food was fantastic... Not just in quality but in amount. In all the years in going here and moving in just around the corner, the service and quality is of a high standard. Well done to a business that has upped the menu and kept their standards high.

I ordered the crispy shredded chilli beef and it was the driest thing Iv had. Along with the noodles I ordered with it there was a disgusting taste to both of them. When I rang up to complain they asked me to bring the food back so they could have a look at it even though I’d already served it onto a plate. They refunded me just for the crispy shredded beef but not the noodles and I had to drive back to the shop to collect payment... waste of my fuel and time. Will never be going again!!

Used Super Wok for the first time recently and it was very good! The food was flavoursome and good quality. We will order from here again. We collected the order so I can’t comment on the delivery service.

This is a great local Chinese take away. It has a great choice of food to suit all tastes and ages. Never had a bad meal. Good value.
