KFC Aldershot - Union Street in Rushmoor

Great food served very quick by friendly staff. Clean tables, not a busy location, cannot ask for more.

Food we got was ok. However missed a complete boneless banquet meal! Didnt notice until back home and no answer on the phone! I had spent just over £75 so to say i was pissed off is an understatement. Place stinks so not sure if its a young peoples drug place masquerading as a kfc.....who knows. Anyway rant over, just dont order from there, go to North Street, not much further but all round a lot better.

Toilet has no soap, the machine wasn't even fixed on the wall. Toilet door is scraping along the floor. I love KFC.

This used to be my daily haunt after work despite its shortcomings but it has now become an unofficial youth club for large groups of loud, rude & vaping teenagers. I've yet to see them order anything, the only things on the tables are their shoes! I don't know whether the owners have any control of this situation. Sad

Not all the food came. All the boxes had bits from what was meant to be in other boxes. Had to basically do up the boxes ourselves. And had items missing from the boxes.

Glacial. Slow would be an understatement. No warning there would be a delay. My complex order? 3 pieces and chips. Took 10 minutes at 4:30pm on a Sunday. Too slow.

Food was cold and chips were brown and soggy, the service was awful staff were ignorant. I demanded my money back and received no oppologies like it was my falt!! I left angry and bitterly disapointed. I love Kentucky but I will never go back to this branch avoid at all costs your better off saving your money than throwing it away on that rubbish.

Food is average, on the poorer side; staff can't speak English which is difficult if you want to change sauce preferences. If you go after sunset then 90% restaurant floor is closed off by chairs or role blocking walkways. I sat at a seat and told by staff that 'seating area was closed' at 9am despite store closing at 11pm. Laziness by the staff no doubt...

There is only one checkout. No automatic terminals. One unisex bathroom. Windows needs good cleaning Despite that, the food is really good and the service is kind,

By far the worst KFC , staff don't understand English, food order was wrong and to top it off the time and date on the corn on the cob I received was past its sell by. Avoid like the plague

People were just standing around and doing everything so slow, was waiting 10 minutes just for a krushem

waited in line for 10 minutes if not more to order a drink, they saw me waiting and didn't serve me even though the place was empty. when i asked for the drink the woman working there told me i can’t sit in i have to take it away because a group of teenagers the night before wrecked the toilets. me and my friends told her it wasn't us and she wasn't having any of it and told us to get out. very very rude staff.

Website asking for too personal details when trying to pay by card instead of focusing on card number or name to it...it asks also address despite i mentioned it's collection. .. Major problem is also the disastrous when trying to call as nobody even picks up the phone at all.....no matter when or how many times you ring.... Only good thing is in store and that's it.....

This afternoon lady cashier customer service was really bad.

I had a takeout yesterday from here. The chicken was hot, crispy and not oily. Just how KFC should be. Thanks to the team, who were great.

Been there today after God knows how long and dirty everything from floor's to tables/windows everything and cashier was really upset with me ordering food probably had something else more important to do other than serving customers but a disgraceful place this is obviously last for me in here and from now on will check all others as well,please don't go in there as it's bad for your health

KFC was good nice and crispy!!! Just how we like it!! Presentation was great and definitely a value for your money!!!! I was even happier when I remembered that they take your Blue Light Card too for a lovely 15% discount. Can't go wrong!!

Worst experience. I had £5 KFC app voucher and blue light discount. Bought meal for £5.99 and the lady in counter first said I can use both and when I checked the screen only blue light was input and total was £5.20. I asked if I can use my £5 voucher instead of blue light and she said she doesnt know how to do it even though the manager popped in to ask if there is any issue to her, which she replied no. She only gave me blue light discount and said use £5 voucher next time which was odd answer 😵‍💫, got feedup and paid £5.20 rather than arguing. Won't go there next time. Staffs needs more training.

Fast food, good portions, VG vfm and pleasant staff.

Customer service is extremely poor. When in store waiting for a manager everyone ignored me so I proceeded to ring and heard the phone ringing. Watched them pick the phone up twice and put it down. Although its fast food and not the greatest industry you still expect some level of service and not to be ignored when there is an issue.

They do not cater for people that are allergic to gluten

Food was hot, tasty and served quite fast but the staff were unhelpful when I asked about the food when ordering, and quite unfriendly. There was not so much as a smile between them the entire time we were in there to any of their customers.

Absolutely shocking! The state of the place is absolutely ridiculous. All tables had used trays on, the floor was visibly dirty and litter with trash. We were unable to find clean table after placing an order. Unable to understand staff mumbling something with face covered behind the till screen. I asked one of them if she could clean our table before we eat... she never turned. The place wasn't even that busy. Customers should take care of their own litter and leftovers, yes. But having making sure the "restaurant" is clean and presentable that's another thing, especially if the tables are visibly filthy. Absolutely disgusting experience! Fully deserved 1 ⭐ Thanks, never again.

Really good workers here and they always provide a good and quick service and also the all the burgers are delicious too 😋. I am not a big fan of kfc chips but zinger tower meal is my favourite.

In the centre of town, always clean and tidy, staff are always polite.

Has to be the worst kfc ever . Raw chips and cold fillet burger . Also it always smells of blocked toilets . The chicken doesn't taste of normal kfc chicken it smells and tastes off . I will never buy from here again and I think this place needs environmental health to go in a inspect . Absolute vile food .

It was the worst KFC ever. Burnt,very dry chicken. They gave me bag no salt,no hand wipes,and no napkins,no cutlery. Disappointed to say the least. Won't be going back.

Super clean, quick and friendly. Its everything you need from a fast food shop but the server behind the till was super quiet and then you have to contend with masks and a plastic screen. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Might be worth investing in some kind of microphone system? However all the food was correct and delicious.

Disappointing, will use the drive in in the future. Charged me more than price shown on price list, rude staff, unwilling to include hot drink in meal deal leaving the only low sugar option water and poor covid safe environment with no hand sanitiser. Only gave them a 2 as food ok.

got our order completely wrong. no answer on the phone when we tried contacting them to get it sorted.

The worst experience from entering the restaurant to eventually finding out that my food was cold and that the order was wrong. Face masks were not being policed and no hand sanitiser available as the dispenser was empty on entering the restaurant. Very slow and ignorant staff who were only interested in talking to their friend on my side of the counter who was not wearing a mask. A sad day for me as that was my first trip to KFC after lockdown.

Well i wont be using this KFC again , on the 3/8/2020 ,walk in to staff not wanting to even serve you and make you wait around for them to finish their chat with their mates and the grunt as if your a inconvenience to them. No hand sanitizer available on entrance, no seating areas even though areas where cleared for seating but the whole place was left as if it was closed still. After waiting around for them , i decided to just leave as to actually have staff blatantly ignore you is a complete joke. Ill rather spend my money elsewhere.

Staff extremeley rude. Language problem . Bought a wrap and was charged for meal deal! Realised this then realised because the staff were rude and confrontational just paid. decided would never use Aldershot KFC again.

Rubbish chips but the chicken is alright.

Ended up not getting anything because when asked about the locked toilets I was first of all told that they were unlocked, and once I convinced them that it was indeed locked they said someone would be down to unlock it shortly. 5 min later no one unlocked it, when i politely asked why not i was told that maybe to toilet was out of order, and when i asked why she didn't just say that to begin with, she became rude. I will never go into this KFC again due to how rude the staff were.

Lady that serves there is very kind and thoughtful with telling me all the things I can get on the student kfc offers, very useful when I forgot about that existing. Clean most of the time, only down is they do not prep a lot of food when it's not in peak time, so may have to wait longer than normal

Staff have a attitude not friendly at all.

This low score is NOT for the food .. but the staff !! Disgustingly rude. Nearly took me off my feet twice trying to sweep under me. No welcome on the tills not even eye contact. Customers were complaing of missing food for it too just be chucked at them. Awful attitude of the staff. Gave free food to there friends while i was waiting. Not even trying to hide the fact.

Barcode Scanner for my App didn't work. They had no Cherry Max available. Took a while to get served with only one person taking orders at lunch-time. Staff were friendly though and gave me Military Discount.

Customer relations should improve by a great measure! No welcome greating, did not offer any help with the menu, showed annoyance as I was going yhrough the menu. They did not have all the chips ready, had to cook and deliver at the table later; one chips bag contained small-cut, hard-fried, almost chrisp-like chips, probably the left over from a previous batch cook. One gave me an eye-ball because I did not respond to her first call to receive the delivery. I will avoid this, if I ever go back to that town!

This is a very popular outlet, consequently the food is always fresh and hot. Staff are hard working and helpful with advice on the menu Parking is always a problem in Aldershot however sufficient parking exits close by for disabled. Plenty of seating is available inside.
