The food and service was very good! Namely Sofia handled the order well!

It was fun to interact with the staff. Very welcoming.

I visited this establishment on September 15th and was disappointed with the service. After placing my order, there was a mistake with my pizza. While they did offer me a complimentary drink as a goodwill gesture, they also asked me to leave a 5-star review in exchange, which I found inappropriate. I declined the offer as I believe reviews should be based on genuine customer experiences, not incentives. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Amazing pizza served by yahya good service

Food is good but i will give a negative review as I ordered online with their promo, ordered extra brownies but when delivered, no cheesy bacon tots(included in the promo) and brownie. Spoke to supervisor and told me that due to inconvenience, they will compensate with 2 pizza and free delivery on my next order which he will put a note on my account name. After 6 days, tried to rang them to avail the compensation (2 pizza) to which I added another order of brownies and chicken combo then the manager rang and telling me that I will not get that compensation as nothing has been put/noted on my account and offered me the missed delivered food. I told him that I've check it twice what compensation will I received on that day but still saying that nothing has been noted then he asked me what's the name of that person to which I cannot recall but then when I told him that you will know who's that supervisor on the day that I've ordered but now he's saying that he cannot call him to confirm about the compensation as he went to holiday, so, I decided to cancel it and while I'm still talking, the manager put the phone down. What a good service!! Will not order again.....

The service at PPJ Farnborough has really improved. I phoned for my order at 7.30 on a Friday night (busy time for take aways) and it was delivered in 35mins. Glad to see things are back to how they were.

Awful experience. Don't believe any of the reviews below and don't waste your time! Delivery took nearly 25 minutes, arrived with no quality seal so food could have been exposed, in a dented box and stone cold. Delivery driver took the food off the back seat of the car, no delivery bag at all! Called to explain and was told nothing they could do I just had to email customer service online! Really gone downhill. Not worth ordering just go elsewhere!

Amazing hot pizza with amazing taste

Verbally abused on my door step by a delivery driver that cant read and using vile language. Complained to my neighbour about having to deliver the food. Updating this review as the new manager has reached out today to apologise and make amends even though it’s not his responsibility. Super friendly and will be willing to order again from here and feel positive that should something like this happen again it will be dealt with the correct way. Kudos

The pizza was hot and delicious as always and the I could really feel the ingredients were really fresh and the staffs are really friendly and the wings are really good too and the special garlic sauce was amazing.

I had a wonderful experience at Papa John's Pizza in Farnborough! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Excellent Pizza and Fantastic Service! I recently ordered from Papa John's in Farnborough, and I was thoroughly impressed. The pizza was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.The toppings were generous, and the crust was perfectly cooked. What really stood out, though, was the delivery service. George, the delivery driver, was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He made sure the order was delivered with care and even had a great attitude despite the late hour. It's always nice when the service matches the quality of the food, and George certainly helped make this a top-notch experience. I'll definitely be ordering from this location again. Highly recommend!

beautiful scenery - warmed my heart

Ordered food on the 5th April only to have it take over 1.5 hours and not only cold but not what I ordered. Sent it back and asked for a full refund as I won’t be using them again and still chasing and being fobbed off by the manager for my money on the 24th!!!

Food took over an hour and arrived tepid at best had to reheat

Absolutely dreadful service, failed to deliver half the order, complained to the store the sent out the missing items but still managed to miss something out of that. The people in the store could have really done some sort of customer service training. One of them told me she couldn't get the manager because she was on the phone. Yes to me .... Avoid at all costs

Ordered online received hot food and on time, great service.

Sent me a totally wrong order, promised a replacement which never arrived then promised a refund which two weeks on has not arrived. I rung and they told me it'll be sorted "soon"? Just like you told me you will resend my order? Or how you said you would refund my order? Total liars, spent £40 for absolutely nothing.

Food arrived cold despite store being less than 10 mins from where I live! Zero garlic on the pizza sticks AGAIN and it took almost an hour, I get that they are busy but this is now the second time it's happen!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

After reading reviews about long delivery periods I was skeptical about ordering from PJ but our pizzas arrived within a reasonable time and were still hot. However I do feel as if I wasted my money. The pizzas were caked with grease and our sides were soggy to the point they had fallen apart in the takeaway boxes. The dough was chewy and seemed undercooked. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Placed my order online and collected - took me no more than 15 mins. No problems with the order, place is clean, staff was very friendly and their vegan pizza is one of the best in the area.

Only once they've forgotten a drink for my meal deal order and had to wait another hour on top for them to deliver. Other than that, it's not a bad branch. Food has always been correct to what I've ordered, hot and tasty. Less stars as delivery can be over an 1hr when I live 10mins away and that's not at a busy time. Recently popped in branch and staff were friendly enough.

Received another customers order. When called to complain treated as an inconvenience that I received another persons order. Will not use again.

I waited for 2 hours for my food to be delivered when the driver showed up at my house, he gave me my food, shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know what's going on, if your food is cold, call them" I went back and fourth with the driver but the end result was that I called the store and they told me that there was nothing that they can do. I said that they should remake my order or I wanted a refund and they told me they can send the pizzas but no sides even though they were also stone cold! (Not to mention they had also sent a wrong side aswell) they told me that they had spoken to the manager and when i asked to speak to him they said that he wasn't there! To which i asked for a supervisor and they told me that the answer was the same. The whole time they just seemed fed up but they wouldn't need to be if it was done right in the first place! They then offered me a free large pizza with my next order which I refused because I can 100% say I will NOT be ordering again!

Absolutly awfull 2 hours or more wait, no apology..i had to ring and the server was so rude to me refused refund and said only if thers something wrong with the pizza and thers nothing she can do about it abruptly. If it wasnt for the nice dellivery lady who was two weeks into her job i would have said take it back! Stone cold awful and dry. Will be demading refund.gave my number but i wont hold my breath for a call. So i will call. Also i suggest they teach employees customer service basics or human decencey how to talk to someone. Absolutly appalled. Wont order again.

Ordered food after a particularly rough day, rocked up an hour late and freezing cold. Called the restaurant and spoke to 2 of the rudest employees I've ever had the misfortune to come across and was told I'd get a refund before they hung up on me. That was over a month ago and I still haven't received a refund. Every time I call and they realise who I am they hang up.

Dire service! Waited hour & half for it to be delivered & it was cold. Drivers didn't care & no apology. Sent food back & been promised refund.....will be watching my bank account closely!!! First time using & will never use again 😠🤬😡

This store ruined our Christmas Eve. We placed an advanced order at 5pm for our pizzas to be delivered at 9pm. We didn't realise this was after they closed. Instead of ringing us or delivering the order early, they took our money and ignored the order. By the time we realised everywhere was shut and we had nothing for dinner. Absolutely shocking.

literally terrible. ordered at 8pm and just eat said it arrive at 10, when nothing actually had arrived. called twice and they said that it had been delivered but it hadn’t so they said they would send it out again. it arrive at 11pm which is 3 hours after i ordered. worst thing is is that some of my order was actually missing. couldn’t be bothered to complain again as they’d wasted both my money and time. never ordering from them again it’s so bad.
